Bought a new Bronco Sport yesterday. Great experience at Camelback Ford. Everyone very nice and I believe I got a good deal.

We dropped off our 2025 Ford Bronco on Tuesday it's now Friday and no one has called us once. I called Wednesday and asked what was their findings for the issue? I was told someone would call back by 6 pm closing. We did not get a call and so we heard nothing so today Friday I called and they said it's ready sitting outside and they could not find the transmission issue we brought it in for. We also own a new BMW SUV from BMW on Camelback my god the difference in service and responses is night and day! I would never buy another Ford product if this is what we can expect from Ford service and responsiveness. read more

This review is for service dept: I scheduled a service appointment online to have my tailgate looked at - as it completely fell off last time I opened it. I showed up at 3pm for my scheduled appt - and was informed by my new service rep, Kira Cohen that I could not get anyone to look at it for a minimum of 4 days. I asked why I was not informed of this prior to me taking time off work to drive to the dealership and she informed me that I shouldn't have made the appt online and that they dont call customers that spend $70k on a truck to inquire about a scheduled appt in their work log. Her behavior was less than professional and my suggestion is that if an online reservation gets less respect than a phone call - please stop taking online appts. I am not able to use my truck bed until this matter gets resolved. read more

Beware of this dealer they make you run your credit for a truck and they shotgun it they ran it 20 to 13 times over and over again and never get back to you or call you to tell you what happened TJ And some other guy forgot his name said I was approved but didn't tell me no numbers no monthly payment no interest rate nothing I live all the way in Kingman. They just wanted to get me in the door. Make me drive five hours and I'm not even approved. Scammers and very shady. He just wanted my information for no reason at this point tell me I'm approved not give me numbers and they lied I'm approved. Pressure me into buying the truck. Purchased 2 cars there. Never had a bad experience until recently. Needed the Service Department to follow up with my warranty company as one of the repairs was covered according the Warranty Company. Service Advisor told me I have to call the warranty company - when I called them they told me that only the dealer can file a claim. Called the Service Advisor back and all I got - "oh I was not aware of it". Tried to follow up numerous times - even drove back there and personally spoke to the Service Advisor Director who apologized, made copies of the invoice and my Warranty Plan and promised to personally take care of it. 5 days later I still have not heard back. Can not get a hold of anyone so this dealer is apparently not concerned about customer service. I get calls every few months from their sales department asking if I am ready for an upgrade or new vehicle. Well guess have to go to a different Ford Dealer now read more

I have never written a review before, but this dealership absolutely deserves one. I dropped off my 2023 Mustang on Thursday for a warranty issue. It is now Tuesday, and they have not even looked at the car. Not diagnosed. Not tested. Not touched. I called four times between Saturday and Tuesday. Every single time I was told "someone is looking at it and will call you right back." They never called back. Not once. That's not a mistake that's a pattern of lying to customers. On Monday, I physically went into the dealership because phone calls were clearly useless. I was told they would replace the EVAP purge valve and run an EVAP test. As of today, the car still hasn't moved. Zero work done. Meanwhile, I've spent more money on a rental car in six days than it would have cost to take this vehicle to a competent independent shop and fix the problem outright. The only difference? I made the mistake of trusting a Ford warranty. They are happy to sell you a warranty for $3k, $5k, or $10k, but once your car is in their possession, there is zero urgency, zero communication, and zero accountability. It genuinely feels like they think that because the repair is under warranty, your time doesn't matter. For anyone reading this: you can cancel your Ford warranty at any time and get your money back. I will be canceling mine immediately. This level of service is pathetic, and the way customers are treated is unacceptable. Avoid this service department unless you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and paying out of pocket for rentals while your car sits untouched. read more

Went in for an oil change and to resolve what seems to be a software glitch where the A/C cuts off at freeway speeds randomly, and the fan controls become unresponsive. They ignored the A/C issue completely, and had parked my truck outside overnight during a monsoon storm, so it was covered in mud when they pulled it up. I asked them to wash it off for me since I had brought it in freshly washed and they gave it back destroyed, so they put it through their car wash. During that wash, the windshield cracked, which according to them was due to the fluctuation in temperature between the hot glass and the cold water. They initially told me they would fix it, and to come back later on to have the windshield replaced. I came back, the tech I spoke to was gone, and the new tech refused to fix the windshield. He claimed it was already damaged, but no damage was notated on their intake form from when we walked around the vehicle together when I initially arrived. The truck was brand new, this was the 2nd oil change ever on the vehicle, they charged me about $100 for a non-fully synthetic oil change and they broke my windshield. I am out over $800 for a new windshield now. I've spent several hundred thousand dollars on new Ford vehicles from their dealerships, I've had my trucks serviced there for over a decade. Never again. Terrible service, terrible outcome, stay away from these guys. read more

It won't make a difference since most of the reviews for the service department are already 1 star but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a service department. I brought my Bronco Raptor here nearly a MONTH AGO! I'm picking it up today unfixed because I can't get ahold of anyone and they keep failing to call back. I have left messages for a week straight without one bit of communication. There was a gasoline smell inside the vehicle. They originally told me that I probably spilled some gas inside in the back seat and that there wasn't a leak. I advised them to do a smoke test after two weeks of them not being able to locate anything wrong with it. They immediately found the leak in the area where the gas is pumped into the tank. 2 more weeks has gone by without any communication and without a single repair being done. I show up today to pick up my vehicle and the young woman in charge of my account is extremely rude and wouldn't even let me speak. They're have still failed to actually provide any information of what is actually wrong with the truck so I can provide this information to a competent shop. Every time I am told I will receive a call, nothing happens. If you are reading this, please reconsider coming here for anything. As of the time I am writing this, this dealership has received 3 yelp reviews in the past week(besides mine) and all 3 of them are 1 star reviews similar issues as I am experiencing with the service department. read more

Had one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. And I've bought over 100 cars. I want to give a shout out to my salesman Fox, who was just amazing and made the process fun and easy. He even drove one of my cars back to my house to bring the trade back to the dealership 30 minutes away. The sales manager, Dom was also amazing down to earth and didn't play any games and was straight up with me. I call the day before to confirm and when I show up they say I haven't driven the truck enough miles for the oil change and they could not service my vehicle. Had an amazing experience purchasing my dream Raptor a few years ago. Paid off the loan early. Sold the truck and cancelled my extended car warranty. MPP stated they electronically transferred the $3,798.53 prorated refund to Camelback on February 5 of this year. It took more than a dozen phone calls to get through. 90% of the time I was transferred to someone's voicemail and promised a call back. Never happened. After nearly 3 months, I was left with little alternative than to leave reviews across multiple sites to finally get a callback from someone who could help. It's frustrating, after spending nearly six-figures with a company that I had to go to such lengths to process a simple transaction. But...that's what it took. In fairness, once Jill took ownership of the problem it was resolved within a few weeks. I appreciate her diligence, communication and kindness. I wish I could say the same for the many other team members who ignored me until I spoke out. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine. read more

Horrible work and thieves. Had to take the car in because the heat sheild was falling off the car. Cost $1500+ & not even a week of driving and it was falling off again. Car isn't driven much and just on main roads for groceries etc. Also upon getting it back we noticed they stole a handmade fabric tote bag. Its was locked into place using the headrest behind the passenger seat. What kind of trashy people do this. Don't ever go there unless no other option. Check the work right away and completely empty your vehicle out before taking it in. Horrible Service!! read more

Honestly the service team is dense. I came here with my husband to get his car serviced and this is the worst Ford we've been to. We're from Michigan so Ford is great out there but definitely not here. Ironically our service reps name was Henry but he sucked. We had an appointment but it still took 4 hours for an oil change and we got no call or update. We had to call three times and leave a vm to find out the car was ready. DO NOT GO TO CAMELBACK FORD FOR SERVICE. I scheduled an oil change at 7:40 on a Tuesday. When I arrived, my service advisor (not including his name) could not be bothered to even say "hello". Instead he just said "last name" and checked me in. I came for an oil change and when I arrived there was 1 other person in the service lobby. The service advisor told me the oil change would take between 1.5 to 2 hours. I confirmed with my service advisor that I was waiting, he definitely understood. I sat and waited, and waited, and waited. I checked the tracking app which kept saying they were "inspecting my truck". After 2.5 hours I asked if I could just get my truck and leave. At this point the "customer service manager" came over to tell me essentially it was my fault for wanting my truck and they were very, very busy in the service bay (it would have been fine - if anyone communicated anything). Sitting alone for 2.5 hours (with no one else in the lobby) gets a bit frustrating. After I asked, the service advisor said they were bringing up my truck right now - it took another 15 minutes. The best part is the work order clearly says a car wash was included but that didn't happen. In short, camelback ford charged me $157.52 to sit in their lobby, be told it was my fault for wanting my truck back, and they couldn't be bothered to do the work for which they committed. There are plenty of other places to get your vehicle service, I strongly do not recommend camelback ford. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and they said that based off my mileage i needed a new transmission. i just got a brand new transmission last year so i told them i could provide the paperwork and asked if there was anything else pointing to that. they kept highly recommending it but kept saying it was based off the mileage and never once looked at my car. I ended up making an appointment a few months later because my check engine light was on. never had any sort of communication except a sales call where they were asking how the service went and how my car is doing (when they still had my car). when i called to get an update they told me the tech who will be working on my car was off today. So why even make an appointment? they said they couldn't diagnose the issue for 2-3 days. you know, the little thing that all they have to do is plug into your car and it spits out the error code for the engine? yeah 3 days for that. I was never once informed of this while booking my appointment online or when dropping my car off. everyone there is incredibly dense and unprofessional. they also said once they diagnose the issue they would then be able to tell me if they would be able to cover a loaner car. which they wouldn't know for 3 days. So i went in to pick up my car and they couldn't find it because my car "hadn't been assigned to anyone". I am not kidding, this place is the absolute worst and it is not worth it to even try with them. I fully recommend the Chapman Ford Dealership if you want actual communication, and for them to work on your car at the time of your appointment. read more

I had a simple oil change done on Friday, yesterday. The oil change took over 4-hours with an appointmen. However that's not why I am contacting CamelBack Ford service. I AM DISCUSTED & ANGRY with your service department people. When I was given my truck I got the keys and drove off. I did not notice the large box full of rags that your staff was transporting in MY TRUCK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! Using my luxury truck to transport your work junk is not appropriate or professional. I was so pissed off that when I discovered your junk in my back seat I threw it out in the parking lot of a market. I dusted off the dirt from my back seats. I was not going to waste my time calling you, but I received an email requesting any comments to contact management...guess what, your email gave NO PHONE, no email, no name...so hopefully this reaches the manager or service manager. On April 14 I dropped off my 2012 Ford Transit to get it diagnose, there were multiple stored codes that won't clear. The vehicle was drivable no issues other than the stored codes. On April 20 I received a called stating something was wrong with the PCM and they had to do a further diagnosis that would cost around $900 I said I didn't want to spend that much money so they lower it to $750 I agreed. I get another call on April 22 stating the PCM had to be replaced and it would cost more, I said I would think about Raela my service advisor said she won't be back in the office until Monday April 27 that she would call me to see if I wanted to proceed with the repairs no call. I called on May 15 to let her know I wanted to pick up the vehicle no answer, May 19 I spoke to a guy he said he would have Raela call me back never received a call, May 21 I called again spoke to a different person, I asked if the vehicle was ready to be picked up he said Raela would call you back I said I been trying to get a hold of her and she never returns my calls. So he called me back the same day and said the vehicle had be put back together never mentioned the vehicle was not drivable and I had towed it. June 1 I go to pick up the vehicle I paid Raela said they'll bring it out never mentions the vehicle is not drivable waited 20 minutes asked her are they bringing the vehicle to the front she said yes not stating it wasn't drivable, 5 minutes later Raela tells me the vehicle is not drivable I had to tow it. I asked to speak to the manager because not once I was told the vehicle was not drivable he said I had 2 options pay for the repairs or tow it, if I leave it there they would just throw it out. The manager was very rude and very unprofessional. I just want my vehicle drivable the same way it was dropped off. I would never do business with them again. read more

Was able to do everything over the phone pretty much and Camelback was willing to match a great deal that I had worked with an out of state dealer and save me the trouble of having to travel to get a new vehicle. Thomas in finance/insurance was easy to work with also, professional and generally a straight shooter. Ended up spending less than an hour at the dealer to drop off my trade, sign documents and pickup my new vehicle. Honestly, it was one of the easiest car transactions I've ever done with a great deal on a specialty product. No complaints here! read more

I'm beyond disappointed with the service at Camelback Ford. I brought in my 2023 Ford Escape THREE times for the same electrical issue, and it's still unresolved. The first time, they blamed a failed software update due to "low battery voltage." Fine -- I had the battery replaced in April 2024. Weeks later, more faults appeared. They cleared codes again and Kevin insisted it was normal for modern cars to have "a lot of computers." And have glitches just like other items in your home. Seriously? Just this week, my dashboard shut off and restarted while I was stopped at a red light. That's not a glitch -- that's a system failure in a one-year-old car. And all they say is "bring it back if it happens again" or "it might be another software update." This dealership is clearly unwilling or incapable of fixing the actual problem. Instead, they keep resetting codes and passing blame. I've wasted time, energy, and money dealing with a problem they continue to brush off as normal. If you're looking for real diagnostics and accountability, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Ford dealership. Camelback Ford's service department is a joke. read more

Purchased a used mustang here in 2020, they worked with me as far as the price went and even offered to pick me up from the airport since I live in California. I purchased my vehicle that was supposedly "ford certified pre owned". Car had less than 4000 miles it was basically new. I have been happy with my purchase up until about a week ago when the check engine light came on. Took it to my local ford dealership and they told me the PCM had an aftermarket software installed which I didn't do. They told me if they were to attempt to fix it it would void my remaining warranty and I would be responsible for out of pocket cost. I was told to contact the dealer I bought it from to see how they can help since they were responsible. They did not want to help me at all, I told them I would seek legal help in the matter as it was fraud. No help at all. I contacted ford customer service and explained to them how I was misled and lost my trust with Ford. They couldn't do anything except file a complaint against the dealership. If you're buying an EV from Camelback Ford, make sure they file the required IRS form 15400 within the required 3 days of purchase. They did not when I purchased my F-150 Lightning in late 2024, and later assured me during repeated phone calls that I only needed to submit the necessary form when filing my taxes. This would work fine in 2023 but not in 2024 so I'm now out the $7,500 tax credit I had expected when purchasing the truck. If a dealer is selling EVs, it should be up to date on the requirements from IRS rather than arguing to the contrary with a customer who has looked up the regulations. Customer service - awful. Truck - love it. Would never return to this dealership. read more

Went there to purchase a 2024 new Ford F150 pick up. To try to keep this as short as possible we negotiated a sales price. I was then told that I could get an additional six to $700 off if I would allow them to finance the vehicle through Ford. I had no interest in financing, but I took the bait and allowed them to run my credit through Ford I explained to them that I didn't want a number of inquiries on my credit report. They insisted that they would only run it through Ford motor company credit while I was at the dealer, waiting to finalize the deal my app on expertain blew up! Thank you, Julian, in service department! I bought a certified truck from Camelback and had some issues recently with the valve train, so I took it in to have them look at it. They not only warrantied the repairs but replaced other associated parts that might have had excessive wear as well. They were honest and accommodating even picking my truck up at my house and returning it.
