My husband is a current BMW owner. When my lease on my MBZ was coming due, we decided to look at a BMW for me. We were happy to see that Rick Lyons, the sales associate who helped my husband purchase his car a couple years was working the day we were looking for mine. From the first day, Rick worked so diligently with us to build just the right sporty vehicle and coordinate its production and delivery with the most beneficial timing of the lease return of our MBZ. Rick always kept us in the loop...we never had to wonder where we were in the process. Pickup day was fun. My new car had a big red bow on it and Rick stealthily recorded videos as I was working with the Genius learning the ins and outs of my beautiful new car. We enjoyed getting to know Rick and he was always available to answer any questions I had. Our experience with Rick excelled in all categories...10's across the board. Thanks Rick!!!!!

DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! I returned a lease and had worked on a deal to lease a new 2026 iX. There were delays in delivery because the car was being used as a loaner by the dealership. When it was delivered, and I got it home, I discovered a large amount of cat urine feces in the back compartment of the vehicle that had dripped down through the carpeting and hatch into the lower compartment. I brought this to the attention of the dealership who elected to replace the affected parts. I went for delivery again and they had replaced part of the affected parts. However, the deeper compartments were still soaked and stained with cat urine and feces. Again they took the vehicle back and replaced the affected plastic parts and (I'm assuming) cleaned the carpeting I took delivery again only to notice that the pungent odor of urine was still present in the vehicle. Additionally, less than 24 hours later, the right front tire went flat. I returned the car to the dealership again and they put air in the tire and told me to return if it loses air again. I've asked to get into a different IX which they told me was not possible. I asked to get into a different vehicle which they offered only a high mile loaner five series vehicle. They are dragging their feet and not taking return of the vehicle. I will have to go to the state and possibly sue because of the clear violation of the law when it comes to selling and leasing new vehicles and it's a huge headache. Although the car appears new in every way, I can't describe how disgusting the odor is, especially from the air conditioner. Most of the staff is completely unconcerned with what has gone on and have even tried to somehow pin it on me! I own no pets and I'm allergic to cats. I had the car for less than 20 minutes before I found the dried urine and feces in the vehicle. Less than 18 hours (and 3 miles of city driving) for the tire to go flat. I have bought from the Penske group for over 25 years and they have lost a customer for good! I recommend that you steer clear of this and any other Penske dealership.

We had a very pleasant experience with Chris. He took care of us through the entire purchase of our son's BMW, even when some changes were made, he made sure everything was handled. Adnane in finance was helpful and kind too. I appreciate Chris honesty when there was a question we asked and he did not have the answer, he would look into it and get back to us promptly. I have to say between the service department, finance department and the sales department, I had a very pleasant experience at North Scottsdale BMW. I strongly recommend them for your BMW needs.

I pulled up for a carwash and to browse this dealership since I've never been to this location. This entire section of autos changed up a little and have added new dealerships. One of the many awesome perks about bmw dealerships are the free car washes!! I have a membership for carwashes elsewhere, but since I was in the area, I stopped to get one and to browse the latest vehicles. Upon my browsing indoors, at the new model vehicles that came out, the lovely Belynda was the first one to greet me and offer assistance. If you know me, you know that I'm a sucker for cars and known to go in and come out with a brand new one from the show room floors or to order them before the first model comes out... thankfully this time, I immediately told her, no need for help. Lol I only wanted to browse!!! Then comes, awesome Donnell Wilson words eyes got big, knowing that coming across me, was probably like coming across a good credit gold mine and he was getting me ready to drive out of the show room again . No sir/Ma'am, I am not ready to change or move up in vehicles just yet. I stayed strong for once and told Donell that he's my new sales guy if I am ready for a vehicle in the future . I'm going to enjoy no payments for a while before jumping again, and also wait for things to get better in the economy. Thanks for awesome customer service guys!! These 2 deserve raises and 6 months off with extra pay, on top of commissions. There's plenty of vehicles to see and to fantasize about( like I did (for the ones I can't afford currently) so, if you are in search of a vehicle I recommend going to see Donnell Wilson since Belynda doesn't sell, but will connect you to a sales person. Donnell is an Awesome human and very personable. The others weren't as friendly as these 2 were!! In fact, the others didn't even speak nor did they, have any customers at their desk, some sales humans were twirling their fingers not even walking around trying to gain customers who were browsing the floor, as well as, outside. Perhaps things changed and they aren't in need for customers but in my opinion all sales humans should be at least surfing indoor and outdoor lots to greet customers no matter what!! Bmw expectations of staff must have changed!! OMG and then, to not have bottled water in any of the coolers were also very noticeable... and tacky!! Although they have a water machine ...come on guys... the money that BMW MAKES you'd think, bottled water would still be optional and provided. Who wants to walk around with open cups of water, with no lids and no straws!! ‍ ‍ Those vehicles these days are not cheap!!! BMW has already gotten rid of the fancy yearly parties... and now the bottled water!!! ‍ UNACCEPTABLE in 2025!! You should have a robot walking around passing out water and donuts with these prices!! Anyway, please GO SEE BELYNDA AND DONELLE and tell them that I sent ya :)

I recalled bringing my 2023 Honda Accord to Right Honda for some service, which was a was an easy transaction, and they did all I needed to ensure I got top notch service and my issue resolved. While I hadn't been back since, I have driven by Right Honda multiple times over the last three years, and recently, I had ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. This past Spring, I was surprised to get a very generous offer to sell my three-year old Honda Accord to Right Honda in Scottsdale. I stopped by the dealership very much prepared to walk away as I had no desire to spend more money, and I still owed a bit on my Honda. Ironically, I found my exact same Honda color, make, and model as of my 2023 but now as a 2026. The amount I would receive from Right Honda for a trade-in would take care of anything I owed on my previous Honda and a significant chunk (the majority) of my new Honda. They also offered to provide me a new cargo mat since I had one in my previous vehicle. While I appreciated the dealership, my salesperson, the manager I interacted with, and the service staff I worked with, I did learn some valuable lessons. First, I shouldn't have taken the new car in my possession when they didn't yet have the tint installed along with the new cargo net. Both additions required four visits total even as they kept forgetting or not being able to complete the service they planned on providing me. It seemed that the sales department and the service department didn't talk to each other. I also learned to double check appointments as the manager made an appointment but the service team didn't know anything about it nor did I receive a confirmation. I also received an e-mail after making the purchase where four services totaled $280, but no one ever outreached to me about it nor did I find anything when I clicked on a link in the e-mail. Very confusing! Ultimately, everything I was offered was honored (including filling my gas tank, lending me a loaner during the time I was getting service, and more). I certainly appreciate the great deal to talk me into buying a new car (especially after a new dog got the best of the old car's back seat). I will give Right Honda a try for service again in the future, and I recommend others to try out Right Honda for a local Honda dealership.

Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. I had a front bumper damaged after that, and a sensor that goes off while I'm driving, saying my hood is still open. It's so sad how hard this dealership has fallen off. Do not come here. Management does not care about you. Update: I tried calling several times, John Hale didn't pick up, and I wrote an email documenting everything. Being based in California, I was also pretty hesitant about buying a car out of state from Bell Lexus in Arizona, but David Jensen completely changed my mind. Right from the start, David never made me feel pressured. He took the time to listen to what features and packages actually mattered to me, and he was completely transparent about both the car and the pricing. Finding a 2026 Lexus RX 450h+ locally was a nightmare--dealerships across Northern and Southern CA (and even NV) acted like they were doing me a favor just talking to me. Half of them didn't reply to emails, took days to return calls, or refused to give a written quote. David, on the other hand, was lightning-fast with his responses over text, phone, and email. What stood out the most was that he didn't disappear after the deal was signed. He kept me updated while finance finished up, walked me through the shipping process from Arizona, and even made sure I knew exactly what to do for California DMV registration. After buying several cars in CA over the years, this was by far the smoothest and most stress-free experience. If you're looking for a Lexus, do yourself a favor and reach out to David Jensen at Bell Lexus. He's as genuine as they come, and he's definitely my go-to guy for any future purchases.

I am a fairly demanding buyer and Chris went the extra mile. -Patient -- all sales people everywhere are going to express some urgency, but he worked with my timeline of 3 or 4 days. I am surprised since they are a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company. I turned in a 2019 Giulia Quad early on June 22nd and it took Ally (their leasing company) until July 5th to post the $60,600 check. Then on July 12th the payment was "reversed" for some reason. I was told by Ally their check bounced... On July 15th, Ally debited my account in the amount of $1,473 because Ally said I did not turn off Auto-Pay...can't believe it. When something is paid off, shouldn't the payments stop? I have been to the main dealership (Chrysler/Jeep) and spoken to Mo Paracha who has been of absolutely no help. Nor has Chris Nasralla in Finance...the only person worth anything here is Jon Kenny in Service. Since this dealership has been completely unresponsive, I have been in direct contact with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive in Dallas (972-536-2900). I have also lodged a consumer banking complaint against Ally for continuing to debit my account after the lease had been paid off. I now have to attempt to get a refund from Ally...and will probably have to file a claim in Small Claims Court to get it. These guys are all thieves...BEWARE!

I can't say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan…read more I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed "mandatory" dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That's when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn't expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he's going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn't even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He's a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. If you're considering buying a Nissan of any flavor, call Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. Whether you're across town or across the country, give him the opportunity to earn your business. No games. My experience wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable if it weren't for Ben P. from sales. He's only been at this dealership for a week! I highly recommend him. When I was finished with the sales portion of my business transaction, Jordan H. in Finance did an amazing job getting all the numbers crunched and processed. I was in and out of his office in under 30 minutes, and there was no hassle or last-minute attempts to push some alternative service or product onto the contract. Purely a "here are the options and this is what they do, are you interested in this today?" approach to the situation. Much appreciated, from the customer perspective. I even appreciate that he was tailoring the products or services proposed to my specific car. I was able to sign without confusion, and get on my way! All around a great time! The lever to drop the 3rd row seat was also broken. Alignment was pulling to the right HARD. I took it to be serviced and they fixed the 3rd row seat lever, but said there was nothing wrong with the A/C or anything else on the 20-something point inspection. I took their word for it, trusting the professionals and hoping they were being straightforward, honest and servicing with integrity. 2 weeks later, I got an alert to service the batteries in the vehicle. I also tried the 3rd row seat lever for the first time since it was replaced, and it very easily snapped off again. I could not get it back in for a service appt right away as I work long hours, beyond their business hours, and work 2 jobs to keep food on the table in this trying economy. I made an appointment for Friday, 8/21, at a closer Autonation (Subaru Scottsdale is nearly an hour away from me), but was told they did not have loaner vehicles and I have to other means of transportation for myself and my 4 kids while my car is being serviced. I had to take my daughter to college at NAU that weekend, came back and made an appt for first thing Monday, 8/24. At that appointment, I was told my warranty expired ~300 miles ago (the distance to and from Flagstaff, ironically). I told them that the battery should not have died that quickly if it was truly "good" when I purchased it. I also advised them that the lever they just repaired broke again, and that the mechanism inside the handle is catching, and causing the plastic handle to snap every time you use it. I had to speak with the GM about it, because the invoice for the AUX and main battery, and the 3rd row seat repair, was over $1000! I'm sorry, but a single mom simply does not have to spend on a car she's had less than 90 days. I said, "You sold me a car with a battery on the end of its life, 2 months in it needs to be replaced, it feels wrong to make ME pay for this when i've only used the vehicle to commute to and from work and get my kids to and from school (all within a 5 mile radius), so I know it wasn't something I did. The battery was bad when I bought it. I also don't feel like I should have to pay for the seat repair when it was broken when I purchased the car, repaired and then broke again." The GM was rude, argued with me over the phone about it, and then hesitantly agreed to replace the batteries, "but YOU will have to pay for the 3rd row seat repair'. $140 for a $5 part and 1 screw to replace it (looked up after, I could've done this myself ), but whatever, I agreed to pay it. Overall, I feel like I was scammed. My A/C still maxes out at 3/6 fan speed, the alignment is still pulling to the right. And I'm afraid to put the 3rd row seat down in fear that they didn't fix the mechanism that is catching and breaking the handle, and it'll probably break again next time I try. This vehicle may not be a "lemon" in the sense that it is non-drivable. But as soon as my warranty expired, it feels like every little thing is falling apart. It is extremely discouraging as a consumer. A little empathy would've gone a long way. If the GM was kinder in our interaction, if he tried to relate on a basic human level and understand why I was so upset, I might feel differently about this interaction. I was told they "could not replicate" the A/C issue, but if you turn the vehicle on and try each fan speed, you can VERY CLEARLY see that it maxes out at 3. Level 4, 5 and "MAX a/c" are all the same as the 3rd fan speed. Sure, this doesn't affect the drivability of the car, but in AZ, when it's over 110, and my kids are sweating in the back seat of a car I purchased less than 90 days ago, it puts a bad taste in your mouth for sure. I thought this dealership was less "sharky" than others, but they sure fooled me. I will not be returning for services here, and frankly, I have buyers remorse now when I was SO EXCITED and happy with my purchase initially. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone who does NOT want to find a 10-point list of things wrong with your vehicle as soon as the warranty expires. Do better, Subaru Scottsdale.
