We asked to see a Porsche 911, and she walked us outside to the vehicle. At no point did she offer a test drive or show any enthusiasm in helping us. We had to ask about the keys ourselves, and she claimed she had left them inside. The interaction felt like she wanted to do the bare minimum. I also asked about the Porsche Macan SUVs because I was interested in learning more about them. Every question I asked was met with short, one-word answers as if we were inconveniencing her simply by asking questions. We never felt welcomed, valued, or treated like serious customers. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customer service is still part of the job. Unfortunately, the way we were treated left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a dark-skinned couple, we couldn't help but leave wondering whether our appearance influenced the way we were treated. I can't say that was the reason, but it certainly felt that way based on the complete lack of courtesy, enthusiasm, and professionalism we experienced. We came in excited to learn more about Porsche and potentially make a purchase. Instead, we left feeling dismissed and judged. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are or what they look like. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Valerie Burks. Well this time, I am extremely happy to say I had an outstanding "customer experience" at MINI NORTH SCOTTSDALE. Oddly, the convertible top on my red JCW MINI would not open. I have happily owned and consistently driven nothing but MINI(s) for over 2 decades; NEVER had any issues with the convertible tops ever "breaking." (Thank God!) Anyway, the manager ("Josh" and "Ryan" MINI advisor) LISTENED to my grievance, and very ethically made an astute business decision to fix the convertible top as a "Loyal Customer courtesy." Despite multiple requests and a specific deadline, no signed writing, email, text message, or other document has been produced showing that I declined a rescission or refund. The dealership has produced communications showing that an offer was discussed. I do not dispute that discussions occurred. However, discussions are not the same as a written rejection. Their own exhibits consist of an email offering repair or a refund and a text asking me to call regarding the repair status. Neither document contains any written acceptance or rejection by me, nor do they constitute a waiver or release of my rights. The dealership also states that I waited approximately eleven months to complain. That is inaccurate. I raised concerns shortly after purchasing the vehicle, continued communicating with the dealership regarding repairs, and made repeated attempts to resolve the matter before filing formal complaints. My communications, service records, and subsequent Mercedes-Benz case demonstrate that this has been an ongoing dispute

Mark took ownership of the situation immediately, and Cameron from the service center scheduled the repair at no cost and sent Nate to pick up my car and deliver it back to my house fixed.
