They aren't a normal car lot... and if you understand business and the costs associated with it all you'll get it once you see their offerings. We were able to get a reliable car for our teenage son at just the right price. It didn't need any mechanical work done, and when we took it to get new tires it was verified that the suspension and brakes were both in great shape (hard to check those otherwise). Bonus: the picture of the car online actually matched what the car looked like in person. No "from this angle you can't see the huge scratch down the side of the entire car" shots. What you see is what you get. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. (That would be a brokering deal, which they also do!)

BEWARE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!…read more I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter and first eyebrow raise was a $8,000 car being sold for a total of $18,000 with financing for 4 years. Crazy APR for an old beat up 100,000 mile Nissan. I lifted the hood to find the battery corroded from water damage, very dirty under the hood overall, and not to mention the breaks were very squeaky plus low-tire pressure light came on during the test drive. Another thing I noticed while getting information down in the office was there were two separate people coming in to complain about the vehicle they bought having mechanical issues. I brought this up to the sales associate and he stated they have a 30-day warranty on all vehicles. Only 30 days?!? When the usual warranty should be 6-months to even a couple years. Very fishy auto company, only recommend to buy if you want to do charity work and end up with a vehicle that'll last one trip to a corner store before blowing up on you.

(Still driving it daily) Other than gas, tires & oil changes, it hasn't skipped a beat. I work it pretty hard too carrying a ton of hay each week. My wife had been wanting a Dodge Challenger. So back in late 2019, early 2020, Bob had a nice one at a very good price. We made a deal and they even delivered it to my house! In 2020 we moved a couple hundred miles away. The roads here are horrible in the winter and my wife is destroying that beautiful car... so I talked her into a Jeep Wrangler. Bob had several. She picked out the color she wanted & again, it was delivered! They even serviced it and put new tires all the way around AFTER we bought it. I didn't ask for that. After seeing it in person & driving it, I was so impressed that I wanted one for myself! Days later, I called Bob on the phone & we made a deal on a second one. It will be here late next week. Like all the others, I expect it will be better than described. To be honest I don't need the 2nd Jeep. I just want it because it's perfect and I can't pass up a great deal. I can't remember the last time I bought something for myself so I'm overdue. I'm sure I'll enjoy it for many years. Bob might very well be the only honest used car dealer in existence. This dealer is not honest. I went to test a vehicle I saw on Edmunds.com for $3995 however when I…read morearrived, it was listed as $7995. I was told to ignore that, so I asked about having the car checked out by my local mechanic, I was told YES I could do that. Then I was given a story about mechanics saying things are wrong with a vehicle when they are not...suspicious about this pre-story, I didn't test drive the vehicle. Later I looked up the vehicle via the posted VIN number and found out that the car was $1500 on KBB, so I contacted the dealer to discuss the discrepancy. I was told that the VIN number doesn't include various features that drive up the price, they sent me a form stating the value of the vehicle is $7k approximately...the number I was supposed to forget about earlier. I then was told that they paid more for that vehicle than the KBB value, so no deal could be made. I was also told that they looked it up and it was the price they sent me, my information was somehow not correct or not including the special features. In one day they lied and attempted a "bait n switch". UNTRUE STATEMENTS: 1.) The VIN doesn't include all features for that exact vehicle 2.) My mechanic may exaggerate the issues with the vehicle 3.) KBB price is inaccurate, their personal KBB program is the only accurate source
