    My wife and I were looking to buy a Jeep. We stopped at Myrick Motors. We are so glad we did! Lee is the Salesman there. He was fantastic. No car dealership games. Straight talk and honest. Do yourself a favor, check out their website or give Lee a call.

    We had been searching for ages for the right truck. Myrick Motors was amazingly helpful. From the beginning to the end our experience has been top notch. We flew from eastern Indiana to purchase the vehicle and I cannot complain. Lee was very courteous and professional. Buying a truck has never been easier!

    I found Myrick Motors on the internet after my truck got totaled out 5 days before Christmas 2019 in Oshkosh Wisconsin. Wanting a rust free and issue free truck I called about a $25,000 truck he had on the internet. I made it real clear being retired I wanted a trouble free truck that looked good & ran good. I was assured that the truck was run through a diesel repair shop and everything was working, and that I would be happy with the truck. The transmission is bad, pulled onto the street and there I sat. The tires were oversized & worn, $1,100 for new tires. The heat and air did not work, the headlights were weathered & one not working so for $750 I replaced them with new ones. I had the truck shipped to me here in Wisconsin. It looks great in the driveway, but I can't drive it. I now have a $27,000 yard ornament or boat anchor that will sit where it is until I find another $5,000 for a new transmission. I sent them an email requesting some money back to help with the price of repairing the transmission, I got no call or email. Being retired money don't come easy, I'm stuck with this or I take a loss of about $12,000 I have into it in cash, and give it back to the bank I owe $15,000 to. If you work for your money or simply retired, know this, THIS CAR DEALER WILL NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HE SELLS YOU. HE SLEEPS JUST FINE AFTER TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS.     Overall terrible business. Not only do they provide subpar maintenance but they charge an arm and a leg. HUGE SCAM.

    My Desert Financial Credit Union Nightmare My wife died on…read moreOctober 25th, I lost my job a week later, and I have a daughter on disability. She had accounts that did not have my name on them. I'll skip to the end. After multiple attempts, each time receiving a different answer and incurring legal fees, it came down to bringing my daughter to the bank to cash in an IRA that was less than $1000.00. They gave us a check. For SSI Reasons, she has a cap on how much money she can have in the account, and it was already over the cap. I took her across the lobby to cash the IRA check, and they refused to cash it. On the good side, I was able to buy my wife her headstone. The final problem was my daughter's account that holds SSI money. I had to go to the SSI office to get a letter stating that I'm the party responsible. I returned the letter and tried to have the account changed so I could gain access. They told me that I had to wait until they heard from SSI. I called SSI, and they said that any existing money was between D.F. and me. I checked the account online; my name was on it. I went to the credit union, and they told me I still didn't have access. I had to beg her for her back rent money. Too: Desert Financial Credit Union, you win. Keep the money January 29th, I'm going back to SSI and having the deposit moved to another Credit Union I can trust. At least you won't get anymore. I'm selling my house and will cover expenses until she gets caught up. If Desert Financial says, "I'm making this up," they have a record of each visit and can publish it. To Desert Financial If you want to sue me? Save your legal fees, I'm protected by poverty

    I don't generally write reviews, but my recent experience with Lifted Trucks warrants one…read more I've been shopping for a Toyota Land Cruiser and Lifted Trucks had the exact color combination I was looking for at a price I felt was fair, which is what prompted my husband and I to visit the dealership. We met with a salesperson, explained what we were looking for, and let him know we wanted to look at one other vehicle before making a decision. Later that day, I was told someone had placed a deposit on the Land Cruiser we wanted and that I would be notified if it became available. The listing was then removed from the website. A couple of days later, the salesperson contacted me and said the vehicle was available again. I asked for a pricing sheet before making another trip to the dealership. The quote I received was approximately $2,000 higher than the advertised price and included more than $3,000 in dealer add-ons for items such as an anti-theft device and paint/fabric protection. When I questioned the add-ons, I was told they could not be removed, that vehicle prices change weekly, and that the dealership could not provide its "best price" unless I came to the dealership in person. I was also discouraged from using my own financing rather than financing through the dealership. Based on that information, I decided to walk away. A few days later, a sales manager called me to ask if I was still interested in the vehicle. I explained my concerns, and he sent me a revised pricing sheet. The vehicle price was still about $2,000 higher than originally advertised, but they increased my trade-in value by $2,000 and, contrary to what I had previously been told, removed all of the dealer add-ons. While reviewing that revised quote, I noticed the VIN and color did not match the Land Cruiser I had been interested in. After comparing everything, I realized that both pricing sheets I had received were for the wrong vehicle. I notified the salesperson of the error and requested a quote for the correct VIN. The updated quote for the correct vehicle came back approximately $10,000 higher than the price that originally brought me to the dealership. Shortly afterward, the online listing for that vehicle was updated to reflect the higher price. This entire experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Over the course of a few days, I experienced: -Quotes prepared for the wrong vehicle and VIN. -An advertised price that later increased significantly. -Conflicting explanations about pricing. -Being told dealer add-ons were mandatory, only to have them later removed. -Pressure to finance through the dealership rather than use my own lender. Mistakes can happen, but when they are combined with inconsistent pricing and changing explanations, it becomes difficult to have confidence in the buying process.

I hope people don't equate their personal financial issues with the service provided by the credit union? I have had my primary accounts here for years and years and years. Never had an issue and always had very good service at this branch and from AZFCU. I have a business account and our kids have accounts now too and I appreciate that we can move money easily between members, too. All practices and policies seem totally reasonable and in line with other financial institutions. Interest rates and fees are generally slightly lower and I do feel like service is a little more personal than that if a bank.

    I was with Arizona Financial for 10 years, I opened an account when it was still Arizona federal. I…read morenever had any issues until there was fraud on my account and for some reason this branch acted like it was my fault. It took me three trips in to get it fixed because the first time I went in the woman refused to change my account number because "that's last resort". After a second time I had to go back in again and they changed my account number. I asked about my rent because I had paid it but it hadn't pulled from the account yet. I was told it was fine and they would manually push it through. Well, that wasn't true because my rent bounced back. I had to go get a cashiers check and they told me they would refund the fee I was charged for the rent bouncing back, which they didn't do. I finally called and just had them close my account. What's crazy is the call center employees are all nice and really helpful, but getting to talk to one is normally about a 45 minute hold. The branch employees need better training or at least learn how to act like they care about their customers. But hey, USAA is a better choice anyway.
