    From the ease of using the website to find our car, to our pleasure upon seeing the car in person, to the test drive experience (wow!), through the financing and delivery, we had a top notch experience with Sam and Auto Time. The quality of their inventory is worth your time to pop in to see. We've been pleased with our customer service even after our transaction (guiding me through warranty/non-warranty transaction) and will contact Sam, and Auto Time, when we are ready for our next vehicle in a few years!

    The Odyssey Elite I bought at a good price

    Flew into PHX from San Diego to purchase a beautiful Odyssey. They picked me up from the airport with no issues. I was in and out of the place in less than 20 minutes. Every person I interacted with was very helpful, friendly, and personable. It's a family-run business which I really appreciated. If you're in the market, don't hesitate to see them.

    I recently bought Mercedes Benz GL 450 from them, was the most horrible experience that I ever had with dealership, they stoled my floor mats, those mats around $400, they are so cheap and they cover up all the scratches on the Mercedes that was hidden they did that on purpose to get more money, Sam and his cousin they are terrible, liars and deceivers, please do not buy any vehicle from them,i we'll never recommend them even to my enemies, Ahmed

The women's bathroom was covered in used paper towels, including the changing table so I had to have my husband change my daughter in the men's bathroom. The kid's play area was incredibly filthy and there was a vacuum with a loose cord tucked into a corner of the kid's area. When I asked if I could have somewhere to nurse my daughter I was responded with confusion from the man we bought our car from, and not even consideration to provide us a place to nurse her out of the public space, or the thought to ask a woman that might work there for me. Our salesman otherwise was fine, but not personable at all for someone in sales. When we looked at our Grand Highlander the first time it was covered in stains, crackers and had been sitting there for a couple months. They agreed that they would detail the car. It took them 5 days to fix a broken mirror it had (I'm assuming they had to order the part which is fine) but they still hadn't detailed it when my husband arrived to pick it up. So we had to wait longer, then it still had stains and visible sand, dog hair and crackers. The man we bought it from sent it back, then my husband had to send it back AGAIN to be serviced. We finally just decided to take it home after making them redo the detail multiple times. After my husband got home, we got a call from someone saying they saw we had a "RAV4 serviced there for $600 that day" and we respond no? We had our grand Highlander detailed for free. And we were asked, "Oh! Are you guys in the market for a new one?" This place obviously does not have any organizational skills. My husband left a review and was responded from the woman that typically replies (maybe customer service relations) with her "please contact me!" He reaches out her after she left a number and she never answered after the phone line dies, so he leaves her an email and he was never responded to. We like our Toyota we bought just fine, but this dealer is absolutely disgusting and needs to get their act together. I don't normally leave negative reviews but this place really deserves it.

I took to a Fiat 500 convertible but the prices other dealers were asking just didn't make sense. Shane had a car priced beyond fair as he would rather move vehicles in volume and make people happy vs. waste their time negotiating. He was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order so I could fly in and drive back home safely to California. While I was there we went to lunch and I learned that everyone knows Shane. The restaurant owner had personally purchased 5 cars from him over the years for himself and his family. Relationships matter, so does word of mouth. Shane cares about this and it shows. If you are looking for a used car for yourself or your family or a first car go here. Also, Shane speaks Spanish and is respected by families and individuals who happen to prefer doing business in Spanish too. He finances too. First cars and reliable used transportation go here.

    I have never written a review before, but this dealership absolutely deserves one…read more I dropped off my 2023 Mustang on Thursday for a warranty issue. It is now Tuesday, and they have not even looked at the car. Not diagnosed. Not tested. Not touched. I called four times between Saturday and Tuesday. Every single time I was told "someone is looking at it and will call you right back." They never called back. Not once. That's not a mistake that's a pattern of lying to customers. On Monday, I physically went into the dealership because phone calls were clearly useless. I was told they would replace the EVAP purge valve and run an EVAP test. As of today, the car still hasn't moved. Zero work done. Meanwhile, I've spent more money on a rental car in six days than it would have cost to take this vehicle to a competent independent shop and fix the problem outright. The only difference? I made the mistake of trusting a Ford warranty. They are happy to sell you a warranty for $3k, $5k, or $10k, but once your car is in their possession, there is zero urgency, zero communication, and zero accountability. It genuinely feels like they think that because the repair is under warranty, your time doesn't matter. For anyone reading this: you can cancel your Ford warranty at any time and get your money back. I will be canceling mine immediately. This level of service is pathetic, and the way customers are treated is unacceptable. Avoid this service department unless you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and paying out of pocket for rentals while your car sits untouched.
