I bought a Transit Van from One Stop Auto Mall in March 2023. Allen was quite helpful! He didn't present with the "salesy," sketchy or pushy approach like so many dealers present with when you shop. He seemed sincere, forthcoming, honest and genuine. The entire sales process was easy, convenient, and straightforward. No gimmicks. I had read other reviews on Google shortly before we arrived regarding One Stop Auto Mall and those were very positive, which was one of the reasons we stopped in. As a female buyer of a large van/bus that is to be used for commercial purposes, I was nervous about being talked down to or "mansplained." Allen did neither. He was professional and showed interest in not just the sale, but about me/my business as well. I wish more men in this industry would realize that their heavy, overbearing presence, "advice" and pushiness is a huge turn-off to women. I was very grateful for Allen's respect and fair prices. I bought a 2011 Range Rover sport Sept. of 2020 and after buying it within a week its making a weird noise. After talking to dealer I'm told that they absolutely refuse to sell a range rover without extended warranty. Which I did buy I speak with warranty and they tell me to take it to mechanic of choice. So I take it to North scottsdale land rover. They tell me it needs timing chain and bla bla bla. And it would be $7800 to fix. I said ur crazy I just bought it. Anyways the warranty pays $4000 I pay $1000 out of pocket to fix it. Fast forward to Sept. 2022. No more warranty and all of a sudden it starts getting warm. I have it checked out and mechanic says it's had a blown head gasket and whoever put gasket fix in it did it just to sell and pawn off on someone else. Well guess what. One Stop Auto Mall Review: This was the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The overall experience, service, and management was completely unprofessional and extremely difficult. When I purchased the vehicle initially, it was not "ready" they said. I agreed to let them fix it as I already had to fly back to Atlanta and drive back across the country. I figured it was an easy fix and it would be waiting on me when I got back. NO! They had the truck for two whole weeks. Once I finally got the truck back, it broke down at a gas station the very next day! They came to pick up the truck and the young early twenty's mechanic tried to tell me that all the fluid leaking out was probably just water. I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend because I am living the nightmare as well. Anyway, the young mechanic told him it was water... My boyfriend and I work in a body shop, he has been around cars his whole life. It was NOT just water... This kid was trying to pull one over on us like we were born yesterday. That being said, they took the vehicle back to the dealership. A couple days later, we again traveled to pick up the vehicle... When we got there to pick it up, they had lost the key. The next day they had a new key made. We asked them if they could deliver the vehicle and they said, "absolutely no problem". Then we got a call back saying they wouldn't be able to deliver until after work hours. I knew that was a lie as well so again, we made another 30-mile trip to the dealership. The truck was in poor condition and was continuously losing power... the next day we called them again and they had a tow truck come pick up the vehicle. It has been almost two weeks and they still have the vehicle. They said the catalytic converters were clogged. Ok makes since why the truck would be losing power. Now we are just waiting to hear from them! Until the next problem arises, and we send the truck back to them. On a side note the time when they lost the keys, they said that they were sorry and that this is not how they conduct business and would fill up our tank. Wow thanks! They should fill it up anyway just for morale I would think and the fact that we have driven back and forth several times. Anyway, when we went to the gas station he gave us $30 to fill up a F150 King Ranch truck. A $70 fill up. At this point we want to just get out from under the truck. Either get our money back that we put down or put us in a nicer vehicle. Sadly, I know they will not do the right thing. This place has been a headache from the minute we walked in. We have had the truck a total of 10 days in the two months since we purchased the truck. I do not recommend dealing with this dealership, ever. read more

I bought a 09 Bmw from this place, 10 grand of my money. I was getting ready to drive it off the lot and decided to open the trunk, the key fob wouldn't work. The trunk actuator was bad, I had to pay 150 for a knock off fob which only had a 1 month warranty. Later I had to have a bmw mechanic fix my vehicle because the alternator was no good and had the replace the knock off battery with an OEM battery because it leaked acid all over the battery compartment. The the mechanic told me my struts were blown, the Motor mounts were worn down the belts need to be changed. Not even a year later, my blinkers won't work in the front or rear, my moon roof doesn't work, my passenger window won't roll up and I had to replace the rims and tire, cost me 1800 more and found out the rear rotors were completely worn down but have good break pads on them???? The fuse box had the wrong fuses in it, the list goes on... don't buy from these asshole scammers. Like I said I haven't even had this car a year yet. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS read more

Not once during my researching of the kind of vehicle I wanted did I ever feel pressured by these great group of professionals. And believe me I did a very thorough search. I had a great experience here when buying my vehicle. I found them with an ad online for the vehicle. It's a small place that you might miss the first time trying to find it, but with it being a smaller vehicle dealership they were able to make my experience a little more personal. For instance, no group of pushy salesmen waiting for you as soon as you enter the parking lot, and they have a TV room with a large selection which was nice because that gave the ability to keep the kids entertained while filing boring paperwork. I purchased a van for my business here. When I figured that I like the van I had a final inspection and brought up a small list of things I wanted repaired before buying such as a key lock that was damaged, and a cab light that wasn't going on. They fixed it all up with their on site service team. I have had my van for 3 months now no issues at all it was a very clean van and happy I chose one stop auto mall to send my business to read more

Very cocky, unprofessional, and rude customer service who think to know everything just because they have it. I bought a car BMW E46 through them that I knew was not a good car because I bought the Carfax myself since when I asked for it from them because they posted it had a history, they refused to give it to me. Then when I get to the dealer to see it the first time, I'm immediately thrown into an office and they want me to sign documents already, I didn't but I took it for a test drive first and had the very typical problems I knew I was going to face. We get back and this is where I really got my full opinion of these liars. Like I said I knew it was an old beat up car, but don't try to tell me it has a great interior and exterior, clean body and undercarriage etc. etc. when the car had no glovebox, completely messy center console with DIY wiring and the engine bay was so filthy when I cleaned it myself it took 2 days to finish. I saw one other person had the same issue of them wanting to keep the car and "put their dealership touches" which is literally nothing when it's all said and done but I allowed it and they said I'd have my car in 4 days. The day comes and they tell me it's going to be another week, now mind you I live +100 miles away so that was a big issue for me but I couldn't refuse because they had it and I didn't. When I got the car finally it had nothing done to it, my AC doesn't work half the time and I'm not complaining cause I knew what I was getting into but they told me that was something they fixed, I had no fog lights as they just seemed to cut the wires off for some reason, the key I was given is a valet key so I couldn't even get into my trunk. All in all the car is now in much better hands with me but I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. They clearly show no interest to those who know what they're looking for because everything on their lot has hidden defects and problems they hiding from us customers.
