Being based in California, I was also pretty hesitant about buying a car out of state from Bell Lexus in Arizona, but David Jensen completely changed my mind. Right from the start, David never made me feel pressured. He took the time to listen to what features and packages actually mattered to me, and he was completely transparent about both the car and the pricing. Finding a 2026 Lexus RX 450h+ locally was a nightmare--dealerships across Northern and Southern CA (and even NV) acted like they were doing me a favor just talking to me. Half of them didn't reply to emails, took days to return calls, or refused to give a written quote. David, on the other hand, was lightning-fast with his responses over text, phone, and email. What stood out the most was that he didn't disappear after the deal was signed. He kept me updated while finance finished up, walked me through the shipping process from Arizona, and even made sure I knew exactly what to do for California DMV registration. After buying several cars in CA over the years, this was by far the smoothest and most stress-free experience. If you're looking for a Lexus, do yourself a favor and reach out to David Jensen at Bell Lexus. He's as genuine as they come, and he's definitely my go-to guy for any future purchases.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through the features, and made sure I felt confident before making my decision. We even went on a test drive so I could really get a feel for the vehicle, and he thoroughly went over everything with me before I drove off. I ended up purchasing a beautiful 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The vehicle was in excellent condition and looked even better in person. What impressed me the most was that the great customer service didn't stop after the sale. Gary has continued to be helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares that I'm happy with my purchase. If you're looking for a dealership that values customer service and makes the experience enjoyable, I'd absolutely recommend Bell Lexus. Thank you, Gary, for helping me find my dream Jeep and making the entire process such a positive one!

We did not. - When I asked how the price jumped. $12,000 he said "oops I hit a wrong key, let me fix that" he then said they charged $1,899 for things the dealership added and couldn't be removed in order to get the car ready for sale. Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. Extremely disappointing experience with Van Chevrolet. Buyers, please check EVERY number before…read moresigning. We were ready to purchase a 2023 Tahoe Premier and believed we had agreed upon the numbers. As we got closer to finalizing the purchase, we discovered that taxes had been left out of the figures we were being shown, making the deal look considerably better than the actual out-the-door cost. Then, right before signing, we discovered an approximately $4,000 warranty had been added to the deal. We had to question the numbers ourselves to understand why the amount had changed. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable with how the transaction was being handled and decided to walk away. What happened afterward was even more unbelievable. When I told our salesperson, Pierre, that we were done because we didn't appreciate how we were being treated, his response to me was: "Lmao mam you called me for the vehicle that you wanted" followed by: "You can't get mad at us cause you didn't understand how warranty works" I have the text messages and screenshots of the deal. This wasn't about me "not understanding" a warranty. The problem was transparency. Taxes and thousands of dollars in additional products materially affect a vehicle purchase and should be clearly disclosed and explained--not something a customer has to uncover while reviewing the final numbers. And regardless of any disagreement over a deal, I cannot imagine a professional salesperson responding to a customer with "Lmao mam." We were serious buyers, had the means to purchase the vehicle, and genuinely wanted this Tahoe. We walked away because by the end of the interaction we simply did not trust the transaction anymore. If you're considering purchasing from Van Chevrolet, my advice is simple: get the complete out-the-door price in writing before you go in, verify that taxes are included, ask specifically about every warranty/add-on, and carefully compare the final contract with the numbers you were originally quoted. A car purchase shouldn't require a customer to wonder what else might appear in the paperwork at the last minute.

I went in ready to purchase a vehicle -- not just browsing, but serious and ready to move forward. The salesman, Jake, ran my credit, which I agreed to because I trusted that meant they'd actually follow through and help me find the right car. Unfortunately, I was told I wasn't approved for the vehicle I initially had my eye on. That's fine -- these things happen. So I asked Jake to look into sourcing a Tesla Model 3 instead, which was well within the amount I was actually approved for. That's where things fell apart. After running my credit, I got completely ghosted. No follow-up call, no text, no email -- nothing. For a dealership to pull a hard inquiry on someone's credit and then just disappear when it's time to actually help them buy a car is unacceptable. I don't take having my credit run lightly, and I expect a basic level of follow-through when a dealership does so. Needless to say, I didn't wait around. I went to another dealership just a couple of days later and drove away with a car. If you're looking for a dealership that actually respects your time and your credit, I'd think twice before working with Jake at Auto Boom.
