I've been on your auto pay for unlimited washes for almost 8 years & unfortunately the quality of service this year has gone way down. I'm not sure anything was done to clean the interior today at all. I've spent the last 30 minutes redoing it myself:( I would far prefer to receive the service that I've been promised and used to enjoy so much here. Perhaps consider fulfilling the contract properly vs. forcing your employees to try to upsell me every time I come in. I have a detail gift certificate that I haven't used here yet, but I'm not really convinced it would be any better quality than what I can do myself! read more

Terribly dishonest people. Took my credit card and charged for a recurring monthly membership when all I asked for was one carwash. The manager would not remove the membership. I had to cancel my credit card so they couldn't keep charging it. It was clear this is a scam they do over and over to unsuspecting customers who never check for recurring charges month after month after month. read more

I have used Cobblestone for all my cars for over 20 years and now I want to review the car wash for yelp. It is easy to get in from any direction. Today there was no waiting in one of the three lanes for the vacuum which is done before they run the car through the wash. I did a hand wash so it went to the side of the automatic wash and then over to the detailing area. They also have express wash where you drive your car through by yourself and can go use the free vacuum area after. Inside there is a small store with coffee drinks food and cards and gifts. The staff is very friendly. They care about my satisfaction and I know this comes down all the way from the owner to the management and employees. I love the free popcorn if you are getting a car wash. Cobblestone also is a gas station. I plan to keep using this first rate facility. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves a warning. About a year ago, I was convinced to purchase a membership after being promised unlimited washes and access to a dedicated express lane. Today, when I tried to use that lane, an employee named Marcus rudely ordered me to leave and get back in the regular line. He raised his voice, repeatedly called me "dude," refused to identify himself at first, and insisted he had every right to speak to customers that way. When I asked for a manager, I was told he was too busy and would say the same thing. Eventually, Mr. Gavin introduced himself as the manager. Rather than apologizing for his employee's behavior, he simply defended it and explained that the lane was only for full-service members--a restriction that was never mentioned when the membership was sold to me. The membership misunderstanding isn't what upset me the most. Policies can be explained. What cannot be excused is treating a paying customer with disrespect and showing absolutely no accountability. A simple apology would have changed the entire experience. Now I understand why this company--and especially this location--has such poor ratings. If customer service, professionalism, and respect matter to you, I strongly recommend choosing a different car wash. read more

Just cancelled my pass due to another locations shortfalls. Decided to give this one another try with their platinum full service wash. Usually do the express but I wanted the inside dust cleaned - I just paid for full service and literally got nothing. The only thing I watched them do was the glass. No lemon scent, there's dust everywhere and looks like I have a new scratch on my tailgate. I told myself I'm never coming back to Cobblestone after my prior visit, should've listened. This is the 3rd chance I have given these guys and each time ive upgraded the wash....water spots all over it. After my car came out of wash it sat there for 20mins without water being wioed off...didn't look vacuumed when I said something he took air gun to it and all it did was blew the crap all over it...I mean come on common sense here. There was black grease marks on the car highly visible he did end up wiping those off. Bird crap still on the hood of my car....backs of side mirrors not wiped at all....I ended up driving it into the matress firm parking lot and vacuuming it out with my portable I have and wiped everything down inside with some leather and vinyl wipes I had in trunk and used a car shammy to wipe all the crap they didnt.....it not like I have a shifty car I do drive a nice Cadillac.....I'll never go back read more

Cobblestone Car Wash does the bare minimum and somehow still manages to underdeliver. The whole experience feels like they are doing just enough to get by while putting in as little effort as possible. The quality of the wash and service did not come close to justifying the price, and the attitude seemed to be that tips are expected no matter how mediocre the work is. Their customer service is 10/10. I have enjoyed so many interactions with staff at this location. Joe, Angel, Marcus, Derrick, etc. Every single person has been helpful, kind, and proactively solved problems -- but that's the problem, there's always a problem. I've had between 15-20 car washes here over the course of two years. I do not have a membership, I buy the coupon pack which comes with 5 washes I believe. The washes unfortunately are 2/10. They regularly miss very obvious things, do not open all the doors and fully dry the car, do not properly clean the wheels, cannot get the windshield clean if their lives depended on it. This time, I specifically asked if we could make sure the console and cup holders were clean (see photos) and this is what it looked like AFTER I asked them to redo it. I have a couple washes left on my pack, but likely won't purchase another because they simply don't do a good job and the value isn't there for the price paid (which wasn't the case when I became a customer in 2023). Will be sad to let them go as I enjoy all of the people who work there, but business is business, and you can't charge a premium and deliver a sub par service. read more

3 months back I was sold a "$27 platinum monthly special." Turns out I've been getting charged $37 monthly. When asking to cancel membership Michael offered to sell me their "superior wash" instead for $21 monthly. When I asked about their "superior wash" that isn't listed on the menu he tells me it's actually their basic wash that he calls "superior"... I asked to cancel again and he got upset. I asked how long my remaining membership last and he got more upset, so upset his veins were bulging out of the side of his neck. I know people have bad days but you can't take it out on customers. The automatic wash is decent, but obviously none of them are ever as good as getting a real car wash. What sets this place apart is that their self serve vacuums are great, there's a ton of bays so you can usually find an open one without issue, and they have towels available!! This location is right off the Loop 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright. There was a little bit of wait to get checked in at one of the full service bays, but nothing too bad. Paid for the ultimate or most expensive car wash, interior & exterior. Not offensive expensive but still expensive. No, I'm not a member & I don't know that I would be not because of them but I have enough memberships/subscriptions. Several places were missed & it's my own fault for not confirming before I left that everything wasn't 100%. It is unfortunate though. The seating outside is limited the music outside, while good, is loud & makes it harder to hear when they call your car. Word of advice: check the entire car to make sure they hit all the places & that they are clean before you leave. read more

Worst experience! Never get any detailing here! They lie to your face. I was told they would do a detailing for the "whole car" and "remove all the scratches." But they only did one spot, and that was a dirty work--the scratch still shows clearly! The guy even inspected the scratch and told me it would "all be good with detailing." When asked, they argued that the paid price of $120 is only for a spot check (though they only did one spot initially) . They only covered another 2 spots when I showed them that only one spot was done. If they had been clear that the price for covering 3 spots is a whopping $120, I would never have opted for it. They blamed me for this and took it to a repair shop. Nick the GM said this would cost ME $100-$150 to repair. It actually cost ME over $300. Very friendly and courteous when I bring my car in for a wash. The staff inside are equally as friendly. I have the monthly pass as do many other people. However, they need to do a better job on washing the inside of the windshield! I am a stickler about that. Every time I go for a car wash, I tell my greeter to relate to the inside cleaners to do a thorough cleaning on my interior windshield. The last time I was there they did a horrible job cleaning my interior windshield. It was so streaky and smudgy. Absolute ripoff and horrible car wash. $47 later... Bugs all over the windshield barely anything wiped down. Paid $20 extra for the mats to be washed and when I finally got the car back the mats were soaking wet and foamy still. It was taking so long that I had to escalate to the manager and he actually went and started helping with the mats since no one was working on the car at all. He was very helpful but left and they did not get them done properly as I don't think I should have to go wash the mats again to get the foam and soap off.
