These guys are amazing! No BS, no long drawn out process, no pushy sales tactics. Best car buying experience. Check them out, you won't be disappointed. This is coming from a woman who hates the thought of car shopping and dealerships. Darrin was great and a pleasure to work with.

Had a great experience at AZ Auto Hunters on Saturday! From the moment I reached out to the moment I drove off the lot, Avery was able to answer all of my questions and take care of me. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future -- outstanding service! Thanks Avery!

I'm in love with this vehicle

Prestige auto was the light at the end of the tunnel for me, where ultimately I was able to walk out with the perfect car. Levi and his team are amazing. Made us feel so welcome, and made the process easy. As a woman buying a car, it can be very anxiety inducing. Salesmen constantly pushing you to spend way too much money on a car that's in terrible condition, tacking on all these dealership fees as if i don't pay attention to that. Prestige auto was a breath of fresh air in the car market, and took so much stress off my shoulders. I left the dealership happy not only because I got my car, but because I know my money went to the right people. Cannot recommend this place enough !!!!

My wife would always tell me how she hated to go anywhere to purchase a care, and she even praises Levi and Prestige. I have personal spoken to several members of the Prestige team and ALL were extremely friendly, educational, and accommodating. It did help that I already knew what car, however, from introduction to driving away was only an hour. Levi is an amazing person, friendly, straight forward and honest. Did I get a great deal? No, but I did get an extremely fair, good, deal, and I honestly do not feel either one of us got screwed. I would HIGHLY recommend Prestige Auto Brokers and Levi. They have so many beautiful cars available and I truly believe their word is their bond. Thank you Levi and Thank you Prestige!

Bought a 2021 ford ranger lariat fx4 from them back in Feb. The salesperson messed my name up on…read moreall the paperwork and had to be told multiple times what he did wrong to get it fixed. When he corrected it, he only corrected it on the DMV paperwork, not the auto loan, warranty, gap insurance, or any other paperwork. I pointed this out to them multiple times and they didn't correct it, resulting in me having to call all those institutions and get it corrected myself. He also did not flag the lifted truck option on the warranty he sold me despite the truck being lifted. They fixed this last part for free without any cost to me, so I guess they get half a point for effort there. Now that we get past the initial paperwork part of where this purchase went wrong, let's get into the mechanical issues with the vehicle. On my test drive, I noticed a burnt rubber smell coming from the left rear of the vehicle that I now know is symptomatic of a leaking rear axle seal. The power train warning light was also on the truck. I reported both of these things to the dealer and they said they would fix it with their partnered shop. They took the truck to the shop and told me they need to replace the wiring harness to correct the power train issue error. After that, they had to send the truck to a local transmission shop for a rebuild of the transmission, and that shop told me that there was an axle seal leaking. I passed that information on to the dealership to see if they would fix that or if I would have to, and they completely blew me off. Because of weeks back and forth where the dealership told me repeatedly that they'd communicated with other parties and then I call those parties and they all state they never heard from the dealership, I decided I no longer trusted that dealer or their mechanics at all and I took the car to a ford dealership. Immediately spotted the seal issue and diagnosed that the transfer case motor wasn't engaging. Swapped the motor and then had to diag that the wiring harness was messed up. I would not recommend buying a car from overstockvehicles or their partner organization valleycargroup. The only positive of this experience was getting them to foot the bill on a transmission rebuild for a vehicle that has known transmission issues.

I normally do not leave reviews unless I have had either an exceptionally great experience or a…read moreterrible one. In this case, it was the latter. I purchased a Nissan Titan from Overstock. During the purchase process, I was offered an extended warranty for an additional $3,000, which seemed reasonable. I was also charged $300 for what was supposed to be a final multi-point inspection and detailing service. I was told the brake pads had been replaced during the inspection. The salesman also stated that the GM had personally driven the truck for about a week because he did not have a vehicle at the time, and he described it as a good truck in good condition. After the sale was completed, the truck was shipped from the Phoenix location to me in Nashville. That part of the process actually went smoothly. Unfortunately, everything after that went downhill quickly. When the truck arrived, it was obvious it had not been detailed despite being charged for it. The interior had what appeared to be dog hair throughout and a strong odor. Within a day or two of driving it, I noticed the A/C was not functioning properly. I genuinely do not understand how this was missed considering the truck had supposedly been driven in Phoenix heat and had allegedly undergone a "multi-point inspection." Looking through the paperwork afterward, I also found signed documentation stating the vehicle would have functioning A/C, which should be expected on a $25,000 purchase regardless. I contacted the dealership and informed them of the issue. After speaking with management, I was told to have the A/C inspected by a shop, but specifically not to take it to Nissan because it would be too expensive. I explained that most shops charge diagnostic fees, often around $200 or more. Their response was essentially to try and find someone who would do it for free. Then they suggested I use the extended warranty I had just purchased to cover the repair, even though this appeared to be a pre-existing issue that should have been caught before the sale. At that point, the responsibility was effectively shifted onto me. Eventually, I was told to take it to Nissan after all because it would become a deductible claim. I did. The truck was there for several days, and I had to use Uber to get to work during that time. In the end, I paid the deductible and transportation costs out of pocket and submitted receipts totaling approximately $190. Nearly three weeks later, I finally received a reimbursement check. The problem? Everything on the check was filled out except the amount. When I contacted them, even the salesman seemed confused and said this "normally doesn't happen." I was told another check would be mailed, but I still have not received it. Also, I have still not received my permanent plate. I'm not sure they have even mailed that in. The overall experience felt disorganized from start to finish. Between being charged for services that did not appear to be completed, dealing with issues immediately after delivery, and having to handle most of the repair process myself, this purchase became far more frustrating than it should have been. My advice: do your homework and shop carefully before buying here. My experience left me wishing I had spent my money elsewhere. This was an absolute nightmare and clown show.

I was told to ignore that, so I asked about having the car checked out by my local mechanic, I was told YES I could do that. Then I was given a story about mechanics saying things are wrong with a vehicle when they are not...suspicious about this pre-story, I didn't test drive the vehicle. Later I looked up the vehicle via the posted VIN number and found out that the car was $1500 on KBB, so I contacted the dealer to discuss the discrepancy. I was told that the VIN number doesn't include various features that drive up the price, they sent me a form stating the value of the vehicle is $7k approximately...the number I was supposed to forget about earlier. I then was told that they paid more for that vehicle than the KBB value, so no deal could be made. I was also told that they looked it up and it was the price they sent me, my information was somehow not correct or not including the special features. In one day they lied and attempted a "bait n switch". UNTRUE STATEMENTS: 1.) The VIN doesn't include all features for that exact vehicle 2.) My mechanic may exaggerate the issues with the vehicle 3.) After a clean report and a replaced lift pump, the truck was shipped to me. When I received the truck, there were issues galore, including not being able to start it. All fluid levels were low, including the oil, power steering, and brake fluid. I took the truck to a real diesel mechanic that did a real diagnostic and informed me that the ECM and VP44 would need to be replaced, totaling around $5,000. After checking with Lee, I agreed to have the truck fixed. You might think Lee paid me for the fix to the broken vehicle he sold me, but you'd be wrong. I received a total of $2,500 from Lee (an admission of fault) and was told that it was more than generous and all that he was going to reimburse me for. After trying to get in touch with the "boss", Lee informed me that it "doesn't go any higher than him". I would avoid this dealership at all costs and be extremely careful with trusting anyone who works there. My truck ended up costing my 27% more than I had expected because of this issue. The diesel mechanic they use is either complicit in this or is totally inept.

After several years of popping in to this lot when car shopping , and a number of factors that have…read moreled to us thinking good things, I am trying to condense our positive experiences into JUST the ones where we bought a car. You're welcome. There are a lot of moving parts when making a car purchase. Will you deal with pushy salespeople? Will you *really* get a good price? Will the trade in be a hassle? Will the finance department mess you over? All of these are things we dread about car shopping. Which is where Another Time has offered a refreshing difference each time we've been there. As parents, and consumers with plenty of car purchases under our belts (for better or worse), we had worries about our young adult's first independent car purchases. And TWICE now, Another Time has exceeded our expectations. First, a few years ago, with the purchase of an older Camry. A great deal, friendly but NOT pushy sales support, and straightforward pricing with no hidden charges at the contract signing. As for the car itself, we had eyes wide open on what to reasonably expect from a 14 year old used car for $3,000, and so should you. No matter what you buy, from ANYONE, it will need something. So we had no surprises. Second, and most noteworthy was our experience today. Our son was financing a car for the first time on his own. We have been looking all over town in what has proven to be a very difficult car market. We had been on this lot previously and not found anything he liked. Last night the car he has been dreaming of was posted at a very fair price. Knowing how quickly cars move on this lot, we were there today at 8 a.m. Our son checked the Carfax, test drove and decided it was all systems go on the purchase. We then moved on to the trade in, where we negotiated a fair offer given the condition of the car. Everything was moving quickly, next we were headed to finance (this is the part where things often go south). He had taken our advice of being preapproved by a neutral 3rd party bank before shopping at the dealerships. We shared the preapproved rate with Robert in finance, and he started the process of seeing how he could beat it. Here's the thing. When someone both ENJOYS and is GOOD at what they do, it's evident in how hard they work to help, and how genuine they are in the transaction. Robert pulled off what we thought NO ONE could. He dropped that rate, for a young first time car buyer, from 11% to 6.49%! His excitement for my son was genuine and he truly made the transaction as easy as possible with his patience and knowledge. Everything was transparent, there were no hidden surprises. Polar opposite of what we've experienced at the big box dealerships. My son drove home today in an AWESOME Toyota at what seems to be a great deal all the way around. We are confident he won't be upside down in his loan, and will have a car that lasts several years. A HUGE THANK YOU to these top notch folks!
