Completely dishonest Bought a car, found out it was in a bad wreck and never reported to the insurance. The rear shocks are after market and the owner's nephew said he ordered new ones and would call when they got in. Didn't order them at all. We purchased a Ford truck last August 2019. We repeatedly asked if the truck had been in any accidents. Nick told us no and said the only thing he had done was replace the right front fender due to a small dent. When we got home we found out from a Ford dealership it had been in a severe front end collision with air bag deployment. Needless to say there have been multiple problems needing repairs from this issue. When dealing with Nick please thoroughly check out the car or just don't buy from him because he is dishonest. Do NOT buy anything from this dealership very dishonest/shady people selling cars at this place!! We bought my daughter's first car from these people and the check engine light came on less than 24 hours later that was only the start of many issues to come!! My daughter drove this car for a grand total of 2 weeks before having to park it PERMANENTLY the car would stall without notice on the freeway and in the middle of intersections, and it has a slew of electrical problems along with zero previous maintenance done the oil was completely black and was leaking, the battery was original to this car (2006!) We found out there was a safety recall on it which was not disclosed and our local mechanic stated the car was not safe to drive due to it stalling without notice and highly recommended that we park it and not drive it . Their salesman Otto is a fast talker and will say and do anything to make a buck ,when we returned the car to them to have it fixed they pieced it together using parts "they had laying around the shop" according to their salesman Otto who is the one who attempted to fix it! The owner Nick did not get involved until I continuously contacted his salesman complaining about the lemon they sold us and his salesman couldn't handle the heat I was bringing so he got his boss involved ,Nick insteAd of making it right with us decided the best approach was to basically tell me to get bent and that it's not his problem, and in fact said "you can't return the car just cause you don't like it" I wanted to return the car because they sold us a lemon!! these people are scammers and stole 4 thousand dollars of my money in exchange for a POS car that we ended up getting rid of and had to take the loss for ,now my daughter has nothing to drive as I cannot afford ,as a single mom to buy her another car , but hey on the bright side at least my daughter didn't die in that car and I was smart enough to park it before something bad happened!!! I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these shady people you will regret it and you will never get your money back as they believe they are above the lemon laws!! One star is way too many for this "dealership" buyer beware!!! read more
