I never got anything done to my car here just a quick check up on my Audi RS5. I only spoke to the guy in the front (medium height, dark hair, light tan skin, either late 20's or 30's). Just wanted to let them know they have a good employee because even though they couldn't do nothing for me and my situation he was very helpful with the recommendations I could do for my car. -I guess I kind of messed up on thinking they could work on a car like mine

3 weeks after fixing my transmission and having trouble turn I gotta after I come to a stop.

I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

****************** UPDATE:…read more Amanda called and left a message stating that the rep tried to come out yesterday and there was a problem (never happened. The rep was always supposed to come out today.) . She also mentioned that the rep needed access to the window which he had. He just immediately came out of the gate saying he didn't see a problem and he barely looked at it because he never intended on replacing it. ***************** The first time this company came out and replaced the windshield the employees and the installation techs were great but they installed the wrong glass knowingly and every morning there is condensation. The second time they sent a tech out who was supposed to replace the glass but they sent a foreigner who spoke broken English and tried to be incredibly aggressive about starting an hour earlier after the company told us the wait would be from 8 am to 3 pm. Sal (I think that was his name) called the night before after 7 pm saying he wanted to do it at 7 AM instead and around 7:05 AM he left a message saying he would be there at 8 AM instead. At 8 AM he arrives and immediately says he won't replace it because he sees nothing wrong with it. It is now obvious that they installed the incorrect glass on the initial visit on purpose and are refusing to replace it with the correct glass that they were supposed to install the first time.
