Outstanding Service & Professional Team! Cares about the value of transparency I had such a great experience at this full auto service shop! The manager keeps everything running so smoothly and clearly takes pride in maintaining a well-oriented, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Tammy in particular was wonderful -- very professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. The whole team has such a positive attitude, and it really shows in the quality of their work. I'll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care! Brooke Simms Vice President of Operations| Hydra Alkaline water read more

I drove my daughters truck 13 hours-one way, twice and flew home two while you "rebuilt the engine" that you were paid to do months before. Your somition to the 11 psi oil pressure was to drill holes in the thermostat. What happened to the 1200 Exedy clutch you had right on the shelf? i used zip ties because you guys ran the plug wires by the EGR riser. Do rebuilt enignes have 135psi cylinder pressure? 11psi oil pressure? I live here now. After painted, you'll see it car shows with you "rebuilt engine" stats. Horrible horrible people read more

Excellent experience. Went in at 430pm for an alignment. No one rolled their eyes at having a last minute customer. They were super friendly, fast and did an amazing job! Highly recommend. read more

We've had a great experience bringing our Volvo XC90 and Volkswagen Atlas here for everything from oil changes and brake work to air conditioning repairs and general maintenance. The team--Tammy, James, and Will--are outstanding. They take the time to listen, clearly explain the recommended services, and always provide transparent estimates. In my opinion, this shop is definitely worth checking out. -- Austin read more

I had been going to Kerry's for 15 years. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Since I made an appointment, I expected to be there an hour or less. Over 2 hours later of waiting my car was done. I was then presented with an estimate of $1552 for necessary repairs. What they suggested was sketchy to me. 6 months later I took the car in to have a tail light replaced. It should have been a 5 minute fix. Almost 2 hours later, I was given another estimate of necessary repairs totaling $4509. Again my car was running great. When I needed another oil change I took my vehicle to another shop and gave them copies of what Kerry suggested on 2 occasions to get a second opinion. My new shop said I did not need any of those repairs. So not only did they waste an additional 3 hours of my time writing up unnecessary repairs but suggested 6K in repairs that were unnecessary. I will never use this shop again!!!!! read more

We have been going to Kerry's Airpart Auto Service for over 25 years. I highly recommend them. Tammy Smith and her team are awesome to work with. They are very honest and have excellent customer service!! They let you know what work needs to be done now on your vehicle and what could possibly wait. I trust them 100%. read more

As the general manager of this facility for the last 4 1/2 years, when I read the comments about the ladies feeling, they are being taken advantage of it's disheartening. Being a woman myself, I pride myself of running this shop with honesty and integrity. We are a repair facility not a lube center. Meaning we don't just put vehicles in the shop and take them out without ensuring. They are safe to drive. When a vehicle comes in for an oil change, just like the dealership we do a top to bottom safety inspection. We are very visual and either take you out to the vehicle or show you photos of the repairs needed to keep your vehicle safe. Of course just like a doctors office, sometimes there are things we just don't want to hear or see but that does not mean they don't need to be taken care of. I'd like to extend my apologies to those that feel by bringing those items to their attention we are trying to take advantage of them. This is simply our process to ensure our customers are safe out on the road for themselves as well as others. For my loyal customers that have been coming to Kerry's Car Care for years, I do appreciate and thank you for all of your kind words. Tammy Smith - General Manager. read more

Kerry's Car Care - Auto Repair Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

They are the best! Trustworthy and very fair. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and worked with my warranty company.

I've been a costumer for several years, and I have always been treated fairly and honestly! Tammy Smith is a wonderful manager who is knowledge, available and stands behind all work done at Kerry's. I would highly recommend them! read more

I wouldn't even give this business one star. If you want your car serviced this is not the place to go. Quality of work is incompetent, they over charge for the after market parts they put on your car, and the manager and staff are rude and condescending. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Kerry's Auto. I had to take my car in yesterday to another shop that told me whoever did the previous work on my car (which was Kerry's) installed the wrong hoses. read more

Best location! Everyone is very welcoming and always ready to help ! I have been going here for a while now and they never disappoint.

Not sure why there are negative reviews? The A/C in my truck went out yesterday morning. I went to my usual mechanic but they couldn't get me in until Thursday, I called numerous other shops they all said drop it off and give us a few days . Kelly's said bring it on in. The diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a few hours. Looked over the whole truck said it was in great shape. I found them to be honest, and good mechanics. Thanks guys. I'll be back. read more

Amazing service. They explained everything to me before moving forward with anything. Best prices I've seen. Outstanding job!

Updated as of 7/19/2023 as I am a repeat customer to Kerry's and went there today and love them. Highly recommend. Andy was so wonderful and professional. Super helpful and a trustworthy company; from their customer service and mechanic work ethic, to quotes and ordering parts. Very reasonable also. My past review is below...and their service is still stellar!! Thank you so much Andy and team!! Past review: I went to a few auto body repair shops and everyone was creating long lists of repairs that were needed. I saw Kerry's Car Care and Jaedon was so helpful and honest. He had his team confirm, review and repair what was needed quickly and affordably. I'd definitely recommend going there for all your auto needs before going elsewhere. I'll definitely return. Thank you so much Jaedon. Much appreciation!! read more

I love Kerry's Auto Service. James is always honest and explains everything that needs to be done with my car.

STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give this location, zero stars I would. They do not honor appointments, even if they are made online or over the phone. I showed up at 7:30 AM for an appointment and more than two hours later, My car was still sitting in the front of the shop. When I confronted the employee, he said he was "too busy to take my car in" I do not recommend. Very disappointing that the customer service is awful and they do not care about their customers at all. read more

Being a new car, my vehicle has digital logs available of its movement, etc. I brought my car there and dropped it off recently, the car was never started, and never moved. But I got a quote in my email an hour after drop off that the inspection was completed and additional services were required if I wanted to do the repair I requested. I went back and picked up my keys to take it to another shop and confirmed when I got in the car that it had not been entered since I dropped it off. read more

As a young female going to get an oil change alone, you're always in for a bad experience. They especially tried to take advantage of me here. But hey, I'm not dumb. My year-old Subaru did not need BRAND NEW ROTORS. I got an inspection at another place and they told me they looked perfectly fine. They have coupons that come in the mail that sometimes make this place worth going to. read more

First, I am very surprised at the negative reviews. My family has dealt with Airpark auto for decades--since the mid 90's and have always been pleased. In fact, our family is on our second generation of loyal customers---never ever disappointed Recently I had oil change at dealership (included in sales deal) and they recommended two filters be replaced--knowing dealerships are outrageous I held off and made an appointment at Kerry's. The dealership's cost for PARTS far exceeded my entire tab at Airpark. They removed the parts in question and showed me the need to replace. I was in and out in under 1 hour. Pleasant waiting area too They are professional, friendly and all around good folks. When my grandson returns from college we will end up with 3 generations giving them business!!! A well deserved 5 start!!!!! read more

They completely totaled my car. Brought it in for an oil change and that's when all of the problems started - my car started smoking, we took it to BMW and the said oil was leaking into my engine, and needed to replace the oil supply lines. We brought it back to Kerry's and they "fixed" everything they caused, and magically spotted tons of issued BMW happened to miss - we declined to pay for the other fixes. Thousands later, the car was STILL smoking - brought it in THREE more times and nothing was getting fixed. Finally brought it in one last time and they essentially said I needed a new engine/turbo as the leaking oil had ruined both. They tried to charge us again (tens of thousands) for this despite them causing everything with a free oil change months before - so we had to get a new car. I'm sure this place is fine for older cars but I've talked to friends, the second they see a luxury car they magically find a bunch of problems and In my case, cause them. Do not recommend. read more

Disappointing experience. Requested a transmission diagnostic, because I knew my car had a transmission issue from the diagnostic received from Audi dealership nearby. I thought I was going to save a lot of money going here and having them do the work. Instead, I paid $200 and received a diagnostic inspection that said nothing about the transmission. Oh, and then got an estimate on the transmission that was 50% higher than the nearby dealership. Sorry, can't recommend these guys. read more

I made an appointment about a week in advance for Monday 11/20/23 at 8am and when I showed up today for my appointment, they weren't even prepared. The shop service advisor, James J, thought I was a walk-in even though I made a services app. Then I told them I was an InstaCart delivery driver and showed them my CarAdvise account through Auto Integrate. I am a Platinum member with InstaCart and a Premium member with CarAdvise but the shop, James J, said he didn't need any of my information so he didn't take down any of my information. Then when I received a message from CarAdvise, saying they were charging me regular/full price for my services when on CarAdvise, they said I was getting nearly 50-80% off! I drove 25 miles just to get services at regular/full price when I could've done this at a closer establishment! So I talked to CarAdvise and they said they were taking Kerry's Airpark Auto Services off of their app due to misleading prices from the car shop. Please make sure you do some research before you go to this place or they might just lie to you like they lied to me! read more

LADIES DO NOT GO HERE! Let me highlight how bad this place is: 1: Dropped my car off for an oil change they called me later listed a bunch of things "wrong" with my car. When I declined they asked me the reason why I was declining the service.. UMMM how uncomfortable? You don't ask people that. 2. I took my car to a different place didn't even need half the things that they said "had to get done right away and it was urgent" they also tried to double charge me for labor. What a joke. 3. The person working there asked me to write a good review. Its so obvious that they took one look at me and thought they could take a lot of money from some unnecessary repairs. Not today Kerry Not today. read more

Took my 2500 Dodge PU with a serious issue when driving over trash on the 101 that fell out of another vehicle that tore up my radiator fan and fancluch, shroud and other parts. Very good service. I don't know why there would be bad reviews. Customer service is awesome. I take my personal vehicle to this location and I am in charge of the fleet of 25 trucks at my job and we always go to Kerry's. The manager is no nonsense but very personable. I find myself in there chatting it up for too long if anything and James is great, he'll take care of you. The guys working on the vehicles in the shop are so good. This place has great warranties (not that you'll need it). Your vehicle will get fixed right if you take it to Kerry's. read more

Went to this location to obtain a pre purchase inspection on my 1993 Wrangler. I made an appointment the night before and upon arrival was helped immediately. They did a full inspection on the vehicle and gave me the green light to purchase the car along with recommendations on repairs that may need to be done as well. Overall the price was fair and the service was efficient. Their waiting area had coffee and clean restrooms. There were comfortable chairs and also outlets to charge devices for those who chose to wait. The mechanic walked me around the vehicle and pointed out any points of concern. I really appreciate it that. Service: 5/5 Prices: 5/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 - I don't recall if there was a TV in the waiting area...but that's no big deal. Value: 5/5 Bottom line: Highly Recommended! read more

Paid 2200 to replace some hoses. Then was told no wait you need a new motor and it will cost 16000. For a used rebuilt motor from the same age car. If the proper diagnosis was made to begin with the phone call sounds like this: the motor is blown. I'm surprised they didn't ask to change the tires prior to figuring out the actual problem. or the horn lol Thanks for replacing the hoses now off to face the actual problem lol Bring lube for your ass :) and you will be greeted with a big smile! read more

I made a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. I arrived and was told it would be 1.5 hour wait. I said I had a 9:30 appointment, but they responded with, "yeah, but we had some others come in before you..." Evidently appointments mean nothing to these guys. My first (and last) experience with them. read more

Really disappointed to say we wouldn't recommend this shop at all. They did work on both mine and my husbands cars. They sent photos of what needed to be replaced on my husbands car which we chose to do ourselves to save money, and it wasn't even the same type of parts as the photos depicted. The air filter they said needed to be replaced was a completely different size and shape than what is in my husbands vehicle. I felt pressured to repair that car my day and ended up doing so, and they were almost prosecutorial when we didn't want to pay them to do the work on my husbands car we could do ourselves. We were harangued by every person there that day when we went to pick up his car after it's oil change. Great customer service otherwise, really friendly people. But I doubt the validity and true need of the $1000+ repairs we spent on our cars now after our experience with my husbands car. read more

You bring the car in for routine maintenance and next thing you know the car is un-drivable days later....I feel like this place causes damages to vehicles to make money working on otherwise unneeded repairs. I'll never go back here. read more

Last year, this place changed hands from Nadine Grobmeier, who had been running it for many years, to a new owner. Experiences with the new owner suggest this is the classic "take advantage of the customer by selling parts and services not needed and for overcharging for the parts and service you do provide" car service place. I can no longer recommend this place and warn you to stay away. read more

James confirmed on the phone he would honor the $39.99 synthetic oil change price from my expired coupon. Very nice customer service I thought. I neglected to physically present the coupon. I didn't think it was important since it was expired anyway. I was WRONG about this. I knew I'd have trouble when James told me he "had" to replace the cabin filter also for a grand total of $222. Then he asked for the coupon, which I did not have. I said that apparently he wasn't going to get me on the upsale but apparently would on the oil change. Double the coupon price. I asked if I could please pay the 80 bucks and get out of there. After James first condescendingly explained the use of a coupon, his manager jumped in to explain the physical presentation of a couple approximately 3 additional times. I asked two more times if I could pay for the service. However, she wanted to continue to have it out with me, apologize to James dramatically that he had to deal with me (the horror!), and add in dramatic fashion that I cannot come back. I would swallow a handful of broken glass before I'd get in 100 yards of that miserable woman ever again. Very important to physically present coupons or be lectured incessantly like you're a mentally disabled child, which I am not. Please save yourself the nightmare and go to Midas, or literally any other chain. UPDATE: There is no scan code or anything on the coupon. Beastly manager barked at me about how coupons are the same at the auto body shop as the grocery store. False. You have to scan those coupons. It was a way to get in me in the door and TRY to charge $142 to replace the cabin filter I could get for 10 or twenty bucks at Auto Zone. read more

Brought my 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser in with a dead alternator on a Saturday morning and needed to have it rebuilt and reinstalled the following Tuesday. Even better is they came in under the quoted estimate! I'll be back to have my brake rotors and pads replaced after I'm back from my trip! read more

Nice people but will try to charge you $75 plus labor for an air filter that cost $9 at auto zone. Went in for an oil change and then the attempt to ring the register began. Cabin filter and air filter installed $238 That is double what the Jeep dealership was last time. I thought now that it was out of warranty that I support my local small business. I just can't justify paying so much more than the Airpark Jeep dealership though. read more

Add my name to the list of very unhappy one-time customers who will never go back. Nadine & Aaron took care of me for years, then this Kerry guy buys it and the prices quadruple. They charged me $500.00 for something a stereo installer at Best Buy did for free in 15 mintues when I was having my stereo installed. They tripled the price of a part my car needed and added enough labor hours and BS to drive the price up to almost a grand. Stay away from these guys.
