I am not happy with consolidated auto, I brought a suv and right off the lot it breaks down and it's been in the shop for weeks, if a engine needs to be replaced shouldn't that happen before you sell the vehicle? then when I get it back it breaks down again, then they do the blame game on the consumer, I hoped I could have the piece of mind when I buy from a dealership that they sell me a solid vehicle, not one with a lot of issues...a warranty is only as good as the dealership, I wouldn't not refer them to anyone. I don't know what is going on with them don't they do inspections or are they trying to get away with something? They think you know nothing about vehicles and they treat you as such. If I buy a vehicle I would and want to drive it in good working condition. read more

The owner sent a guy to my office to have some documents destroyed and since it was just a couple boxes we did it at no charge. The next day he sends one of his goons with a truckload of boxes. I mean a truckload too! We offloaded the boxes and were seeking payment that day. We called Sergio I think his name was, and he said that he would send his goon back with a check for the service. Did he ever show up? Nope! You pulled one over on us this time. We will remember you in the future even if it IS 30 years from now. They will help you with your credit situation if you have any or attempt to. This is my second time buying a car from them. I had people advise me to go to Carmax but I felt comfortable with this family owned business. However, 20 days into my newly purchased vehicle, it breaks down and I find myself stranded with my son. Since I am still in warranty I call them and am treated very poorly. I'm told they have no idea when a tow will come. They tell me it will be today but not for awhile. I'm 8 months pregnant and, again, stranded with my 6 year old son. I tell them I was planning on finding a way home. I'm advised to just leave the key with the car. I don't even bother asking what happens if it gets stolen. I then ask how long they will have the car. The man says "I don't know". I ask if it could be days or weeks. He says "Again, I don't know. I got 3 cars towed in just today." Yes. 3 cars they sold towed in just today. Which makes mine the fourth. I ask him if they would refund any money spent on the vehicle to repair it if I didn't want to wait the possible weeks for them to get around to it. I literally get laughed at and am told "If you want to spend money on the car no way am I giving you anything back." I decided to write a review because clearly, they've started selling lemons. I say started because I believe there was a time when they were an honest company. Now, they sell broke down vehicles and treat you poorly when you call to tell them it broke down. 4 vehicles towed in one day. Repairs could take weeks. No, they won't reimburse you if you decide to go a more time efficient route. I would advise finding a vehicle elsewhere. read more

Horriable expierence!!!!!!!!I just bought a car from these guys last month the day before they give it to me (after I already put a down payment on it) they tell me they were fixing a tear in the apolstry so I couldnt have the car yet. I come back days later to see not only had the apolstry not been repaired but someone had driven the car causing damage to the tail light which was cracked and dents and fresh scrapes all ove side of car, that should of been my first clue not to buy it but they promised me to fix the light and buffed some damage off of it. I leave with car and 1st day almost die on freeway because the tire completley shreds at 70 miles an hour i have to spend a few hundred on new tires after being told by Les schwab that the back tires were 13 years old. Then 29 days later the radiator and engine goes I call and tell them, thinking any decent buisness would rectify this, since there is a 30 day warranty but they refuse to by stating because I left state on family emergency. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD OF AN ENGINE BLOWING ON A CAR 29 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE AND THE CUSTOMER BEING BLAMED AND CHARGED WITH THE ENTIRE CAR LOAN AND COME TO TOW IT BACK TO ARIZONA. I am a mother struggling with 3 children, with now no way to get back to Arizona and all the owner can tell me is they refuse to help me and want the car back. These people have no remorse for completely screwing me over with a lemon!!! I have contacted Attorney general and still making my report to BBB as well as getting legal assistance. Just bought a 1998 Lincoln from these guys, and they are great with their customer service. I worked with Don, and his style was laid-back and let the customer sell themselves, which I like because most dealerships are like vultures and won't even wait for you get out of your car before they already want to open your door for you and get you into one of theirs. This car was used, but I needed a car, and it was pretty well maintained, only two owners and no accidents, though the rear bumper looked like something was hit, but overall the car was sound, clean, and even had a 10 disc CD changer! I wasn't really into the car market until next year, but these guys made the buying process easier, and less stressful. I now have drive a tank (according to my mom), very low payments, even the insurance is cheap for this car (full coverage). I would recommend trying here first for your new-to-you car! The lot has a lot of well-maintained vehicles, decent selection, and great prices! read more

this is the worst place in the world to get a car from. and the sales man was a liar. i got a ford expedition, 2 weeks later the transmission went out. and i had to pay for it 2900 out of pocket. then i was told that my 1st payment was deferred by gary and that wasnt true it was due in 2 weeks. (not that it was a problem but it was not what i told). then they made me pay for my registration because they forgot to add it to my loan. then they lied about the price of the tags and charged me more then the cost. i saw on my registration. this is the worst place in the world. ill never recommend this place to anyway this took place march 2019. do not buy a car from here. read more
