I went to Toyota to grab an estimate for my damaged bumper. I was directed to another line while I waited for the next available staff member. After I explained the issue, the staff member told me he would ask an advisor to talk with me. The advisor told me that they don't do collision work. What?! Seems weird to me and I could have sworn I had some work done there before. The advisor did have some suggestions on who to visit so that was helpful. I was stuck in line waiting for the another car to complete their business before I could proceed to my next stop.

My family and I purchased several vehicles from Right Toyota. It's always a great and fun experience! Right Toyota is definitely not your typical car dealership. Ask for Jake Mautner or Tiffany Sharp. No pressure. Great salespersons. Greg Wishner will take great care of your vehicle financing, and GM Jamie Steinseifer will make sure you leave his dealership with a smile on your face! Make Right Toyota your go to dealership!!

When a SOLD tag means nothing

Dishonest and Disorganized! I purchased a 2021 Toyota Tundra Platinum on Thursday through their internet sales manage, Tiffany. They ran my credit application, took a copy of my drivers license, and I presented my Bank of America financing approval letter. Tiffany sent me a picture of the SOLD tag displayed on the dashboard of my newly purchased Tundra with my name on it and my pick up date. I booked a flight to come out the following week to pick up the truck since I live out of state. To my surprise, the next day I got a call from another sales manager, Jarvis, telling me they somehow sold my truck to someone else. Don't waste your time. Shop elsewhere.

2024 4Runner Solar Octane

Awful experience. Came into for my 4Runner's 30,000 mile oil change - an appointment I scheduled over the phone a week ago. I show up at 8:15 am right on time, they don't have my appointment. They create one and tell me it's going to cost me money. I said no, when I bought my car from Right Toyota in September of 2024, I was given - in writing - 30,000 miles of service care, free. The guy says no, they don't honor that unless it's in writing and unless I have proof it's going to cost me. I say, everything is digital you can look it up. He tells me no, that's not his job. I will have to go in, flag someone down, find my documents I signed 17 months ago, print them out and bring them back over as "proof" that I don't have to pay. I have never been given the run around and list of excuses like this before. Every Toyota I have bought, all 3 of them from this dealer, I have asked for 30K miles of service and never once since 2014 have I had to run in to the dealer to flag someone down to "prove it". The service provider David said he'd do me the favor of putting my car in line for service but wouldn't service it until I had some documentation. I found someone who seemed as annoyed with service department as I was who came over and signed the paper saying I did have that coverage. While waiting to find someone to talk to about the services, I asked to speak with someone about buying out my lease. I was told wait in the front and someone would be with me. I waited 15 minutes, standing in the front and no one came down to help with my questions. I walked away and went to sit in the lounge and no one followed up with me. After waiting 3 hours for a routine oil change on a Tuesday morning, I had to call for a car update because I never received a text that my car was actually checked in nor a phone call with an update. When I called my service manager for an update, I got 25 rings and an automated message saying I could allow him to text me an update. Turns out the car was done, but I never got a call. This is the second time this has happened. Now that my car has gotten its 30k miles of service I look forward to NEVER coming back to this location. When it comes time to buy out or trade in my lease, I will do whatever it takes to never use Right Toyota again. I am SO disappointed with the dealership I have done all of my deals with as an adult who has bought all her cars from in the last 12 years!

Picture of documents confirming the deposit on the truck sent via text
Jimmy B.

I put down a $500 deposit on a 2018 Tundra Platinum (stock #44157N) after the dealership issued a signed "SOLD" tag with my name, delivery date, and manager authorization, and confirmed in writing, via text, that they were pulling the truck off the lot for me. Despite all of that documentation, they STILL sold the truck to someone else. I have the text messages confirming the hold and the picture of the documents from a sales associate. If a manager-authorized sold tag and a paid deposit aren't enough to actually hold a vehicle here, buyers should know that before putting any money down.

Cody was awesome to work with from start to finish. He helped secure an incoming 2026 Prius LE, which was nearly impossible to find that trim level available on the lot, so he stayed in touch with me throughout the three month wait without ever being pushy or feeding me a sales pitch. He broke down the trade in tax savings and all the numbers in a way that actually made sense and helped get the payment I was looking for. When the car finally arrived, everything was smooth and I was in and out in around two hours. Cody is knowledgeable, honest, patient and genuinely good at what he does. I wouldn't want to buy a car from anyone else. My family will be returning for my wife's SUV in the near future. Thanks Cody!!

I bought my used car from here just have to say Noah Martens took care of us. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Was extremely patient and informative. Didn't get the pushy car Dealship experience which was great! I highly recommend going to see him if you're in the market for purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I recalled bringing my 2023 Honda Accord to Right Honda for some service, which was a was an easy transaction, and they did all I needed to ensure I got top notch service and my issue resolved. While I hadn't been back since, I have driven by Right Honda multiple times over the last three years, and recently, I had ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. This past Spring, I was surprised to get a very generous offer to sell my three-year old Honda Accord to Right Honda in Scottsdale. I stopped by the dealership very much prepared to walk away as I had no desire to spend more money, and I still owed a bit on my Honda. Ironically, I found my exact same Honda color, make, and model as of my 2023 but now as a 2026. The amount I would receive from Right Honda for a trade-in would take care of anything I owed on my previous Honda and a significant chunk (the majority) of my new Honda. They also offered to provide me a new cargo mat since I had one in my previous vehicle. While I appreciated the dealership, my salesperson, the manager I interacted with, and the service staff I worked with, I did learn some valuable lessons. First, I shouldn't have taken the new car in my possession when they didn't yet have the tint installed along with the new cargo net. Both additions required four visits total even as they kept forgetting or not being able to complete the service they planned on providing me. It seemed that the sales department and the service department didn't talk to each other. I also learned to double check appointments as the manager made an appointment but the service team didn't know anything about it nor did I receive a confirmation. I also received an e-mail after making the purchase where four services totaled $280, but no one ever outreached to me about it nor did I find anything when I clicked on a link in the e-mail. Very confusing! Ultimately, everything I was offered was honored (including filling my gas tank, lending me a loaner during the time I was getting service, and more). I certainly appreciate the great deal to talk me into buying a new car (especially after a new dog got the best of the old car's back seat). I will give Right Honda a try for service again in the future, and I recommend others to try out Right Honda for a local Honda dealership.

Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. Being based in California, I was also pretty hesitant about buying a car out of state from Bell Lexus in Arizona, but David Jensen completely changed my mind. Right from the start, David never made me feel pressured. He took the time to listen to what features and packages actually mattered to me, and he was completely transparent about both the car and the pricing. Finding a 2026 Lexus RX 450h+ locally was a nightmare--dealerships across Northern and Southern CA (and even NV) acted like they were doing me a favor just talking to me. Half of them didn't reply to emails, took days to return calls, or refused to give a written quote. David, on the other hand, was lightning-fast with his responses over text, phone, and email. What stood out the most was that he didn't disappear after the deal was signed. He kept me updated while finance finished up, walked me through the shipping process from Arizona, and even made sure I knew exactly what to do for California DMV registration. After buying several cars in CA over the years, this was by far the smoothest and most stress-free experience. If you're looking for a Lexus, do yourself a favor and reach out to David Jensen at Bell Lexus. He's as genuine as they come, and he's definitely my go-to guy for any future purchases.

I am a fairly demanding buyer and Chris went the extra mile. -Patient -- all sales people everywhere are going to express some urgency, but he worked with my timeline of 3 or 4 days. I am surprised since they are a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company. I turned in a 2019 Giulia Quad early on June 22nd and it took Ally (their leasing company) until July 5th to post the $60,600 check. Then on July 12th the payment was "reversed" for some reason. I was told by Ally their check bounced... On July 15th, Ally debited my account in the amount of $1,473 because Ally said I did not turn off Auto-Pay...can't believe it. When something is paid off, shouldn't the payments stop? I have been to the main dealership (Chrysler/Jeep) and spoken to Mo Paracha who has been of absolutely no help. Nor has Chris Nasralla in Finance...the only person worth anything here is Jon Kenny in Service. Since this dealership has been completely unresponsive, I have been in direct contact with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive in Dallas (972-536-2900). I have also lodged a consumer banking complaint against Ally for continuing to debit my account after the lease had been paid off. I now have to attempt to get a refund from Ally...and will probably have to file a claim in Small Claims Court to get it. These guys are all thieves...BEWARE!

I can't say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan…read more I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed "mandatory" dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That's when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn't expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he's going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn't even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He's a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. If you're considering buying a Nissan of any flavor, call Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. Whether you're across town or across the country, give him the opportunity to earn your business. No games. My experience wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable if it weren't for Ben P. from sales. He's only been at this dealership for a week! I highly recommend him. When I was finished with the sales portion of my business transaction, Jordan H. in Finance did an amazing job getting all the numbers crunched and processed. I was in and out of his office in under 30 minutes, and there was no hassle or last-minute attempts to push some alternative service or product onto the contract. The lever to drop the 3rd row seat was also broken. Alignment was pulling to the right HARD. I took it to be serviced and they fixed the 3rd row seat lever, but said there was nothing wrong with the A/C or anything else on the 20-something point inspection. I took their word for it, trusting the professionals and hoping they were being straightforward, honest and servicing with integrity. 2 weeks later, I got an alert to service the batteries in the vehicle. I also tried the 3rd row seat lever for the first time since it was replaced, and it very easily snapped off again. I could not get it back in for a service appt right away as I work long hours, beyond their business hours, and work 2 jobs to keep food on the table in this trying economy. I made an appointment for Friday, 8/21, at a closer Autonation (Subaru Scottsdale is nearly an hour away from me), but was told they did not have loaner vehicles and I have to other means of transportation for myself and my 4 kids while my car is being serviced. I had to take my daughter to college at NAU that weekend, came back and made an appt for first thing Monday, 8/24. At that appointment, I was told my warranty expired ~300 miles ago (the distance to and from Flagstaff, ironically). I told them that the battery should not have died that quickly if it was truly "good" when I purchased it. I also advised them that the lever they just repaired broke again, and that the mechanism inside the handle is catching, and causing the plastic handle to snap every time you use it. I had to speak with the GM about it, because the invoice for the AUX and main battery, and the 3rd row seat repair, was over $1000! I'm sorry, but a single mom simply does not have to spend on a car she's had less than 90 days. I said, "You sold me a car with a battery on the end of its life, 2 months in it needs to be replaced, it feels wrong to make ME pay for this when i've only used the vehicle to commute to and from work and get my kids to and from school (all within a 5 mile radius), so I know it wasn't something I did. The battery was bad when I bought it. I also don't feel like I should have to pay for the seat repair when it was broken when I purchased the car, repaired and then broke again." The GM was rude, argued with me over the phone about it, and then hesitantly agreed to replace the batteries, "but YOU will have to pay for the 3rd row seat repair'. $140 for a $5 part and 1 screw to replace it (looked up after, I could've done this myself ), but whatever, I agreed to pay it. Overall, I feel like I was scammed. My A/C still maxes out at 3/6 fan speed, the alignment is still pulling to the right. And I'm afraid to put the 3rd row seat down in fear that they didn't fix the mechanism that is catching and breaking the handle, and it'll probably break again next time I try. This vehicle may not be a "lemon" in the sense that it is non-drivable. But as soon as my warranty expired, it feels like every little thing is falling apart. It is extremely discouraging as a consumer. A little empathy would've gone a long way. If the GM was kinder in our interaction, if he tried to relate on a basic human level and understand why I was so upset, I might feel differently about this interaction. I was told they "could not replicate" the A/C issue, but if you turn the vehicle on and try each fan speed, you can VERY CLEARLY see that it maxes out at 3. Level 4, 5 and "MAX a/c" are all the same as the 3rd fan speed. Sure, this doesn't affect the drivability of the car, but in AZ, when it's over 110, and my kids are sweating in the back seat of a car I purchased less than 90 days ago, it puts a bad taste in your mouth for sure. I thought this dealership was less "sharky" than others, but they sure fooled me. I will not be returning for services here, and frankly, I have buyers remorse now when I was SO EXCITED and happy with my purchase initially. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone who does NOT want to find a 10-point list of things wrong with your vehicle as soon as the warranty expires. Do better, Subaru Scottsdale.
