    Purchased a Black Willys on 37s from Mr Green and Keith in late December. Sent them an email in the morning, drove up and the jeep was at the front door. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with. Took a long test drive and no one complained. Keith was a straight shooter with the numbers even took a few more bucks off to "Move Some Metal". After a few months still no issues with the jeep. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

    **Updated Review** The manager of the location personally called me regarding my experience. He showed compassion for my situation as well as frustration for what occurred beyond the initial sales process. I want to be clear that I again had no issues with Sal (my sales person) and Kei (my sales manager). The things they could control were controlled. They have done right by me to correct some of the issues I described below. Although I was not pleased with the communication of the body shop, I will say again the quality of work was impeccable. I have updated my review score based on dealership leadership contacting me to make it right. So I really was going between a 2 star and a 3 star on this one. The Good: Sal was a good salesman. He was patient with me and when his lot had very little selection, he continued to encourage my wife and I to go to their main lot to see some trucks there. I ended up finding quite literally the perfect truck for me. I did not want a big lift, so I was able to find a truck that had not been processed yet or touched. I ended up agreeing to buy that truck. They got me out of my daily driver Honda that was pretty far upside down. He never pushed anything on us and again was very patient. Jackie in finance was also great. She was very friendly and patient. I had to go back to the dealership multiple times unfortunately and at one point she drove out to me because she felt bad. She ended up becoming the point person for me when I was not getting answers. I appreciate Sal and Jackie. The Bad: Bait and switched. I agreed to terms. My wife and I signed the contracts. Because the truck was on the backlot they asked to keep it so it could be processed and gone through. No big deal. 2 days later I'm calling asking where my truck is. They were going to potentially need a 3rd day. Yet they rushed me to switch my insurance to the truck asap yet I was still driving my Honda. Finally after pressure, miraculously my truck was ready an hour later. The grill had vinyl wrap on it. I told them nobody wraps a black grill, black. I was concerned something was wrong with the grill. I told them I'll have my detail guy un wrap it and they told me if it was damaged, they would fix it. Well sure enough, the grill was all sanded and ruined. They said they would fix it when the deal funded. At this point I had the truck about a week in total. I get a call from another finance manager saying he had great news that my interest rate lowered and my payment dropped. I needed to go back to the dealership and re-sign. So we did. Few days later I get a call from the bank and my Extended Warrantt and GAP had been removed. Called up the dealership. They were very apologetic and said they would make it right. They half way made it right but not completely. At this point I just wanted to move forward. We are nearly 2 weeks in and my grill still isnt fixed. Finally after I was calling/texting nearly daily, I get my appt for my grill. Supposed to take 2 days. Drop it off a Tuesday morning. Call Wednesday to see what time to pick it up Thursday. Guy says they got a late start and it MIGHT be done Thursday by end of day. I told him i can pick it up Friday morning if that helps. He is appreciative and tells me he will call me by 3:30pm Thursday to get me an exact morning time Friday. 4:30pm Thursday comes around, no call. Nobody is available. I had to call first thing Friday morning. Truck was done thank goodness. Go pick up my truck and my AMERICAN flag magnetic decals are missing. They were on my fenders, so zero reason to be touched. They cant find them anywhere and tell me to submit a receipt and they will cut me a check. Send that manager Bill Murphey a receipt within minutes. 3 days later no response. I email him again, he says he forwarded it to the Glendale location to cut me a check. What? Glendale didnt lose them, why would they reimburse me? Either way I wrote that money off. $42 is not the end of the world, but considering everything else I guess it was par for the course. What started as a great excited experience, was tarnished by horrid communication and a lack of execution. The truck is finally done now after 20 days of me having to push them a long. Truck was in a shop 5 days of the 20. I'm just glad it's done. The body shop did a great job and even paint matched my grill for me since they were already repainting some parts of the bumper. Only reason this is 3 stars and not 2 is because at the end of the day I love my truck. My stepdad is in the market for a Dodge Ram and I had to refer him elsewhere. Hope this review helps as it wasnt all bad, but my experience was not good overall. I try to keep it honest.

    I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and looked at the trucks online. Found one a few that I loved, and when contacted Lifted Trucks, I spoke to a JOSIAH ROMERO. He made everything run soo smoothly and answered all my questions. That being said because of his amazing help my family and I drove 4 1/2 hours to meet Josiah and get our new addition to the family. We love the service he gave us, if there's anyone you should be going to when it comes to getting a dream truck. Hats off to JOSIAH ROMERO and MORGAN for making it happen!

    Proof of the lies

    My and my wife went to Lifted Trucks to trade in our SUV with a Pick up truck. KEITH ( Sales man) was the guy that wanted to sell us a truck. First off all he said he found a truck for us with 60k. He sent it to us pictures so we can go and see it. When we got there he said the truck is 69k. ( oopps 9k more ) . We accepted like that too. He said he is going to give us 47k on our trade in and with differences and every taxes at the final price 62k with payments for 60 months. The second day when Maggie ( sales woman) showed us the real numbers the trade in was 39k and the final price 77k. Obviously i was frustrated and I didn't feel good. After talking with Maggie and trying to explain her what Keith showed me the day before the manager ( Eugen )came out very arrogant with attitude and said he does not accept me to talk over his employees and he didn't even let me explain what Keith did to me. And then he said he is going to call the cops if we don't leave. So after you being lied you can't say anything. You accept or they will kick you out. After everything keith made us work with a different worker Maggie because he didnt want to look in our eyes and admit he lied so i sent him a message but all he sent was a thumbs up! This is how Lifted Truck treat their customers. They lie a lot + their prices are very high . I will never recommend this Dealer. This dealer is the worst dealer I ever dealt with. Don't go there. They want to cover their lies thats what they do and when you tell them they lied they are always right! Be careful!!!!!

    I am updating my review & not deleting & putting a new review because we can't erase what happened. I still went through it & shouldn't have. Lance Zajcew reached out to me to try & makes things right. Obviously what happened happened & there is no going back on it. So he gave me a gift card to my favorite restaurant & offered to take care of any lates fees/if any. He apologized for what happened & agreed that they should of handled it better. I do also want to point out that Maggie is amazing & in no way had anything to do with the mess up.

    Let's start off with the fact that I've never wrote a review before I took the time to make a profile just for this experience. The lack of customer service sending me back and fourth to two locations just so they can hang up on you.it's just good service when you buy but after that you no longer receive the same. I bought a truck and less than a year the the main support comes off the frame for them that's normal they don't seem to care at all. I would not recommend anyone here if they would've spent at least 5 minutes on the phone to address this situation I would be satisfied. I should've known not to rely on this truck when i drove it off the lot and had a noise. As you can see it's been welded before but yet it passed inspection if I would've know I wouldn't rely on safety. Ofcourse I'll receive a response to this just to make them look like they give a sh**.

They aren't a normal car lot... and if you understand business and the costs associated with it all you'll get it once you see their offerings. We were able to get a reliable car for our teenage son at just the right price. It didn't need any mechanical work done, and when we took it to get new tires it was verified that the suspension and brakes were both in great shape (hard to check those otherwise). Bonus: the picture of the car online actually matched what the car looked like in person. No "from this angle you can't see the huge scratch down the side of the entire car" shots. What you see is what you get. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. (That would be a brokering deal, which they also do!)

He knew a lot about the car, showed us the Car Fax report, was completely transparent about everything. We were shopping on a Saturday night and he delivered the car to us on Sunday with a full tank of gas. We will go back to Cody and Nelson's for future used cars. They are a no negotiation dealer, and have a few high price add-ons that they push including a high document fee and a cleaning and prep charge . We decided to buy and that's when problems started. Either the staff isn't well trained in using the computer program, or the program isn't a good one. Firstly, the contract was written up for the wrong car but with the right VIN. Then it took two hours to get a corrected copy. Then they put the wrong name on the receipt for the deposit. When we came back the next day with the funding, a small scuff on the car hadn't been buffed out as promised, so there was another wait. Would I buy from them again? I probably would give them a chance again. All in all, even the ridiculous no choice charge for what is basically a Scotchgard treatment, we saved between $2500-$3000.

Go anywhere else but here to buy a car. Also, why so many workers standing around in the lobby but I have to wait hours every time I have to come down there even when I have an appointment after checking in. Ridiculous.

My first visit was for a turn signal issue that wouldn't cancel properly. That repair took almost a week. The issue came back and got worse, and by the third visit the turn signal failed completely -- which also disabled Super Cruise. I provided screenshots and error messages, and the repair still took nearly two weeks. The biggest problem was the communication. I barely received updates, even after multiple follow-ups. I eventually had to escalate through the call center just to get someone to call me back. When they finally did, they told me the car had already been ready. No one contacted me. When I picked the car up, it wasn't charged or cleaned after sitting there for weeks. As an EV driver, I had already spent extra money on gas for the rental they put me in, all while paying my monthly lease for a car I couldn't use. A small gesture of care would've gone a long way, but there was nothing. For contrast: I had a tire issue handled at Courtesy Chevrolet and they diagnosed and fixed it quickly at no cost. That one visit was smoother than all my service experiences at AutoNation combined. I really wanted to give AutoNation Chevy Arrowhead a fair chance, but the lack of communication, the long downtime, and the lack of basic consideration for the customer's inconvenience have completely pushed me away from returning for any future service or purchases.

Along with 1 star ratings on Google, dealer rater, and anywhere else they are listed. After demanding they stop, Jay sends me an email again saying he will continue to contact me via phone and email. I also never provided my email to them, they only have my number, so I did not give consent to email me nor do I know how they got my email in the first place. Terrible business practice. I'm going to find anything they are doing to us that is non compliant regarding leads. Even if what they are doing to us turns out to be compliant, it's ethically wrong. I'll never recommend this dealership. I look forward to sharing this experience on the above mentioned sites, bimmer forums, and I especially look forward to escalating my complaints for a final resolution.
