I had a really disappointing experience at Arrowhead Honda. The service itself wasn't great, and the communication was even worse. I was originally quoted $350, but when I went to pick up my car, I was suddenly told the total was $623. No explanation, no heads‑up, nothing. When I questioned it, the guy actually argued with me instead of trying to fix the situation. It felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch, and it left a really bad impression. July 2024: Here to find my next Honda! My last two cars have been the best Hondas ever. The original sales guy I was assigned to when I called left for the day. I texted him to tell him I'd be running about a half hour behind. When I got there, I was told he had left, but this other young man, Austin, said he'd help me. Austin was awesome - super friendly, knowledgeable about all things Honda, and genuine. I've been to about five dealerships so far and the stereotype about car salesmen has been created b/c it's a real thing. Many of them are so sleazy, fake and downright lie about stuff, it's ridiculous. But Austin is the exact opposite. I test drove a gorgeous Honda Civic Sport but it was a little over my price range. I appreciated that Austin didn't pressure me but gave me his card & encouraged me to stay in touch. Value saving your life and your family life! Do not have Sean, Tom, or Kyle fix your brakes. My brakes were soft, going all the way to the floor and they charged me $151.16 to change the brake fluid. $92 was labor only. My brakes were still soft and getting softer so I took my car to another Honda dealer and found the real reason for the soft breaks (2.5 MM) which Arrowhead didn't do as an inspection to find. I called Arrowhead today and Tom and Sean said they had found contaminated brake fluid. Really! Ignorant mechanics will kill you and your family as they would have killed me and mine. Just purchased a 2025 CRV Hybrid Sport 1 for my GF this AM. Pretty solid performance by the dealership. Great selection, everyone was courteous, I feel pretty good about the price, and noting, while there were some ruffled feathers at the end re: the dealer add-ons (which, yes, everything added on was "standard"). -Noting, it's just that the "Dealer Doc" fee somewhat irks me.... AnywayZ.... Again, everyone was pleasant and helpful. F&I guy at the end was pretty solid as well. I will say I think there was some confusion as to who the actual salesman was. Also, the one vehicle we settled in on had two window sticker sheets; this led to quite a bit of confusion re: what the start MSRP and invoice were. Anyway, indirectly, the aspect of who the salesman was is partially my fault in that I spoke with several salesmen. In the end, "Shout Out" to Mo and Stuart in that they were the true (two) primary salesmen. Pretty solid dealership overall. Tad bit of confusion re: salesman and the actual auto's "real" window sticker sheet aside..... I'd say 4 Stars. Pretty solid experience overall. read more

Do not go to this dealership! They have terrible customer service. I've been taking my car to Arrowhead Honda since we moved here 5 years ago. I have been a consistent customer the entire time, coming in regularly for oil changes and having every recommended service performed in a timely manner. A year and a half ago I had to have all my spark plugs replaced. Well, the same problem happened again and I had to have all my spark plugs replaced AGAIN. I only got 20,000 miles out of the "new" spark plugs instead of 80,000 to 100,000. So basically I've paid $1,200 twice in a year and a half and since the warranty on the parts is only 12 months or 12,000 miles the dealership is telling me they can't do anything about it. I asked to speak to a manager. I left two voicemails before I got a call back. Unfortunately I missed the call and when I called back I had to leave another message. I have yet to receive a call back. I realize that technically the dealership owes me nothing. However I don't think it's reasonable to expect new spark plugs to last less than two years and to expect me not to be upset at this situation. My current Honda has almost 100,000 miles on it and we will be looking for a new car in the near future. Because of the poor customer service I received, I will not be returning to this dealership for service nor will I be purchasing a car from them in the future. read more

We have always used their service team to take care of our Ridgeline and have had nothing but great reviews, until now. At our last oil change for our 2021 model last week, we were surprised with a long list of issues that didn't pass. We had one issue fixed at that point and decided to wait on the rest. We decided to get a second and third opinion on what needed to be done, and nothing was found to be wrong. So I now question if anything needed to be fixed. They also now charge a percentage to use credit cards. Will not be returning at all and will no longer recommend them. Bad reviews travel farther and faster then good reviews. read more

We have been loyal Honda customers since 1996, but after our experience with Arrowhead Honda, we will never do business with them again. This was one of the most frustrating and deceptive car-buying experiences we've ever had. We purchased a 2022 BMW X3 from them, and at no point did they disclose that the car only came with one key fob. Instead, they let us drive all the way back home to Tucson under the preface that they were contacting the previous owner to obtain the second set. When we spoke to our local BMW dealership, we found out that a replacement key would cost $650--something Arrowhead Honda conveniently failed to mention. Hiding such an expensive detail is not just bad business, it's unethical. On top of that, their finance manager Jeff Anderson was incredibly rude, brushing off everything we said and acting as if our concerns didn't matter. Not to mention, they lied about the vehicle, saying it came with a spare tire. BMW's come with run flat tires... Their ignorance and lack of professionalism was shocking. As if that wasn't enough, we made an appointment for the vehicle under the impression that I would come home with the car, drove 300 miles round trip, only to find out the vehicle was not ready for delivery. No warning, no apology, no test drive at the time, just a complete disregard for our time. We expected better from Honda, especially after being loyal customers for nearly 30 years. This dealership operates with zero integrity, and others should consider taking our business elsewhere. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic respect, avoid Arrowhead Honda at all costs. read more

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bryson for going the extra mile! Bryson took his time answering all my (many) inspection questions and was super patient while I made my decision. You can tell he extremely knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to cars, which isn't something I've seen with most salespeople. I needed a new key fob as my key broke. Their parts area was super helpful and efficient. We have bought a car here and the experience was great and no hassle. Their prices at the service/parts department are reasonable and I have never had any issues. While I was waiting I took a look in the showroom to see if they had any type Rs. Long story short, Arrowhead Honda will take advantage of a costumer for a quick buck or maybe it's was just Dan the service specialist. On July of 2022 I had my 2016 Honda Civics A/C unit replaced and the total after labor and parts was $2,000. A/C unit started working again, great! Fast forward one year later (may 2023) my cars AC was no longer functioning properly. I scheduled an appointment to get it checked out. I have a warranty on the A/C by the way. So Dan the man told me I would still have to pay $160 as a service fee regardless if there was warranty on it. Why am I paying for the dealership to diagnose my cars A/C when it has been a year and a half from them replacing it. This sounds ridiculous as he also stated a cost would potentially be established and another fee could be added. read more

I had a really great experience with Divac Aodisho in service. My car is coming up on 100K miles and I needed the valves to be adjusted and the valve cover gasket replaced. He got me in quickly and the experience was smooth. He also got me into a rental for the time that the car was in the shop which was a huge win. While working on this, he and the tech noticed that the daytime running lights were not functioning properly. This is a known issue with an extended warranty. He ordered the parts, notified me when I picked up the car, and assured that it was all covered. I got a call the next day that the parts were in. I was able to drop the car off and have them quickly taken care of. I had no idea that this outstanding issue existed and appreciate him taking the initiative to handle it for me.My experience with him was great and I am sure that yours will be too. read more

Just walked out. Probably had one of the easiest deals they could take. After hearing I wouldn't be financing through Honda and that I had a check from USAA since I'm a veteran and I got a better rate that way. the Salesperson Randomly came out and said "oh we're not doing 3rd party financing, only the banks we partner with" Basically, unless you're going to finance with the the banks that give them a cut of the deal, they don't want your business. If you're a Veteran with a trusted military bank, Arrowhead Honda won't take your business unless you use theirs. I had MORE THAN ENOUGH money to fund this deal. And the sent me away. I had $2,200 in repairs. Since it was a significant cost, I used my Synchrony card because it offers 6, 12, or 18 months no interest. My service writer Steve, ran the card for me. I said the receipt does not have the terms on the receipt. He told me to call the number on the back of the card the next day, which I did. I was told the terms were 6 months. I called Steve & he said that he thought a larger balance would get longer terms. He suggested I setup a 3 way call with Synchrony. I attempted to do that, but it didn't work out that Steve was available. I spoke with a supervisor at Synchrony & he said only 6 month terms were available; which they sent me a letter confirming the fact. Evidently Steve needs more training or credit transactions should be addressed by staff educated on credit transactions. read more

In the middle of an intersection I brake and the car keeps going. I put the emergency break on and then it stopped. I call the dealership and get the worst service From Robert and Sean. Then I am told I have to call Honda manufacturer directly to report my issue. I don't expect to be told, cars are man made and what do you expect?! After 38k I expect a car a new car to not have brakes go out with Jess than 3000 miles! I have been hung up on and no follow up from the owner when I asked to speak to him. Customers are not valued here at this dealership! 8/05/24- update after the Arrowhead Honda stated my brake booster was fixed the brakes didn't work again as I was driving out of the bank today. I almost hit a Tahoe as I was braked and the car kept going. I immediately called the dealership and was advised bring it in. I was again scared as I could have gotten into another accident and again was advised sorry this happened to you. I explained all I want is my car to brake when it should. Brakes are a major component of a vehicle and the safety of others. I go to the sales manager in finance office dealership and was advised well you bought the car six months ago and you can trade it in with more money down. I was like no it's on full warranty and I purchased an extended warranty. The finance guys were rude. I asked, "Do I have to wait until I'm injured or killed in an accident for you guys to assist me?" One of the guys was very abrupt and said sorry there's no we can do. You have to call Honda. I did and no reply. I asked where is it that my dealership whom I bought the car from help me advocate for me to get into another Honda or ensure the car I was sold not a lemon? He laughed. And I walked out in frustrated the Tom in service was so rude. He said sorry we can't help you after I advised the lobby don't waste your money cuz this dealership does not care when your brakes go out twice! I feel like this dealership just cares to make a sale and does not back up the Hondas they sell. I shouldn't be told trade it in and you'll have to put more down on another Honda when the brand new one I bought with 1 mile and the brakes don't stop the car. There is obviously an issue with the car if the brakes don't stop the vehicle. Second time in 4 weeks? I filed a complaint with Honda. Not only did the sales manager not honor my deal ( made me put a second deposit down), from the finance manager telling me the buy out for lease was one number, to find out it was actually over $10k higher. And to top it off, cancelled GAP insurance that I paid directly with credit card, Arrowhead Honda and would not refund my money, instead saying it would be applied to my loan... If I could give them zero stars I would. I thought a brand dealership would stand by what they sell both new and used but boy am I wrong. I should have taken their lack of response and being hung up on before taking the keys as a sign. I saw a posting for the Odyssey in the color and approximate price I was looking for and I drove all the way across town in traffic to see and test drive it. You would think that if a guy has given you 24 hours to when he was going to see the car, you would at least detail the car somewhat, or even wash it. I show up at the approximate time I told Matt I would be there and he Ghosted me. Even his fellow employees couldn't get ahold of him. As a side note, of the almost 10 times I tried to get ahold of him, I got only for ONE response and even got 2 messages saying there is no such number when calling back the number that contacted me. I rolled the windows down and accelerated it and got the response and handling I expected. I signed the contract and even got talked into buying and bumper to bumper-every part warranty. (Used car I plan on using for road trips). I show up and inspect the car. They left a SCREW- screwed into the middle row cup holder and sticking out 1/3 of an inch-morons. Unfortunately, I overlooked this, paid for the car and off I went. Matt couldn't get rid of me fast enough and I soon found out why. I parked in the road beside the dealership for some phone calls then hit the road to a friends house. One mile into the drive I notice a 1/2 dollar sized, star-shaped crack in the windshield that I had missed and headed back to the dealership. _//)9@3, I mean Matt, said let me check with my manager and came back one minute later. He said, tough luck, we don't deal with this unless it's a major crack, and contact your insurance. When I bring up the warranty for all parts I am told essentially-"TOUGH SHI#! We got your check now go away!" Thus me writing this long and detailed review about why you should NEVER, EVER, step foot on this lot. Well, these guys do not even deserved one star. I am a Honda guy for more than 22 years of my life. On May 30, 2024 I went to the dealership to upgrade my 2023 CR-V to a model with moon roof, leather seats and alloy wheels. A sales person approached me, I mentioned to him what I want. Long story short he asked me to fill out credit form. He is asked me how much money can I put down. I said $2,000 he is asking for $7,000. After they ran my credit the sales agent came back to me and said that they cannot help me. I turned around and said to my self, it's your loss. The following morning being challenged the way Honda treated me, On May 31, 2024 - I dropped by Audi Arrowhead. They treated me well. It is a very different experience. While waiting I shared to them the way Honda Arrowhead treated me the previous night. To cut the story short, I went home with 2024 Audi Q5. I waited for 2 hours, so I asked how it was going. Divac said he was just waiting for my key. Another hour passed, and there was still no update. Everyone else in the waiting area had gone home! So, I went to their shop to look, but my car was nowhere to be found. I walked to the back and saw my car sitting there untouched! The tech said he was now going to take it in. I wouldn't come back here if they were giving away cars. The customer service experience was an absolute nightmare, and they shouldn't be allowed to operate like this. I was hoping to trade in my car, and immediately in the test drive questioned about how I'd be able to finance it. I have the finances to cover it, but the salesman implied that I didn't. The car was great, but the experience with the salesman got significantly worse when we sat down to run numbers. Several questions were asked in an accusatory manor, and before appraising my car, the salesman made it clear that the MSRP of the Honda would be higher because it's a sedan, the value of my trade in would be lower because it's an SUV, and that interest rates would be extremely high. I understand these may be true, but the salesman came off as adversarial before any numbers were run, which I didn't appreciate. My car had been rear ended at a slow speed a few months ago, causing minor damage to the bumper, which was replaced professionally through insurance. At no point in the initial conversation with the salesman did he ask me about the accident history, and I didn't think to tell him because it was so minor and had been resolved. The salesman came back and said "you didn't tell me it had been in an accident." I said "you didn't ask." He then began to accuse me of lying to him, followed by an insanely low ball offer of my car. Not a great sales tactic. It's as if he thought I wasn't intelligent enough to know he was ripping me off, and he thought I had wronged him somehow. I asked him for my keys and began to walk out, letting the front desk receptionist know what a horrible experience that was. I was followed to my car by a different salesman yelling "you better watch your mouth!" And "get out of here!" Out of sheer curiosity and disbelief over what had just happened, I decided to take my car to another dealership for an appraisal the same day. The dealership offered me $7k higher than this horrible place, and they were a million times nicer. That confirms that my car is, in fact, worth what I thought. Between the constant accusations, insultingly low offer, and salesman chasing me to my car, it's clear that this place needs some serious work when it comes to customer service. So please, go to literally any other dealership. It will certainly be worth it. read more

Awful through and through. Went to replace a transmission bc my Honda couldn't get into gear. After over $4k , the new one had trouble getting into Drive but it was intermittent, so I took it in several times and they "looked at it and couldn't find anything". So once it got bad enough to where it was undeniable and demonstrably so, it was a few months later and the warranty expired. Did they finish the job once they could see the problem and it was reported and documented two days after the first repair was done? Absolutely not! No pity, no customer service, hell, not an ounce of humanity. I gave up on Honda. Traded the Civic to another dealer in for reduced value, cause now it's a broken car, and took the loss. Financed a new car while still paying the transmission bill on this one. I will never buy anything with the name Honda again specifically because of this dealership. And specifically because of their "service" center. In my 51 years, this is the first time I was tempted to stand in front of a business with a sign warning others. To Arrowhead, don't bother "reaching out" with your PR "we'd like to look into it" nonsense like you do on other posts. You had no interest helping me after I unloaded THREE paychecks worth of my life on a transmission because I trusted you, and then were too lazy to do your part and honor my good faith in you. I was kind, I've been loud, and your team founded every excuse to say no after you got my money. Now you get this honest review, and you can enjoy the fruits of your resistance to helping me when the spotlight wasn't on you. I don't get mad, I don't get even, and I don't sue or report to the attorney general, although I should. I do, however, tell the truth and tell my friends. Shame on all of you. read more

Had a 10:30 app't for a courtesy "Express Lube" oil change and tire rotation (first oil change for a new car) and I was there 15 minutes early. I will say that the dealership looked nice and the service advisor was also nice, and the donuts were good............ but ................when I asked them at noon if they had forgotten me, I was told that they were just getting at it and I'd have it soon. 35 minutes later (2 hours and 5 minutes total) I got the car back. I was also told at that time that because I passed on the car wash, I got it back "early". Next time I'm going back to Grease Monkey on Union Hills. read more
