Be very careful! My son purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the vehicle was advertised as a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range. However, after my son got the vehicle and was able to log into the Tesla App it showed that the car was actually the Mid Range model. Upon informing them that the model is not the model my son wanted and not the model they advertised and that he thought he was buying, they only defended their internal computer systems and said that all their systems say it is the Long Range model. However, we clearly indicated that the Tesla App, the in car display, and Tesla themselves confirms that the model is not Long Range but Mid Range, yet they indicated that this was Tesla's fault and that we should take up the matter with them. After nearly a month of discussions, they eventually offered to buy back the vehicle but not at full price and they actually had the nerve to want to charge him $1000 for reconditioning the vehicle. The total amount of loss for my son would have been over $3K which I indicated was totally unacceptable since they sold him a vehicle that was different from what they advertised, even if it was done unintentionally, it doesn't really matter. It is mind boggling that they seem to be only concerned about defending their computer systems than righting what is a clear and obvious wrong. So, if despite all of this info you still decide to shop with them, my advice is to be very careful and check everything. Clarify, confirm, and question everything, because if something isn't right on their end, and you sign on the dotted line, you will be the one to suffer. They don't appear to have any accountability. read more

I just purchased a car from Auto Time. They were extremely helpful and were willing to help with financing or would work with our own bank. We did ended up going through our own credit union. If you are using your own source, get your financing in order BEFORE because it will delay getting to take home the car. That was my mistake but Auto Time did everything possible to help and expedite this sale. They always answered the phone so it helped when I needed something for the bank. They were also quick and had paperwork ready so there was not much waiting or time spent at the dealership. This was the best car buying experience! read more

Do not buy from these people they sold me a lemon. I brought a Ford Mustang from these guys not even a day after the trunk part fell Off they gave me 30 day warranty which seems cool but it's really not. a few weeks of buying the car my blower stop working they fix it after my warrenty was up the blower went out again meaning they didn't fix it. a month after that my ac went out had to replace the blower and the ax compressor not even a year of having the car my engine went out had to replace that right after that my convertible top window came apart we all know a convertible should last atleast 4 years they said they put a brand new top on there which was a lie went in to a shop they ran the top and said it was a cheap top not even the correct top for the car had to replace the whole top right after that my starter went out had to replace that and my motor to the back window went out the inside of the car begin Peeling this all happen not even 2 years of having the car I brought the car for 7500 I literally paid that much fixing the car do not I repeat do not buy from this place they are not good business I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy read more

For the love of God, don't buy a car from these people. You can't see any reviews on them on google for a reason. For me to give a ful breakdown of the hell I went through with these people. I can write a 4 page essay. I'll give you the short story. Keep in mind this is the short story. From the moment I get to the dealership everything seemed sketchy. I flew from Cali to Arizona to pick up the car. I get there the car has 600 more miles than was listed on. They also added about 1400 over the listed price with an excuse that they needed to put that so the bank doesn't charge them. They said they inspected the car within two weeks. Which was a lie. My back two tires were on wires, all brakes n rotors were in horrible shaped. I had to go back n forth with them over the phone threatening legal actions if they didn't fix it because it was a liability and life threatening. They were going to give me the run around and tired to make me come to Arizona to "fix the car" meaning I'd have to drive a total of 1200 miles in total. Thinking they were going to get rid of me with this tactic I threatened legal action and they gave in and fixed it. Then they wants me to pay to fix my own tires. So for the mechanical job on the I told the mechanic not to start until the send payment because I didn't trust these people. They kept urging to call the bank and finalize the car purchase but I knew technical if I didn't do that until the fixed the car. I can get my down payment back. So they told me they paid the mechanic in reality they didn't I made sure to be there with him. They tried bargaining and negations the price down and finally gave in. Spent another week calling over and over again for my tire reimbursement because they said they'll pay. Also all the reviews they have is fake!
