Found my car online and bought it here, good price, he told me the lights would not turn off and ran the battery was down. But I had to buy a new battery the same day, and the lights all turn off 15 mins after the engine is turned off, so his story about the lights was not true. $240.00 battery. Woke up the next day and a rear tire was completely flat. I couldn't change it because it had locking lug nuts on it and they didn't include a key. $150. towing, $100 to remove the locking lug nuts without a key, $75. for new lug nuts to replace the locking ones, day two. Went to check at the DMV if my title was in process, and they said no. The salesman has not applied for my title after several weeks and they said it was owned by two companies. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE ESPECIALLY WITH ANDREW I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Easy Car Auto Sales in Phoenix. On 2/26/2026, I was told I was approved for financing, completed paperwork, and paid a $1,500 down payment plus a $45 fee ($1,545 total). I was allowed to leave with the vehicle. Later the same day, I was contacted and told they could not verify my income. Over several days, I provided multiple forms of verification and was asked to get a co-signer. After doing so, I was then told my brother should apply under his own name instead. Despite cooperating at every step, financing was never finalized. Shortly after, the dealership had the vehicle towed from my residence. The tow driver banged on my door demanding the keys and provided no paperwork. Despite taking the vehicle back and the deal never being completed, the dealership has refused to refund the $1,545 down payment, claiming it was "non-refundable," even though that was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. I also had to replace the battery immediately after taking the car home at my own expense. This experience involved being told I was approved when I was not, changing terms multiple times, and ultimately losing money after the dealership repossessed the vehicle. I have filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and disputed the charge. Rating of Negative 100... These people are NOT honest and sell lemons for vehicles. I put down a down payment and withing the week the transmission went out. They promise if I returned the car, they would reimburse me the down payment. I had to pay a tow truck to take the car back and then they tell me "I'm sorry we don't handle that here; you have to email cooperate." It's been 2 months now and still have not received my money! 100% my fault I had a gut feeling this place was sketchy and still proceeded to do business there. I told them this car was for my high school daughter and just wanted a reliable car for her. Andrew pretends to be a caring person, but he is the most dishonest person there. One of the worst experiencesof my life. I had almost 700 credit score (until they got done with me), income of 2 jobs, and yes, I'm a complete idiot for not going to a reputable lot. I got the 2016 Subaru WRX...paid 1500 down, paid over 2k in repairs, still wasn't fixed, went back to lot where Ian had their mechanics finish fixing it. They surprisingly got the car running like butter... and then they repo my car less than a week later.... so let's back up.... All this time I'm under the impression my payment went through Nov 3, 2025 because I got the confirmation email that my payment was received.... so I did close my bank account (for unrelated reasons) on 11/6 BUT I put my NEW bank info on my online account with them. I ALSO talked to finance co and Ian at Easy Car 10s of times during Nov (because the car was in shop and barely running for 2 weeks & neither one of them told me there was an issue with payment). That's when Ian happily took the car in to finish fixing it after he knew I put lots of $ into it & knew the payment fell through... Finally Ian told me on 11/21(after the repo was already in place). I called Westlake immediately and paid + all late fees.... they said all is good on their end- no repo in order. Two days before Thanksgiving these bastards at Easy Car repo'd my car that was f*king paid up. Then Ian gave me a runaround how he's trying to get me financed elsewhere (i have 670 credit and 2 good jobs btw), all while re-posting my car back up for sale.....AS YOU CAN SEE IN PIC BELOW!.... Be careful, with my first experience I bought a car just know if they say the cars have been in accidents just know they have been they just say it hasn't so they can have a sell. I noticed some got a car a got the wrong one so they tried to get the right car within less then 10min they would let him swamp it. An when I got my I had to replace batter cause they out an old one in there, al I had a to a new tire cause they one they have in cars are where'd out and now just only going right on 3 months my transmission went out. Plates that came with the car for was expired the police to me so I had to r replace tags and pay for them. An had to reinstate plates. Papers for. Title don't come with cars at all. ***STAY AWAY*** i went to inquire about a vehicle, when i got there they showed me the vehicle i asked for. i bought the car upon reviewing my paperwork later that night i noticed the VIN number didnt match.i contacted the dealership the next day to let me know a mistake had been made. The person said I took the wrong car and needed to bring it back. I told him i didnt feel comfortable doing that as i never saw this car they had on paper. I asked for the seller to cancel the sale or give me the paper work for the car. He threatened to c all the police and tell them i stole the car. This place is located on Van Buren East of 20th Street right near I-10, however, you cannot get off I-10 at Van Buren and I-10 goes over where this place is located. It is a fairly small lot with up to about 25-30 cars normally. Their website is: easycarauto.com The do show their inventory on their website so that is convenient. They do list many cars for under $5000. They are usually high mileage and older cars. Because they are so cheap, I would recommend getting them inspected prior to purchase. They do have a limitation of 5 mile radius to take the car for an inspection. If you need a place see my review on Jacks Automotive on McDowell and 24th Street. With the car we got (see photo), they did not negotiate on their price at all but it was fairly cheap to begin with so we were willing to accept that. Its cheap but cars are likely to need some work. One thing I learned that if the door does not open, that is a more complicated fix than you might think. Also if the window does not work, you need to be able open the door to fix it. read more

Long story short...they turned off the check engine light on the lot so my son could not make an informed decision! He wasted his money and now we are stuck trying to help him with a $7,000 repair bill (needed an engine). He never even made it home with the car when he drove it off the lot. Easy Car Auto Sales does not care about it's customers. It does not care that people are spending their hard earned money. They won't return your calls once the car leaves the lot. Called to check the availability on a car that was listed they said it was available and to come down made the drive from New Orleans to phoenix and when I arrived they told me it was just took to get the servicing done and I was told to come back when I arrived the following day the mechanic was blamed on not being clear on when it was gone be finished I continued to let them be aware that i am from another state and I came down to get the vehicle they said ok can you stay for another day and come when we open so I did and when I arrive I was told that the mechanic usually has a lot on his hands and miss judges his timing and I was told to sit and wait while they check on something 15 minutes later I was told that the vehicle was supposedly sold late last night after business hours after I was told to come back read more
