No follow-through. And still no refund, despite their own public statement offering one. But this isn't just about money. I called into Leroy's desperate for help since I felt unsafe driving my car, and I drive often for work. Leroy's was able to take me immediately same day, and I let them keep my car for the week to test everything they needed to. Within 24 hours they had run several tests and identified the most likely concerns causing my problems. Just one day later, they had diagnosed the issues, sent me a quote for the work, and confirmed next steps. I really want to applaud their communication - I've never had such great communication from any service I've gotten, and that is super important to me. They texted me often with updates and called me to get more information when needed. They were genuine and explained everything well, which I appreciated not being car- savvy myself.
