Paint chip

We bought a factory blemish Tesla in 2023 and received a $1000 credit. After a year and a half of driving it the paint chipped off and left a large 3" by 3" piece of rusted panel exposed. This should've been covered under their workmanship warranty but they refuse to accept any fault. I have tried to resolve this countless times. They keep cowardly deleting chat messages and ghosting me. One service manager accuse me of lying and said it's been in an accident even though it has a clean carfax and has no damage history whatsoever. A completely baseless comment based on no facts whatsoever... If you can't tell by my review and other just like it Tesla has terrible terrible terrible customer service. If you want to be called a liar and ghosted by "managers" by all means Tesla is the company for you. If you want to be treated with respect and valued consider a different brand.

this is what dreams are made of!

Drove out here to personally see the Cyber truck as it had moved from the Mesa location. Super excited that we were able to go inside and poke around. What a treat! The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. It was definitely worth the trip!

Service was phenomenal. Easiest new car I've ever bought by far. The whole process start to finish was the best I ever had.

Horrible to deal with, you can't even talk to anyone in person. Worst service I've ever experienced. On top of that the owner is nawtzy.

They also told me they moved the cars and started keeping them running and charging. My wife's friend lives there. After 6 months, we had her walk-in car stashed all the way at the back. I actually bought a car from them, but I won't go into that disaster. She was looking for my car. Asked Scott what about this car, he said, "You don't want that. There are issues."Took her to a similar car. They made a commission on the other, for $2,500, then with me, $5,000 profit. When I confronted dead silence.I had to keep the car there for 12 months

My contract was up in January 2026 so I was in contact with them about pick up. I was advised the vehicle was pulled out and ready to drive home so I arrived the next day to drive it home. The vehicle had not been moved and was not running, due to battery and fuel line issue, so I told them I would come back the following week to pick up. My contract expired 2 days after I initially tried to pick up my vehicle. 6 days after my contract expired and while I was out of the country they sold my vehicle. I advised them that my contract expired and since they had no deposit secured prior to my contract expiring that the 15 day extension did not apply. I showed up to retrieve my vehicle a second time and they refused to release it to me and sold my vehicle after the contract expired and after 4 months of communication stating I was not renewing after it expired. Shady business practices and shady salesmen. Scott and Tim did not care about the illegal sale and were just concerned about their sale. I advise to go elsewhere.

Peoria Subaru

My experience with Peoria Subaru can be summed up as good - not great. Here's what transpired:…read more Built my vehicle @ Subaru's website on 05/09. It was sent to Peoria Subaru. Wasn't contacted by a sales rep. 'til 2 days later. On 05/12 went to the dealership per request of the sales rep., Alan Nestor. Forester Wilderness was being built @ Subaru Factory & allocated to the dealership. Brought my truck to trade-in. Alan assessed my trade & got close to what Carvana was giving me so I was pleased with that. Couldn't get the vehicle exactly the way I built it @ Subaru's website. Vehicle was being built & if I wanted one relatively soon - I was forced to take it as-is. Dealership would not remove any options despite me not needing a $52 OEM Subaru cargo net which is as useless as an ejection seat in a helicopter. Forked over a $1,000 non-refundable depot to Alan. DISCREPANCIES: 1.) Asked Alan for a VIN number. Alan stated car had not even begun to be built yet. Got an e-mail from Subaru of America on 05/13. Called SOA on 05/16 & spoke to Kaila. asked if they had VIN number. She said not only could she give me my VIN number, my vehicle was almost finished being built. 2.) My wife has a '17 Subaru Outback. Asked Alan if there was a discount avail. since I was purchasing my second Subaru. He advised loyalty discount was not in place anymore & Subaru had no intention of reinstating it because "this is just the state of the world we live in now, Scott". During my conversation with Kaila @ SOA on 05/16, I let her know what Alan said. She laughed out loud & apologized about 32 times on his behalf and "is not sure why SOA and these dealerships are not on the same page". Moments later, I had a $500.00 off loyalty coupon sent to my e-mail. 3,) When Alan stated my vehicle had not even begun being built yet, he advised the factory in Japan has been completely "shut down". Joined a Forester Facebook group. One of the admins is the plant mgr. at the Subaru factory in Lafayette, IN. She also apologized on Alan's behalf and assured me the Japan factory is not "shut down". They were simply taking off an extra 2 days during the months of May & June. Hardly what I would call "shut down" 4.) Asked Alan about the Subaru Ambassador discount. Alan advised he had no idea what the Ambassador discount was. I brought in the loyalty coupon instead to prove the loyalty discount is still in tact. :) lolol. 5.) Leaving dealership on the evening of 05/12, Alan assured me he would keep me updated every single step of the way. That never happened. In fact, realistically, Alan did not even need to sell me the car. I walked in & knew exactly what I wanted. He never kept me posted. I did all of the legwork myself. I called SOA constantly for updates. He had no idea my vehicle even arrived on 06/03 until I let him know. Maybe Alan was having a few off-days. I have no idea. He never apologized which was upsetting to me. I gave him (and the dealership) the benefit of the doubt when I picked up my new Forester Wilderness on 06-04. He did review the vehicle with me and the finance mgr., George, was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Other than my interaction with George, I don't know if I have super great things to say about Peoria Subaru except that once my vehicle DID arrive - everything went smoothly, quickly and efficiently. But getting to that point and my initial conversations and interaction with Alan left me unimpressed. I believe he could benefit from a few Customer Service 101 training sessions. He seemed to over promise and under deliver basically everything that came out of his mouth on 05/12. The only thing he did adhere to (and maybe most important) are the final numbers in which we agreed upon. I was pleased with that. I'm giving them 4 stars... but realistically, it's a 3.5 in my book. They're 3 miles away from our house which is convenient and the vehicle order was correct, but the interactions from sales was disheartening at best. If the dealership feels anything I've written is inaccurate, I'd be happy to discuss with the general manager.

- Pricing Changed, Numbers Didn't Match, and No Response from Finance…read more I've owned multiple Subarus over the years (WRX STI, 2022 WRX Limited, Ascent, and now a 2026 WRX Limited), so this isn't coming from a first-time buyer. My experience with Peoria Subaru started off fine -- straightforward negotiation and an agreed price around $35,400. But at signing, the price suddenly jumped to over $36,700. After calling it out, it was "adjusted," but still left a $470 discrepancy that didn't match the original deal. It didn't stop there. To "fix" it, they gave me a $470 credit toward parts/services (with the expectation of a perfect survey score, which is questionable on its own). I used that toward a short throw shifter install. Here's where it gets worse: Their own website lists the part + install at ~$597. After the $470 credit, I should've paid around $130 + tax. Instead: * I was told around $600 before the install * Then billed $975 after the work was done * After pushing back, it was reduced -- but I still ended up overpaying At that point, it's not a one-off mistake -- it's a pattern: * Prices changing at signing * Credits used to offset issues instead of fixing them * Final charges not matching advertised pricing And now, the finance department won't even respond to cancel my extended warranty. I wanted this to be a good experience -- I've been loyal to Subaru for years. But the lack of transparency and follow-through here is something buyers should be aware of. If you're considering Peoria Subaru, double-check every number and don't rely on verbal agreements.

Do you have the desire to simply be treated like a human being and not a sale/commission? Try Nelson's. They aren't a normal car lot... and if you understand business and the costs associated with it all you'll get it once you see their offerings. We were able to get a reliable car for our teenage son at just the right price. It didn't need any mechanical work done, and when we took it to get new tires it was verified that the suspension and brakes were both in great shape (hard to check those otherwise). Bonus: the picture of the car online actually matched what the car looked like in person. No "from this angle you can't see the huge scratch down the side of the entire car" shots. What you see is what you get. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. (That would be a brokering deal, which they also do!)

David, Linda, and Sinclair made what can often be an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, David was welcoming, upfront, and completely pressure-free. He has a friendly, easygoing personality and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. During the test drive, he shared helpful insights about the Lexus brand and the vehicle, which we really appreciated. The purchasing process itself was smooth and seamless. Linda in the finance department was fantastic--very knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely kind. She explained everything clearly, offered helpful warranty guidance, and even found ways to save us money. We also enjoyed connecting with her on a personal level. Sinclair wrapped up the experience perfectly by walking us through the vehicle delivery. He made all the technology easy to understand and took the time to explain everything in a way that felt approachable and informative. Overall, this was truly an experience--not the typical high-pressure car-buying situation. The team made us feel comfortable, confident, and excited about our purchase. We're thrilled with our 2026 Lexus TX 350 and feel great knowing we have such a supportive team at Arrowhead Lexus. It left me stranded at a stop light so I had it towed to Moore Jepp becuase I've always taken it here. I have always had it serviced here, and I'm so disappointed with Moore Jeep service because they quoted me $15,000.00 dollars in repairs. Moore said that my jeep's transmission was no good and that it had metal shavings in it and that the fluid was black. They also said that I need a lot of other repairs. Well I had my Jeep towed to a transmission shop in Tempe and got a second opinion. My AAA driver recommended that we take it another shop and get a second opinion. So we did. Turns out that they saved me $14,000 dollars from Moore's gouging. I only needed $1,000.00 in repairs and my jeep runs fine. They got it running for me and repaired a minor throdle timing spark plug what ever, new battery and fluids, $1,000.00. Also I didn't need all the other stuff they said that I needed. My transmission fluid was red and it's really fine and Oh also there are no metal shavings in it. . My Jeep runs well and I would NOT buy from this dealership or trust them. DON'T TRUST WHAT THEY SAY OR QUOTE. Talk about way off or they just think we must be idiots. REALLY! RUN AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Get a second opinion, and because we had to much invested in this Jeep to just walk from it.
