    I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else…read more I put down a deposit on a vehicle back in September 2025 that I ultimately never received. When I gave ALBERT the deposit I asked if I dont get the car I can get my money back? He said yes, dont worry. WELLL.....Getting the refund back turned into a process. I had to make multiple visits, and communication was none existent until I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. In the response to my complaint they said if I provided proof of the charge they would refund my money promptly, which was a lie. I provided them my bank statement and they still wanted the ORIGINAL CARD that was charged. Because my original debit card had been replaced by my bank, they made excuses about how they couldnt process the refund. I requested a check, but they insisted it had to go back to the original card. Then they asked me to call my bank, yet another hoop to jump through to get MY money back which set me off. So I cussed them out and called them theives and liars and stormed out. However, I calmed down and decided to try one more time. After calling my bank and getting the old card number, they were able to process the refund and gave me a receipt. I'm now waiting for it to post. In the hour and half I was there, I also witnessed physical violence between two salesman that had got into an arguement.... Salesman 1 went to salemans 2 desk and popped him upside the head. Saleman 2 then stood up and the arguement escalated before he slapped him smooth across his face. A third salesman stepped between them and de escalated them. It was uncomfortable to watch as a customer. This place is questionable at best, they lied to me about the car, they lied about how I can recieve my refund, they are very unprofessional and aggressive. In the end, the refund was processed, but it required months of persistence on my part. I would never recommend buying a car from here if you want your money in trusted hands. I decided that I was interested in purchasing it. Lee gave me the car fax for me to look over. Transaction was smooth and they took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. Just some general tips when buying a used car, look up when the certain parts of the vehicle are due to be replaced. I had a small issue with the door ajar light staying on and causing the battery to drain, with a little research I realized that was a normal repair needed for this vehicle at a certain mileage. You are buying a used car not a brand new one. There is bound to be repairs needed down the road. Just be prepared for that. Check the basics while you are there, like breaks, suspension, tires, etc. if you see an issue bring it up with them and they will be more then happy to replace/ fix. Overall my experience was great for a used car dealership. And the price was fair for the market value.

The have an F rating on BBB and are not an affiliated BBB business. I have now taken a car back I purchased from J and M Imports on, 7/10/2025, twice towing the car back to the dealership. After giving them two attempts to make the needed repairs they have not done so. One issue is that you smell coolant when you turn on the heater. To fix this they disconnected or bypassed the heater so the smell is blocked but the heater no longer works. I believe the car has a major engine issue that they don't want to repair. They also have not performed the necessary test on the car to determine if the car has a major issue or not. I will now be filing complaints with several local and state agencies against this dealership and will obtain an attorney to try and get my money back. You can file complaints with the following: Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Department ADOT FTC (Federal Trade Commission) BBB (Better Business Bureau If you had an issue with this dealership file a complaint.

    I want to be very clear in my review. I did everything i could to not leave a poor review. I really…read moredon't operate this way. My opinion is my own and should not be interpreted as anything but that, my opinion. On 12/20/25 I reached out to Baba's Motorsports about a 2014 BMW 750i they had on their lot. He said to come down, fill out a credit app, and take the car for a test drive. When i got there they were extremely disorganized. Waited about 30 minutes for them to dig the car out I wanted to test drive. Tried to test drive it and it failed to start. At the time i assumed it was a fuel or battery issue because thats what they told me, and they grabbed a jumper box and some gas. Even after that the car still ran poorly. He said it just needed some fresh gas as what he had was old so they ran it to the gas station and back. When they got back, i gave the car my own inspection looking at the tires, the brake pads, the rotors, the exterior and interior of the car, the engine bay (which was power washed and spotless - more to come) and i connected my odb reader to the vehicle to look at past history and codes. They had all been cleared. I test drove the car and it seemed to be ok, albeit the engine was shaking a little bit. I've had my share of BMW's and this car is no stranger to me so i mentioned it to him along with the windshield which needed to be replaced, a rear brake sensor, and the ac blower motor underneath the hood needed fixed. I went ahead with the purchase despite my gut telling me there was more to this car's story as it looked incredibly clean for its age and its mileage was low. It was a good car in my book. The very next week, i brought the car back for the we-owe items listed above. The only things i had done was installed my radar detector, i left my odb reader, and a anker 12v power plug. I gave the keys to the finance lady inside, told them why i was here, and myself and my father left the dealership. I did not hear from them for approximately 10 days until i arrived back on 12/30 only to discover that they said they were having issues financing the car and we needed to figure something out. They were silent for 10 days, no further credit checks had been performed. As far as i knew, i was just picking up my car. They agreed to finance the vehicle directly. I had originally put 4k down on an 11k deal, so i opted to make 3 payments of equal value to pay the remaining balance of the car over a period of 90 days. I work for myself so i signed new paperwork and left for the day. They indicated i could pick up the car the very next day. I want to remind you that they had the only key to the vehicle (I was only given 1 when i purchased it) and the vehicle never left their care. On 12/31 i came to pick up my car. I was given my key and walked to my vehicle to drive off. I immediately noticed that my Radar Detector (an expensive escort mk2 360), its power cable, my anker 12v plug, and my odb reader were all missing. I confronted the owner immediately and told him that the radar detector was attached to the windshield, the anker power plug was in the cigarette outlet, and the odb reader was attached to the odb port when i left the car with them. He asked me to give him a day to find out where they were. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him that i would not press charges if my items made an appearance back in my care. Afterall the only ones who had access to my car were them. On Jan 2, 2026 I emailed asking for an update, to which i got no response so i called him. They regularly do not answer their phone so i went down there again. This time he claimed that "his employees would not steal" and it must have been the windshield guys who replaced the windshield. He also made sure to mention that the windshield was very expensive to fix, even though it was a we-owe item to me at the time of the sale and is on my paperwork. None of that mattered to me. What happened to my items in his care did. I told him they left me no choice to file a police report. On feb 4th 2026 the car broke down in the middle of the road on the 101. It went into limp mode and could not idle and was running extremely rough. Given my issues with items going missing out of my car, the fact that i could not trust his word, and the fact the car was broken down, and they were telling me over the phone the car was as-is but to bring it down i opted to take my car to an independent shop and diagnosed since i was close to them and could limp the car to their service center. Elite Bimmer took only a few hours to determine what was wrong with my vehicle and sent me an estimate. The car had two bad oil leaks from both valve covers, oil was seeping out and covering the coil packs and penetrating the cylinder heads where the spark plugs were at. In addition to that, 2 of the 4 motor mounts were broken, the front air suspension was leaking oil and air, and the fuel injector seals were also covered in oil that was leaking out of t
