The person who was suppose to greet was rude, didn't even know there service offerings. On their website said $31 he told me $39.99 then he told me they don't accept cash. Then had to go pay at gas station then he told me to wait in line yet again. Then guys spraying off vehicle talked to me the other guy started spraying and got water all in car. This place is horrible, from the quality of the car wash to the customer service, from management all the way down to the guys drying the cars. Today was the third time I've had issues with my vehicle. Once again, the interior wasn't cleaned at all, and the exterior was poorly dried, with obvious areas skipped and missed altogether. At this point, I don't understand how the same issues keep happening. If I had another option for car wash service, I would absolutely go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I'm not paying for this service and am required to use this location. But you will not get the quality of wash or the level of customer service you deserve at this location. Look, we all know car washes are sketchy (just google Danny's Family Car Wash, which - shock me shock me - Jacksons bought when the owner was hauled off to prison)...but we also set that aside for a little convenience from time to time. Warning: you may want to go elsewhere next time you need a convenient wash. Here's the story: I've been to this location once before, maybe a year ago. The wash was fine, nothing great, but it was long (30 min, as opposed to the 20 they advertise) and they did a minimal-effort job. I didn't plan on ever going back, but yesterday was in the area, in a pinch, and figured how bad could it be? Let's start with the ticket-writer, who spoke so fast nobody could understand him. I specifically asked for a basic wash and noted I didn't want any wax or ceramic sprays or any coating on my dashboard. When I checked my card statement last night I noticed he had charged me $40 (yes, that's right: FORTY) for an "ultimate" wash which included the 3 items I definitely told him I did not want. Off to a great start. 35-ish minutes later, after sitting in the waiting area watching an army of car wash drones wander around, occasionally touch my car, then wander off into oblivion, my car was "ready". What, you may ask, does $40 at Jacksons get you? Well I had to rewash the car myself, for starters. The windshield had not been finished (this one seems basic, but what do I know), the mirrors hadn't been cleaned, the knock-off Armor All goop they drizzled all over my dash smelled horrendous and needed to be fixed, and somehow there was new trash in my car (this was particularly surprising). Long story long, this place will be much improved when it inevitably becomes a condo building in a few years. Until then, buyer beware. read more

I came here first thing in the morning on a Friday and had a pretty good experience. The woman who helped me pick what car wash I wanted was super friendly and helpful. I went with the $75 interior/exterior wash. I had just transported my car from another state so it was really dirty and needed a good wash. Because I went early I didn't have any wait, just drove straight through the wash to the part where the guys did the rest of the wash. They worked quickly and did a good job. Was it the best car wash ever? No. But for the price point I think it's great and I would definitely be back. I think some of these reviews expecting a much higher quality might want to look at a higher end detailing experience. For what you pay here, they do a great job. read more

1st the amount of sad reviews had me hesitating to come to this establishment but from the front service and till the end!!! Kacie the manager made my time there like I was getting the grand car wash but only paid $28 something and the team took care of my car!!! Superb customer service and the way they instructed me on where to go and how they wash pre soak before going in the car wash was really such a great experience. I don't know what people who are doing all these one Star two Star three star review is really sad . I had no issues as you can see 5 people are working on my vehicle it maybe a slow day. Nevertheless The crew was so nice and so helpful it's so sad that these people are just here to work and make a living so if your experience with them may not be in your favor just remember to smile and if you want to be treated with respect then give back the same energy. They do an okay job most of the time but on multiple occasions I have sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for them to finish the inside of my car meanwhile they openly ignore my car to work on someone else's who pulled up AFTER me. I went to get a regular interior and exterior car wash. The attendant talked me into a $75 special wash that he said would be amazing. I left and didn't look at the details as I had my baby with me. It took sooo long and baby needed to get home. I had to clean the inside seats and also there were still many dirty spots on exterior of car. I wanted to go back but I have not had time. The measly 1 star given is no reflection of the hardworking cleaning staff that so meticulously wash and physically wipe down and dry off the cars___but my grievance is based on the appalling lack of respect and rudeness I recently experienced at "in-take" by a young lady "Jenny" who falsely identified herself as a JACKSON CAR WASH "manager" when I demanded to speak to the actual manager regarding a valid complaint . Fraud Alert!!! I have been purchasing hand washes from Jackson's for over two years and never had an issue--until now. I recently bought a prepaid package for five hand washes directly from them. The employee who sold it to me told me it was official and would be honored like any other package. When I went to use it, I was told they "can't accept it" because they've been having problems and that it supposedly isn't official. This makes no sense. I have both the receipt and the card, and I trusted their staff when they sold it to me. As a loyal customer, this is extremely disappointing. A reputable business should stand by what their employees sell, not turn around and refuse to honor it later. Unless Jackson's makes this right, they've lost my business and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you also purchased one of these packages and were told it won't be honored, I encourage you to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. Customers shouldn't have to pay for Jackson's mistakes or misleading sales practices. read more

The wash Probably cleaned about 50% of my car and there's no wax on my car either. Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever dealt with. As a former owner of a mobile detailing business, the service of this company is unacceptable. I purchased a monthly membership and have been a member for the last two months. During my visit last week the employee guiding vehicles onto the rail instructed me to keep coming and ran me straight into the metal rail guide. I immediately asked to speak with a "manager". He proceeded to agree and tell me this was their mistake. He said he would be taking this up to corporate and they would be speaking to me within the week. Two days later I receive a call from someone who never identified themselves asking for my side of the story which I gave. This guy says it's my fault as I am the one driving the vehicle and hangs up. Nothing done. Why would I purposely curb the shit out of my wheel on my brand new model 3. As a pilot I think I can drive a car competently. Disrespectful ex con employees and a joke of a company. Do not bring your car here as they are likely to damage it. They must have vacuumed with a rake , because there was dirt all over my carpet. They didn't wipe down the inside as described. We booked a detail for our car and gave a cc. We subsequently had to cancel. It took hours to get ahold of someone and they said they would take care of cancellation. They did not and we were charged 321.00. I have called repeatedly and emailed their corporate office. They call and say they're going to take care of it, but they never do. I have tried for several weeks to contact someone to get a fraudulent charge to my card resolved but they only let you speak to an AI bot and tell you they will call you back but nobody ever calls back. The membership is great if you use it more than once a month. They aren't detailed unfortunately most of the time I have to ask to wipe down the cup holders and the door panel. But it's inside and out wash for $40 unlimited a month so I still think it's worth it. Most services these days need hand holding it's hard to employee go getters. read more
