I have had the best experience with Bad Credit Auto!!! I had saved up to buy a car & was concerned, as a woman, that I would be taken advantage of. When I saw the car I wanted, I went in thinking I would most likely not buy this one, then I met Tim, who was very kind and he really seemed to want to help me get the car at the price I wanted to pay! He even took my old "mom van" as a trade in! I got a VW Jetta that I loved!!! It was everything he said it would be & more! When it came time to help my daughter find a car, I went right to Tim, knowing he would put my child into a car that could be trusted! I would not even consider looking somewhere else! This was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. The man who sold me my vehicle is named Tim. I can't speak highly enough about him. I showed up prepared for a day full of hand-wringing haggling but soon discovered it wouldn't be that way at all. It was obvious from the get-go that Tim's character wasn't like that of most salesmen - enemy combatants battling to extract every penny they possibly can. He genuinely wants you to get a car you'll love for a price you'll feel good about paying. To be more specific, Tim and I had reached a deal. He had gone to bat for me, negotiating my price with multiple bank lenders over the phone right there in front me in an attempt to land me the best APR% he could muster. We found a very good offer and I signed on the dotted line. Contrary to other car salesmen I had dealt with in the past who would shake your hand and call it a day, Tim said, "I'm glad we found you a good rate, but I'm going to try to find you an even better one." Haha yeah, ok, you've already made the sale... Low and behold, a couple days later Tim called me with the good news: he did in fact find me an even better rate that saved me a lot of money! So here he was, working in my best interests with nothing to gain personally outside of the satisfaction of providing a customer with excellent service. That is the way good business is done. Never posted a review before... I bought a warranty from Tim for my BMW 545i. Tim was awesome. The warranty is awesome. I just replaced my $1800 A/C system for $100 and got a free rental car. The quote from the mechanic was, "this is the best extended warranty I've ever seen." Additionally, after the initial warranty purchase I noticed terms on the contract of which I didn't agree with. I called Tim and let him know the scenario. Within 24 hours, Tim contacted the warranty company who drafted a new contract for Tim; correcting my concern. Tim did so without asking me for another dime. To put the cherry on top of this review... I was in the car business for 5 years. During these 5 years I had various management positions, so you could imagine... I've seen everything. I like to play dumb when I go to dealers to find out how shady they are. Tim passed the shady test 100% to the point of where I would consider him a great person. Do business with these people. I just purchased my second car there. Tim is an honest and down to earth person who took away all the hassles of purchasing a car. Tim made it so easy and he is very friendly but you do not see too many dealerships willing to work with you the way he does as he is truly unique and honest. My dad came to Tim 3 years ago and bought a very well kept car in great condition at a steal. We went to dealerships up and down cave creek road as well as some major dealerships. My dads not someone easy to convince yet just this past month we were their for the third time retrieving a car for myself. Wow let me tell you. One of the best and honest car dealerships in the valley! I found a hard to find car here and it was extremely well taken care of. Tim (the salesmen) was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions about the car (he even knew the history of it) and even gives a warranty for cars that he sells!. They got back to me a minute after I send them request for information for the car I liked. I was impressed. They have car fax on the car on their website, so I could check it right away - another plus. Their prices are competitive and the cars are nice. But what impressed me most is the fact that they value time - theirs and mine. I scheduled appointment at 1.30 pm. They asked me to call me 30 minutes before I show up, so they could get car ready for test drive. When I showed up the car was running with a plate on it. I bought a car off of Tim in 2013 and it served me well until I was recently involved in a car accident. When I purchased the vehicle I noticed it needed a bit of maintenance (battery terminals cleaned, cooling system flushed, etc.) and he was more than happy to take care of that for me. Wow! What a great place to buy a used car. Tim E. is an awesome person to work with. Is very knowledgeable about the used car industry and make sure I was getting a great deal.
