I rarely write Yelp reviews, but Mayra at Arrowhead Lexus absolutely deserves one. From the moment we walked in, she was genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Car shopping can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire experience smooth, relaxed, and actually enjoyable. What stood out the most was how she never made us feel pressured. She really listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, especially our sons! Her knowledge and professionalism were impressive, but it was her positive attitude and authenticity that really made the experience memorable. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you're going to Arrowhead Lexus, do yourself a favor and ask for Mayra. She made what could have been a stressful process one of the best car-buying experiences we've had!

Thank you Arrowhead Lexus your a amazing Team!

We had the best experience getting our dream car. Mayra was so welcoming professional met our purchase goals in no time. Then we met Linda finance professional she gave us great advice she explained and answered all our questions. Bob was the guy showed us how to work all the bells and whistle on the car very knowledgeable and patient with us. If you want to have the best experience go to Arrowhead Lexus down to earth professional Team .

My purchase from Arrowhead Lexus. Extremely pleased with every aspect of the buying experience! - A white Lexus SUV is parked on a concrete driveway in front of a residential building with trees and plants in the background.

The Lexus Experience--defined at Arrowhead Lexus! Over the past week I started the journey of looking for a new vehicle and decided on a Lexus. I first went to a non-Lexus dealership locally in Scottsdale and did not receive the experience I wanted. Having had good experiences in purchasing at Lexus dealerships before I decided to head to Arrowhead Lexus yesterday as they had multiple vehicles that fit my parameters, and boy was this the right move! Spoke to Caelen at first over the phone who was welcoming and professional. When I walked up about 30 minutes later our sales rep (Kris) was waiting and greeting me by name. Kris was a great sales rep. We were immediately relaxed and at ease with him as you could tell he's had a wealth of sales experience and knows how to work with clients. After narrowing down our selection we got down to negotiations. I had a trade-in and after a couple back and forth offers we got to a fair purchase and trade-in valuation and a deal was struck. I felt the negotiations were fair and professional. A short time later we were in Finance and Linda took great care of us. In making my cash down payment I had actually given her $100 too much, and she promptly noted that and handed me back the extra $100 showing her integrity. Paperwork was smooth and easy, and we were out and in our new car in no time. Having purchased 10+ cars from dealerships over the years, I'd have to say that Lexus dealerships provide the best buying experience, and from those excellent experiences with Lexus, I'd rate Arrowhead Lexus at the top!

We just bought a new Lexus, our first "brand new" car purchase in over twenty years. We've always bought near new to avoid the initial depreciation when leaving the car lot. But, we looked for near new Lexus vehicles and they were hard to find, so we decided to splurge a bit. I've never enjoyed dealing with the new car hassles and negotiations, so have opted for the fixed price, low pressure approach of Carmax. But, as used car prices get closer to new car prices, it makes sense to explore the new option. We had a really good experience with this dealership and with their sales guy, Ed Benjamin. Never high pressure, always listening to both of us (this was a car for my wife!), which Ed very quickly realized. He worked hard to find us the just right vehicle, and tracked its shipment all the way to their dealership. Once it arrived, the process was all very nice and easy to understand. We love our new Lexus, and highly recommend Ed Benjamin.

Amazing experience with technologist Bobby Evans. Very knowledgeable on the RZ technology. Very helpful even though we didn't buy from the dealership! Never met someone with as much knowledge as him. Would give him more than 10stars if possible.

On 12/13/25, I went to the Lexus dealership in Arrowhead in pursuit of a new UX300h. From the very beginning, Murtada was in constant communication with me. The location was clean and very welcoming. Yes, we had a few debates concerning my vehicle type and price, but overall my experience was exceptional. I was able to test-drive a few cars before making my final decision although I knew what I wanted before I even walked through the door. I was offered lunch while waiting, the coffee was amazing, and I was constantly offered water to keep me hydrated. Caelen, the sales manager, was also accommodating throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciated that. Now let's talk about the finance manager, Annette, whose professionalism was exquisite. She went over the financial portion with precision and didn't miss a beat. She not only sold me a few packages but also took the time to explain them thoroughly, which I truly needed for the future journey of my vehicle. Her aura was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I drove out of the dealership with my new car and was told I could take pictures, which I will add to this review. Since it was late, I was given the basics of my UX300h, and Murtada arranged for me to return that Monday to go over the specs, get my tint, and have the paint protection film added. Bobby, Bobby, Bobby, you did a marvelous job going over every vehicle feature, right down to activating the Lexus app on my phone, and for that I am truly grateful. He is so meek and mild, and his patience is unmatched. Let his phone ring and don't judge him his musical palette is top-tier, and he definitely knows his musical icons. Another beautiful soul was Nichole, who served me lunch when I returned on Monday to drop off my car. As I sat there, I felt like I was catching up with an old friend. Overall, my customer experience was phenomenal. You can tell this team was strategically hired to ensure customer needs are met, and that is very important to me. If you are in need of a new vehicle, I would not walk to Arrowhead Lexus I would RUN. Go see Murtada; he will take care of all of your vehicle needs. His service is truly pristine.

After getting our car totaled by a 20-something in October, we had to wait what seemed like an eternity for the insurance to pay out. After missing out on a few cars that looked like good deals, we popped in to look at a Kia Optima. Chloe was the rep assigned when we booked the appointment to see the car. She was very knowledgeable and a good saleswoman -- definitely tried to close the sale that night. The insurance money wasn't in yet, though. The car was solid but felt like it needed an alignment. He went back Friday to claim his new car. They agreed to do an alignment. Even though it wasn't a Lexus, Arrowhead Lexus had a giant sparkly bow on it! Classy all the way. We really thought the experience was quite pleasant and a welcome break from the typical dealership experience. Chloe is great and well worth choosing as your sales rep.

I walked into Arrowhead Lexus & was immediately greeted by Ed Benjamin. He listened & found the perfect car for us. He made the car buying experience easy & enjoyable. Linda in finance took her time with us & explained each step of the way. Ed set us up with Bobby Evans to connect my phone with our new car & showed us all the technology features. Mia & Donna were great, as well. Great experience & I highly recommend.

I've always found car shopping to be incredibly stressful--honestly, one of my least favorite experiences. This weekend, my husband finally convinced me to visit a dealership, and I admit I arrived at Peoria Lexus feeling a bit apprehensive, expecting the usual pressure and intimidation. From the moment we met Ali Zaidi, through the final steps with Linda Burk in financing, my expectations were completely exceeded. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I was truly impressed by how effortless they made the process--without a single moment of stress. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Ali and his team at Peoria Lexus. Their exceptional service made all the difference, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience

Ady Hernandez and Annette Holscher A First-Class Experience at Arrowhead Lexus! From the moment I stepped into Arrowhead Lexus, I was blown away by the level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care from the entire team. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but at Arrowhead, it felt like a VIP experience from start to finish. My sales consultant, [ady Hernandez was absolutely incredible -- knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping me find the perfect Lexus. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, answered every question with clarity and confidence, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. The entire process -- from test drive to trade-in to financing -- was seamless. The dealership itself is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming, with a calm, luxurious atmosphere that reflects the Lexus brand perfectly. The finance team was equally impressive, walking me through the paperwork with transparency and efficiency, and helping me secure a great deal without any surprises. Driving away in my new car[iwas one of the most exciting and satisfying moments I've had in a long time -- not just because I love the car (which I do!), but because the entire experience at Arrowhead Lexus was nothing short of exceptional. If you're considering a new or certified Lexus, do yourself a favor and visit Arrowhead Lexus. Their team is top-tier, their service is impeccable, and you'll leave feeling like part of the Lexus family. And the finance manager Annette Holscher was the best !!!!!!

"A Tale of Four Rotors" or "Why Trevor and Jason are Heroes"…read more You know how they say sometimes you don't know how bad things are until you fix them? This is one of those times for me. Over the last few years, my stopping distance was getting longer and longer. I attributed this to the age of the car. But after sensing a new and disturbing vibration when pressing down on my brake pedal, I called Service Manager TREVOR HODGE to see what it could mean. He told me that it was likely the rotors needing to be smoothed out. When they're not perfectly flush against the brake pads, they can give off a vibration when they engage. Not good. If you keep driving like that, it can ruin the rotors to the point that you will have to buy completely new ones ($$$!) or they will just break and we all know what that means. Lucky for me, he could fit me in right away. Yes, it took several hours (I had other items addressed as well), and no, it was not cheap, but when I finally got the car back, it was so worth it. Lucky for me (again) I got the fabulously talented Master Mechanic JASON BROWN, "a true perfectionist" according to Trevor. Well, my brakes now feel LIKE THEY DID WHEN THE CAR WAS NEW. Sorry for shouting, but it's pretty amazing. No vibration, silent operation, no pulling or wandering when braking, just solid, safe perfection. Keep in mind, they could have just told me "you need four new rotors," but they chose to save what I had, which was the more conservative (yet still very safe) approach. Why are they heroes? It's no exaggeration to say these guys probably saved me from brake failure in the very near future. Now, I won't land in the middle of cross walks anymore. Imagine that? As I've said before, I keep coming back here for the skill, honesty, and fair prices. Bonus? RENE at the service desk is amazingly entertaining. Just ask him. LOL Great results, great team!

Let's just say it took some persuading because my hubby loved our Cadillac but happy wife, you know the rest to that phrase! So after following a couple of dealerships we narrowed it down to Larry H. Upon arrival for our appointment with John, George came to the front to introduce himself.... yes get it they're salesman but so many times you don't get such a welcoming! John already knew what kind of SUV we were interested in but he said he also found one that he'd love for us to look at, he wouldn't tell us what make because he wanted us to give him a chance! Once we saw this gorgeous Grand Cherokee L, fully loaded with 3 row seating with all the bells & whistles John had us, I told him he is good! The previous owner had every add on feature you could imagine including the passenger touchscreen, where I can search for restaurants, etc. then send the info to the main touchscreen for my husband! We knew the next SUV had tall orders to out-beat this choice & it was a very quick decision that we found the right SUV for our family! John was an amazing salesman, he knew our taste after meeting with us & he stayed within our budget! We got the car for an amazing price compared to other dealerships & we added on a 5 year bumper-bumper powertrain warranty including getting the SUV some new tints that are darker for the Arizona sun! My husband went back for the tints a couple of weeks ago and they did a great job & he was in & out within a couple of hours! I really hate how all car salesman are put in the same box as being pushy sharks, etc. because at the end of the day that's how they make their pay my friends... it's called earning a commission which is no different than a realtor! This dealership definitely did not disappoint at all, the financing department went above & beyond as well as our salesman John Barfield... My first visit was for a turn signal issue that wouldn't cancel properly. That repair took almost a week. The issue came back and got worse, and by the third visit the turn signal failed completely -- which also disabled Super Cruise. I provided screenshots and error messages, and the repair still took nearly two weeks. The biggest problem was the communication. I barely received updates, even after multiple follow-ups. I eventually had to escalate through the call center just to get someone to call me back. When they finally did, they told me the car had already been ready. No one contacted me. When I picked the car up, it wasn't charged or cleaned after sitting there for weeks. As an EV driver, I had already spent extra money on gas for the rental they put me in, all while paying my monthly lease for a car I couldn't use. A small gesture of care would've gone a long way, but there was nothing. For contrast: I had a tire issue handled at Courtesy Chevrolet and they diagnosed and fixed it quickly at no cost. That one visit was smoother than all my service experiences at AutoNation combined. I really wanted to give AutoNation Chevy Arrowhead a fair chance, but the lack of communication, the long downtime, and the lack of basic consideration for the customer's inconvenience have completely pushed me away from returning for any future service or purchases.

My experience with Peoria Subaru can be summed up as good - not great. Here's what transpired:…read more Built my vehicle @ Subaru's website on 05/09. It was sent to Peoria Subaru. Wasn't contacted by a sales rep. 'til 2 days later. On 05/12 went to the dealership per request of the sales rep., Alan Nestor. Forester Wilderness was being built @ Subaru Factory & allocated to the dealership. Brought my truck to trade-in. Alan assessed my trade & got close to what Carvana was giving me so I was pleased with that. Couldn't get the vehicle exactly the way I built it @ Subaru's website. Vehicle was being built & if I wanted one relatively soon - I was forced to take it as-is. Dealership would not remove any options despite me not needing a $52 OEM Subaru cargo net which is as useless as an ejection seat in a helicopter. Forked over a $1,000 non-refundable depot to Alan. DISCREPANCIES: 1.) Asked Alan for a VIN number. Alan stated car had not even begun to be built yet. Got an e-mail from Subaru of America on 05/13. Called SOA on 05/16 & spoke to Kaila. asked if they had VIN number. She said not only could she give me my VIN number, my vehicle was almost finished being built. 2.) My wife has a '17 Subaru Outback. Asked Alan if there was a discount avail. since I was purchasing my second Subaru. He advised loyalty discount was not in place anymore & Subaru had no intention of reinstating it because "this is just the state of the world we live in now, Scott". During my conversation with Kaila @ SOA on 05/16, I let her know what Alan said. She laughed out loud & apologized about 32 times on his behalf and "is not sure why SOA and these dealerships are not on the same page". Moments later, I had a $500.00 off loyalty coupon sent to my e-mail. 3,) When Alan stated my vehicle had not even begun being built yet, he advised the factory in Japan has been completely "shut down". Joined a Forester Facebook group. One of the admins is the plant mgr. at the Subaru factory in Lafayette, IN. She also apologized on Alan's behalf and assured me the Japan factory is not "shut down". They were simply taking off an extra 2 days during the months of May & June. Hardly what I would call "shut down" 4.) Asked Alan about the Subaru Ambassador discount. Alan advised he had no idea what the Ambassador discount was. I brought in the loyalty coupon instead to prove the loyalty discount is still in tact. :) lolol. 5.) Leaving dealership on the evening of 05/12, Alan assured me he would keep me updated every single step of the way. That never happened. In fact, realistically, Alan did not even need to sell me the car. I walked in & knew exactly what I wanted. He never kept me posted. I did all of the legwork myself. I called SOA constantly for updates. He had no idea my vehicle even arrived on 06/03 until I let him know. Maybe Alan was having a few off-days. I have no idea. He never apologized which was upsetting to me. I gave him (and the dealership) the benefit of the doubt when I picked up my new Forester Wilderness on 06-04. He did review the vehicle with me and the finance mgr., George, was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Other than my interaction with George, I don't know if I have super great things to say about Peoria Subaru except that once my vehicle DID arrive - everything went smoothly, quickly and efficiently. But getting to that point and my initial conversations and interaction with Alan left me unimpressed. I believe he could benefit from a few Customer Service 101 training sessions. He seemed to over promise and under deliver basically everything that came out of his mouth on 05/12. The only thing he did adhere to (and maybe most important) are the final numbers in which we agreed upon. I was pleased with that. I'm giving them 4 stars... but realistically, it's a 3.5 in my book. They're 3 miles away from our house which is convenient and the vehicle order was correct, but the interactions from sales was disheartening at best. If the dealership feels anything I've written is inaccurate, I'd be happy to discuss with the general manager.

- Pricing Changed, Numbers Didn't Match, and No Response from Finance…read more I've owned multiple Subarus over the years (WRX STI, 2022 WRX Limited, Ascent, and now a 2026 WRX Limited), so this isn't coming from a first-time buyer. My experience with Peoria Subaru started off fine -- straightforward negotiation and an agreed price around $35,400. But at signing, the price suddenly jumped to over $36,700. After calling it out, it was "adjusted," but still left a $470 discrepancy that didn't match the original deal. It didn't stop there. To "fix" it, they gave me a $470 credit toward parts/services (with the expectation of a perfect survey score, which is questionable on its own). I used that toward a short throw shifter install. Here's where it gets worse: Their own website lists the part + install at ~$597. After the $470 credit, I should've paid around $130 + tax. Instead: * I was told around $600 before the install * Then billed $975 after the work was done * After pushing back, it was reduced -- but I still ended up overpaying At that point, it's not a one-off mistake -- it's a pattern: * Prices changing at signing * Credits used to offset issues instead of fixing them * Final charges not matching advertised pricing And now, the finance department won't even respond to cancel my extended warranty. I wanted this to be a good experience -- I've been loyal to Subaru for years. But the lack of transparency and follow-through here is something buyers should be aware of. If you're considering Peoria Subaru, double-check every number and don't rely on verbal agreements.
