I have been an Audi owner for more than 11 years and have consistently received excellent service at Audi dealerships in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Unfortunately, my recent 90,000‑mile service experience at Audi Arrowhead fell well below that standard. On July 29, 2026, I called to schedule my 90K service and specifically requested a loaner vehicle due to my professional commitments. I was told loaners would not be available until late August, so I scheduled the service for August 27 based on the assurance that a loaner would be provided. However, on August 26, the day before my appointment, I received a call from the service advisor, Aaron, informing me that a loaner would not be available because "it is only a minor service that takes an hour to an hour‑and‑a‑half." This last‑minute cancellation was unacceptable, especially since I had already arranged my schedule around the promised loaner. Aaron stated he could not approve one and that I would need to speak with the service manager, Mike Franklin. I was told I would receive a call at 2:00 p.m. I was available at that time, but no call came. I ultimately had to call back at 3:30 p.m. When I finally spoke with Mike Franklin, he explained that Audi does not supply enough loaners, implying that providing one was a hardship. While I understand if a dealership has a policy not to offer loaners for shorter service appointments, this was never communicated when I originally scheduled the service. After I explained this, Mike agreed to approve a loaner if I returned it by a specific time. When I arrived for my appointment, Audi Arrowhead did provide a loaner -- a 2026 Audi A3. Although I appreciated that they honored the loaner request, the vehicle was not equivalent to my A5 Sportback, and more concerning, it was unsafe. The interior was dirty, the windshield had a large crack that impaired visibility, and a service malfunction light was illuminated (I was told it was a software issue). These conditions should have been addressed before giving the vehicle to any customer. I was told my car would be ready around 10:00 a.m. My wife and I returned at 10:20, only to be informed that the vehicle had not yet been serviced due to the shop being backed up. We were asked to return closer to 11:00, and then again at 2:00. Due to my schedule, this was not possible, so I was "graciously allowed" to keep the loaner for the rest of the day and return it the following morning. I want to acknowledge that Kelton was very helpful when I picked up my vehicle, especially since Aaron was late that day. The car wash was appreciated, and although tire shine was initially overlooked, Kelton took care of it promptly. Five stars for Kelton's professionalism. The service performed on my vehicle was good. However, the overall experience -- particularly the handling of the loaner vehicle, the lack of communication, the last‑minute changes, and the disregard for my time -- was disappointing and not reflective of the standard I have come to expect from Audi. I will be contacting Audi of America regarding the explanation that "Audi does not supply enough loaners," as this does not align with my experience at other Audi dealerships. I genuinely hoped to write a better review. I value Audi and have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I will wait to see what Audi Arrowhead chooses to do to make amends for the treatment I received. read more

Kelton provided such amazing customer service that I wish I lived within a couple hours of your dealership because I would drive that distance for the service he provided. I came in with a service light that my brake pads were nonexistent and needing to drive back to Southern California 2 days later I was very stressed out. He had a positive attitude and problem solving. Quickly made sure the parts were in stock, could get me a loaner and able to get in my oil change which I was planning to do back home. I could have potentially waited to go to my home dealership but because he was able to solve all my needs I said yes to performing all the service at your dealership. Beware of Audi Care Markup I bought my first Audi, a new S5, from Audi Arrowhead in Dec 2024. I researched the car but not Audi Care. Their finance department took advantage charging more than $1000 over MSRP. I discovered the overcharge at Audi North Scottsdale during my first service, where my advisor printed my contract and explained the actual Audi Care MSRP. How did this happen - through misinformation and fear. The finance department provided a non-negotiable price of $2799. I was told the S5 was a premium car (its standard Audi Care). I asked to justify the service price, and finance presented inflated maintenance costs showing how I get my money back and more by the end of the 4th year. I was told if I didn't purchase Audi Care at point of sale, I couldn't add it later (false). I reached out to the GM to discuss and he explained this markup is how Arrowhead makes up for lower prices on cars. He apologized for the tactics of his finance team, but made it clear that I signed the paperwork and I'm stuck with it. If you are going to buy here, understand how Audi Care works and don't let Audi Arrowhead / AutoNation take advantage of you too. read more
