Called to see if I could get transmission fluid for my car and he was able to see me that same day. Fast work and I even asked if he could check my brake pads which he was able to:) the cherry on top is that my key fob or my sensor had been wonky to where I had to press the unlock button multiple times which I mentioned to him when he went to take it for a test drive. If you like unreliable liars then you have found the right place. Took my truck in due to a leaking transmission pan. They recommended that I have a full transmission rebuild to the tune of $2700.00. For this, I don't have an issue. It's a 15 yr. old truck that has a lot of towing miles under it's belt. The issue is after the transmission rebuild and my wallet is a little lighter, I picked up the truck and was told to bring it back after 500 miles for a check up. I returned for the check up with a leaky pan. They re-torqued the bolts thinking this would magically stop the leak. It did not. I called and told Devin that the truck is leaking again and he suggested that I bring it back in. I was told that the pan was removed and re-installed and that the truck did not leak on the rack all night. I picked the truck up, drove it from the shop to my house which is less than two miles, where it sat for two weeks. I noticed fresh transmission fluid underneath the truck and upon inspection, it looked like the pan was STILL LEAKING A LOT. Even more so than when I took it in initially. Guess what? I called Devin again and advised him that my truck pan leaks. He sounded shocked and said that he would order a new pan and call me when it comes in. We last spoke on November 7th and we are now into December. (How long does it take for a new pan to ship?) During this phone call, Devin made it sound like he was calling out to a colleague asking if the new pan had shown up yet. I found this incredibly annoying and it left me feeling like this company is giving me the brush off and like they will never stop my leaky pan. CUSTOMER BEWARE! Stay away from this company because they can't even stop a leak. So, I am left with a leaky transmission pan and am praying that the transmission rebuild actually works. NO ONE I KNOW WILL EVER USE THIS COMPANY. By the way, still waiting for the phone call from Devin which will never come. I NO LONGER TRUST THEM TO TOUCH ANY OF MY VEHICLES EVER AGAIN. read more

I needed to find a transmission company that would help me understand not only what is involved on what do to to see if a car we own has a transmission issue, but more importantly, what are the proper steps. The young lade on the phone was extremely helpful, to the point of helping us save our $$$$ because she did confirm that there are transmission companies that DO the external diagnostic at no charge. Only when the first diagnostic confirms that there are issues, then there is the internal diagnostic, which of course would need to be paid for. Makes sense since the do take the transmission off the car amongst other things. We would have brought our car to that location except we are an hour and so away. As a result, she offered a few more names for me to research and on how to ask the right questions. We found a company that will help us - about a 10 minute drive away. I will say this, if the first customer contact service I received today from their reception/office was outright courteous, informative and so very patient with my questions, and their shop was not that far away, I would have gone there tomorrow. DO NOT GO HERE! I will never take my car back to these fools. I took my car here for the first time on a monday, two weeks ago because my car had just stopped in the middle of bell road but my car was still turned on. Had it towed to these guys. The first time it was 'fixed', Donald said it was a cooler issue, so he replaced them...cool, my car ran well...until exactly a week later, on the next Monday.. my car stopped..AGAIN. took it back, he said it was a valve body issue ..ok, got it fixed. Now TODAY, I finally picked my car up from him he promised that it was fixed...I thought so too, until I was almost to school, and my car stopped AGAIN for the third time! Donald and his team are such fools, and I dont trust them anymore. If you care about your car, do not take it here. Take it elsewhere. I will never go back, nor will I ever reccomend them. My husband and I just moved down to AZ from IL and during the drive down we had transmission problems. Being from IL we always have "a guy" for everything, so I was unsure what to do now in AZ. Good luck trying to get walk in service. There is rarely anyone at the front desk to help and none of the mechanics in the back won't help either. Better to call ahead of time and make sure someone is available at the front desk. I waited there for 20 mins and no one came but as soon as I was about to leave in my car a guy came back went inside and left right after. IF HIS LIPS ARE MOVING HE IS LYING !!!! and here is why. I have a 2016 Versa. I use this car for work. I have around 71000 miles. I bought used. I noticed the transmission had a bit of a lag to it, as well as a bit of a shutter sometimes when down shiting. this had just started. I have had the car a year and put about 10, 000 carefree miles. I stopped into " On The Go Transmissions " spoke to Donald the manger. told him what was going on and that I would like to have the transmission fluid changed. the first thing he said is I'm sorry you bought a Nissan, They are all POS cars... then he proceeds to tell me NOT TO HAVE IT SERVICED, it will only make it worse he says... at this point he said, I can rebuild it at a cost of $4000.00 or order a new one from Nissan. he said he has customers that tell him just to do that order a new one. That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard! why wouldn't you just have Nisson do then? He said if you don't have the money we will finance...BOTTOM LINE. I took it to Peoria Nissan, They changed the fluid, gave me a ride home and back when it was done they had a deal going on so I got a free oil change as well. THE WORST! So unprofessional! The workers cuss and act like this is not a place of business! I was told they could install something for be and the part would for sure be here by Saturday. Unfortunately it wasn't! It totally threw off my schedule when I had everything planned and I ended up loosing money. Whoever I had on the phone was not at all willing to work with me and casually cursed in our conversation. I do not understand why I go to workplaces who do not understand or display a drop of genuine customer service. It just absolutely appalls me that this is how you act in your workplace, and this is the standards your company and employees are held to. I will never go here for anything again. I am having mixed emotions in regards to this shop. At first I was really happy with them and they seem to have done a great job on my transmission and brakes/rotors but when I went to pick the car up after they were done with it, about 8 miles from the shop, I noticed a lot of white colored smoke that seemed to be coming from the engine. I looked in the engine and noticed that the coolant resevoir was bone dry. It had coolant when they took the car from my house. Common sense and research tells me that the coolant had to be drained before work started on the transmission, which they would have had to do at the shop. The resevior was never refilled with coolant and the reason I know that is because on the day I picked my car up from them I added coolant to the resevoir when I noticed it was empty and I have not had to add more since. However, the car is still smoking, so badly, that I went to my grandmothers house the other day and her neighbor asked me as I was walking back to my car if I was having car problems because he noticed the smoke coming from the car. I called the shop when I noticed the smoke because I was told to call if I noticed anything, no matter how small and I was hesitantly told to bring it back but they never really looked at the car to figure out the problem when I brought it back and told me that they only meant to call them if I noticed something with the transmission. It makes me feel like they got thier money and once that happened, they wiped their hands of me and my car. I have not had anyone else look at the car yet but have asked other mechanics their opinions and they say that when putting in or taking out the transmission, the hoses could have been knocked loose on the heater core causing a small coolant leak. read more
