I have used Discount Tire for over 30 years. I like their service and their warranty. This location has very nice employees but I find that every time I bring our cars here they tell me I need new tires. Then we look to see how old they are and then they tell me that they are OK. I get my tires rotated regularly and on two different occasions, they did not properly inflate my tires. I had to come back the next day to have them inflated correctly. This is not always convenient. Unfortunately, the line took 30 minutes the first time and I am currently sitting in line and I've been here for 43 minutes. This is terrible service. They may want to increase their employees filling cars with air. I am definitely frustrated. Offering to fill your tires with air for free is a nice value, but not if it takes up to an hour sitting in line I'll just go to the gas station and do it myself next time. read more

My check engine tire light came on. My HPT were all low, after a cold night. I went to DCT for air replacement. It was organized and quick. They had a separate line for just air checks. DCT is always great! This IS considered a service so Tip people! They deserve it!!!! read more

I personally have been going to this discount tire shop for the last 20 years. Last week my daughter called me from school to let me know that you got a flat tire and her dad got her roadside assistance to get her spare tire put on. I found out later that while I was at work she went to the tire shop herself after school and despite her car being a 2019, the employees convinced her that she needed to buy a new spare tire, even though hers is only five years old and has never been used and windshield wipers. I was under the impression that her father had gone in with her, but then realized she went in and with her own paycheck and credit card, they convinced her to purchase items that were definitely not necessary, and I am extremely disappointed in this continued targeting behavior that has been well known in the auto care industry for years. The tire was repaired and under warranty however they still managed to get her to purchase a spare tire by scaring her. read more

My cousin recommended this place to me for that and I've been bringing my vehicle here for other services regarding my tires. They're thorough when analyzing my vehicle and don't try to upsell me any products and services that I might not need, which isn't easy for a woman unless that woman is knowledgeable herself. Sitting in line for 20-30 mins to get air check is ridiculous especially when I had my tires rotated a week ago and they didn't put in enough air. For a tire place you'd think they'd do it right the first time so I wouldn't have to waste my time fixing their mistake. It shouldn't take 5 mins per car. It could be way more efficient! There should be more than one person doing it at a busy location like this. I heard Costco has free self serve air. I'll remember to go there instead! Update to zero stars for zero service! I had to leave at 25 mins so not to miss my dr appt. Guy is too busy not helping put air in but moving signs and cones. How poorly run. i just had the worst experience at this Discount tire. And I'm noticing I'm not the only one which makes me believe that this specific Discount Tire does not train their people well at all with customer service. I got a flat on my one tire due to tread. I know all four of my tires are at the end of their life but was planning on just replacing the two rear tires where the flat is and Christopher (Assistant Manager) was more focused on leveraging the fact that I have a flat and wanted to sell me all four tires. He expressed the concern of not replacing all four, I acknowledged and asked him to still move forward with just the rears and he literally wouldn't allow me to just do the rears and was adamant on all four which resulted in me leaving their store with a flat and going to another store. I've been coming to this location for years and their service is always top notch. All the guys in the front & back are super friendly, nice, and know what they are doing. I had to have them order the tires I needed which came in next day and I scheduled an appointment all over the phone. Once I got there for my appointment they were extremely fast and efficient, they had the car completely finished and the keys in my hand within about 20 mins! I only needed new rear tires but they also checked and rebalanced my front tires too, which is a free service they offer! Tires are expensive but Discount Tire offers a great road hazard warranty incase anything happens! read more

I'll start off with the positive. I'm 70 years and have for years bought at Discount Tires for the wife and kids always a good experience. Now the negative: The minute i got there all i felt like this young man wanted to do was sell me tires. Wasn't really interested in my flat and was more focused on selling me tires. The whole time i could just sense i was not going to come out of there with a flat fixed and i was right. They had the car on the jack and the tire off and made me wait 40 minutes before they come back and tell me that the flat couldn't be fixed it. The hole was to big and it was on thread not the sidewall. I guess all senior citizens are stupid a my few questions about the tire were dodged. Ok granted the tires are approaching their end of life. Car is two years old and cant expect to much of tires on brand new vehicles, so I try and work with him on some new ones. He Just pushes continental control tour tires. Not what i really want. Didn't try and work with me, told him that and he didn't pick up on that. So i bought one tire knowing i need four. No insurance just the tire and no thanks - just wait over there and we'll get it done. Do you think he learned that attitude at home or on the job training. I thought about this question quite a bit and decided not to call the manager and decided instead of wasting my time talking to him, I'd write this review and tell as many people as I can i do not recommend this store. I've had nothing but bad experiences with discount tire. First one scammed me and tried to make me buy a whole new tire for a nail when I found out they could patch it for $25. Then fast forward I come to get 2 new tires put on and a few days later my tire is leaking air. I asked them to put the tire back on the rim that maybe there is a space where air is leaking. Then they tell me no that I need a whole new rim. They tell me my rim is cracked and a new one is $600. I can't afford that so for a whole year I filled up my tire everyday. I even went to 2 other discount tire shops asking them to move the tire on the rim. They told me same thing. Once I could afford it I went with my instinct and just bought a new tire. This is my primary location that I go to when I need new tires. All of the employees are extremely helpful. Not knowing much about vehicles as a woman can be scary, but Bill was extremely helpful. I went to a different location about a week ago, and I had to go in today to this location due to tire pressure light still on. Unfortunately I guess the other location messed up my tires. Another horrible experience with discount tire. I'm starting to think none of these locations can be trusted. They left marks from the impact wrench on the rim all around the lugs on all four rims. After bringing this to the attention of the general manager he immediately had an attitude and was extremely rude and condescending. He admitted there were in fact impact wrench marks and proceeded to blame it on me and told me I'm "looking to closely", which I can't believe is a solution being presented. How about not damaging my vehicle? Some necessary context here is these rims just had to be replaced after discount tire ruined them last time and I'm just now getting them rotated for the first time since. Nobody has touched them since they were replaced. I made this extremely clear to the representative and told him I had pictures of each rim that I took as the car was parked in the lot for my own protection. To then blame the customer and make rude remarks despite me having clear evidence they were undamaged before is unacceptable. Don't even get me started on the fact I waited well over an hour longer than the expected time, and my car wasn't even in the bay when it was supposed to be completed. I frankly can't bring any cars back to discount regardless of the location my experiences have all been awful lately. Exceptional effort from Andrew. Was in town for business, and needed to solve an annoying balance problem. We'd just finished a six hour drive to the Scottsdale area, and Andrew and his folks rebalanced all 6 tires on our RV. The next day I test drove the van and still noticed a problem. So Andrew and his group did their best to get me into the shop, and carefully go through each tire "and wheel." This time they discovered a very slight bend in a rear dual wheel. When I returned to my home, a rear steel sprinter wheel was waiting for me ... and now we're running smoothly down the highway once again. Thanks Andrew! I thought a lot about writing this.. I came in on Friday around 4:30 pm I checked in with a guy named Ethan. My husband called up at the shop because he previously called about getting my car in which I did not know about, but as I was sitting there minding my own business Ethan looked over to a old man name, Bob or bill something like that and said my husband's name and was like apparently he used to work here, and then the old man said yes, that person did used to work here and I think he used the word douche bag or dick. I'm not sure but he started talking shit about my husband who did used to work there then he realized that I was sitting in the lobby and said oh hey, where's your husband? I said he's at work then he proceeded to be friendly to me as he realized I heard him talking shit about my husband who previously worked there then the two coworkers duct down behind the computer screens and proceeded to talk. This is really unnecessary. and embarrassing there were other people in the lobby. I went to this location because my husband told me they'd be really good and nice but all they did was talk shit about him and then when they realize I heard them, and that I was in the lobby , they tried to play it off by being nice to me, I don't think I would recommend this location to anybody. I honestly don't think I would be coming back unless my husband takes the car there hisself Tyler, and the guys in the back they did an amazing job. It took 6 visits, 4 to the store on FLW and 2 to the Greyhawk location, to balance my new tires and get my new TPMS sensors working. On the 4th visit with an appointment, (I had appointments for 5 of the 6 trips to the store) . After trouble with tires vibrating/wobbling I was told its the vehicle, no problem before putting on the new tires, they aldo told me the same thing about the TPMS sensors, its your vehicles fault. Dropped in unannounced, their guy attempted a half hearted effot to.program the TPMS sensors that failed, on the walk out to the car the guy told me "at this point you need to pay us something". Explained this to the manager, he said he doesn't believe me. Told him the new left rear is vibrating, he had them.put it on the left rear because it had very high road-force, he saud it might hop or vibrate and thst it would get worse and didn't want to.pit it up ftont because I would feel it. When I told him it was vibrating he said "he doesnt believe me " "je also said "it doesnt happen ". After replacing the tire again he saud his store nor discount tire will do anything further to help me with this tire! I didnt make the tire, I just bought them. Whike checking in for my 4th appointment tgey told me theyd get me in quickly sunce this was my 4th visit, I waited 1.5hrs with an appointment, keot asking the young man when they'll get me in , soon , your next in this bay, and they pulled car after car in. All total I was there 2.5 to 3hrs. When I did get in I was standing in front of my vehicle and the same young man stormed through the door from the store into the shop, as soon as the door closed and he was behind me he screamed the word "Fu@!" at the top of his lungs, then slammed his had down on top of a wheel box that was stacked behind me. This was my exoerience. They have too many customers, they dint want customers bringing tires they bought at a different Discount Tire store with problems. Show no value to me as a customer and clearly care little about the resolution to my priblrm. More like I am now a problem that they just want to go away. They know how to play games with customers by keeping you waiting abd waiting. When I called the store 4 times and asked for the manager they put me on hold forever, they would intermittently pick up the phine only long enogh to immediately put it on hold again and again. My wife called and asked for the manager and they put him.on the phone quickly. Adolescent games chikdren play with the companies customers. Last appointment #6 I was treated exceptionally well by 2 individuals that were aware of situation and my desire to wlak into the corporate office and have a conversation with someone about my experience. The final 2 guys were great, polite , replaced the tire that now drives very smoothly after being correctly balanced and they rook the yime to program the TOMS sensors that connected to my system by the time I got to Hayden and Frank Lloyd Wright. Too many customers lining up to the door, not any one of us means much to the overall revenue of the company and they may selectively treat you as such. read more

Went to this discount tire and was told the damage to my tire from a nail could not be repaired due to its distance to the sidewall and other reasons that I had to buy a whole new set. However, I did not disclose to them that I had a warranty. they did not have the tires in stock that day so I went on my way Over two weeks later I took the same damaged tire to a different discount tire (this time I caught another nail so I really couldn't wait.... This time. I went to a different shop, this time I disclose that I had a warranty, they patched both of them and said they were fine for repair When I discussed this with the second shop they told me the first shop was lying to me to sell me a new set of tires. Or was the second shop lying to me so that they did not have to Follow the obligation of the Warranty??? Regardless. I have hade my time wasted and I DO NOT APPRECIATE IT. Been a loyal discount tire customer for almost 2 decades. Will LIKELY not continue if this issue is not corrected. This location in particular is known for being predatory towards women, trying to confuse them and make them purchase tires that are not remotely needed.... Multiple colleagues have confirmed that THIS location has participated in this behavior. The attendant I worked with was BEYOND rude. was in the tire checked line for 15 minutes before the line was closed right in front of my vehicle. u was asked to park until the line got shorter. shortly afterwa a vehicle wiggled through the cones. I talked to the driver about all those who were waiting and basically the individual was a piece of trash and wanted to fight. I talked with employees and they talked with the individual but allowed him to stay inline. unfortunately reading discount tires core values made me feel like they just don't seem to live up to them and that the values are just words on paper. If I could give this Discount Tire more than 5 stars I would! I come here regularly to get my tires checked for air pressure - and I appreciate this free service! Everyone is also so friendly and there's great customer service whenever I come. Today, they let me know one of my tires had a screw in it, that was likely fixable. They worked on and were able to completely fix my tire in less than 30 minutes and for free! Most car places I end up waiting for hours and they try to sell me on expensive things I don't need. It was refreshing to have the complete opposite experience at Discount Tire! I will definitely be buying my next tires here and coming for all future services I need at discount tire! read more
