    I take back everything i said about the manager 'mark', went alone and was truly scared because he started shaking bad and needed to smoke. I just wanted to know why he didn't explain the car he was selling me was salvaged. Anyways , thanks for the service and i won't be coming again :).

    Mark was amazing help getting me into car very verbal and asked a lot of questions would 100 percent recommend getting a car with mark

Each time their service performance gets Better. My Service Advisor Andrew Jajou goes Above and Beyond what many other Service Advisor's wouldn't think of doing. He's very Proactive with what services my car requires based on mileage and date. He even provides an estimate of what those services are going to cost. He's a very Personable, Friendly and Knowledgeable about the maintenance my car needs. If my car requires a certain maintenance and it's not really needed based on mileage he's very Honest and shares I should put that one procedure off until my next scheduled appointment. I overslept this morning and I called Andrew to let him know and apologize. He asked if I would like to bring it in later today? He made me feel much Better about missing my appointment by just rescheduling for a little later. Andrew greeted me in the Service Drive and then he walked with me to where his desk was. We went over again what work was going to be performed and ordered a Lyft Ride to take me home. When they completed the work on my car Andrew both called and texted me to say my Suburban was finished. He also made arrangements for Lyft to go to my house to pick me up. Last and not least when I was all paid and ready to leave Andrew walked with me to my freshly washed car. It was so nice to have a clean car because I just haven't had an opportunity to get it washed.     UPDATE**** Office manager did contact my brother and made it right by refunding him all of his…read moremoney and writing off the finance contract once we returned the vehicle, which is what we did. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP !!!!!! My brother went in and bought a 10,000 dollar vehicle from this dealership. As soon as he drove off and was so happy and proud of his new car BOOM ENGINE LIGHT. He Called them and let them know that it is throwing a catalytic converter code, so they told him to bring it in and that they would fix it right away! WRONG ..... these idiots didn't do not a single thing, and this is how I know .... When my brother went to go pick up his newly fixed vehicle, he went driving down the road again ENGINE LIGHT for the same thing so he calls them back up. Let them know it's happening again. They say "oh we forgot to tell you that after changing the catalytic converter it could throw some weird o2 sensor codes". So they tell him to bring it in again and they'll "fix" it.... So when my brother drops off his vehicle they told him they will take a look at it , well they come back and end up telling him they are going to have to change the catalytic converter .... Ummm okkkk thought you already did that . So they take the car for almost a week .... We just got it back and now the o2 censor light is coming on .... So my brother who is mechanically inclined crawls under his vehicle and wouldn't you know it ....... There is no catalytic converter even attached to the damn exhaust of the car ... my brother looks at the paperwork and it has written on it "replaced catalytic converter" (scratched out) and it says that they attached a o2 censor Defouler to it. If you are unaware what that is this device bypasses the exhaust system so the engine light does not come back on.... So with that being said bypassing an exhaust system, so the engine light does not come on means that this vehicle is unable to pass emissions and that is the law in Maricopa county. Take this as a warning and steer clear from New Deal Auto there are NO DEALS here .....

Having several car dealerships as clients, I can tell you the ONLY reason a car dealership takes that long to payoff a trade is because they have cash flow issues. Most likely, they were waiting for another car to sell so they could use those funds to pay of my step sons trade-in. I reiterate my point. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY HAVE 15 REVIEWS ON YELP!. OF THOSE 15, TEN ARE FIVE STARS AND FIVE ARE 1 STAR. THAT MEANS ONE THIRD OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT HAPPY. BY COMPARISON, MY RATING ON YELP IS FIVE STARS. I'm not sure what happened with the door that it had to be glued back together. The low pressure tire light also came on. So I took it to get checked out and the guy told me that my tires were from 2017, and most likely the original tires to the car. He then tells me that they are not safe and need to be replaced asap. Really disappointed. Their inspection process is obviously a complete flop. I will not buy another car here.

Drive time claims that they…read moredo a very thorough inspection of the car before it's approved for sale, however that can't be true with the amount of issues that we've been having within 30 days of having the vehicle. They feel like they get out of responsibility by saying they "can't control what goes wrong on a used car after the inspection", but there's no way that they couldn't have noticed these things that were wrong with the car during the inspection. It's unfortunate that a former "marine" is working for such a dishonest company and selling bad cars to other vets. I know I'm not a mechanic but from what I understand, an oil leak shouldn't be happening, and that is a sign of failing components. Well, the 30 day warranty insurance company has decided that that's not proof of failure, and they're refusing to cover that fix. If we had known what we know now, we definitely would not have gone to drive time to purchase this vehicle. It's been to the mechanic three times now and it's been a fight with the insurance each time. There's no compassion there. There's no sympathy, they simply do not care. I myself would have a really hard time working for a company that has no integrity, and I would be ashamed of myself quite honestly if I stayed there. So do you and your family a favor do not go purchase your vehicle from this place. They do not truthfully certify their vehicles before they should be sold. Even though they will look you in your face and say that everything is perfect with the vehicle. I know that we are just one family and our one tiny review isn't going to make a difference, or close drive time down, stop people from buying there, or turn them into honest human beings. But hopefully if you're doing your research well enough before choosing a dealership to purchase from, you will think twice before buying from here and/or bring your mechanic along to review the vehicle before purchasing because you cannot trust drive time at this location.

I then took my money down there to fill up the rest of my obligation of the deposit I did ask again what was going on with the finance company the sales rep from the dealer told me that there was a better deal withAnother finance company.She then told me the manager would call me to sign the documents I never received a call from the manager and I suggested if we should cancel the contract due to the company not finding a finance company to finance the truck. She said no they were find company I will be fine. I went out of town and the truck broke down on me and then asked him to help me get it back to Phoenix from Showlow they told me I was on my own I then got back to Phoenix after several days being stranded and spoke to the manager Anna she said I pretty much will not get my deposit back because I brought the truck back and then told her that we did not even have a finance company and it's been three weeks with no communication since I don't have a finance company I am Due to have my deposit returned even her coworker agreed over the phone on that previous Sunday she said no and leave the truck there I did ask when will I receive a call she did not respond. Not even 500 miles on it and it broke down, without even a finance company either.
