BEWARE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter and first eyebrow raise was a $8,000 car being sold for a total of $18,000 with financing for 4 years. Crazy APR for an old beat up 100,000 mile Nissan. I lifted the hood to find the battery corroded from water damage, very dirty under the hood overall, and not to mention the breaks were very squeaky plus low-tire pressure light came on during the test drive. Another thing I noticed while getting information down in the office was there were two separate people coming in to complain about the vehicle they bought having mechanical issues. I brought this up to the sales associate and he stated they have a 30-day warranty on all vehicles. Only 30 days?!? When the usual warranty should be 6-months to even a couple years. Very fishy auto company, only recommend to buy if you want to do charity work and end up with a vehicle that'll last one trip to a corner store before blowing up on you. read more

So, I am a challenged person with a pretty severe handicap that prevents me from coming forward and confronting situations to include wrongs that have been done to me. As a result, it has taken me over three years to come forward and say relate my experience at this business. I know that I may not get any justice nor will I receive any remedy for this wrong doing since I am probably too late for that, but at least, you all will know better. I purchased a vehicle from this business on August 2017, and had a 90 day full warranty on it. I had no credit issues and had a significant down payment. During the first two or three months that I owned this car it was at their shop at least three times fr periods of two to three weeks per visit. There were issues with the suspension, oil leaks, and lights that were on on the instrument panel. Part of the suspension work was done finally, but not all. A true wheel alignment was never performed since some components of the suspension were defective but never repaired nor replaced. Also, one of my tire wheels was bent, but was never replaced after being promised that it would be ordered for me. Never got a call. I was also promised an extra key since they only had one available either at their cost or at a significant discount to me. Never happened. I did not insist as I was exhausted from my vehicle and I without a car, being in their shop for approximately 1 1/2 moths of my first 3 months of ownership with issues not fixed I have come to find these issues while having work done on my car and corrected some of them at my cost. The oil leak is a major repair. No wonder Magic Auto swept it under the rug and did nothing about it. In one of my visits once the car had already been purchased, my lady companion asked the mechanic if this vehicle had been in an accident that they were aware of. The mechanic then disclosed that a prospective customer had been hit by another vehicle while exiting the car lot. But this was not disclosed at the time of sales to either me, MVD, nor my creditor. So, not long ago, I was considering trading my car in for a newer one. To my surprised, when inquiring on line about my vehicle's trade in value I discovered that my vehicle was valued at half it's value when disclosing it being involved in an accident. In a nutshell, I was sold a vehicle for a value higher than it was worth by Magic Auto's omission of the accident. Therefore, both me and my creditor were defrauded into handing this vendor monies that were higher than the vehicle's value by their deceitful actions. I have lost sleep over this, and it has taunted me for all these years. I was lied to, defrauded and taken advantage of. I still have my paperwork. This is not libel, and I welcome Magic Auto to refute it or challenge the validity of my claims. If I was more fluid and did not face challenges, I would have seen you in a court of law and demanded a refund of my investment. Magic Auto, you should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

I bought my most recent car here. After having a couple terrible experiences at large dealerships, I decided that it would be best to find something small and family owned. A couple searches yielded this place, which conveniently also had all of the cars on their lot listed on-line. A lot of the other places I found didn't, and I liked that I could know beforehand if they had something I was interested in. They had a few cars that I was interested in, and I found my dealings with them to actually acquire the car that I ended up getting to be pretty solid. They answered questions I had and worked with me through the car loan process. The reason I hesitate to give them a higher rating is because I've had to be back three times now for things that should have been fixed before they sold the car for me. The first time was a headlight, and then the next two were squeaky brakes. It was obnoxious to me, but they fixed them as required by my warranty. The person that was most helpful to me was TJ. He's the manager and he consistently took care of the things I needed him to. Aaliyah, the owner was also helpful when I needed her to be. Overall, I'm happy with the car I purchased and never felt pressure to purchase said car. I was able to make a deal and acquire excellent financing thru them- I believe my rate 3.5%. All of their cars come with 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. My car being a complicated German over engineered spaceship did have some maintenance/repair issues that came up after I drove it home. Guess what? These guys fixed every single little issue that happened to come up. True to their warranty and word, thereafter the repairs were done, the car performed beautifully and has been the best car I ever owned, thanks to Magic auto! BEWARE OF FRAUD!!. I bought a vehicle from them that they represented as 'no accidents'. They provided me a carfax with altered information. Turns out they KNOWINGLY bought it at auction with accidents disclosed at the time of their purchase. Had to file charges with AZ Attorney General and take them to court. They put up as many delays and false accusations back at me as they could, but were eventually brought to their knees, and settled out of court. They even provided my Attorney an altered bill of sale with hand written statements added AFTER the sale that were inconsistent with my actual contract. Multiple counts of outright fraud! read more

I went in looking for a nice bmw, and instead of trying to force me to buy what was on the lot, the general manager went out of his way to listen to what I wanted. Bought a 2012 Malibu (1 year old with 20k). I was looking for a short while and wanted a less pricey car to put miles on since I put about 100k on my truck in 3 years and am sick of putting $80 in the tank 2-3 times per week. Anyway, I went to a few other places that did the "bait and switch" on me by advertising a car that they don't have so they can screw you once your in the door. I like looking online to get the perfect car so I don't spend 5 hours at the dealership between negotiating and financing. I came here, drove the car, and it took about an hour to do the financing. They did not mislead me and the owner was very nice. The only thing I thought was odd was there was a $389 doc fee and then some other $250 (WTF fee?). I did not catch it until after leaving but that was my fault. Anyway, I appreciated their not doing a bait and switch on me and had the car in the ad and it made it for a quick sale. read more

If i only knew how great of service i would get from there i would have saved my self a lot of head ache going to the other car dealerships. When i walked into Magic Auto everyone was very nice and not pushy whatso ever which i liked. I pointed out a Kia Sorento that i wanted to test drive and after the test drive i really liked it, not only that it was thousands cheaper than other dealerships. When i got back from the test drive they handed me a clean car fax and asked if i had any questions. After deciding i wanted to purchase the car it took only about a half hour or less to get all of the paper worked wrapped up. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a car! BEWARE!!!! I went in for a car that was a 2008 around 73xxx miles very decently priced. First thing noticed that the car wasn't cleaned on the inside and the sealing bumpers on the car doors and moon roof were falling off. I told this to Mina and they were fixed that day. Let me just say this, Mina is the best part about this place. She was helpful and only person that held a conversation. Back to the car, I ended up purchasing the car after said things were fixed. A day later my check engine light came. The day after that i realize the horn didn't work AT ALL, a light was broken and a handle for extra storage was broken. HOW DO YOU NOT CHECK THESE THINGS BEFORE SELLING A CAR!? So, I bring the car down on my day off which was 2 days later and spend 4 hours at the dealership and what do they do? Only clean the part that's causing the check engine light to come on and tell me, "we may need to replace it if it does it again" they don't fix the horn at all. So next day, 5 days after purchasing the car it completely stops when I'm commuting to work. I call the place to have it towed and Pierre says they will not pay for that. After explaining once again all the issues I've had and it hasn't even been a week with the car they won't pay for towing they FINALLY said they would. They have the car for the rest of the day and call me to tell me the gas gage was broken and that I was only out of gas. Again, isn't that something you check!? They keep it overnight since they don't have the part (shocking) and tell me the next day it's ready. Here's the doozie, I purchased the car with a loan through my bank and the check was being mailed to the dealership. I called them back to see when I could pick it up and they told me they wouldn't release the car to me until they had the check ALTHOUGH they had a "guaranteed check" letter from bank stating it was on its way. The owner then BLAMED ME for not putting gas in the car and that I could've avoided the situation. How was I suppose to know if the gas gage was broken!? I then asked to talk to Mina or Aalyiah and he said they weren't there even though Mina had JUST left me a voicemail 1 minute prior he then changed his story to oh she's with a customer. I ended up telling them to keep the car because even if it was all fixed I would not want them to have my business or money. read more

I found a car that I wanted to purchase on cars.com and it just happened to be at Magic Auto Sales. I've never been a fan of buying cars, and considering I've purchased 5 cars in the last 10 years, I know a thing or two about car buying and the hassle that goes into it. But my experience at Magic Auto changed my opinion about used car buying. From the moment I sent in my online inquiry, my experience was great. Mina, their sales rep, got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. I was very up front about what I was willing to spend and they worked with me to meet my need. There was no haggling or negotiating. Magic Auto was the 4th dealership I had gone to to test drive a vehicle and my experience at the other dealerships almost made me give up but I'm glad I kept searching. Except for the color, which wasn't really that big of a deal for me and not something I'd expect to find unless I was buying a brand new car, I found the exact used car I was looking for. The car had some minor mechanical issues, which they were 100% up front about before we signed any paperwork, but they also said they would take care of the issues after the purchase was complete, which they did. They even asked me to drive the car for a few weeks first to see if I found any other issues that needed to be fixed beforehand so they could fix any other issues that arose. I didn't find any other issues but they fixed the initial issues as promised. About 45 days after I purchased the car, the check engine light came on so I brought it in and they fixed it no questions asked.
