I brough mt 2025 Mercedes Tansit Van to have new top of the line Michelin Tires installed. Liam is the manager and he was a good guy, he recommended the tires to get. Drop the van off later that morning Liam called me and told me they scratched a wheel but had a guy coming to fix. When I went to pick up van I checked all the wheels. Half of my Mercedes stem caps were missing, the right front wheel had too big gashes in them which at first Liam said it couldn't be his guy but later agreed to fix (I'm fixing myself) When asked about the missing stem caps he gave me generic caps and when asked about the Mercedes caps he said he would look for them (never did). When I got back to my shop, I checked the air pressure in all 6 wheels the air pressure ranged from 26 lbs to 86 lbs max air is 80 lbs and Liam recommended 45-50 lbs. I also found that the rear stem extension from the inside dually wheels was missing. I did go back to Big O the next day with a list of items to share with Liam and asked for nothing in return. I was just hoping he would use this information to make their service better. The lack of supervision and care on what was being done to my van was not there. I've spent a lot of money at this location over several years, but this will be the last time I support this business. read more

The financing was not addressed. I was charged for 2 transactions yet left my car overnight. I was $1.72 shy of 12 months financing on my "first" transaction that evening since they didn't tell me that my brakes needed to be done until 15 min before they closed. I offered to pay for it all then pick it up the next day but they refused so they can give me 6 months financing on both transactions. Andrew was very rude also. My total bill was $1873.00. I They advertise that you can get 12 months financing if your purchase is $1200. Apparently that is not the case. read more

Had an oil change, tire rotation, and ac evac and recharge. The manager Adam was very professional and friendly, made me feel welcome and explained everything that was done and what to expect and luckily he fixed my AC leak just by noticing the schrader valves were old and were leaking, so for the price of the evac and recharge i got a full inspection to know what to do in the future, and he fixed the leak ive been dealing with for my AC for less than 5$ extra than the recharge. Highly Recommend this Big O tire's, sending all my friends and family here. read more

Bought tires here rated for 50k miles less than three years ago. Went in for a "balancing issue, $49.99", because the steering wheel was getting shaky. After 25k miles, they said the tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced. They give me a quote for $1,500 bucks. I said is there no warranty? I've lived in Arizona for 30 years, never had "dry rotted tires". They said I didn't buy the warranty. I asked if the warranty would have covered this. They said no. So, I got half the life expected of these tires that turned out to be garbage, and they expect me to buy tires from them again? I asked if that's the only thing causing the shaky steering wheel. They said yes. I was in there for less than 10 minutes. Seems like a pretty quick analysis of the issue. They get me to come in quoting 50 bucks for balancing, then look me straight faced and say the tires we just sold you a couple years ago need to be replaced for 1500. Hhmmm. Something sounds fishy to me. Is there a Discount Tire nearby? They just earned a new customer. read more

I had a nail in my tire and tried to get it patched at two other places and both told me it would be an hour and a half. One also tried pushing buying a new tire that only had 3,000 miles on it. However, I called Big O and spoke with Coby. He was easy to speak to and got me in and out in less than 30 min and did not charge me. I will definitely be going back to them in the future. read more

I would never go to Big 0 Tires again. I went in for a tire repair for my Honda Pilot and was told that the tires were too old to repair (2017 and 50k). I didn't have a problem with that. I asked for a quote to replace all 4 tires. He told me he would be afraid to quote me because the tires were in Utah and there was a tire shortage. I asked him why there was a tire shortage and he said "Bidenomics". He told me to go to Costco or Walmart. Basically treating me like I couldn't afford the 4 tires that they had in stock in Utah. I left with a leaking tire and no solution. He also told me, I could go to "one of those tire places that repair used tires". I went home and found the tires at Discount Tire and the next day at Right Honda, where I bought 4 new tires. Discount Tire and Honda were competitively priced. So Big 0, I spent over $1000 on 4 brand new tires at Honda within one day. I would have waited for Big O to order them and put them on for me - but for some weird reason, you wouldn't even quote me. Also, I didn't appreciate the Bidenomics comment. I am a Democrat. I could have paid whatever the final cost would have been to ship the tires down to Phoenix and install them. I had sent my son-in-law ( also a Democrat) there the week before for a new tire - no more. It was unprofessional to treat me like I couldn't afford the tires, unprofessional to bring up politics, clearly not knowing my views, and unprofessional to lose my business for Big O. I left feeling demeaned and treated like a stupid, poor women. read more

I started going to the East Thunderbird location of Big O Tires in 2023 when I needed a new set of tires and I was in a bind to get them done before heading off to a family vacation up north. The service, quality, and attention to detail matches the great customer service that I received. I recently had an oil change and asked the mechanics to look at why my interior lights were out in my Infiniti. It ended up being a fuse that needed to be changed out. Worst place ever and not trust worthy! Had a terrible oil change... oil leaked out of oil filter and almost seized my new car! Owner said i must have tampered with my own car. He threw me out of his business and called me names...much better garages out there that are trustworthy and at least will except when they make a mistake! $80 oil change ended up costing me over $250 with tow and fixing there faulty job! read more

Brought in my vehicle for an alignment, I disclosed that two tires were bad and needed to be replaced, but I would get that taken care of elsewhere. I was given an ETA of 30 minutes, just to do an alignment check. So, I chose to wait outside. They didn't take my car in until 1 hour after checking in. 5 minutes pass and the guy who assisted with checking me in comes outside and tells me "my guy says he can't do an alignment on the vehicle since two of the tires are not in good shape, but you already knew that... he said there's no point since the tires would just pull it back." I just said "okay, that's fine." And proceeded to wait for my car to come around, which took another 10 minutes for somebody to pull it out of the bay. Very disappointed that I wasted an hour and half of my time, sitting there to receive NO service. If a customer wants an alignment done, just get it done. In my case, I already had arrangements to swap out the bad tires. Changing out the tires would have not affected the alignment that would have been completed. This was not my first visit to this location, my first visit was a good experience. That is why I came back. But this visit was too disappointing to think about coming back again, I will take my business elsewhere. I am unsure of the name of the guy who assisted checking me in, but he needs an attitude adjustment as well. I was not mean nor did I express any anger when I experienced that inconvenience, which he is lucky. He could've at least apologized for the inconvenience and the long wait. He shared no understanding or care in the world. He should not be serving customers. read more

Always appreciate this neighborhood Big O Tire location. Shopped here for tires previously, but stopped by today just to have my air pressure checked. Went to a competitor not far from here yesterday, when I had a flat. They replaced the tire, but overinflated all four of my tires to 39 psi, when they should be at 32/33. They did this previously. That's why I am done, and will only really bring my business to this Big O going forward. I work hard for my money and time is precious, stick with these guys and they will treat you right. I have had a great experience here in multiple visits for various issues on my truck. They're thorough, do the work in the estimated time, and there haven't been any surprise billings. They've even worked very well with my extended warranty provider, making it so that I don't have to lift a finger to get claims submitted or approved. I am a regular customer of Big O Tires but not at this location (Thunderbird & Tatum). Stop here (nearest location) on a Saturday because I have a flat in a parking lot. I asked the shop manager if the tire can be repaired or give me a quote for new set of tires. The manager said I need ti make an appointment for another day, and didn't even bother to inspect the tires if I may need new tires or even give me an estimate. This shop wasn't even busy. After that I went to a nearby Discount Tires and another Big O Tires and their employees came out to help me before I even walk inside the shop. They help put air in my tire and give me a quote. Now I know to never do business with this Big O Tires location. read more

I came in needing 3 brand new tires. I had one brand new tire that I recently replaced in the last couple months, a Cooper Discoverer R20. The gentleman in the front, Adam, stated they were running a buy 3, get the fourth tire free, and recommended I changed the new one as well so all tires were the same. I agreed but also asked to keep the newer tire since it's on the more expensive side. When I picked up my car, I assumed my tire that I asked to keep was in the trunk and wasn't thinking about it at the time. The next day, I realized my tire wasn't in my trunk. I called and text Adam multiple times in regards to my tire. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and stated they "would take a look around" for my tire. Every time I called or text, they stated they were checking on it and eventually started ignoring me. Thank you for stealing my brand new tire guys! read more

Got coupon in mail for bargain oil/filter change, tire rotation $19.99. Took my car in to have the work done. Staff very nice, waiting room very nice. Noticed a few days later that the tires had not been rotated. (I have a slow leak in the front right tire and while they did fill the tires when it was in the shop, the front right tire was low again in a few days so I knew the tires weren't rotated). I can only hope that they actually changed the oil...... p.s. they did NOT put a "reminder" sticker on the windshield for the next oil change (they normally do). read more

Don't take your vehicle to this particular Big O Tire location. . I took my car there to have my check engine light and my AC which was blowing warm air fixed. While at the shop, the people there kept their focus on up-selling me on other services instead of just worrying about what needed to be addressed. The owner is rude and is more interested in "selling" rather than being customer service oriented. I got my car back after I left it all day. I felt I got ripped off price-wise. After a few days, my AC started blowing warm air again and in a couple of weeks my check engine light re-appeared. I went back and they said it could be so many other causative factors which really meant my needing to shell out more money for them to figure it out. A lot of "guesswork"... Pure guesswork. What compounded it was they were again trying to upsell me with other products and other services. I suggest you go to other locations and not get ripped off OR " upsold". read more

Called looking for 4 tires and got a price that I agreed to. I asked if they could do it right away and the guy said they would do it immediately. When I got there 30 seconds later, he gave my ticket to a new girl who took her sweet time to write up the ticket. Once she finished figuring out the computer and had my keys, my van sat there for 15 minutes without being touched. And I clearly told her I was in a hurry. My husband Mike has not been to big o tires since 2010 because he had a bad experience. He went there today bc it was on the carvana list for repairs and he is very glad he did. James was on the phone with carvana for a while advocating for us to get new tires bc we just bought a used Buick Enclave from them and were already having an issue with one of the tires. As a satisfied customer, I took my son's hooptie there to get the same thing, and due to a manufacturer's issue, they were not able to complete the entire special, and did only the oil change ... with an applicable reduction in price.
