The. Best. Service. Center. Ever. Brand new, 48 service bays, with amazing lounge overlooking it all. Expanded to 48 means no need to wait 2 weeks to get in. The lounge seating is so comfortable with great snacks and coffee/ water/ sodas available. Apparently they don't mind if you stop by even without a service need, just for the coffee!

What a magnificent place, absolutely breath-taking. I need a second key made. From start to finish, you are treated with respect by the employees. My service tech was Jeremy. He was respectful, really great attitude. He kept me advised on the status of my car. Great place.

Took my Porsche in for a one hr diagnostic it stayed there for 4 weeks I had the most horrific terrible experience in a dealership since I started owning cars the technician try to be sarcastic and disrespectful and over price and quotes you for nonsense I speacifically told the car is not starting and I need to figure out why they misguided me few times and kept quoting me extra fees DONNOT USE them they over price disrespect you and discriminate the technician went to plumbing school STAY Away plus they give me the car back the most dirtiest ever they suppose to clean it These fools quoted me 63,000 ! But won't cost more than 400 for a fix Also went to pick up my part the sensor they mentioned the car needs they decided to send it back after I drove there , after they mentioned that I can go pick up the part The most unprofessional Porsche DONNOT use this location . Sales team and conciegere are helpful and some managers but that specific technician need to take a course in costumer service speacially when you work for a luxury vehicle dealership

Now that I have picked up the 2 Carrera 911s that this dealership said I could not order or even own, I'm leaving a final and updated review. It all started a little over a year ago, when I contacted this dealership looking to purchase 2 new Carrera 911s. The color was an extremely important factor and I wanted paint to sample colors. The sales personnel (I spoke with a few different people) at this dealership that I dealt with told me that this was not possible. I was told I could not order such cars or even purchase anything they had in their inventory without a trade in. On top of that, I was told the trade in had to be a vehicle that was registered within the state of Arizona. I am no stranger to cars and dealerships. I have purchased multiple new cars throughout my lifetime and I have never been told by ANY car dealership (no matter what make of car) that I am required to provide them with a trade in registered within the state. Only at Zoloto's dealership, have I ever been told such nonsense. I was then informed that any car that comes from their dealership has a $10-20K markup above MSRP. I then started asking about the process to create a build to see what the process entailed. I was given the run around as soon as I mentioned that I wanted to create 2 builds. Not one sales person I spoke with could keep their story straight and couldn't answer my questions. They couldn't even tell me how long the list was for the builds! Any other Porsche dealership I've dealt with has been able to look it up and tell me how many other customers with build orders are on the list for the model of car desired by the customer. Not at Zoloto's dealership! I was told, "I don't know" multiple times when asking questions about builds. Not to mention the attitudes from the sales personnel here. I'm not the only reviewer here to mention rude sales people. They acted as if they could not be bothered to assist me, yet I clearly stated multiple times I was looking to purchase not 1, but 2 vehicles from them. There were a few follow up phone calls back and forth from this dealership and it was all the same. No trade in, no car and "I don't know." I don't know why any customer would put up with this! I took my business elsewhere and placed my orders for 2 paint to sample Carrera 911s. I went through a Southern California dealership. No trade in required and I created 2 builds. Overall, I would NEVER recommend Zoloto's Scottsdale Porsche dealership to anyone! Take your business elsewhere as I did and get what you want. Here, just a little over a year later, I have 2 paint to sample colored Carrera 911s (see attached photos). Not from Zoloto's dealership! My message to Zoloto and all staff of this dealership....the next time a customer contacts you stating that they want to order 2 vehicles from you, take them seriously. If you treat them the way you treated me, the customer WILL take their business elsewhere. ZERO STARS!

Ferrari North Scottsdale hooked it up with a 2022 Taycan 4S Cross Tourismo

Went to look for a Taycan for my wife. Met with a super-basic Karen sales lady who knew very little about the car and would t let us test drive one and suggested the car was too powerful for my wife. 1. The saleswoman acted snobby 2. She didn't know anything about the Taycan 3. She was uninterested in helping my wife decide if electric was the right choice for her -- she's used to driving her G63 and my M5 and likes fast cars but hates filling up at gas stations. Long story short -- walked over to the Ferrari dealership who happened to have a 2022 Taycan 4S for sale and made a deal with an amazing salesman -- who's now searching for a fun date-night car for us. This will be our third Porsche but glad we didn't give our business to Porsche North Scottsdale and their uptight, uninformed staff.

He had a Tesla Model Y Long Range in Blue with White interior. It was easy to negotiate the price of the Model Y we purchased in December, and he gave us a fair trade-in value for our Tesla Model 3. We even negotiated some of the numbers via text messaging. Dylan does not try to addon extra non-optionally items like other dealers in the valley. No VIN etching, no Nitrogen tires, no Vehicle Theft Protection stickers, no required Warranties and no Window Tent. The price we negotiated is the price we paid minus trade-in. There were taxes, registration fee and his doc fee of $399.00 which is more than fair. He helped arrange finance thru Lentegrity at a fabulous rate of 5.99% and we became members in NASA's Federal Credit Union. I had to look up Lentegrity and this is what I found: Lentegrity has partnered with NASA to develop and offer a financing option to help small businesses and entrepreneurs access the technology and services they need to grow their businesses. This partnership provides small businesses with access to low interest loans and lines of credit. When we showed up to sign the paperwork we were done within 30 minutes. All the numbers were exactly as we agreed upon. We will be returning to buy our next car from Dylan and Spotleson Motor Group.

I was told the BMW had been "thoroughly inspected," but less than 200 miles later, the engine started smoking. A mechanic found a blown gasket and an valve cover issue. I was just four days past the 15-day window. The dealer offered to help me find a cheaper gasket but took no responsibility. My mechanic also told me that the inner side of the tires were showing wires. It looked okay if you checked the tire tread standing outside the car as normal. I could have had a tire blow out driving home from the dealer. I get that "as is" means no guarantees--but don't tell me a car was thoroughly checked when it clearly wasn't. I expected the same integrity I gave. Very disappointing.

Stay far away from Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Scottsdale…read more I purchased my first car from this dealership nearly 11 years ago and even traded it in for another at this dealership before buying this used vehicle on 3 April 26. This is actually my third vehicle from this dealership--and my first used one--which makes this experience even more disappointing. I had built a level of trust over time, and that trust is completely gone. A price was quoted in writing via text, I showed up, and suddenly it was $8,000 higher. After pushing back, they "magically" brought it down. Classic bait-and-switch behavior--plain and simple. Now that a price was agreed upon, it was off to haggle with finance. I bought a used, high-mileage vehicle and was sold a warranty that was supposed to protect me from costly repairs down the road. Within 3 days of signing paperwork and the night I picked up the keys, 6 April 26, problems showed up. When I filed a claim, I was told those exact issues had already been reported before the sale, so they were excluded from coverage. That means the warranty I paid for was essentially worthless the moment I drove off the lot. Let me be very clear: I would not be writing this review if those issues had been covered. Most of these repairs would have been covered if they had happened after the sale--but because they appear to have been known and not disclosed, I'm stuck paying for them. To be fair, both the salesperson, George, and finance staff, Edgar, were pleasant and amicable during the purchase process. However, that changed quickly when I returned with concerns. I was then told by the salesperson that he was "just sales" and did not deal with those issues--while also acknowledging that there were known problems with the vehicle. That contradiction was extremely concerning. This is not based on memory alone--I have documentation and recorded conversations that support these events, including statements acknowledging known issues prior to the sale. When the car was brought back 2 days after purchase, their service department said to leave and refused to even look at it because it was sold "as-is." No accountability, no support--nothing. Trying to get documentation was a joke. I was told the service manager was "at the gym," then that there was no one else could help. Only after pushing did I finally get a report--one that confirmed exactly what two independent shops later found wrong with the vehicle. In addition to returning to the dealership twice, I also made multiple attempts to resolve this directly. I sent two emails to the salesperson, George, which went unanswered, and reached out to the service manager, Mr Hale, requesting assistance as well. Those efforts were ignored, which only adds to the lack of accountability and support after the sale. This entire experience raises serious red flags about deceptive pricing, failure to disclose known issues, and selling warranties that don't actually protect the buyer. After reading other reviews, it's clear this is a pattern, not a one-off situation. If this situation resonates with you, or you've had similar experiences at this dealership or any other, now is the time to speak up--I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION: https://www.azag.gov/complaints/consumer The only way businesses like this change is when enough consumers push back and demand accountability. Buyer beware. Get everything in writing. Have the car inspected independently before you sign anything. Demand to know what they know about the car. Passing a safety inspection doesn't mean there aren't other known issues. If you're considering Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Scottsdale--don't. After nearly a decade of positive experiences, it's clear something has changed in their sales practices and level of honesty--and not for the better. But, don't take my word for it--read the other Yelp reviews and you'll find multiple accounts of similar experiences and concerns.

I do not recommend using their services…read more I purchased a 2015 Mercedes G550 remotely after being told the vehicle was in great condition and that a pre purchase inspection was unnecessary because the dealership had already inspected it. I relied on those representations when moving forward with the purchase. When the car arrived, the same day I discovered multiple serious issues that were never disclosed. These included oil contamination in the coolant system, significant rust beneath the windshield, and frame damage under the radiator. These are major defects that clearly existed prior to delivery and should have been disclosed by any dealer performing a basic inspection. I immediately documented everything with photos and repair estimates and sent them to the salesperson. After initial contact, the dealership went completely silent and made no effort to resolve the situation. This was not a minor oversight. It was a material misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition, and the lack of communication afterward made the situation worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Auto Boom, especially if purchasing remotely. Do not rely on their inspection claims and get your own independent inspection no matter what you are told.
