Let's face it, used car dealers are not the greatest places to go. It's pretty easy to run into crooks that take advantage. Priced right was not one of this places. Treated me with respect, to be honest I walked in with a chip on my shoulder expecting the worse but I was pleasantly surprised I their customer service. My salesman's name was Tom and he was very helpful and gave me the monthly payment and down payment I was looking for by going out 42 months but I'm paying it off early so that's no issue. The credit source was a company I was financed years ago who is great to deal with, I can also mange my account online which is super important to me. The truck needed a wheel bearing, tires and muffler. I installed a lift kit a couple weeks after I bought it and just replaced the worn parts while installing the lift and didn't ask them for warranty as I wanted to control the brands and quality of parts being installed. I do not know how they would have handled the repairs under warranty. Overall good experience. It's been 8 months since I bought the truck and it's been reliable. read more

Bought my truck in November 2018. I've spent $8,700 fixing it since. Update: As of 09/19/19 the truck now needs a new engine which will cost roughly $12,000. They've only responded to this review saying they could save me thousands on repairs. However I initially took the truck back to them while still under warranty and they said they didnt handle repairs. Then assured me there was no issue with the truck. Eddie was very friendly, and did a great job of answering all of my questions about the truck. I asked him if he could take me on a short test drive, he offered to let me drive it, but I told him that I was more comfortable with him driving it. 1st: To be fair I didn't buy a vehicle from them. The staff seemed fairly honest, that is tough to find at any dealership, especially a buy here pay here. My issue is every vehicle I looked at had VERY high mileage and didn't appear to be properly maintained. Here is my experience: Over the course of about 10 days I stopped by a few times and test drove several vehicles. I had to drive so many because EVERY vehicle I test drove had some sort of repair that needed to be made, not just little repairs either. The sales manager agreed to make the repairs after I bought the vehicle. One problem, I had read several reviews of customers complaining about promised repairs never being made. I explained I wouldn't buy a broken vehicle. Maybe some people are fine with a repair being written into a sales contract, I'm not. Don't try to sell me a car with a check engine light on or visibly bent tie rod. (Both actual issues I found) I was also told that my credit application had been denied by a lender. I contacted the lender and they informed me that the issue wasn't me, but the issue was with the vehicles at Priced Right. After sitting down with the sales team and getting approved from another lender, I was told I'd need to pay a loan acquisition fee of $1200, again because the vehicle didn't meet lender quality standards. I ended up going somewhere else because my credit is solid and got a single digit interest rate from the 1st lender that "denied" me. I WOULD come here if I had poor credit, because you have to take what you can get in those circumstances. The sales people didn't try to pretend the vehicles were perfect, we just disagreed on when the repairs should be made. However if your credit is even marginally OK, there are probably better options. As with any place, make sure the vehicle isn't a total turd before you sign and drive. read more

I was told I needed to pay for a tow and I was "stuck with the truck" I HAVE OWNED THIS TRUCK FOR EXACTLY 24 HOURS!! 1/10/13 Now their bank (Westlake Financial) has cancelled the loan, no explanation why but the dealership still refuses to take this vehicle back. I have been working directly with the manager, his name is Pablo. He has ZERO interest in making this right and is taking every step possible to make sure I keep this vehicle. They buy salvage trucks from auction, detail them, and sell them above book value. STAY AWAY. I bought a truck from them a year ago and tried to trade it in and upgrade this week. The "single owner no accident" truck I thought I bought was actually hit, HARD. The inspector found overspray hidden, rust prevention plugs missing, self tappers, and a vehicle history report revealed the title was "washed" in a different state, therefore hiding the once salvaged title. In hindsight I should've looked more before I signed. If they offer you a good rate, it's likely they're trying to shut you up and get the lemon they're selling you off their lot. I paid 20k$ for a truck they knew was worth no more than 6k$. Learn from my mistake and go to a dealer with better morals. read more

Very disappointed in this company. We looked at 2015 F350 6.7L Platinum. We fell in love from the get go, but did notice it was running like a race car. We were told they had erased and removed the EGR, but that it was perfectly okay and passed emissions. We looked at the truck on Sat, gave a deposit to hold and would be back today (Monday). Over the weekend and on our return drive 70 miles away from where we lived. We contacted several emission locations, Bullet Proof Auto repair, along with a few other places, to find out what the removal would do for the future of the truck. We were told that that 1: in the state of AZ, it is illegal to remove the emission parts, and that it would throw codes and become a headache down the line. Also if you got caught with out it, you could be fined. When we arrived to collect our deposit, we explained this, and we did get several excuses, they looked up the details and tried to quote us different forms (which we had already seen, during our own searching) then tried to say it came to them this way. Yet, we were told by their mechanic on Sat, he removed it, just the night before. We were told by there Finance manager they had just gotten the vehicle the night before and they were doing many things to it and it was in perfect working condition. Although the office guy, said it had been at their shop, for over 2 weeks and they had been dealing with the truck throwing Code after Code, and had it at Ford dealer, trying to figure out what was wrong with it???? (Wish they had told us that on Saturday afternoon, We would have never come back) We also found a leak, and the mechanic said it was diesel fuel, from working on it and doing an oil change etc. IT WAS NOT diesel fuel, it was black oil dripping. We pulled the dip stick and the oil was black as could be, not clean at all. (no oil change was done) Then were were told this is how diesels are. Wrong we already own a diesel, we know all about the EGR and cooling system, as well as had another older truck bullet proofed and we know better. They lied about a simple oil change to the illegal removal of a very important part, to codes and time frames they had and worked on the truck. we got a different story from 3 employees. Before we left we even asked to look at another truck they had on their lot, out of curiosity. Same type of truck, but not a Platinum. Now if you have ever looked at a basic F350 then looked at a platinum, There is a major difference in these 2 trucks. 2016 F350 in the back, was in an accident and had a missing tailgate and a dented side, no bells or whistles, very basic and they wanted 29K The F350 Platnium 2015 was 31K. Somethings not right and their KBB, is prices are way off. This was disappointing to say the least. Yes, it did pass their emissions on Sat morning before we looked at it, because they didn't lift the hood and see the big missing pieces missing at the test locations and the codes and been cleared! I feel sorry for who ever buys this truck, You have a 6K repair cost as you drive off the lot. Their 15 day warranty does not cover this part and in AZ, if you are caught, you could be fined. Mark Banks was my sales guy, very nice and personable. Hey we have a deal for you just need to work out the fine points..... so i had to get back to work so Mark said he would get back with me. While in the dealership i did look at the reviews, the biggest complaint was there was no follow up. This was monday. So I went to Price Right Auto because the staff seemed friendly and eager to help, I saw several vehicles and upon test-driving the few I decided on a Ford Fusion that they had not yet put through their shop. I was told the car would be ready to test drive the next day and was given the personal cell phone of the salesman that I was working with. upon going to the lot the next day I was immediately put into test drive several different vehicles with no explanation as to why, I finally called them out on it and said what is wrong with the vehicle that I decided on yesterday they told me it was not ready and that they did not realize they were going to paint the vehicle. how can you run a dealership and not know what your maintenance crew is doing to the vehicles? I I did ask him when the car would be ready for test drive explaining that I wanted to take it to my mechanic to overlook it before purchasing it, they said that was not a problem it would be ready in the next day. I texted the next morning and did not receive a reply back several hours later I texted the salesman again and did not receive a reply back later that evening I tried one more time to text them and got nothing but a picture back of the car half sanded down with a little bit of primer on it so it looks like they are actually going to paint it. I'd end ed up waiting that the weekend and decided to try them again this morning and did not receive any reply whatsoever it is my belief that they do not want me to have the vehicle simply because they feel they could get more money out of a different buyer. this is my personal belief. My daughter was in a similar position as Christine K. She traded a car in for a truck here and things would have went really smooth if what happened next not happened, I would have given them 5 stars. The truck is in fairly good shape, she had it inspected and some repairs were completed under warranty. Same issue, the paperwork was wrong and she had to meet her to sign new paperwork, yada, yada...There's still some small repairs needed but it was strange a month went by and she had not received the plates. That should have been another red flag because a few days later, the vehicle was impounded by the dealership because they could not get the financing. I'm guessing for some of the same reasons as below. So, because they screwed up they left her, a single mom, stranded, with two children, no transportation and almost getting fired from work for missing days when they took the truck. There was no warning, no phone call to say hey, we're not able to get you financed, she tried calling and no one would return calls. We would have gladly brought the truck back if they would agree to give her car back, but the owner is very stubborn and would not do that. Instead, he continued to stall her saying financing will be finalized tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and still, we'll have it done tomorrow. She went down to the dealership the first day and they told her she could get her car seat and some personal stuff from the truck. After 10 minutes and waiting outside with her family, in the heat she went back inside and everyone was just sitting around at their desk doing absolutely nothing. These guys are masters at stall tactics and she finally got the truck back with a 2yr power train warranty. I'm suspecting this is what the bank had a problem with. However, they also promised that the payments would be lower than the original contract and the payments are $50 higher!!! They also did not give her a new temporary plate. So, she's now driving around with an expired temp plate. Guess who's getting the bill if she gets a ticket? Granted, she said the sales people were really nice and wanted to do the right thing by null and voiding the deal and giving her car back, but the owner just would not relent. I'm guessing because what happened may not be legal? Their web site also says, "We approve everybody!" But that doesn't excuse the fact that what they did was wrong. There was no integrity in this deal and they did not do the right thing, innocent people paid the price. I need a car myself and was thinking of going there, but no way now read more

Do not go here. My daughter in law gave them a deposit and started financing a week ago. They said the car need repairs on trannny and would be finished on Tuesday. Tuesday came then Thursday and the car was not ready. She went down Friday to pick up the car and then they asked for a bigger deposit and the loan terms changed. She came back on Sat. (today) with her husband to give them the additional monies and pick up the car and in the sales office is a another buyer signing paper work and buying the truck for $3000 more than what she was to pay. My son was able to get his money back but its totally illegal to sell a car that has a deposit on it and being financed. My father and I are having similar issues with a truck that was purchased from price right auto sales. Don't buy from them unless you want to be lied to and also get the run around. The first day of signing, the service engine soon light stays on, Ron the seller says to us, "o'. Don't worry about that light, it just came back from the mechanic shop, it just needs to be reset.". We say, okay, we trust you. Don't ever trust them. In the first week of ownership, truck wouldn't start, crank fuse keeps popping. There was power, but no start. All fluids on truck were rust color, dirty. My father and I paid over 450.00 just to get truck to crank and start and we got the fluids flushed and put new fluids in. then a month later the trucks transmission starts gushing out fluid. we were told by the seller Ron,not to worry that it was fixed on first day of purchase. They fully had knowledge of this major transmission problem, and still sold a lemon. Yeah, they can get you approved but then they don't care about there customers after signing. All they care about is making that sale. That's why they only give you 15 days or 500 miles for a warranty, because they know that there quick band aid fixes won't last past the fifteen days or the 500 miles. my question to everyone is "how is this fare?" How is this right? If there are multiple dissatisfied customers, how is it that priced right auto sales company is still getting away with selling lemon automobiles? We are the customers, we deserve to be treated honestly, respectfully and we deserve to be satisfied with our purchase. Not worries of if I drive this automobile, is it going to break down and leave us stranded on the side of the road. This is hard earned money that we are paying for this truck, just to have it sitting in front of our house broken down looking pretty. That's a really expensive front yard ornament. All I'm saying is all these repairs should be done before any of there automobiles are sold to the public. All in all, priced right autos are your friends in the beginning, and them treat you like an enemy after signing. i m not sure what priced right the folks on the front page went to! but it wasnt deer valley. these people sold me a truck f150 4x4 , had rust damage no biggie, but as i asked about the truck i was bold face lied to. they said the mechanics went threw it and it a ok. but then they didnt have time to go get emissions, didnt know why the radio didnt work. they kept sayin the truck is a good truck and if somthing did happen before 15 days or 500 miles they would repair it. so here is what is wrong with it! heater core out not only out but rerouted so water dosent leak on the floor and it blows coolant fumes back in the cab as steam, not so good for the lungs! or vision!. 4x4 dose not work or even shift. dust cover on tranny occasionaly grinds on innerworkings of the tranny. fule tank is held on by a ratchet strap and a shoe string. the radio wasnt hooked to the truck harness but to random wires comming from god knows where. breaks need bleeding real bad or the rotors are warped. im goin with warped rotors. there are burnt wires stuffed and zip tied under the dash. dont know where they came from either. has a terrible exhaust leak you dont realy no"tice till you hit the freeway. tires have no tread and are 4 diffrent brands. tailgate falls off. no wonder they have a dirt lot so nobody takes a good look at the garbage they are about to purchase. so now the real reason for this when i took it back before 15days & 500 miles "the manager" said that they will look at the fuel tank the rest wasnt covered only main components. so let me tell you the importance of these main components. brakes if they fail i and or others die! heater core rerouted into air ductting fumes cause dizzyness that could cause a wreck again i and or others die! fuel tank falls off while driving that would cause a haz mat problem if not death to me or others. burnt wires under dash did burn from a connection problem like all other problems on this truck probably wasnt fixed so could start fire again causing me death. not perfered at all walk if you have to these guy do not have anybody best intrest in mind. read more
