Each time their service performance gets Better. My Service Advisor Andrew Jajou goes Above and Beyond what many other Service Advisor's wouldn't think of doing. He's very Proactive with what services my car requires based on mileage and date. He even provides an estimate of what those services are going to cost. He's a very Personable, Friendly and Knowledgeable about the maintenance my car needs. If my car requires a certain maintenance and it's not really needed based on mileage he's very Honest and shares I should put that one procedure off until my next scheduled appointment. I overslept this morning and I called Andrew to let him know and apologize. He asked if I would like to bring it in later today? He made me feel much Better about missing my appointment by just rescheduling for a little later. Andrew greeted me in the Service Drive and then he walked with me to where his desk was. We went over again what work was going to be performed and ordered a Lyft Ride to take me home. When they completed the work on my car Andrew both called and texted me to say my Suburban was finished. He also made arrangements for Lyft to go to my house to pick me up. Last and not least when I was all paid and ready to leave Andrew walked with me to my freshly washed car. It was so nice to have a clean car because I just haven't had an opportunity to get it washed. They replaced it with another vehicle, but the very first day I drove it off the lot, it shut off on me and had to be towed back. Now I've found out it has electrical problems, and I haven't even had this vehicle for a year. I'm a single mother who put $2,500 down, trusting this dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle. Instead, I feel like I was sold another lemon. Every time I call for help, I get excuses and empty promises. The service manager, Jerry, has repeatedly told me the problems were fixed, only for the same issues to continue. They've kept my car for a week at a time, returned it to me saying it was repaired, and the problems never went away. My salesman, Eric, hasn't been helpful either. Once they made the sale, it felt like customer service and honesty disappeared. Please do yourself a favor and have any vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before you buy it. Don't just take their word for it. I hope my experience helps someone else avoid the stress, financial burden, and frustration that I've had to deal with.

It began back in 2017-2018 when I saw exactly the truck I wanted on the Internet. I'm a mechanic so I knew what I was looking at. The price was fair, so I bought it. (Still driving it daily) Other than gas, tires & oil changes, it hasn't skipped a beat. I work it pretty hard too carrying a ton of hay each week. My wife had been wanting a Dodge Challenger. So back in late 2019, early 2020, Bob had a nice one at a very good price. We made a deal and they even delivered it to my house! In 2020 we moved a couple hundred miles away. The roads here are horrible in the winter and my wife is destroying that beautiful car... so I talked her into a Jeep Wrangler. Bob had several. She picked out the color she wanted & again, it was delivered! They even serviced it and put new tires all the way around AFTER we bought it. I didn't ask for that. After seeing it in person & driving it, I was so impressed that I wanted one for myself! Days later, I called Bob on the phone & we made a deal on a second one. It will be here late next week. Like all the others, I expect it will be better than described. To be honest I don't need the 2nd Jeep. I just want it because it's perfect and I can't pass up a great deal. I can't remember the last time I bought something for myself so I'm overdue. I'm sure I'll enjoy it for many years. Bob might very well be the only honest used car dealer in existence. Imagine buying used cars over the phone, without seeing them first in person, knowing you got a great deal just because you trust the man you are dealing with. It truly is a good feeling. Took it to the repair shop waited a week, just to get it back now that the A/c works my horn along with Alarm system no longer works and check engine light is still on. Took it back AGAIN for the horn and check engine light, waited a week, so by this time I decided to not make a payment due to me now having to uber to and from work, car was ready for pick up but inorder for me to pick up I had to make the payment. Made payment, went to pick up my car STILL check engine light and horn still doesn't work, and now when I turn on A/c my car makes a screeching noice so you know when I am arriving. Overall I'm hurt because I was nothing but honest and expressed my previous situation with the same thing however this is worse, just for them to do the same thing the last car company put me through. They have no sympathy or empathy just call for payments. I have no more words. Like this is only the half.
