at the end of the day we decided to buy from Mandy because she was not a pushy sales woman and they worked with our credit issues.

GREAT Service department adviser, Cesar, and Tijerino,…read morealways pro and polite. Recommended

I'm a big fan of Toyota, but after this experience I will not be returning to Camelback Toyota…read more I brought my 2024 Tacoma in for a recall involving the brake lines. While it was there, I asked them to also check my starter because it had started acting up around 40,000 miles. Since the truck was already in for the recall and they were doing their normal inspection, I figured it made sense to have them look at it. Camelback Toyota diagnosed the starter and quoted me approximately $1,200 to replace it. Before approving the work, I called AutoNation Toyota Tempe for a comparison. They quoted me $248 for the starter itself and approximately $634 total out the door with labor. Same brand, same Toyota dealership network, drastically different price. When I told Camelback Toyota I was going to pass on the repair, they suddenly came back with a revised quote of approximately $850 out the door. That alone tells me the original quote was inflated. I respect that dealerships do not have to price match each other, but I do expect honest, upfront pricing -- especially from a dealership where I have purchased multiple trucks. To make the experience worse, even though my brand-new Tacoma was there for a recall, Camelback Toyota still had me pay for a rental and also charged me an evaluation fee. By comparison, AutoNation Toyota Tempe gave me a rental at no charge while they replaced my starter. That difference in customer service was night and day. Once I declined the repair at Camelback Toyota, I was told I would owe $220 just for the starter evaluation. They explained that if I did the work through them, the $220 would be applied toward the repair, making the revised quote feel closer to the Tempe quote. That may be their policy, but from a customer standpoint it felt like pressure to accept a repair I no longer trusted. The issue is not just the money. The issue is trust. AutoNation Toyota Tempe gave me a straightforward, honorable price from the beginning and took care of me with a rental while the repair was completed. Camelback Toyota quoted me nearly double, reduced the price only after I challenged it, charged me for a rental during a recall visit, and still charged me an evaluation fee. That is not how I expect a Toyota dealership to treat repeat customers. I will continue to own and support Toyota vehicles, but I will not bring my business back to Camelback Toyota. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend customers compare pricing with AutoNation Toyota Tempe before approving service work here.

They were completely honest about the cars history and I felt an immediate feeling of trust when talking to them. I think it's incredibly important to have a trustworthy and friendly atmosphere when buying cars because it's such a big deal. I would highly recommend going to Carabana for an auto purchase!

I took to a Fiat 500 convertible but the prices other dealers were asking just didn't make sense. Shane had a car priced beyond fair as he would rather move vehicles in volume and make people happy vs. waste their time negotiating. He was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order so I could fly in and drive back home safely to California. While I was there we went to lunch and I learned that everyone knows Shane. The restaurant owner had personally purchased 5 cars from him over the years for himself and his family. Relationships matter, so does word of mouth. Shane cares about this and it shows. If you are looking for a used car for yourself or your family or a first car go here. Also, Shane speaks Spanish and is respected by families and individuals who happen to prefer doing business in Spanish too. He finances too. First cars and reliable used transportation go here.

I bought my truck there today and the sales and finance staff were very friendly and helpful…read more I was very excited as I had not bought a truck new in many years and they shared in my joy

I have never written a review before, but this dealership absolutely deserves one…read more I dropped off my 2023 Mustang on Thursday for a warranty issue. It is now Tuesday, and they have not even looked at the car. Not diagnosed. Not tested. Not touched. I called four times between Saturday and Tuesday. Every single time I was told "someone is looking at it and will call you right back." They never called back. Not once. That's not a mistake that's a pattern of lying to customers. On Monday, I physically went into the dealership because phone calls were clearly useless. I was told they would replace the EVAP purge valve and run an EVAP test. As of today, the car still hasn't moved. Zero work done. Meanwhile, I've spent more money on a rental car in six days than it would have cost to take this vehicle to a competent independent shop and fix the problem outright. The only difference? I made the mistake of trusting a Ford warranty. They are happy to sell you a warranty for $3k, $5k, or $10k, but once your car is in their possession, there is zero urgency, zero communication, and zero accountability. It genuinely feels like they think that because the repair is under warranty, your time doesn't matter. For anyone reading this: you can cancel your Ford warranty at any time and get your money back. I will be canceling mine immediately. This level of service is pathetic, and the way customers are treated is unacceptable. Avoid this service department unless you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and paying out of pocket for rentals while your car sits untouched.
