    I've Always had a Great Service Experience when I've visited Sands Chevrolet Service Department…read more I've been living in Glendale, AZ for 15 months and have had my 2023 Chevrolet Suburban in their Service Department for routine maintenance about 4 times. Each time their service performance gets Better. My Service Advisor Andrew Jajou goes Above and Beyond what many other Service Advisor's wouldn't think of doing. He's very Proactive with what services my car requires based on mileage and date. He even provides an estimate of what those services are going to cost. He's a very Personable, Friendly and Knowledgeable about the maintenance my car needs. If my car requires a certain maintenance and it's not really needed based on mileage he's very Honest and shares I should put that one procedure off until my next scheduled appointment. I overslept this morning and I called Andrew to let him know and apologize. He asked if I would like to bring it in later today? He made me feel much Better about missing my appointment by just rescheduling for a little later. Andrew greeted me in the Service Drive and then he walked with me to where his desk was. We went over again what work was going to be performed and ordered a Lyft Ride to take me home. When they completed the work on my car Andrew both called and texted me to say my Suburban was finished. He also made arrangements for Lyft to go to my house to pick me up. Last and not least when I was all paid and ready to leave Andrew walked with me to my freshly washed car. It was so nice to have a clean car because I just haven't had an opportunity to get it washed.     UPDATE**** Office manager did contact my brother and made it right by refunding him all of his…read moremoney and writing off the finance contract once we returned the vehicle, which is what we did. So we are satisfied with the outcome. However they did want me to remove my review... I feel better just updating instead of removing that way people are aware to be mindful of the potential issues that may arise. Good luck! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP !!!!!! My brother went in and bought a 10,000 dollar vehicle from this dealership. As soon as he drove off and was so happy and proud of his new car BOOM ENGINE LIGHT. He Called them and let them know that it is throwing a catalytic converter code, so they told him to bring it in and that they would fix it right away! WRONG ..... these idiots didn't do not a single thing, and this is how I know .... When my brother went to go pick up his newly fixed vehicle, he went driving down the road again ENGINE LIGHT for the same thing so he calls them back up. Let them know it's happening again. They say "oh we forgot to tell you that after changing the catalytic converter it could throw some weird o2 sensor codes". So they tell him to bring it in again and they'll "fix" it.... So when my brother drops off his vehicle they told him they will take a look at it , well they come back and end up telling him they are going to have to change the catalytic converter .... Ummm okkkk thought you already did that . So they take the car for almost a week .... We just got it back and now the o2 censor light is coming on .... So my brother who is mechanically inclined crawls under his vehicle and wouldn't you know it ....... There is no catalytic converter even attached to the damn exhaust of the car ... my brother looks at the paperwork and it has written on it "replaced catalytic converter" (scratched out) and it says that they attached a o2 censor Defouler to it. If you are unaware what that is this device bypasses the exhaust system so the engine light does not come back on.... So with that being said bypassing an exhaust system, so the engine light does not come on means that this vehicle is unable to pass emissions and that is the law in Maricopa county. Take this as a warning and steer clear from New Deal Auto there are NO DEALS here .....

I would've written a review sooner but I wanted to wait to see if the car held up, as I've had some die immediately after or a yr later. I was also in the middle of school and it was a very busy time for me...buttttt The guys who run this place are polite, have good service and in the end made my purchase work out. He told me to go ahead and file a complaint, so I did. Since they refuse to assist even though this is a safety issue as described by The AZ Department of Transportation. I am filing a complaint regarding this dealer with ADOT and the AZ Attorney General's office. THIS DEALER IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL. DO NOT VISIT THEIR DEALERSHIP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! ADDENDUM: Jay, the owner of Glendale Auto Source just contacted me. I now see why their customer service is so bad. I am not surprised however. In every company, the culture comes from the top. Next, he indicated that he is not going to talk to me because I am not the one who actually purchased the car. My step son was. So, I guess I am not allowed to intervene in affairs involving my family. WRONG!!!!! I am still going to. Finally, he said that he "never had anyone talk to one of his people and within 15 minutes, write a poor review" Well, Since their rating is 3.7 here, I guess everyone else has waited more than 15 minutes to negatively review their establishment. Also, they took 43 days to actually payoff the loan on my step sons trade-in. 43 Days before the car was registered to him. 2 days before his temporary expired. he had to keep calling and calling to get updates on when it would be done. Having several car dealerships as clients, I can tell you the ONLY reason a car dealership takes that long to payoff a trade is because they have cash flow issues. Most likely, they were waiting for another car to sell so they could use those funds to pay of my step sons trade-in. I reiterate my point. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY HAVE 15 REVIEWS ON YELP!. OF THOSE 15, TEN ARE FIVE STARS AND FIVE ARE 1 STAR. THAT MEANS ONE THIRD OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT HAPPY. BY COMPARISON, MY RATING ON YELP IS FIVE STARS. MAYBE THEY SHOULD LISTEN TO ME. GIVEN MY PROFESSION, I COULD RUN THAT COMPANY MUCH BETTER THAN JAY DOES.

    I'm currently in the process of buying my 4th vehicle from Bob @ GCAT…read more I keep returning because they are honest, fair prices and they really do have "Great Cars and Trucks." It began back in 2017-2018 when I saw exactly the truck I wanted on the Internet. I'm a mechanic so I knew what I was looking at. The price was fair, so I bought it. (Still driving it daily) Other than gas, tires & oil changes, it hasn't skipped a beat. I work it pretty hard too carrying a ton of hay each week. My wife had been wanting a Dodge Challenger. So back in late 2019, early 2020, Bob had a nice one at a very good price. We made a deal and they even delivered it to my house! In 2020 we moved a couple hundred miles away. The roads here are horrible in the winter and my wife is destroying that beautiful car... so I talked her into a Jeep Wrangler. Bob had several. She picked out the color she wanted & again, it was delivered! They even serviced it and put new tires all the way around AFTER we bought it. I didn't ask for that. After seeing it in person & driving it, I was so impressed that I wanted one for myself! Days later, I called Bob on the phone & we made a deal on a second one. It will be here late next week. Like all the others, I expect it will be better than described. To be honest I don't need the 2nd Jeep. I just want it because it's perfect and I can't pass up a great deal. I can't remember the last time I bought something for myself so I'm overdue. I'm sure I'll enjoy it for many years. Bob might very well be the only honest used car dealer in existence. Imagine buying used cars over the phone, without seeing them first in person, knowing you got a great deal just because you trust the man you are dealing with. It truly is a good feeling. Bob, if you see this, Thank You! Your honesty / integrity is everything!
