I live in California and was hesitant about purchasing a vehicle online without seeing it in person. After browsing LiftedTrucks.com's large inventory, I found a Bronco I really liked and began working with Adrian, a salesperson. Although we negotiated for a few days, we couldn't quite agree on a price. Adrian stayed engaged throughout the process and continued sending me other options. I eventually found a truck I loved at their San Antonio location and we were able to come to an agreement on pricing and add-ons. Financing started off smoothly. I originally had a loan with my California credit union, but because it was an out-of-state purchase, they required a long list of extra steps. Tony in finance stepped in, found me a different lender, and got everything finalized quickly. Up to this point, everything felt great. Unfortunately, once the deal was funded, the communication dropped off completely. Adrian stopped responding, Tony was busy, and no one could give me a straight answer about when my truck would ship. I was told "I'll call you right back" over and over with no follow-through. After several days of this, the frustration really set in. When I finally reached a manager named Keith, he made promises but also never got back to me. The turning point came when my wife called the dealership and reached Mike Milliken, a manager who immediately took ownership of the situation. Mike called me right away, apologized repeatedly, gave me his personal cell number, and assured me he would make things right. And he absolutely did. Mike stayed in constant communication, provided updates in real time, looped me in with the shipper, and promised I would have my truck before leaving town that weekend. He even sent shirts, hats, and stickers for my family to make up for the inconvenience. Thanks to his effort, my truck was loaded in San Antonio on Tuesday and delivered to my driveway in California on Thursday just as he promised. The truck is fantastic and we get compliments everywhere we go. While the process had some major ups and downs, Mike single-handedly turned what could have been a terrible buying experience into a positive one. He earned our appreciation and our future business. Well, first off the truck I purchased back in beginning of February is great, but Lord help you if you need anything regarding tags/title or anything else. You will get the serious run a around! First off they use a third party company to handle titles. It really sucks if you are in another state like I am such as Florida! I'm two whole months out from purchase and I can't get any answers as to where the hell my title is because it sure is not at my county tax collector's office which I found out! My temp tag has expired and I've called several locations: Phoenix, Hurst Texas and Humble Texas where I purchased it and literally have gotten no answers. They don't care that my tag is expired as of tomorrow and two of the people stated that Oh if you get pulled over and ticketed we will pay the fine!! I'm like what the heck, I bet you will! I call BS on that one since I cant even find a person that can fricking figure out what to tell me! I've gotten a lot of promises to call me back and crickets! no calls whatsoever!! The lady in Hurst Texas said oh they might not have sent it since they don't have an insurance proof with the actually truck type on it and third party will email with an estimated time of arrival once they receive a copy! lol I stated that I had to give proof of insurance to buy the dang truck and we did but I guess that didn't count!! I first called the Humble location first where I purchased the truck and was informed that Oscar the sales manager no longer worked there but the gentleman that I talked to said he would call Arizona and find out what's was going on! He didn't call back by the way! Surprised, not! Desean in Humble whom is the finance specialist was called later in the day and was no help and could give two craps but was sure eager sell us all kinds of added items when we went through the purchasing process! I finished the day talking to a lady named Tiffiney in Hurst Texas and she was attempting to help but never called me back like she said she would! I came in today 11-20 with the hopes I could find a truck to buy but unfortunately the ridiculous offers I was given to a customer that has bought from Lifted Trucks before are insane. I test drove the vehicle I wanted and left with the hopes they could get close to my number which based on my research, value of the truck, and with my trade in which may have a few thousand of negative equity they sent me an offer that was embarrassing. Purchased a Black Willys on 37s from Mr Green and Keith in late December. Sent them an email in the morning, drove up and the jeep was at the front door. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. Took a long test drive and no one complained. Keith was a straight shooter with the numbers even took a few more bucks off to "Move Some Metal". After a few months still no issues with the jeep. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

He was unprofessional and came off on the phone as flirtatious so I declined to provide my number so he could text me... well I got a text about 30m later from him AFTER I declined to provide my phone number. He is the reason why one star is absent. REGARDLESS!! Went anyways and was so happy to have been assisted by Joshua (Josh) and Eugene. Josh was very polite, friendly, not pushy, and understood/listened to our concerns and wants. He had a positive attitude and did not apply pressure whatsoever. We felt we could leave at any time and that was something that is rare so we greatly appreciated all his help and friendliness. After looking at trucks, we did decided to purchase one! :) Eugene, the GM, was amazing! Incredibly professional and polite as well. **Updated Review** The manager of the location personally called me regarding my experience. He showed compassion for my situation as well as frustration for what occurred beyond the initial sales process. I want to be clear that I again had no issues with Sal (my sales person) and Kei (my sales manager). The things they could control were controlled. They have done right by me to correct some of the issues I described below. Although I was not pleased with the communication of the body shop, I will say again the quality of work was impeccable. I have updated my review score based on dealership leadership contacting me to make it right. So I really was going between a 2 star and a 3 star on this one. The Good: Sal was a good salesman. He was patient with me and when his lot had very little selection, he continued to encourage my wife and I to go to their main lot to see some trucks there. I ended up finding quite literally the perfect truck for me. I did not want a big lift, so I was able to find a truck that had not been processed yet or touched. I ended up agreeing to buy that truck. They got me out of my daily driver Honda that was pretty far upside down. He never pushed anything on us and again was very patient. Jackie in finance was also great. She was very friendly and patient. I had to go back to the dealership multiple times unfortunately and at one point she drove out to me because she felt bad. She ended up becoming the point person for me when I was not getting answers. I appreciate Sal and Jackie. The Bad: Bait and switched. I agreed to terms. My wife and I signed the contracts. Because the truck was on the backlot they asked to keep it so it could be processed and gone through. No big deal. 2 days later I'm calling asking where my truck is. They were going to potentially need a 3rd day. Yet they rushed me to switch my insurance to the truck asap yet I was still driving my Honda. Finally after pressure, miraculously my truck was ready an hour later. The grill had vinyl wrap on it. I told them nobody wraps a black grill, black. I was concerned something was wrong with the grill. I told them I'll have my detail guy un wrap it and they told me if it was damaged, they would fix it. Well sure enough, the grill was all sanded and ruined. They said they would fix it when the deal funded. At this point I had the truck about a week in total. I get a call from another finance manager saying he had great news that my interest rate lowered and my payment dropped. I needed to go back to the dealership and re-sign. So we did. Few days later I get a call from the bank and my Extended Warrantt and GAP had been removed. Called up the dealership. They were very apologetic and said they would make it right. They half way made it right but not completely. At this point I just wanted to move forward. We are nearly 2 weeks in and my grill still isnt fixed. Finally after I was calling/texting nearly daily, I get my appt for my grill. Supposed to take 2 days. Drop it off a Tuesday morning. Call Wednesday to see what time to pick it up Thursday. Guy says they got a late start and it MIGHT be done Thursday by end of day. I told him i can pick it up Friday morning if that helps. He is appreciative and tells me he will call me by 3:30pm Thursday to get me an exact morning time Friday. 4:30pm Thursday comes around, no call. Nobody is available. I had to call first thing Friday morning. Truck was done thank goodness. Go pick up my truck and my AMERICAN flag magnetic decals are missing. They were on my fenders, so zero reason to be touched. They cant find them anywhere and tell me to submit a receipt and they will cut me a check. Send that manager Bill Murphey a receipt within minutes. 3 days later no response. I email him again, he says he forwarded it to the Glendale location to cut me a check. What? Glendale didnt lose them, why would they reimburse me? Either way I wrote that money off. $42 is not the end of the world, but considering everything else I guess it was par for the course. What started as a great excited experience, was tarnished by horrid communication and a lack of execution. The truck is finally done now after 20 days of me having to push them a long. Truck was in a shop 5 days of the 20. I'm just glad it's done. The body shop did a great job and even paint matched my grill for me since they were already repainting some parts of the bumper. Only reason this is 3 stars and not 2 is because at the end of the day I love my truck. My stepdad is in the market for a Dodge Ram and I had to refer him elsewhere. Hope this review helps as it wasnt all bad, but my experience was not good overall. I try to keep it honest. read more

I would like to first start out by saying that the salesman I had was nice, but the other parts of the experience (finance and the deal itself) were atrocious. Firstly, Finance screwed up on my paperwork pretty badly and had the wrong numbers on the paperwork that I signed. This led me to sign for an interest rate that I did not receive. I found this out later on the paperwork when I went to sign other documents, and after I had already put a down payment on the vehicle. They also make you sign away any right to any "normal" legal recourse with the vehicle, which is something to also keep in mind (super shady).(i.e : They make you sign an arbitration provison, which severely inhibits your rights as a buyer) I also didn't find that out until I had put money on the vehicle. Then, while signing paperwork and after already totally screwing me on a deal, they would not budge at all on an already inflated price. They tried to milk me for all they could get on bs warranties that would've cost me way over 10k+, if it was financed like they were trying to do. Be very careful when you come here and do your research. They also add in some super stupid expensive fees and will definitely get you on a trade-in, too. If you're not financially savvy, you will get screwed easily. Lastly, several days after I bought the vehicle, I started to have major problems with the lift (suspected; waiting for diagnosis/inspection) that THEY had installed while heading to Texas on I-10. (I suspect several issues that I won't go into) Luckily, I had the foresight to immediately call the dealership and turn around back to phoenix to get it looked at, because as soon as I did, the suspected issues with the suspension caused several of my front driver side lugnuts on the rim to completely snap and send me towards a vehicle to the left of me while on a turn. The wheel was barely hanging on by a tread, and I thought I had blown a tire until I was able to get out and assess the damage. However, due to my skills as a driver of trucks and sports cars, I was able to counter steer from hitting that vehicle as well as two others to save myself and others from an accident. I made it to the shoulder by the grace of god. However, 5 minutes later, I was almost hit by an out of control driver that 180'ed, just 10 feet in front of my vehicle while on the shoulder. After all of this, they did not once ask if I was okay, and the larger manager from service was very rude when I pulled up to drop my truck off to have it fixed. Long story short, it is my impression that this shop does not render proper work on their lifts as well as final inspections of work done to their vehicles, so that is also something to consider. PLEASE DO YOUR HW BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS HERE. You can not make this stuff up. If I absolutely didn't want/need this vehicle for work, I would've never done business here due to the inflexibility in pricing/ fees, negotiations, and contract issues. read more

We bought a truck at Lifted Trucks in Glendale Az in July 2020 and it's been a nightmare. They told us they do a 70 point inspection of all their trucks prior to putting them on the lot. Here are several issues we experienced with only a few resolved. *The rear tail lamp assembly fell off the day after we bought the truck, while we were driving on a paved road. We realized the tail lamp had 2 missing screws that were supposed to hold it in place. After falling, the assembly was scratched and pieces chipped off, not to mention the scratches I now have on my painted bumper from it falling off. *There was no window washer fluid in the truck so I put the fluid in myself. The hoses weren't connected to the windshield sprayers so the fluid sprayed the inside the engine compartment and down each front fender. (Remember the 70 point inspection. *One of the ram boxes painted panels was only half attached and flopped in the wind when driving. *It took the finance person 3 tries to get the paperwork right and in the end it was still incorrect. *The finance person continually blaming the salesman for the mistakes, in front of me. *The wrong address was listed on loan docs after I stated it to the finance person several times. *When I received a call from the lender to sign the loan docs, the finance department listed my trade in as the truck I was purchasing and of course they had the wrong address for us. Ya, the paperwork had to be corrected again. *They also wanted to sell us a 5 year warranty for $10,000. They told us it's hard to get a warranty on a lifted truck. We got the same warranty bumper to bumper at a local dealership, 6 years for $3800. *Also, I had a guy who wanted to buy my truck I was trading in so I had him meet me at the dealership. This place raised the price $15,000 from what I traded it in for! I understand they need to make some money but $15,000?! This shows how much they raise their prices. I posted the above review back in July after going back-and-forth with the dealership numerous times. They asked me to please take it down and give them a chance to make it right, so I did. When they ask this of a person, they should make the proper repairs. I gave them 6 months to fix what they promised and not only did they not follow through, they failed to contact me again. In the last several months that I've been waiting to hear from them, we've learned the front shocks were blown and covered with oil. I replaced the shocks to avoid having to lose my truck for a long period of time and to avoid poor work on my truck and possibly more damage. I also learned the diesel filters had not been replaced by the dealership as they told me they had. Lastly, after 6 months of owning the truck, the turbo is failing. My experience with this lifted truck dealership has been much less than pleasant. read more

My and my wife went to Lifted Trucks to trade in our SUV with a Pick up truck. KEITH ( Sales man) was the guy that wanted to sell us a truck. First off all he said he found a truck for us with 60k. He sent it to us pictures so we can go and see it. When we got there he said the truck is 69k. ( oopps 9k more ) . We accepted like that too. He said he is going to give us 47k on our trade in and with differences and every taxes at the final price 62k with payments for 60 months. The second day when Maggie ( sales woman) showed us the real numbers the trade in was 39k and the final price 77k. Obviously i was frustrated and I didn't feel good. After talking with Maggie and trying to explain her what Keith showed me the day before the manager ( Eugen )came out very arrogant with attitude and said he does not accept me to talk over his employees and he didn't even let me explain what Keith did to me. And then he said he is going to call the cops if we don't leave. So after you being lied you can't say anything. You accept or they will kick you out. After everything keith made us work with a different worker Maggie because he didnt want to look in our eyes and admit he lied so i sent him a message but all he sent was a thumbs up! This is how Lifted Truck treat their customers. They lie a lot + their prices are very high . I will never recommend this Dealer. This dealer is the worst dealer I ever dealt with. Don't go there. They want to cover their lies thats what they do and when you tell them they lied they are always right! Be careful!!!!! read more

The lack of customer service sending me back and fourth to two locations just so they can hang up on you.it's just good service when you buy but after that you no longer receive the same. I bought a truck and less than a year the the main support comes off the frame for them that's normal they don't seem to care at all. I would not recommend anyone here if they would've spent at least 5 minutes on the phone to address this situation I would be satisfied. I should've known not to rely on this truck when i drove it off the lot and had a noise. As you can see it's been welded before but yet it passed inspection if I would've know I wouldn't rely on safety. I wrote a review before but it seems to have disappeared. My complaint is the us a a DP cleaning fee that is $895 that they say is on every truck. I was not ever told of this fee and only told they were taking $895 off of the price. Well that did not happen and they only removed this fake cleaning fee. I called another dealer and they said DrivePur cleaning is just a fogging of the truck to kill germs and it cost $100. It is a trade marked business and Lifted Trucks is using it as a trick to make you think they are lowering the price. BEWARE of this . They will just label it DP on hand written paper and tell you they are lowering the price. Not good karma for this Family Owned business that cares about their customers. Shame. read more

Where do I even begin? Well, I suppose the beginning is as good a place as any. My husband and I realized that it was time for us to start looking for a second vehicle. We began our search online to eliminate hours of driving to various dealerships, walking around in the hot Arizona sun, and being bombarded by pushy salesman. We found several vehicles we liked including a Jeep on LiftedTrucks.com that didn't show a price. Honestly, this almost turned us off completely because I don't like being forced to deal with sales people before I have even had time to weigh my options. The ONLY reason I filled out the online inquiry for pricing is because this Jeep appeared to have all of the options we would want in a Jeep, and some of the other vehicles did not. I sent in the request (and honestly, I put the wrong phone number for fear of being blown up by sales calls), and I promptly received a full description sheet with pricing from a Mike and then shortly after, a follow up email from a manager just giving me all the contact info we would need and making sure we received the price sheet. I replied to the manager and told him we just started looking and were not ready to buy, but if/when we were ready, we would contact them. A day or two later, we found ourselves down the street from the dealership, so decided to drive over just to see if the Jeep was still there. A very nice young man greeted us as soon as we got out of our car, and we told him we were just looking and had already had contact with salesman online. He sent out the "Mike" who had sent the first email (coincidence yes, but a happy one). We told him we wanted to wander, and he left us alone while we browsed - which was AWESOME! He did stay within eye view, and when we were ready to ask questions, he was right there for us. We test drove 3 different vehicles, and poor Mike had no problem being crammed into the back of Jeeps with no seats on a 100 degree day :) He didn't freak out when we switched drivers and I (a short little female who hasn't driven in several months) got behind the wheel of a giant, lifted pickup - and I thought, man, this guy has nerves of steel! He even let me test the climbing power of one of the Jeeps and let me drive over a curb in the dealership! Now came the negotiations and my most dreaded part, so I let my husband take over. Inside the air conditioned showroom, we cooled off and my darling husband began the salesman dance. To my surprise, it was much easier and more straightforward then any dealership I have ever been to! Mike (and his manager Cameron) went over multiple scenarios and options with us with all 3 vehicles. We discussed whether or not we should trade in a vehicle, put money down, add warranties - you name it, it was discussed. These 2 guys (Mike & Cameron) patiently and efficiently listened to all of our questions, scenarios, thoughts, fears, etc for hours! Yes, we are those pain in the butt people who will not make a decision without all of the facts. But this didn't affect them one bit. They both sat with us just as friendly as the moment we stepped out of our car, and they actually listened to us and honestly answered each concern. We were so undecided, that we even went out and test drove one of the Jeeps a second time! FINALLY...we came to our decision. The only logical option was to trade in our original vehicle and buy both the Jeep and the Ford F150 that we fell in love with! That's right, we stopped by this dealership with absolutely NO intention to buy anything, just to see the quality of the vehicles and see if we could tolerate the salesman, and we left with 2 new (well used, but new to us) vehicles!!! This dealership is pristine! The company lies a lot, drives from Chicago 24 hours to make a purchase. When it arrives try to buy a different one. with a donw payment of 25 k. but in the end they did not give any results and they kept the 1000 that they ask for in advance. I told them that they had to return the thousand dollars to me because it was not my fault that I did not buy the truck and they refused even though I drove 24 hours and paid for two hotel days. Truck I bought is a great truck but the management department is rude and I would not recommend them at all. I bought my truck over 3 months ago and still have not received the plates and Registration on my truck and all they can tell me is don't drive till you get them! Beyond disappointed with the lack of communication with them and the manager of the finance department has not been any help not us she gave me any information about it. She told me to call the DMV because it's them that is backed up. I called the DMV and they told me I need to contact the dealership I bought the vehicle from. Like I said the truck is great I have no problems with the vehicle. I would just not recommend going there due to the customer service. read more

They have some nice vehicles, but I wouldn't buy one from them again. We bought a wrangler from them & when I first called about it they talked it up really well, but when we started asking questions about the vehicle, they were clueless. The salesman told us it had a 6" lift when it was 3.5", said it has 37" tires, it had 33's & when we started asking what was what under the hood he was clueless. We made an appointment to check it out & when we got there another couple was looking the vehicle & would've purchased if their financing didn't fall through. We were livid, what was the point of making an appointment? When that was over with, we took the Jeep on a test drive, every time I stopped at a light or stop sign the AC would cut off & the temp gauge would go up to 3/4, clearly something was wrong, but he kept saying "It's a Jeep! They just run hot!" Yes jeeps run hot, but not when you're driving it on a road with no incline, come on. I purchased the vehicle, took it home & of course it started over heating so it had to be towed back. They fixed the issue & I had to go back to the dealer to pick it up, just unnecessary. Yes they took care of the issue for free, no questions, but I don't live down the street from them. Also, if you're purchasing a used vehicle from them, they won't touch it. They only touch the brand new ones so you have to hope the previous owner took good care of it. I don't recommend the dealer to anybody & I never will. read more

Read the entire review (including previous) because what you will find is that throughout this process of buying a truck from Lifted Trucks they have provided stellar customer service. If you need a truck come see these guys. The recent interaction with Lifted Trucks has been awesome. Both Blake and Key from the Arrowhead store have constantly communicated with me while the truck was being looked at for an electrical issue. The issue is a known problem with some of the 2015 models. I had to take it back twice to the Bell Road store, where Kerry coordinated the maintenance with the Ford dealership. The first time they fixed some stuff but the problem being intermittent came back, after I picked it up. Ford techs didn't see it until the second time I took it back. Electrical gremlins are a real pain. Kerry called me, so excited to tell me it duplicated the problem at the Ford dealership. I got the truck back yesterday and so far so good. Kerry is a jewel and frankly just a super cool lady. Blake has offered to pay for the cost of my rental and make the whole thing "right". From my interactions with Blake and what I have heard he is a stand up guy, willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers get the best truck and service, better than any other dealership. Key has also been tremendously helpful in coordinating and communicating and strikes me as a real up front guy, no BS. I appreciate that coming from the military. Again, I can't restate it strongly enough. If you want an awesome truck, with low pressure sales (theres always some haggling), and incredible after purchase support/follow up you have to stop in and see these guys. read more

Not that the truck was over priced but I went after the diamond. Everyone was super friendly even the sales manger. Just came down he told me where he was at and I told him where I needed to be.
