I've had a great experience here so far. Everyone has been very friendly, understanding and honest. I look fwd to seeing their new remodel of their building once it's done. Currently, everyone is working out of office trailers. While my car was being serviced, they still made the waiting room very comfortable. Thank you. read more

I saw a Cadillac ct5 advertised online for $52k. I live out of state so begun the purchase over the phone. I sent all my info to salesperson but a few hrs later got a call that car was not available until Nov. I agreed to a $1k deposit to hold car. I got another call that manager wanted $5k over advertised price. So the car was available but for $5k more. Manager would not sell car for advertised price or return my phone call. This is called (bait & switch) & this dealership is super shady & unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I'm not sure if this place is out of their mind or what but they definitely seem so. Plus staff seems condescending when you question their ways. Unfortunately they don't list their pricing on some cars (always a bad sign). Anyways they were near by so I called up and they informed me they ask a certain amount over the msrp on their cars. When I asked if he meant a different number he laughed and to summarize said if i can't afford their mark up then go to a different dealer. Anyways went to a different dealer and saved thousands with a few goodies added on. Going to sign the paperwork tomorrow No need for your sob story reply Kenny. Your team told me to shop elsewhere because I didn't wanna pay your 10k over sticker and I did. Got a way better deal with nice people. Saved myself the headache. read more

I have only good things to say about my recent service experience here. While in Scottsdale, the check engine light on our 2022 XT4 came on. Panicked, I called the dealership in Phoenix where I bought the vehicle from earlier this year. They could not have cared less and offered me an appointment for nearly two weeks away. As a Hail Mary, I drove to Earnhardt Cadillac to have the check engine light read. It was a Saturday and the lone service advisor read the code and advised that there was an issue with a pump. He then went to check if they had the part in stock. They did, and he offered to get it fixed up same day. The whole experience took about two hours, which I found to be extremely reasonable as I didn't have an appointment. The advisor and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The dealership is undergoing some construction, but I still found the trailer waiting room to be comfortable enough to wait in for a bit. I will definitely return to Earnhardt Cadillac for future service on my XT4. read more

Mario S. was outstanding!! He treated me like a queen from start to finish and was so kind and was absolutely made for this service role. He made it easy to get my courtesy vehicle when I dropped off my car for service, because he used the insurance on file and he also gave me options between gas powered and electric power powered I like that optional. And Mario S. was so good on the orientation as well. Made it really easy to understand the court at vehicle. I had zero issues whatsoever and really enjoyed the car. I also appreciate how my final bill matched the quote they gave me that's always really important for customers and it doesn't go unnoticed. Finally, the service department clean and detailed my car before returning it to me. I was so happy and it really needed it because it had dust on it from a recent trip and they made me love my Cadillac until I can get my new one next year. They did a better job than Cobblestone. I appreciate my 10 year service advisor, Mario C., setting me up Really well while he was on holiday break and it was still seamless. When I decide to do my car shopping 12-months from now, I'm coming Earnhardt Cadillac at Frank Lloyd Wright to see if we can make a deal, and I'll be sure to tell them why it's because of the service department. read more

I called ahead and spoke with Robert Jelinek about viewing a Cadillac Escalade ESV in the Sport and Luxury trims. I was very clear that we're shopping specifically for an eight-passenger configuration, and that I understood we'd likely need to special order it. I simply wanted to drive the size and trim level before deciding which to order. For context, when buying a Cadillac Escalade ESV, the only trim levels that allow for an eight-passenger configuration are the Luxury and Sport. The Platinum levels do not. I explained this to Robert and told him I didn't want to see higher trims because I didn't want to fall in love with something that couldn't be built as an eight-passenger. He confirmed that he had both the Luxury and Sport ESVs in stock, plus a 2023 used model with a bench seat we could view for reference. We arrived about 45 minutes later, and nothing was ready. Robert was instead busy watching the cardinals game on his phone. He led us to a used vehicle parked far out on the lot, which turned out to be locked. After 10 minutes of searching, he admitted he couldn't find the key. When I asked to see the 2025 models we had discussed, he tried to show us a regular Escalade instead of the extended ESV we had confirmed over the phone. He then admitted he didn't actually have a Sport or Luxury ESV on the lot--exactly what I had verified before making the drive. I went inside and spoke with Tony, the sales manager. He apologized and admitted the situation was unacceptable--but that was the end of it. He didn't go out of his way to help us find the right vehicle, didn't offer to locate one at another store, didn't try to make things right in any way. He just apologized while half-watching a football game on the sales office TV, which told me everything I needed to know about their priorities. As I was leaving, I overheard Robert complaining to another salesman about us and making sarcastic comments about what he thought we "should have wanted." When I walked by, he looked startled and quickly offered to call me when one arrived, but at that point I was done wasting my time. It's completely unacceptable to tell customers you have vehicles in stock when you don't, and even worse to waste their time and act annoyed when called out on it. We were the only customers there, and there was no reason the vehicles we discussed weren't ready to view. Do yourself a favor and find another Cadillac dealership. The cars may be luxury--but the service here is anything but. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Recently moved to the area and needed service on my 2020 XT5. I am big on reviews and when searching for a Cadillac dealer, Glendale was much closer however I paid extra to get towed into Scottsdale. I am so glad I did. Did most of our communication over the phone as we knew what we wanted. Treated us well. Easy deal.

We were informed this week after calling to schedule a service appointment that a $250 deposit is required for service and the car must be left at the dealer for two days. This is before they even diagnosed the service issue. To make matters worse I called back and cancelled the appointment after initially scheduling only to receive an email today informing me that we missed our scheduled appointment. We have had numerous service work done at Earnhardt which we were very satisfied with and never had a deposit required or leave a car for two days to diagnosis problem??? read more

After getting a flat tire on my way home from picking up my daughters birthday cake, I unknowingly pulled in the back of Earnhardt Cadillac. One of the technicians happened to spot me and offered to guide me to the service drive where I was greeted by Mario Coronado. Earn Hardt Cadillac was such a fantastic experience, We can't say enough good about them! Our family went from just stopping by to see what the hype was with this dealership before heading back to LA, to leaving with my dream vehicle. Not only did we get a great deal, thanks to Derek Spady, but two people help make our experience memorable. Craig Bergmann and Peter St. John! Pet went out his way to make phone calls on our behalf. He also made sure we got a great deal on added packages, and a low interest rates (without us asking). He more than showed us that he was for the customer. Craig, we can't say enough good about this gentleman. He is a genuinely good-hearted person. He rubbed us the right way from the start. He made sure we had something to eat, somewhere to stay, turned in our rental, took us on an errand, made sure my daughter had headphones for the road, came in on his off day, and called us after to check on us to say the least. This guy is awesome, make sure to ask for Craig, we guarantee he won't let you down. He will do everything within his power to help and we now consider him a friend. All in all, everyone at Earn Hardt Cadillac was friendly, they ordered us food, and even paid for our hotel because the deal went past business hours. They not only restored our faith in dealerships, but also in humanity! Update: The dealership did reach out to me and acknowledged what happened in a 3 way phone call which included service director Pete Kaiser, car dealership general manager Kenny Clayton, and myself. I want to thank Kenny Clayton because the reality is he showed good intent to try to make things right. I have worked in multiple customer facing positions, client facing positions, patient facing positions. In all such roles, I have experienced every type of scenario from a person disagreeing with me, to a person yelling at me, to a person simply not understanding and continuing to ask repeated questions / follow-up questions. At no point in my career did I ever raise my voice, intimidate, threaten, harass, or subject another person to feeling in anyway negative no matter what scenario was thrown at me. Besides the fact that in any workplace, this is grounds for immediate dismissal; the core reasoning is that it is dishonorable to act in such a manner no matter the situation. Under all circumstances, it is important to remain calm, patient and understanding. Every interaction is an experience for the individual and representation for the business/company. For someone to act like that and feel they are able to do so without consequences is a result of an enabler.. That said, I do want to say I appreciate Kenny Clayton as he without a doubt understands the above as he worked with me to attempt to try make things somewhat better. I will not be returning to the service department which this review is intended for. I cannot comment on the car dealership aspect which is run by general manager, Kenny Clayton other than my short interaction of his willingness to make things right. read more

Just know the sales department is great and they go above and beyond. Seriously Paul and the guys are AMAZING!! Now the service department on the other hand. Absolutely horrible service and Ron appears nice but believe you me, at some point in the convo he will then turn the whole conversation around and make it all your fault and how he is the victim. Oh well just sad as I was raised differently where honestly ans relationship were valued. I spent 110k on my Escalade 4 months ago and I get charged $400 because my son put money in the DVD player 2 times and I told them about it. The moment I told them the truth about what I thought was happening the whole conversation switched from factory warranty we will Get you taken care of to.... oh wow well our labor starts at $150 to diagnose the problem. Interesting and sad at the same time. All good, as I'm not a cusser or a screamer. Just tells me so much about this place. This is about principal more than money. Do what is right Earnhardt. I gave Ron a few chances to make this right. I guess the $400 was really important to them after me being a no haggle client when I bought it. Clearly Ron is on commission which I respect. IF THIS ALLOWED FOR 10 STARS I WOULD GIVE 11!!! This is a review of a great sales experience and a dealership that does the right thing with the customer at heart! This is my first GM EVER and because of my experience I will be a forever GM customer. My husband and I consider ourselves honest hardworking people and hope to always do business with people alike. In this case, I can say Earnhardt Cadillac "talks the talk and walks the walk." I feel like I've just won the lottery with the entire staff, without purchasing a ticket, especially with our sales adviser, Chris Scherff. I would like to personally thank Chris as I have in person but also on social media. He is a man of his word! He was very responsive from the moment I spoke to him and did not try to bullshit me. He was very prompt in returning calls and texts and is a very fair and factual person to work with. We made a deal via phone and when I arrived, my car was ready and did not have to wait long to meet with finance. What we agreed to was just that when I arrived and made it an amazing car buying experience with a seamless process. If you're looking for honest, ethical and good people this is where you want to purchase or service a vehicle! It's rare that once you leave the lot that a dealership really cares about you personally or your continued experience but in my personal case, they EXCEEDED expectations of a lifetime. I will never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else! Without going into great detail...All I can say is a week after I purchased a used car, I found something very structurally concerning that no one knew about; not even the dealership. I did not want to accept just a repair and felt strongly but fairly I wanted to trade the car back in and re-purchase another used vehicle. My husband and I feared that it was going to be a lengthy process and were hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. I was very stressed out thinking the beautiful new car I just bought was going to be worthless and turn into an awful experience. I was wrong! Scott Turley really took his time to assess the situation with the customer in mind. I can honestly say that they could have easily wiped their hands clean of it and only offered me a repair. They could have not taken any responsibility at all as matter of fact but did. I received a phone call from the General Manager, Kenny Clayton. Not only did he make it right, he EXCEEDED our exceptions and gave us more than we honestly, fairly deserved. So much so, I happily cried because I've never been treated so exceptionally in my life and realized there are still good people in this world that actually care. For me to cry, it has to be very significant and this certainly was to me. I am still in shock and can't thank the staff enough. Chris Schreff, Kenny Clayton, Larry Nicols, Scott Turley and Peter St. John, you are what sets your dealership apart from others. You have just made us customers for LIFE and we will recommend your dealership to all of our friends, family and co-workers looking for a vehicle. Thank you again guys - this meant more to us than you can ever imagine. "The most important ingredient we put into any relationship is not what we say or what we do, but what we are. And if our words and our actions come from superficial human relations techniques (the Personality Ethic) rather than from our own inner core (the Character Ethic), others will sense that duplicity. We simply won't be able to create and sustain the foundation necessary for effective interdependence." -Stephen Covey read more

Bait & switch tactics; ordered new Escalade, gave deposit, waited (4) months, ready to pick up and upon delivery (approx 4 months later) was told had to purchase (5) dealer add-on's, which were NOT installed yet, and since I lived in the Pacific Northwest, the "desert protection" plan and "tinted windows" were worthless to me, especially since had to return to AZ for 5 trips, every 6 months for the desert protection.....these add-on's were absolutely NOT discussed at the time of the order, but rather at the time of the planned delivery. I even called the sales manager who rudely told me to take it or leave it. Used to buy all our company vehicles from Earnhardt; and never experienced such unprofessional, under-handed tactics. The sales pro, Stan Powell was very easy to work with and delivered on every promise. The service advisor, Armond is on top of his game too.
