I had read other reviews on Google shortly before we arrived regarding One Stop Auto Mall and those were very positive, which was one of the reasons we stopped in. As a female buyer of a large van/bus that is to be used for commercial purposes, I was nervous about being talked down to or "mansplained." Allen did neither. He was professional and showed interest in not just the sale, but about me/my business as well. I wish more men in this industry would realize that their heavy, overbearing presence, "advice" and pushiness is a huge turn-off to women. I was very grateful for Allen's respect and fair prices. I started by messaging them about the car and they got back to me instantly. Tito was very straightforward and gave me the out the door price I ask for without any gimmicks or sleazy dealer add-ons that they don't disclose until later. We agreed on a price and my family and I drove down from Flagstaff to look at the car in person on a Saturday. The car had some expected things it needed for a used car and I did get a pre-purchase inspection that looked good overall (recommend DR Car Services since they are open on a Saturday and 1-mile away). We then drove it up to Flagstaff without issues. The next Friday we went on a road trip to the White Mountains to camp for the weekend. Just before we went I had the local Subaru dealer do an oil change and I also asked them why the car seemed so loud when cold. They mentioned in this car it can be loud before it warms up. Anyways, we went on our trip and we noticed a more concerning sound. When we got back I had the dealership look into it more and to summarize they couldn't say for sure but it was seeming like the start of a serious issue (car only had 76k miles on it). They quoted me a price to fix it that almost made me pass out. The problem seemed to get worse but it was still tricky to replicate without certain road conditions. I then contacted Another Time with my concerns. John was quick to get back to us and wanted to personally check the car over. He decided to replace the part needed free of charge and made the whole situation right. He truly went above and beyond to help us and we are extremely grateful. Despite this being an extremely stressful and time consuming process, we are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Another Time to anyone. I do not believe this was an issue that Another Time knew about or that they were trying to sell us a car with a known serious problem. The car had a great service history and the inspection only showed very minor things; It was a mix of bad luck and questionable choices by the vehicle's manufacturer in my opinion.

The check engine light came on the same day I brought it home, and the vehicle was shaking. I was able to bring it back, and I was told the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, as soon as my 30-day warranty was up, the check engine light came back on, and from there it was one problem after another. I have spent over $5,000 trying to repair this Jeep, and every time one issue was fixed, another problem seemed to appear. At this point, multiple mechanics have told me the same thing: get rid of this vehicle ASAP. I haven't even owned it for a year, and I've already had to purchase another vehicle because I could no longer rely on this one. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I purchased this Jeep while I was 8 months pregnant. I specifically told the dealership that I needed a reliable SUV, and they sold me a vehicle that turned out to be anything but reliable. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having major problems almost immediately after purchase, continuing to spend thousands of dollars on repairs, and still not having a dependable vehicle is completely unacceptable. I feel like I was sold a lemon, a vehicle that should never have been sold to someone looking for a reliable family SUV. I trusted the dealership to be honest about what I was purchasing, and unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Absolutely heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating. No hidden fees, no change of price once you get inside. And the purchase process was so easy and simple we were in and out quick and Mark even stayed after closing to make sure everything was taken care of (he even had a family event that evening he was showing up late for). Highly recommend giving these guys a shot! After about 1-2 weeks the seat stopped moving backward - called Mark and he had me drop the car off and he had someone take care of it within ~24hrs and since it's been flawless. Have loved the rig, and even come back for oil changes. Don't pass these guys up without at least checking out what they've got on the lot. We'll be back when my wife is ready for a new vehicle to see what they've got.

We happened to pop in to a big dealer on Scottsdale Rd., one that we've purchased from before, about a month ago to peek around. We would not be buying new but just wanted to see if they had a used Lexus GX. They didn't, but took down our info in case a trade in came through that matched what we wanted. Last week they called with a mint condition GX that checked our boxes, we weren't exactly ready to pull the trigger but as luck would have it my daily commuter with 212,000 miles on it needed new brakes, tires, and rotors. The car itself is worth maybe $3,500 so we decided to pop in on Saturday and see about making a deal work. We couldn't. We couldn't get what we wanted out of the trade therefore we couldn't make the numbers work. After a bit of back and forth, I left. Later that afternoon we were doing some searches and found one at Scottsdale Airpark priced about the same, with less miles, and it was the luxury package (the first one being a premium) and a plus- it had a better color combo ‍. We called on it and spoke with Drew, they had JUST CLOSED. This car doesn't get traded in often and we knew it wouldn't last long. Drew asked if we could be there quick and he'd turn around to show it to us, well the stars aligned because we live just down the street from them. We drove over and within maybe and hour and a half we drove off with it! The experience with Drew was night and day to the big dealer earlier that day. He was straight up, honest, and wasn't there to waste our time- or his for that matter, which we totally appreciate. Also, I'm in Mortgage so rates are important to us, they use a credit union for financing and the rate was 1.75% LOWER than what the big dealer quoted us! There wasn't much negotiation room, we've researched extensively and previously owned the same model just older, so we knew the market value and ultimately the car was priced really well. So know that going into shopping with them, they are pricing these cars at a fair market value, and not only that- these are sales guys/gals that you'll actually want to do business with. The car had some door dings and a chip in the windshield that they hadn't taken care of yet, it was also missing the floor mats. Drew & Alan coordinated for the dings and chip to be taken care from our driveway Monday morning, and then Drew personally dropped off the floor mats to us!
