    This is the only paper I got for the car. This vehicle you see didn't last more then 3 weeks.

    the worst experience I have be involved in. Complete nightmare. These people need someone to audit them. Please. While I was there dealing with my problems, there was 3 different domestic situations between the owners and customers. THEN ! Then I had to get the POLICE involved !!!! The car I Bought didn't last me 3 weeks. I have proof of all this. Feel free to ask me for more information. Keep in mind the owner who pushes "please post amazing review before you leave my lot."" sad man, they way iv seen customers treated here the past month in my dealing with them. I can't believe I really got Legally scammed.

    They might have some foreign cars but they gonna come with problems, problems that they don't tell you before hand. Buy at your own risk.

When we arrived Giovanni let my grandson start it but the front seat was not bolted down and wires were hanging down from the dash - so no road test but my grandson really liked the car so I (stupidly) put down $1200 to hold the car while the repairs were being made and getting my loan squared away. Unfortunately, no lender wanted to give me an acceptable loan due to over market price, age of the car and high mileage. Phoenix Auto Collection refused to lower the price to market value and after 4 days waiting for the repairs - I cancelled my offer and requested my $1200 back. Giovanni said no problem but since he could not reverse the charge on my credit card (due to financial manager not available) that I would have to dispute the charge through the credit card company which I did, and a provisional credit was issued. 30 days later Phoenix Auto Collection get the $1200 back because they showed my credit card company a receipt that I signed indicating NO REFUND - even though the actual purchase contract I signed had a cancellation clause with a full refund that is standard in the Auto Industry. Finally, after days for going round and round with the credit card company and Phoenix Auto Collection - they refused to do the honorable thing and return my $1200. We never got to test drive the car (or take possession of it), we were not able to get a reasonable loan and it cost me $1200 to learn a lesson about Phoenix Auto Collection LLC.

    Disastrous buying experience - do not recommend…read more I purchased a used vehicle Sunday night 3/15. I told my salesperson that I felt uncomfortable and unready many times but was told the deal was "practically finalized" even before I set foot in the finance office. I got there at 6:45pm and they had me there until almost 11pm. I drive the car to work the next day and I notice a significant vibration when idling, to the point where it was uncomfortable. Additionally, my check tire light came on (later learned it was due to a not full tire) and suuuuper hot air was coming from underneath the car when I was standing outside of it while running. I inform my salesperson of this Monday evening, and they instructed me to take the car into service the following day. So, I have to take off part of my work day to do this. 8am Tuesday morning I show up to the service bay, and they tell me I need to go park my car in the lot and talk to sales as its under their purview. Not a great start. (I was later apologized to by my salesperson for the oversight) They eventually look at my car and claim there's nothing wrong with it except the tire that needed filling up. I was very disappointed that my concern wasn't taken seriously. After two hours I go home, defeated, and do some researching. Turns out that Honda released a service bulletin for 2015 CRV's relating to vibration issues (https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2016/MC-10204266-9999.pdf) I go back in later to bring this to their attention, and also ask what my options are for getting a different car. They first tell me I'm eligible for an exchange, then 20 min later they say that's no longer possible because the deal was finalized and I would have to sell the car back to them. Incredibly disheartening. I will say that the manager who spoke with me was very kind and committed to getting answers for me, which I appreciated. Their offer to me was to come back in for service on Friday (even though I said I could take it in earlier like Weds or Thurs) and they will have a different technician take a look at it. I've spent a total of 6 hours at this dealership so far this week all because I purchased a vehicle, which should have been an exciting experience. I'm writing this review to bring serious attention to my experience and I hope that my concerns will be addressed at the upcoming service appointment.
