My first visit was for a turn signal issue that wouldn't cancel properly. That repair took almost a week. The issue came back and got worse, and by the third visit the turn signal failed completely -- which also disabled Super Cruise. I provided screenshots and error messages, and the repair still took nearly two weeks. The biggest problem was the communication. I barely received updates, even after multiple follow-ups. I eventually had to escalate through the call center just to get someone to call me back. When they finally did, they told me the car had already been ready. No one contacted me. When I picked the car up, it wasn't charged or cleaned after sitting there for weeks. As an EV driver, I had already spent extra money on gas for the rental they put me in, all while paying my monthly lease for a car I couldn't use. A small gesture of care would've gone a long way, but there was nothing. For contrast: I had a tire issue handled at Courtesy Chevrolet and they diagnosed and fixed it quickly at no cost. That one visit was smoother than all my service experiences at AutoNation combined. I really wanted to give AutoNation Chevy Arrowhead a fair chance, but the lack of communication, the long downtime, and the lack of basic consideration for the customer's inconvenience have completely pushed me away from returning for any future service or purchases.

That's where I step into the picture because if you're willing to put $100 into detailing your car, before you sell it, it will look much more appealing. I may not be perfect in everything I do, but I can absolutely make any car look better. That said, I walked into this dealer looking for anything for transportation. I didn't care if it was 20 yrs. old I had to prove myself and bust my ass, and try to convenience these owners that I have some special skills and know all the tricks and more. So I offered that same quality of service at half the current rate. I took a gamble, I.m glad to do it at half price because at the end of the day not only do I develop a good working relationship with the dealer, but also with each customer who drives off in a newly purchased vehicle. In all honesty, this dealer is kind and caring. The level of transparency is evident in how they treat their customers. I see how they are behind closed doors and this is the ONLY auto dealer I've ever met and worked for that doesn't try to sell you a pile of shit !!! If you want a halfway decent car and you want the entire history on the vehicle you're interested in or looking to buy, Give these guys 10 Minutes and they'll give you the truth and a hell of a deal.

While it was inconvenient to have to come back another day, John handled the situation the right way. He was genuinely apologetic, took full accountability, and made sure it was addressed without hesitation. That kind of ownership goes a long way. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters--and in this case, they showed professionalism and care. I left feeling respected and taken care of. I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

    Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional experience…read more We had our car towed to this dealership for diagnostics due to a strong fuel smell while driving. After they identified the issue as a fuel pump problem, the service advisor called to let us know the diagnostics were complete. We chose not to move forward with repairs and had the car towed back home. When the car arrived, the backseat had been placed on top of everything, so it wasn't immediately obvious that nothing had been put back together properly. About a week later, my husband went to move the car. He turned it on, and the fuel smell increased drastically. After shutting it off and looking closer, he realized the backseat had just been laid on top of loose components and everything underneath was disconnected and out of place. Gas had sprayed all over the bottom of the back seat because the fuel pump had been left exposed with the seal off. They also failed to reinstall any of the filters they removed, and the master cylinder brake reservoir was left open. This level of carelessness is beyond unsafe. When we called, the dealership offered to refund the diagnostic fee, but that doesn't begin to cover the cost of the deep cleaning we now have to pay for to remove the fuel smell. We have a 5-week-old baby, and we can't even drive the car, even after repairs, until it's professionally detailed and safe. This entire situation is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of professionalism and regard for customer safety. I would never trust them with a vehicle again.
