Before making the purchase of course I went over to test drive and get a feel for how they're handling customers--- I met up with Mario and he was just amazing. I didn't feel super pressured, he was very thorough and helped guide us towards the purchase. Nef and Tommy from finance were also amazing. I felt comfortable -- while they had to offer me various upgrades, it wasn't over the top. Super easy transaction and we are pleased with our purchase. I then called the dealership and explained to Mike W that I was going to talk to Don L about my previous experience. Mike then assigned Lucio a sales manager to us and encouraged a return visit. I don't consider myself one that complains often but it makes the car purchasing experience much more pleasant if you have a salesperson that you get along with. Lucio a sales manager said requests for different salesmen have happened before and wanted to reassure us their goal is to please the customer, so this was not an issue at all. Turned in a leased vehicle to Bill Luke the middle of October 2025. I had a refund due me on an extended warranty because I ended the lease early and had very low mileage. So today, January 30, 2026, I finally got the remainder they owed me. It was like pulling teeth. So, just be warned. The owner says my refund check was issued in the same month that I returned my leased vehicle. This is not true. The refund that was owed to me, was sent to Stellantis! I traded in a Kia that was worth more than the car I purchased. there was a difference of nearly $8,000 that they owed me. I did not walk out with a check because I was told they had to inspect it first. this was a Friday. By Wednesday it was listed on their website, which means they obviously inspected it. my experience when I purchased the car should have told me what I was in for. the repair shop has had my car for a week, when I call to find out what the problem is and request a return call I get a text message. Also asked as this is warranty work under the warranty I should be provided with a rental car. To get that arranged you must talk with your service advisor. That's a laugh he doesn't return calls, just send a text that they are working on your repair same thing he said 3 days ago. So 1 week later no answer, no rental car and no way to work. I called about a month ago and felt them slightly rude so I decided to go elsewhere, but didn't feel it was necessary to write a review. don't write negative reviews--if you look at my history, it's almost entirely positive--but what I experienced with Bill Luke was so blatantly dishonest that it needs to be said. I bought a brand new 2024 Toyota Tundra from them, and the moment I got it home, I discovered the seat belts didn't work and the windshield already had small cracks. On a "new" truck. That alone should tell you everything about their standards. When I brought it back, they told me the cracks had already been "filled," which clearly wasn't true. They agreed to fix the seat belts at no charge and said they would replace the windshield with OEM glass. Initially I was quoted $1,500, but then the sales manager (Jerry, I believe) told me he would do it at his "cost" for $500. They kept my truck for about two weeks. When I picked it up, I later realized they didn't install OEM glass at all--they used cheap, off-the-shelf glass that probably cost them a fraction of what I paid. That's not a misunderstanding--that's a bait and switch. When I called to address it, the service manager (Vishta, or "V") asked for proof of the agreement. Of course there was none--it was discussed in person and conveniently not written on any paperwork. That's exactly how this kind of thing happens. Since then, I've made at least four calls asking them to make it right. Not a single call has been returned. It doesn't stop there. I later went to Discount Tire because a warning light came on, and they informed me the truck had a complete mishmash of tires--basically four random tires with some tread thrown on. On a "new" vehicle. Let that sink in. For contrast: Discount Tire handled everything professionally and even installed and balanced new tires for free. Big-O quoted me $200+. That's what honest service looks like. Bill Luke, on the other hand, has completely lost my trust. They've been in the Valley for years and built a reputation--but based on my experience, that reputation is not deserved. Between the defective vehicle, the misleading promises, the cheap substitutions, and the complete lack of accountability, this felt like pure deception from start to finish. One star. Took our 2021 Jeep Cherokee in for a leak in January needs a new radiator then a hose 2000.00 later we still smell anti freeze and the Jeep is now getting hot, we take it back they say that everything is fine the fluids level looks good and it must have been residual fluid so they pressure washed it and we're good to go. We leave and before we get home we smell fluid and the Jeep is getting in the red, we take it back and now it's the water pump 1200.00 a week goes by and now it's blown head gasket and going to cost 4800.00 mind you we bought this Jeep brand new 5 years ago. I brought my Jeep to this dealership for a leak issue and was charged a little under $3,000 for diagnosis and repair. Just two days after picking up my vehicle I called Cody and informed him the leak was still present. When I brought it back to address the same problem, Steve told me it would cost another $2500 to fix -- for an issue that was never actually resolved in the first place. Instead of taking full ownership of the poor workmanship and unresolved issue, they attempted to haggle the price with me twice - Steve said he spoke with the GM Earl and that was the best they could do. They have yet to acknowledge responsibility for the dissatisfaction or the fact that the original repair was never resolved. Paying thousands of dollars for a repair that didn't fix the problem, and then being asked to pay more for the same issue, is unacceptable. read more

Absolute zero integrity. Dishonest. And their Service department fares no better, and their skills are pathetic at best. We viewed a used Ford Expedition. We liked the rare color combination. But the A/C did not work. After a quick inspection, I informed the salesman there was a refrigerant leak. I know vehicles. I've designed, built from scratch, serviced and repaired more vehicles that most could fathom. We left the dealership to purchase another we liked. The salesman, a sales manager and an online salesperson called/texted us a few times to insist they fixed the issue. We went back. I specifically asked if the vehicle was properly repaired. I stated, "Your service people did not simply recharge the refrigerant, correct? Because if they did, it would simply leak out again and cost extensively to repair. Actually, the parts are a couple hundred dollars. But these dealers charge thousands to do the 6 hour job". He said, "No. The leak was repaired". We bought the truck. It was a reasonably pleasant purchase process. I referred a fiend to them who purchased a vehicle from them. Actually two vehicles. The first vehicle was a factory return for a coolant issue. They said they fixed that, but they did not. The car over heated the day after they purchased it. I have not seen the referral fee for either of those sales. I contacted the dealership to address the repairs that should have taken place prior to purchasing the vehicle. I got Steven Rice as a service tech. This person is clueless and unresponsive. I would send messages for status updates and would not hear back for days. Every time I called or arrive at the dealership, "he is not in today" After 8 days, I catch him in his cube eating lunch. He tells me he has to send the part to the warrantee company for approval to repair. Warrantee Company?! No! It was supposed to be repaired before I purchased the vehicle. I specifically stated so and was told it was repaired. They intended to, and did charge the warrantee company for the repairs. they waived my deductible. It's still fraud. I've been trying to reach this Dustin Gumm finance manage to get our warrantee paperwork so I can let them know, this dealership defrauded them. But I will find it. Days go by and still no progress. I had to reach out to the GM of this place to get any traction. She made no effort. Instead, I called and called until they finally put me in touch with a service manager, Anne Lopez. Still took another 4 days to complete the project. After I get the vehicle back, I do an inspection. I now have to pull the whole dash out as there are wires hanging down that shouldn't be. There is another wire powering something, that is not OEM. No one will return a call. They keep sending me a text about his review, but that never comes. 0's all the way across the board. Next up, I will share this experience with the automotive service bureau and the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself from this place. Go elsewhere. They don't need your business. read more

Electric vehicle at 14% charge, couldnt drive much for test drive, they didn't have a fast charger, 4 hrs of wait to charge there. They told us to google a level 3 charger and go charge the vehicle ourselves after buying it. Didn't even offer to tell us where to go, we drove around like crazy people looking for a public place. They offered me $1,500 for my trade-in car which other dealers had offered $5k for, it was an insult! The place has no coffee no snacks no nothing for anyone spending hours there. Our experience with the service was pretty bad: I came and try to explain him what happened, why I am there. He was cocky and did not listen very well what I was saying. I had today and tomorrow 2 days to leave it there, he told me it will be 3 to 5 days , I told him that we can't have it there that long that I will bring it back when you will have time and he laughed and said it will be the same when you bring it next time . This is what I told him: Over a year ago I got all brakes and rotors changed over $3000 dollars and they never reset the sensor, I told Anna that the day I pick it up , she said bring it in first thing in the morning we will fix it , so I brought it. Then she said they will need more time so I brought it for 2 days then she said the mechanic did not show up to work or something. I did this like 5 times , never got it fixed. I have been patient for over a year but this is getting ridiculous. He was questioning me like why did you bring it sooner , dude I just told you I brought it so many time back and it never got done . It was not a pleasant interaction. Plus I asked him for price for the sliding door sensor, it's been draining the battery for a while , never get the price to fix it. I have never felt so passionately about how horrible of an experience we had at this location. We purchased a vehicle from them 2 years ago. It was a used vehicle and we purchased an extended warranty from them. Recently, our vehicle began acting unusual and we took it to them for the repair. The trouble began fairly early on. We were told that the warranty provided 8 days of rental car coverage during repairs. This seemed reasonable for the repair work that was quoted. This process began on November 18th. Over the next 8 days, no progress was made on the repair. In fact, we were not informed that no progress had been made and we called, not having received an update, expecting to be able to pick up the vehicle soon. Instead, we were informed that work had not even started yet, as the warranty company requested information. We asked about rental car coverage and the rep responded during that call that he would "submit for longer coverage" because the warranty company had not responded in an appropriate amount of time. Still no contact. We called again after almost 2 weeks. The conversation was short and borderline rude. Almost as if it was a nuisance we were calling. We asked if the request for the rental had been submitted and the reply we got was "not yet." We asked if we could get our vehicle back while the warranty company and dealership worked out the details. They replied, "your car is in pieces" with a photo texted to us. We understood, but now that they had all of the data requested, we asked if we could get it returned to avoid any rental fees. At this point, the representative stated that he would be submitting for additional time to be covered. While not promising it would be covered, they were essentially holding our vehicle hostage. At the 3 week point and multiple calls later, we were finally informed that the work had been started. This required multiple escalations and we were informed repeatedly that Bill Luke no longer did business with this warranty company because of issues like this. They knowingly sold us a faulty product and offered only excuses. We asked if the rental car coverage had been submitted and they replied, "they were going to ask for the whole period"... which also meant they still hadn't submitted for coverage. Again, annoyed that we called, they told us hastily that it would be a few more days. On January 9th, 52 days later, we were informed that we could collect our vehicle. We received our vehicle. The door handle was missing the cover that hides the manual key entry. It was absolutely filthy, the vehicle had been left sitting out in the lot and was not cleaned or maintained in any way. The interior was filthy, with dust, dirt and debris covering most surfaces. We drove the car about 100 feet to the rental area, pulled over to take note of everything and turned the car off. The car would then not start. We hadn't even left their lot yet. At this point, my wife was in tears. Every step of this process had been a battle just to get our car back. I walked back to the Service Area only to find the representative had already bolted home. Within 5 minutes of us collecting the vehicle. We asked for the manager. He apologized and gave us a rental, assured us they would replace the missing parts and even noted the poor condition of the vehicle. They took possession of the vehicle and determined that the battery had died while they had it. Another simple check they could have and should have made before giving back to us. For their part, they covered the cost of the car battery, but we did not get the vehicle back until January 11th. So after 54 days, we had received almost no communication with progress updates from them, we had to call each time and each time we were repeatedly told the same thing, "the Warranty Company is requesting more information, we will submit for more car rental coverage and we don't have any updates yet." We then waited as they were supposed to call us back with an update for the final expenses (if any) after their discussion with the warranty provider. What we received was a call from the rental car company (on the dealer's property nonetheless,) asking if we had any updates as to who was going to cover the $1,600 rental fee. We asked if they had received any information from the dealer and the rental company said they had not. We called again to speak with the dealership. They had been denied their claim to more rental coverage and were either too embarrassed, scared or felt too guilty to call us and tell us, so they just ignored it. Like the problem would just go away. We asked to speak to a higher manager and were told to expect a call back the next day, but to no surprise, we still have received none. The only reasons this could have taken this long is inept employees not providing timely info or the dealer knowingly sold us a faulty warranty. They refuse to make either situation right. read more

My wife and I purchased a Ram 1500 promaster cargo Van last week from out of state. While we initially had a few hiccups with communication (the phone system might not be ideal lot of ringing to voice mail at the end of the day we are thrilled with the vehicle we purchased. The price was the best in the country. My wife and I had spec'd out our Van on Rams website and were set on ordering it for the ~62k MSRP but thought we would spend a bit of time on google checking to see if we could find one in person to see it first. Instead we found it at Bill Luke for 14K under MSRP and they were able to arrange transit to where we live in the Bay Area which delivered it in perfect condition and in a super timely manner. Big shout out still to the "operator" for taking the time after hearing about the issues we were having getting in touch with somebody to arrange transit to physically track down a manager and convey a message to get things moving along. read more

Crap experience thus far. Internet Salesman Jaime sold me a 24 Tesla Model 3 and was the nicest guy during the sale. After the sale and I posted my wire, he proceeds to ignore all texts and phone messages left to him. Ditto with Xavier who had said he'd be the guy going forward. Dan the manager of Concierge is the exception as he's just super professional and very responsive when I ended up talking to him for updates. I find out just now from Xavier that since they received my wire transfer, they've now lost the Tesla key and according to Xavier, "it'll depend on how quickly Tesla" comes by to reprogram a key. So essentially the car that was supposed to be transported to me this coming Saturday is in limbo and Xavier tone was very flippant on the above as if "it is what it is". That's not customer service and gives me no comfort in the operation that's being run there. They have my money and I have no idea when I'll get my car at this point. Note to dealership: I'll edit this review once I get the car which was supposed to be this Saturday so review will adjust based on on-time delivery or how late it comes. read more

We came ready to buy a RAM Tungsten, cashier's check in hand, exactly as their salesman Bill instructed. When we arrived and handed over the check, Bill asked where we'd like to register the vehicle. We provided our legitimate business address -- a business that's FDA-registered and easily verified with a quick Google search. Suddenly, another employee appeared and told us they'd have to "hold" our cashier's check for four days. A cashier's check is as good as cash -- yet they treated us like criminals. We even joked, "Would you prefer a briefcase full of cash instead?" Because apparently that's what it would take to buy a truck here. We left without the truck. Days later, Jerry called, claiming they'd been burned by "bad guys" in the past. But instead of judging us on facts (a simple search proves who we are), they assumed the worst, delayed the deal, and lost a real buyer. This dealership wasted our time, disrespected us, and insulted our credibility. If you're serious about buying a vehicle, think twice before trusting a place that treats cashier's checks like Monopoly money. read more

My husband & I bought a car from here recently, we wanted to change something a few days after buying that we should have easily been able to but got met with the worst customer service and weaponized incompetence by Reece. And everytime we asked for someone else he would just send it to his buddy in sales Lucio who would repeat the terrible customer service. It was some terrible tactic to avoid our needs. My husband repeated our need around 10 times and he'd respond avoiding and shifting. The entire time they had typos as well, and whenever they "tried" to call (even after we said we only want to email so it'd be in writing) it would ring once. Our trust in this dealership completely dissolved and we wouldn't be able to recommend them with how shady they are. There's plenty of other dealerships guys- avoid avoid avoid. Our other experiences here wasn't great but this was the cherry on top. BTW they can't even tell you what the 400 tint is made out of, and they only tint the front 2 windows. Which is a major scam. And second if you get the "security package" if you decided you don't want it a few days after and there's no activation, they won't be able to respond directly to your needs. Can't even say no because they are so manipulative. They can't tell you how to activate. Scam all the way arounds here. It's gross. My experience with Bill Luke Jeep has been incredibly frustrating, encompassing both the sales and service departments. I purchased a Jeep, a process marred by a sales representative who was dismissive and unhelpful. Initially interested in a hybrid model, I expressed concerns, which were brushed aside. Subsequent research revealed numerous problems with this specific hybrid, highlighting the salesperson's lack of knowledge and disregard for my apprehension. They did replace the motherboard, but I didn't even leave the service center and it malfunctioned again. I went into my service guy and asked him if he heard it. He said no my door was shut. He reset it and sent me on my way well it malfunctioned again of course . Jeep has been in the shop over seven times finally had them remove it. The alarm's malfunctions were erratic, ranging from constant blinking lights to the horn spontaneously activating while driving on the freeway. On several occasions, the vehicle refused to shift into gear, requiring me to abandon it and return later. The sales department offered little to no assistance, their repeated promises for a sales manager callback remaining unfulfilled. The entire experience has been deeply disappointing and financially damaging. But on the good side once I had it removed, I've had no problems with it, but they won't give me my money back for this piece of junk aftermarket alarm that they installed.
