    sold me a car and it wasn't disclosed it was in an accident. Jonas Ash is horrible, bad temper and tantrums. make promises they can't keep

    ASH automotive, Carrie works the front of the house, Jonah was the first person that I interacted with, he was great, he introduced me to his brother. Andrew, took off from there to find me my perfect car. Andrew asked me some questions, things I wanted, things that I did not want, things that were important. I felt that I no longer needed 4 Wheel Dr., I didn't care about a sunroof, but I love the color blue. In a matter of time, he was on the computer, researching, he found me my blue car, tan leather interior. This is my kind of company, they have great morals, integrity, they do business in a handshake. If you can't do business that way, you shouldn't be in business! I not only WOULD I RECOMMEND them, every recommendation they do business with, have been stellar and they do business the same way. I'm glad that I've found you two.

    Buyer Beware . Don't do it . I bought two cars June last year . Both cars have had the same issues. Evaporator core needing to be replaced. Coolant leaks . Car corrosion and rust issues . Here are some pictures of what my car looks like with orange rust and corrosion. I'm from Florida , so that's not normal to us . My car is in the shop again for car a/c problems , getting the evaporator core replaced for a second time and this time the actuator needed replacement as well . Sure they give you warranty , but these problems started happening within two months of owning the cars . Both cars also needed breaks replaced ( apond arrival) Had you told me it was just one car , but both cars!. Now my driver side seat belt retractor is broken . I have owned many cars in my life , I have never had so many issues . Buyer beware ! Not to mention the car paint problems both cars had , you can see on the photos of the website make the cars look great, but if you are out of state you are trusting them to not be shady !. My whole front on my car needs paint . Lesson learned !! If you are from out of state , DO NOT BE FOOLED by the website . both cars have a negative equity of $10,000 , so we are stuck!!! car problems keep on coming . I wish I would have waited . WORST car experience ever!!! ^*^^^ In response to the reply from the owner , both cars continue needing to go to the shop for repairs !!!. As towards the blame towards the transport company both cars arrived with the car windows up . What is the explanation for both cars having a/c problems, and coolant leaking problems . ? There is only so much you can blame on the transport company !! Both cars continue to require mechanic work and we speak both cars are in the shop for repair work !! It's been a year this past June I got both cars !! Poor business !! I would never recommend your business for car purchasing . I can't imagine the $1000's out of pocket if not sold without warranty . The cars continue needing repairs and mechanic work leaving us carless weeks on end . If you told me one car , but "" both cars "" . For those of you reading from out of state , or even within state please research and check out the car properly , this is our terrible experience with two cars bought June 2023 . Not only are we negative equity but the cars are continuous needing to go to the shop for major issues . Leaving us each time two weeks without a car . I have receipts to prove . I would not recommend doing business with this company . BUYER BEWARE !!! run ....as of right now my car is in the shop going on a month and my daughters car is in the shop!!! Clearly a clean carfax is not enough ...

    Just bought my BMW X5M today and I had to share my experience…read more I dealt with Luis Mejia and he worked with me the past week on email. My appointment was today at 1pm and Luis was gracious, courteous, and made me feel as though I was a friend coming to visit. The experience took about two hours and then I was passed over to Joon Shin in finance. I usually dread dealing with the finance department as I have had negative experiences in the past. However, Joon was an absolute pleasure to work with and he made me feel very comfortable as though we knew each other already. I can't say enough about how professional and supportive these two gentlemen were, and kudos to Bell Lexus for onboarding great people like Luis and Joon. Thank you so much, I will be referring people to your dealership.

    This was a very frustrating service experience…read more I scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance for a recall repair and was told the parts were in stock and that it would be completed the same day. Based on that, I planned my day around dropping the vehicle off early. After dropping the vehicle off, I later found out the part was NOT actually available and there was no clear timeline for when it would be. I ended up having to take the vehicle back. To their credit, they did call later and said the part could arrive within the next few days and asked me to bring it back, but the initial lack of preparation completely defeated the purpose of scheduling ahead and wasted my time. On top of that, I was given a ~$9,500 list of recommended services. I understand my vehicle has ~156k miles and will need maintenance, that's not the issue. The issue is that several of the items listed were things I had just recently replaced: - Drive belt replaced ~9 months ago (~4,000 miles) - Battery replaced ~6 months ago (~2,000 miles) - Cabin air filter replaced within the last 30 days Despite this, all three were recommended for replacement. When I questioned these, the advisor partially walked them back, which made the inspection feel inconsistent and hard to trust. The battery test was also confusing. The report showed 12.73V and 613 CCA out of 710, yet it was labeled as a "fail," even though the vehicle starts perfectly every time. It even said "cranking result: fail". At that point, it became difficult to tell what was actually necessary versus what was being recommended. Overall, the combination of unconfirmed parts, poor communication, and inconsistent inspection results made this a disappointing experience. I would recommend confirming that recall parts are physically in stock and reserved before bringing your vehicle in, and getting a second opinion on any major service recommendations. It's now been nearly a month since this visit. I was told someone would follow up regarding my concerns, but I have not been contacted. That lack of follow-through is concerning and raises questions about the level of communication and customer care throughout this experience.

That was my first introduction to Eric R. as my service advisor, and he immediately made a great impression. The technician identified a few issues that needed attention, and instead of pushing to keep all the work in-house, Eric actually recommended I contact CarMax first to see if they would cover some of the repairs since I had just purchased the vehicle. That level of honesty and customer-first service was a welcome surprise. And to CarMax's credit, they did address some of the issues. For the remaining items, BMW North Scottsdale handled the repairs and did an outstanding job. Most recently, I needed to replace my windshield and already had a service appointment scheduled. I reached out to Eric to see if BMW North Scottsdale handled windshield replacements. While they don't, he gave me the contact information for Penske Rapid Repair and even suggested coordinating both appointments together to save me time. Unfortunately I couldn't make the timing work, but my service visit still went smoothly from start to finish. I usually wait at the dealership while my car is being serviced because the amenities are excellent. The downstairs waiting area has two coffee machines, snacks, free Wi-Fi, large TVs, plenty of tables, and comfortable seating. Upstairs there's another coffee machine and smaller waiting area, plus it's fun walking around the showroom checking out all the cars--especially the M and M Sport models upstairs. Even the parts department is worth browsing because it's stocked with BMW merch. One of my favorite things about their service department is the inspection video the technician sends showing exactly what they found on the vehicle. Eric also always takes the time to review the inspection results with me, including estimates for recommended maintenance, and he's great about answering follow-up questions honestly--especially when I ask whether something needs immediate attention or can wait. I also appreciate that most communication, including payment, is handled through text which makes the entire process incredibly convenient. Overall, this has consistently been one of the best dealership service experiences I've had, and it's the reason I continue bringing my car back to BMW North Scottsdale.

They do not even offer bottled water to customers, and if you are transferring belongings from your old car to your new one, do not expect more than a Fry's grocery bag. I understand that customer loyalty does not mean much anymore, but it was still disappointing to feel nickel-and-dimed throughout the process. The initial trade-in offer was so low that I almost walked out. They also fixated on a tiny windshield crack on my trade-in, repeatedly insisting I file an insurance claim or pay out of pocket to replace it. This is hardly my first car purchase. I spent years in the automotive industry, and my grandfather owned a dealership for 40 years, so I understand how the business works. And if a dealership truly cares about its clients and their experience, it should not operate this way. To be fair, my salesperson was very nice and seemed like a genuinely good employee so I have no complaints about him personally. My frustration is with how the dealership itself is being run. I love my X3, but going back to BMW North Scottsdale for either service or sales is extremely unlikely.

We did not. - When I asked how the price jumped. $12,000 he said "oops I hit a wrong key, let me fix that" he then said they charged $1,899 for things the dealership added and couldn't be removed in order to get the car ready for sale. Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. The breakdown given me changed three times never for added items . When he thought he had an interested car buyer he thought he had a SUCKER ! Stay FAR away from RiGHT HONDA---

This is actually my third vehicle from this dealership--and my first used one--which makes this experience even more disappointing. I had built a level of trust over time, and that trust is completely gone. A price was quoted in writing via text, I showed up, and suddenly it was $8,000 higher. After pushing back, they "magically" brought it down. Classic bait-and-switch behavior--plain and simple. Now that a price was agreed upon, it was off to haggle with finance. I bought a used, high-mileage vehicle and was sold a warranty that was supposed to protect me from costly repairs down the road. Within 3 days of signing paperwork and the night I picked up the keys, 6 April 26, problems showed up. When I filed a claim, I was told those exact issues had already been reported before the sale, so they were excluded from coverage. That means the warranty I paid for was essentially worthless the moment I drove off the lot. Let me be very clear: I would not be writing this review if those issues had been covered. Most of these repairs would have been covered if they had happened after the sale--but because they appear to have been known and not disclosed, I'm stuck paying for them. To be fair, both the salesperson, George, and finance staff, Edgar, were pleasant and amicable during the purchase process. However, that changed quickly when I returned with concerns. I was then told by the salesperson that he was "just sales" and did not deal with those issues--while also acknowledging that there were known problems with the vehicle. That contradiction was extremely concerning. This is not based on memory alone--I have documentation and recorded conversations that support these events, including statements acknowledging known issues prior to the sale. When the car was brought back 2 days after purchase, their service department said to leave and refused to even look at it because it was sold "as-is." No accountability, no support--nothing. Trying to get documentation was a joke. I was told the service manager was "at the gym," then that there was no one else could help. Only after pushing did I finally get a report--one that confirmed exactly what two independent shops later found wrong with the vehicle. In addition to returning to the dealership twice, I also made multiple attempts to resolve this directly. I sent two emails to the salesperson, George, which went unanswered, and reached out to the service manager, Mr Hale, requesting assistance as well. Those efforts were ignored, which only adds to the lack of accountability and support after the sale. This entire experience raises serious red flags about deceptive pricing, failure to disclose known issues, and selling warranties that don't actually protect the buyer. After reading other reviews, it's clear this is a pattern, not a one-off situation. If this situation resonates with you, or you've had similar experiences at this dealership or any other, now is the time to speak up--I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION: https://www.azag.gov/complaints/consumer The only way businesses like this change is when enough consumers push back and demand accountability. With the SVR, a critical component failed and I was initially told it wasn't covered under warranty -- despite it ultimately being covered. After weeks of delays and back-and-forth over parts availability, the "solution" presented to me was to buy a new vehicle. That brings me to the Defender. Purchased in May 2024. Only 14,000 miles. Complete breakdown due to a faulty DC converter. I was told the part was on a six-month backorder. Between the cyberattack headlines and tariff-related delays, it sounded plausible -- but once again, the recommended solution was to buy another new vehicle. When you rely on your vehicle and are forced into cross-country travel on short notice, that's not really a choice. To make matters worse, more than two months after completing out-of-state paperwork at purchase, I still do not have proper registration documents. I can't obtain plates in my new state. This is basic administrative follow-through. Two major mechanical failures. Warranty confusion. Parts delays. Pressure to purchase again. Registration still unresolved. At some point, this stops being bad luck and starts feeling systemic. Proceed with caution.

However, Jose found it within 15 minutes of my inquiry and sent me a detailed video. With the video and printout of the original purchase order with all options and equipment Jose provided, I was able to make an educated decision and put down a refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle for purchase. Being a used vehicle, I requested a pre purchase inspection at an independent Land Rover mechanic. Jose was kind enough to coordinate transport of the vehicle to and from the mechanic so I didn't have to take additional time off work. Jose promptly addressed my questions, which included extremely minor feedback from the pre purchase inspection and loan processing information for insurance purposes. Throughout the entire process of securing a deposit, inspections, financing, and detailing, Jose kept me informed to ensure everything went smoothly. There was complete transparency of the price of the vehicle with no surprises at the end. Jose delivered on all the commitments made. Jose- Thank you for making what can be a stressful and frustrating process- easy! I'd been searching for a very particular vehicle to meet my family's needs and we're excited for the adventures to come!
