So this morning I went to get my full synthetic oil change and as well get the feel of the new owners. One word. AMAZING!! read more

Automotive Dynamics - Coupon - Auto Repair Near Me - Sun City, Arizona

Went in for an oil change. I was able to wait while they changed my oil. Fair price and everyone was very nice.....

Everything about this company is outstanding especially quality & value of service. Customer service is awesome!

Best place I've found for HONEST straight forward auto repair! No commission people pushing services on you. They have kept our 2010 Honda running and feeling like it's brand new! I love that they do NOT try to upsell you every time we come in, they just do the service we request. When ASKED for any additional recommendations those they make seem sensible, (e.g. your hoses are 14 years old, they are the original equipment, we recommend you replace them, here is the price. Have never experienced this level of integrity with car repair before. It is refreshing! read more

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Automotive Dynamics after years of dealership service woes and difficulty finding a reliable alternative. We've found it in Automotive Dynamics. These guys are tops. They are honest, reliable, prompt and very reasonable in their pricing. Another thing that I like is that they tell you what they find on their inspection without trying to sell you on shockingly priced "other needs." One cannot go wrong with this place. read more

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and routine maintenance as well as to have a side mirror replaced. Great service and reasonable prices. I trust them completely!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing service or repairs. I will never take my car to a dealership again--they are always overpriced!! read more

They have established their credibility by repairing my 1954 Impala and 1962 Sjylark. Repairs are always priced fairly and they get the job done. read more

Been coming here for years and they do a superb job of getting me in and out. They are honest and reliable. They don't try to put anything in my car that shouldn't be there. They always tell me first what is needed read more

Had previously vetted this shop via a Mark Salem endorsement. Pulled in with a critical -- potentially catastrophic -- electrical issue. They worked me in around the other jobs they had going. Initial charge to pull it in and analyze the problem was $150. About two hours under the hood later only cost an addition $100, substantially less than what I feared it could run. So I definitely feel I got good service at a fair price. read more

Had my car repaired after accident at their sister store Fix Auto which is apparently a franchise, but these guys own it on Santa Fe in Sun City. I even had them fix not accident related damage to the car out of my pocket and very reasonable prices. Anyway, nothing but good experience. Marc Britton was strength and to the point, gave me my options, dealt with what I wanted rapidly, timely and I just felt a sense of honesty. Not much fluff, just felt good that they were being straight with me. Not the usual feel you can feel at an auto repair place, where they are trying to rip you off, or (worse to me) only fix what I know about and don't inform me of other issues. Just the right balance and both places seem to work with a true code of personal ethics that shows. At pick up with Kevin Breit on Saturday, felt the same service and sense of integrity. And the nice bonus very reasonable prices, that in this world is unique! read more

So I'm sitting in this waiting room surrounded by Seniors (over 50 club). A good sign that this place is every bit what the reviews say it is. I spoke up and asked "Ok guys I'm new here can I trust taking my car here"? I've learned that when older people have good things to say about something, they are anxious to talk about it. They all said for the most part they wouldn't take there car anywhere else. Now that's the kind of response you wanna hear from a mechanic shop. I have to say they are right. They advertise reasonable service prices in the paper. They have an open waiting area that's not surrounded by walls. I can practically see my vehicle getting worked on while I wait. Who does that you ask? Shops that have nothing to hide. I'll be back with my other vehicles as well. read more

It was my first time getting an oil change here and had a great experience, highly recommend!

I had my shocks and struts done on my Chrysler. They were friendly, knowledgeable, fair priced and done well in a reasonable amount of time. I will be returning for any other automotive needs that arise. read more

Had a problem where the work requested couldn't be completed and they forgot to let me know. They performed work i wasn't happy with to say the least but Mark helped remedy the situation and called back to offer an apology and some of my money back. Really appreciate the reaching out, just sucks I'm still out the 135 dollars originally paid since I'm taking my truck to the dealer to have the service redone how it was originally supposed to have been. read more

Nice people, the thing is I sent a couple emails explaining the issue with the car and even talked to someone the day I had it towed over. They obviously didn't read the emails or listen to ne cause for two days they did diagnostics to find why the check engine light was on. I already knew why the light was on and the codes. I specifically said the check the noise coming from the engine that it sounds like rod knock. Day 3 they start the car and finally hear the noise but instead of figuring it out they tell me I need a new engine and they cant do anything. Beyond irritated read more

A great family owned place that has good service and good prices. I took my vehicle here for the first time and it is so much more convenient than using the dealership. They were honest and didn't try and sell me on things I didn't need. Great prices on the service I asked for. Will use them for all my auto service needs in the future. read more

Spent hundreds of dollars to have my AC fixed on my SUV and it still didn't blow cold afterward. Finally traded the vehicle in and found out it just need a $40 air filter replaced. They dropped the ball and blamed it on the vehicle. read more

Came here because I needed an inexpensive oil change. I keep clming back because of the integrity and quality of service.

Took my truck in for an oil change, transmission service, and tire rotation. First time bringing it in to Automotive Dynamics, and they did a great job. After moving to the area recently, it's always hard to find the right place to get work done. Looks like I found a great shop!! read more

I'm leaving this feedback because of my small experience I was trying to purchase a vehicle here, but unfortunately the communication from the car salesman just wasn't there. I was told to wait for a call back to hear from the bank for an answer on financing, but was never called back. I had to call myself daily for 2 days. By the third day I never got a call or a call back once I left a message. All I asked for was transparency and communication and I got neither. This is not the way you conduct business. Update to reply; Terry never reached out to me. I had to call every single time to get an answer, and last time we spoke I was told he was waiting for another bank to make a decision. He NEVER got back to me and I left him a message in which he did not respond. So please do not say he reached out to me when he never did. read more

We had an issue with my daughters 2004 Jeep Cherokee and Automotive Dynamic did an A+ job repairing the problem. Their GM Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with and kept me updated with the process along the way and worked with the manufacturer to handle a warranty issue. Highly recommend this shop. It is not often you find a shop with integrity but these guys know vehicles and our first class! read more

I see that are some 'iffy' reviews here, but for me it's so far, so good. Best shop I've ever been to. Mark and his crew are honest, reliable, knowledgeable and very competively priced. Ran my car over a median, causing 2 blowouts. A lotta places would have found 'serious front end damage' costing thousands of dollars to fix. But Automotive Dynamics carefully inspected the vehicle and explained each repair or replacement needed. It is my intention to continue using this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone in the world. read more

Excellent customer service! Mark, Tim and the entire crew went above and beyond to making my repairs on my Auto. They picked up, serviced and treated myself and others that referred me with respect and honesty. I recommend Automotive Dynamics to everyone. read more

Marc was very nice and professional but needing AC fixed and not getting anything in return for the $130 dollars kind of sucks ! The quotes on what car needed were what they were ? Can't argue that but if AC refrigerant was very low should have added some to see if compressor clutch would work ? It's possible being low the sensor will not engage clutch ? Same as if it's overfilled or low on pag oil? Maybe? Should have put refrigerant in and seen if this helped ? For 130 bucks could have tried ? Anyway he had his price for compressor and compressor condenser replacement and that's fine ? AC worked prior to last week ? Ac clutch kicks in every now and then ? Should have tried refrigerant? Business seems alright . I might want a little more of a try before spending a boat load of money ? read more

I went for general auto service as recommended by several friends. Was impressed every step of the way. From appt. set up with Marc to finished product they could not have been better. Will definitely keep going back with confidence. As an aside - the whole shop is large, clean and appears well run. The lobby is very clean and pleasant. read more

This business does not Honor their advertised coupons and try to upgrade you to a higher price . Very disrespect full guy there would never let them work on my troy wagon ever. If I could do 0 stars I would read more

Just had an oil change and tire rotation done. Clean shop, was able to make an appointment, fair price and I was out in about an hour. The nicest thing was that they didn't come to me with a laundry list of items I needed to have done. They made a suggestion on one item as I checked out, but no hard sell in the office. read more

What a ripoff business, they charged for transmission fluid changed/washed, 7k miles later I had it checked and it was black. The transmission fluid was never changed!!!! Nothing is wrong w/my transmission if you wonder if I don't know they totally overcharged me. The bill for services done was over $2k and I'm checking now to see if anything else was charged for services they did not perform. read more

Purchased a used vehicle recently. The process was painless, but the delivery wasn't. They kept it for two weeks until I returned a leased car to a different dealership. The interior was detailed, but the exterior was a disaster. The gas tank was bone dry, and it came with only one key. read more

A quality staff, a great owner and extremely impressive work makes this a place I can easily recommend to anybody. They had my Lexus looking brand new again. Couldn't have asked for a better job read more

Recently, my 86-yr old mom was going to buy a new car, then decided to just have the body fixed on her 2004 Saturn Vue, and have it painted a different color (from silver to metallic teal) to make it LOOK new. She felt safe choosing Automotive Dynamics (now a trusted facility in the Fix Auto network) because they have been in business for 34 yrs in the same location, are A+ rated with the BBB and are AAA Approved... she was so happy she almost cried when she picked up the car... they did a FANTASTIC job! The standard of workmanship is factory-quality and nothing short of amazing! They detailed it thoroughly and even replaced the worn out windshield wiper blades... It looks, feels and smells like a new car! The staff makes you feel like family, the process is seamless and the work they perform is perfect... what more could you ask for? read more

I can't say enough great things about Automotive Dynamics. I have had so many poor experiences from car service/repair shops that I had pretty much given up hope until I was referred here. Always a fair price, beyond knowledgeable staff, and they have never tried to sell me something I don't really need. I've worked with Grant on multiple occasions and now go out of my to ask for him any time I need service or work done on my vehicles. You wont regret choosing them next time you need car repairs done!!! read more

Another excellent automotive experience with A.D. Did exactly what they said they were going to do and inspected my auto for other wear. No up selling and service with a smile! read more

This is my first ever Yelp review so its unfortunate that it has to be to warn people instead of praising a business for a job well done. My mother brought her car in for service and called me to ask if what she was being told sounded legitimate. This is unusual for her because even though she's a senior, she has her wits about her and is still sharp as a tack. I don't claim to be an auto mechanic by any stretch but she was right to call me because she was facing a $900 estimate on a fairly new, low mileage vehicle. I recommended she bring the car back to the dealer and have their mechanics take a look. She asked them to have the service writer call me directly with what they found. Lo and behold the dealership had a very different story. When I explained she was told she needed $900 worth of repairs he asked me to read him what for so he could make sure his guy hadn't missed anything. He called back 30 minutes later and said he was 100% confident the work Automotive Dynamics said was needed was definitely not. I'm sure they'll write the same canned ham response they seem to write for every negative review they have here about how important customer service is for them and/or they can't find any customer by your name (funny because everyone's name is simply a first name and last letter from what I see) but alas, I'm not looking for anything other than letting people know they might want to seek a second opinion when this business tells you that you need repairs. In my mom's case it saved her $900 (minus the service fee and having to pay another business their service fee for the truth). Very sad that this sort of thing still happens! read more

Great place of business , Keven and mark Were so great on geting my car fixed and very fast . I never had car service like this . Was amazing . The service and price . I've been going to Automotive for a good eight years. I found them after experiencing sticker shock at my dealer for simple oil changes and filters. When a friend of mine was given an $1,100 quote by her dealer for some work on her Toyota Sienna, I suggested she get another quote from Automotive Dynamics. They did the work for her for $800. Their shop is clean and well lit and their lobby is a comfortable, pleasant place. Their workers are loyal long term employees and the business is an honest friendly local establishment. I carry AAA and as an AAA shop, I enjoy a discount. For anything longer than an oil change, they provide free transportation back to my home, and pick me up when the work is done. I recently had a problem with my dashboard media center lights. Together we worked it out that my recently purchased (online) Dashmat didn't come with a hole punched in it for the daylight automatic light sensor--which I couldn't see from inside the car. Eureka! I just punched a hole where it was needed and all is well. They take the time, have the equipment and experience, and charge fair prices as well. read more
