Took it back and they said they found nothing wrong so I have to pick it up and try again instead of them testing the problem. They wouldn't add gas to see the actual problem. Picked it up, took it to a gas station and it did the same thing. I moved it around a little and tried again and gas would flow but there's obviously an issue that they don't care to fix. Go anywhere else but here to buy a car. Also, why so many workers standing around in the lobby but I have to wait hours every time I have to come down there even when I have an appointment after checking in. Ridiculous.

This car is already a nightmare and I will be sure to get "someone" involved in this situation if I have to. We haven't even owned the car for 6 months! The radiator happened one week before taking a road trip, so we had to rent a car. So that's another expense on top of the $2500 service. I would never buy another car here. Don't let them sweet talk you into buying their junk cars.

I've actually had this car for over a year now and it's as perfect as the day I bought it. His warranties seem different also. Example - I took it in for an oil change. It didn't need any mechanical work done, and when we took it to get new tires it was verified that the suspension and brakes were both in great shape (hard to check those otherwise). Bonus: the picture of the car online actually matched what the car looked like in person. No "from this angle you can't see the huge scratch down the side of the entire car" shots. What you see is what you get. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. (That would be a brokering deal, which they also do!)

The #one reason i would not return to this dealership is because of Tabitha Carrillo. She is rude, unthoughtful & unapologetic. I provided precise details for the mgr. Sure they mentioned that they couldn't run my truck through the wash, but they decided to wipe my entire BLACK truck with a dirty rag after wetting it and only partially wiping it down. His response was, "yup, they should not have done this..it looks awful." 3. When I questioned the $110 oil change, they sold me on this because it included checking fluids, rotating tires, setting the PSI, and a safety check....this is laughable. I'm not sure that my tires were rotated, but I know for sure the tire pressure wasn't set. There was a 10 pound differential in air pressure, and no 2 were alike. As far as the wash, well...... NEVER AGAIN.
