During my recent visit to this car dealership, I was left with a sense of disappointment regarding the customer service I encountered. I found the staff's communication to be somewhat abrasive and lacking the professionalism. It seemed that there was a defensive attitude, where any feedback or questions were met with a negative response. Others on BBB have had similar interactions and there rating is F. https://www.bbb.org/us/az/phoenix/profile/used-car-dealers/j-m-imports-llc-1126-1000024174/complaints It's crucial for businesses to maintain a respectful and courteous approach, especially when addressing challenging issues. I genuinely hope that they will focus on enhancing their customer service moving forward.

BEWARE! I purchased…read morea 2025 Tesla Cybertruck from Arizona Best Cars on August 18. Before I ever went to the dealership, I specifically asked by phone whether the Cybertruck had a clean title. I was told yes. During the test drive, I asked again whether the vehicle had a clean title. I was again told yes. I subsequently discovered that the vehicle had actually been repurchased by Tesla and carried a permanent Lemon Law Buyback title history. During closing, I was handed a document described simply as "the buyback disclosure." There was no meaningful explanation of why Tesla had repurchased the vehicle or of the underlying defects. More importantly, the form stated that I had received a separate manufacturer disclosure detailing the buyback history and corrected defects. That manufacturer disclosure was not provided to me. The dealership also presented a Kelley Blue Book valuation showing the Cybertruck worth approximately $82,000. I later obtained the actual financing documents from Capital One, which contain the same KBB valuation for this VIN. Nothing on the face of that valuation indicates an adjustment for the vehicle's Lemon Law Buyback history. After discovering the title history, I returned to the dealership on August 27 and asked why Tesla had bought the truck back. I was told it was essentially because of a door panel vibration/rattle. I asked for the documentation. Only then--nine days after I purchased the vehicle--was I given Tesla's actual Warranty Buyback Notice for the first time. It showed considerably more than a rattling door. Tesla's notice identified: * Interior Panel concern * Driver Assistance concern * Safety Restraint System concern It also showed repairs including replacement of the vehicle's car computer and other components. I asked Arizona Best Cars to unwind the transaction. They refused and instead offered to take the vehicle back as a trade, requiring me to absorb the financial loss. At this point, I am preserving the documentation surrounding this transaction and preparing formal complaints for review by the Arizona Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General and the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. ADOT's Office of Inspector General specifically investigates complaints involving licensed automobile dealers and title-related issues, and the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division reviews complaints concerning deceptive or unfair practices. Those agencies can determine whether what occurred here complied with Arizona law. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, do not rely solely on verbal representations about title status, vehicle history, or value. Independently verify the title, obtain the manufacturer's complete buyback documentation before signing anything, and retain copies of every document presented to you. Anyone who has experienced similar issues with an Arizona automobile dealer should preserve their contracts, advertisements, title records, valuation documents, text messages, and other evidence and consider using Arizona's official consumer and dealer complaint processes.

I had been in contact with the sales team for about two weeks before making the trip, and from the moment I arrived, they welcomed me like part of the family. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely amazing to work with. For me, getting approved for a car has been an absolute nightmare almost everywhere I've gone. Not here. They listened to what I wanted, showed me exactly what I was looking for, and within a few short hours, I was approved and on the road in my new car. Even the warranty I got here is better than the one I had with my freaking Tesla! I walked away feeling like I got a genuinely good deal from good people, which is not something I say lightly when it comes to buying a car. Even the bank is sending me a welcome letter! Normally, banks and I aren't exactly best friends, to say the least. I'm extremely happy with my experience and my new car. If you're nervous about getting approved or you've had bad experiences at other dealerships, I definitely recommend giving these guys a chance. **Very happy customer. Highly recommend! **

I've never felt so unwanted at a car dealership. We arrived…read morearound 6:30 PM, and they closing at 7:00 PM. There were so many cars parked in front of each other that I couldn't imagine actually wanting a vehicle that was in the back. From the moment we arrived, the attitude seemed to be, "How can I not help you tonight?" I had already told the receptionist I was on my way. When we arrived, Enrique immediately started asking me questions about my credit score, which is excellent and which I showed him. He asked if I had any loans, I don't. Then he asked if I was planning to buy that night, and I told him yes. After that, he just stood there looking at his phone. I finally asked, Are we going to move the cars out of the way so I can test drive the vehicle? He eventually moved the cars, and then John Bailey walked up and started asking me the same questions all over again, including whether I was buying that night. I explained that I had driven 45 minutes to get there and that I wanted to test drive the vehicle. I also made it clear that if I liked it, I was prepared to buy it that night. His response was basically, "I drive from Peoria every day. We're closing the gate now. I don't have license plates. Come back in the morning." Needless to say, I will not be spending my money there. The customer service was extremely disappointing, especially considering I had driven 45 minutes to look at a vehicle and was ready to purchase if it met my expectations. If I could give zero stars, I would. One recommendation for the dealership: Please make sure the vehicles are ready for customers before they arrive. Batteries should be charged so customers aren't left waiting for someone to jump-start a vehicle just to see if it can be test-driven. Being prepared for customers' visits would make a huge difference in the experience.
