They are a no negotiation dealer, and have a few high price add-ons that they push including a high document fee and a cleaning and prep charge . We decided to buy and that's when problems started. Either the staff isn't well trained in using the computer program, or the program isn't a good one. Firstly, the contract was written up for the wrong car but with the right VIN. Then it took two hours to get a corrected copy. Then they put the wrong name on the receipt for the deposit. When we came back the next day with the funding, a small scuff on the car hadn't been buffed out as promised, so there was another wait. Would I buy from them again? I probably would give them a chance again. All in all, even the ridiculous no choice charge for what is basically a Scotchgard treatment, we saved between $2500-$3000.

We gave a deposit so they could save the car for us while they replaced the cats. Took them multiple days to "replace" the cats, and when we picked up the car, the check engine light was off. It came back on before we even got home. Turns out they lied and never changed the cats, instead they spent the time clearing the check engine light so they could sell. Ultimately they admitted they didn't do the work and offered to install the cats after all but we chose to do it ourselves to avoid any further back and forth. They gave us a pair of cats, but neither of them was the one that actually needed replacing, so we still had to go out and buy it ourselves. All in all we went to the dealership 3-4 times trying to get this resolved. Huge headache, would not recommend

I was very leary of purchasing pre-owned as I have heard so many horror car buying stories of shady salesman, selling faulty vehicles and lacking clarity about the true vehicle condition, so I started my research. It took me close to a month of research, before I found a preowned dealership that still honored integrity. I knew the cars I was interested in and found my way to Goldie's. I was working with another dealership, as I had been pre-approved, but let me tell you what made the difference.. the service at Goldie's ! Through text and email, John, my sales-friend, (I call him) was so relatable and communicative. Walking in I have to admit is pretty cool, in the show room they had a old school IMMACULATE Corvette, a skew ball machine, and arcade games it felt unlike any other dealership I had walked in. The owners son greeted me and asked if I needed anything and to let him know if I did! He was the sweetest teenager. When they say Goldie's is a family business they really mean it ! I was working with John and let me tell you he was so transparent and honest it was like a breath of fresh air. I had considered other vehicles they had but he talked me through the maintenance cost, resale value and common mechanical issues each of the cars I had considered. Once I settled on a vehicle he was able to check for me the maintenance records as well as reviewed the carfax report with me. When I took the car for a test drive he told me to take my time get to know the car and make sure it was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase. I was having a horrible time in dealing with the insurance payout of my previous vehicle and John was very empathetic in understanding my situation. He had set expectations before I came that with the insurance payout being delayed I may not be able to take the vehicle the vehicle home. I was thrilled with the no pressure atmosphere, and just came to take a look at the vehicle in person, with zero expectation to buy. John and his manager worked magic. I did in fact decide to purchase my vehicle and was able to take it home, there is a small cosmetic issue that I requested to have repaired and he called immediately and got the approval to get it taken care of. I'll be returning later this week to have that completed. I'll keep you guys posted after the service appointment. I had a great experience and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and, I felt like my business was valued, my concerns were heard and they've made a lifelong customer out of me ! They are also well built and reliable. Now the bad- the experience after the sale was horrific. The car was delivered filthy, and not charged. Not a good look. I also have not received any communication from the "owner advisor". Nothing..... I will say that I do understand that Tesla is no pressure when it comes to sales, but this was sub par on many levels. Thankfully for Tesla, the car sells itself.

Every question you ask is met with a lack of interest or an inconvenient remark. Our vehicle needed a replacement part. Service center had the part in stock. Instead they wanted us to order the part online! Refused to let us speak with the tech and wanted us to reach out through the Tesla app to chat in. Lucky for us we were able to find the aftermarket part somewhere else that same morning and got our vehicle serviced asap. No thanks to Tesla though!
