Good news, I'm happy with the car and it has not had any issues other than standard wear items and issues that are expected for this model. It's a solid car with good compression, drives great, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. What I liked about the overall experience is that Tony was quick to give me an out the door price by text without requiring me to come in or have a drawn out discussion on the phone. He responded to all messages quickly. Getting an appointmet was easy and there was no pressure on the buyer. He's a scam artist. Any testimonial is fake. Don't believe anything you see or hear. From this clown. He likes to run a little con where he sells people cars tells them the car is in working order then finds "something small" he wants to fix (in my case the a/c didn't cool) holds the car for 2 weeks pretends to fix the issue then releases the care to you. This is to get around AZ lemon laws. So once you get your car that runs like shit or has no A/C or broken gas gauge or God forbid bad brakes you're stuck with it. I'm forking out 3500 bucks to fix an A/C they said they fixed. They didn't know what they were doing they didn't install the compressor clutch and the compressor he claimed to install was not installed! Then the guy dummied up "proof" of installing a compressor with an invoice for work from his own shop! I am now upside down over 8000 bucks! Can't trade the car in because of the amount owed vs its value. Worst experience ever! Oh and the guy threatened to assault me when I called out his bs. Do not trust this guy! read more

I've contacted so many times and they just aren't answering or helping getting this resolved. Not trying to call or get the Gap insurance to help either. Hyatt is not professional. We dropped our car off one week after buying from a check engine light and she kept it for a few days then sent out a text it was ready for pick up. We confirmed with the off site mechanic that he never saw the car. It was then a fight to get the car to the mechanic. Once "fixed" it came right back on. We have asked to return the car as the engine is a big deal and suddenly the owner, tony, is unavailable and not in the office consistently nor does it seem important enough to have him call us anyway. Can't trust anything that comes out of her feisty mouth and she even hung up on us. read more

With that said ... I would rather have every tooth in my head yanked novocaine free than car shop! I am old. My income is fixed. Neither of which appears to matter to other sales people. I have bought ONE other car in my long history (get this) two years ago! That experience with a 'traditional' dealership was insanely frustrating leaving me to feel isolated and an 'easy target'. IF this sounds familiar to you, brothers and sisters currently shopping for a car ... The One Auto is for you! The physical plant: small corner lot, beautifully appointed, inviting, with an impressive albeit smaller than expected inventory. "smaller than expected inventory" is a MAJOR plus! The observation proved the owner, Tony Youseff and his team, are as particular about the cars & trucks they represent are in Ideal condition as I would expect. A full time mechanic and a shop are part of the team! Tony Youseff and the Team created an atmosphere of hospitality and respect. I appreciate the decision to 'let the inventory speak for itself' over excessive signage surrounding the property: No wiggling creatures flailing around over loud fans, No flags flapping & shouting, "BUY here PAY here" and "NO credit No problem". Again, I have bought only ONE other car ever, right? So this time I enlisted the mechanic I used to maintain that ONE other car to guide me in a successful experience: 19th Avenue Garage ... ah man, investigate this shop when you're needing a reliable, honest and cost conscientious mechanic. Together, we found a car online. The phone call to The One Auto was placed and arrangements made to view the car, test drive the car AND to have 19th Avenue Garage inspect the car for me. A different car than the one I was expecting to drive to 19th Ave Garage piqued my interest. I snapped pictures to text them. Immediately, they 'approved' of the find! They reported nothing but good news; excellent condition, clear with regular maintenance well documented CarFax, "The single owner 'loved' this car because so much of the expected engine parts are much newer than the purchase year would suggest" and "The single owner's mechanic appears to be Top Notch". I shared the report with The One Auto salesperson working with me, Todd and Mr. Youseff while completing the deal. THIS IS AS IMPORTANT as anything I could type in this review: The New Parts in the engine, the workmanship was completed BY the on-sight mechanic in the on-sight garage. Mr. Youseff obviously cares about the motorworks he represents! He takes his time building his inventory. He ensures the quality. He is aware of each cars' history. Hence ... the 'smaller than expected inventory'. He invests in the best! and, I believe i did too I took a chance with The One Auto and chose to write this review to ensure other shoppers THIS is the place! The worst car dealer I have ever experienced. Tony youseff the owner sold me a car for 5200 that he knew had a bad head gasket , he even wrote a 90 day warranty. Only 215 miles after i bought it , it blew up !!! I returned the vehicle to him , and he tried to make me pay to fix it and didnt honor the warranty! So i sued him in court and won , then he lied to the court and said i ruined the engine and is trying to get the court to overturn the win. had an unfortunate life incident prompting me to purchase a vehicle in a hurry the car I needed was not available and was shown a different vehicle for more money than I could afford. Got an ok deal for a car I didn't want and never got to test drive. salesperson was sweet at first but once the ink was dry on the contract was basically a different person! had to return the car for an issue that needed a part and the part took a long time to arrive. had to talk to the owner a few times to get an answer on my basic questions like " when was it serviced last"? and could I please get a service record? to the answer "we can make something up for you" and never got the record! latest incident I had to call again about the part that needed fixed and owner had to requisition it again. Was driving car on freeway when the electrical system went haywire and car basically stopped!! had to pull over to restart it .called the One Auto Center to tell them the problems and was shutdown by the salesperson and forwarded to the mechanic who -after explaining the issue telling him car isn't drivable and therefore a safety issue (them being 45m away) told me he wasn't gonna be able to look at it and only had time to replace the part. huh? I hung up and took it to my neighborhood auto repair place who took me in RIGHT AWAY to see what the problems were and told me it was an electrical issue that needed to be looked at IMMEDIATELY and when I took it to a REAL dealership, they too got us in right away. My issue with this entire process is the fact that once money changed hands these ppl basically washed their hands of us! this car is a nightmare and these ppl do NOT stand by any guarantees promised first by it being a "great car" to any service needed for it to even be SAFE ENOUGH TO DRIVE! My car is still in the shop at the dealership by me. Im waiting to see what other kind of nightmare is in store for me. As for the OneAuto Center? Nothing but lies. I had a crisis came to them for help and got used. shame on ME for trusting them to care. This place is absolutely the worst place to go for a vehicle. We bought a truck from here and not even 100 miles down the road the tranny goes out. The dealership took it back and claimed they fixed and they didn't. Picked truck up a second time and it went out within 30 miles. Then we finally decided to pick and go else where to have it fixed and they wouldn't give us our truck. Cops were called and because it's a civil matter they couldn't help to much except to make sure we got our down payment back and all of if not most of our property out of truck. Arrived to view a vehicle. We found out while viewing the stereo knobs had broken off so they said they would get it fixed and have it ready within about the hour it took us to get money. We came back and waited a bit for the vehicle. It turned out they couldn't fix it that day and would get it done the next morning. So we took our money and would wait to pay for it when the work was completed. They said it would be done by 10, and arrive at 11 so by 12 we should be good to go. I'll called at 11 to make sure everything was going according to plan because we live far away and I didn't want to start driving if it wasn't ready. They said at 11 it was on its way but I waited to make sure it was fixed so I didn't leave. It's a good thing I didn't because it is now 12:30 and we just were able to get through to them (because they wouldn't answer my calls) and they said they couldn't get it fixed cuz the mechanic is busy even though they said they had an appointment. Now they say we can't back out of the deal because they purchased the warranty for the vehicle so we are stuck in this apparently. Don't fall for scare tactics. We never drove off the lot with the vehicle or gave them any money so we have NO obligation. I don't believe anything they say now. I'm very frustrated, upset, and saddened. I hope they will learn from this because I have. Good luck if you choose to buy from them. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney for a consumer complaint. Update: The owner Tony (who I've never met or heard of) tried to apologize but it's too bad they couldn't keep their end of the agreement and lied in the process. My wife and I live in the far west valley. We've been on the fence for a wile about getting a used Range Rover. So today we coordinated to travel to the east valley (Scottsdale, Tempe, etc.) so we could view 3-4 different vehicles and make it worth our while. When I called "The Onr" to verify that the vehicle was still available, the person that answered asked me where I saw the ad. I told him it was in numerous places online, but I had just checked their website. He said if it is online that it SHOULD be still available, insinuating that I should drive there and see for myself. I asked if he could check since I was driving 45+ minutes to view the car. He told me to wait and didn't put me on hold - he just sat the phone down - at which point I heard him take a deep breath and sigh, like I had interrupted a riveting game of Candy Crush or something. He was gone for 3-5 minutes, came back and I heard him ask another person about a "gray Ranger or Range Rover." He then picked up the phone and said that they must not have it any more, even though it is on the website, and that he wasn't sure since it was his first day working there. I asked if there was anyone there a bit more experienced that he could ask to be certain and he said "no." At this point I'm getting a little upset, and I asked how could a dealership that is looking to make sales and stay in business NOT know what vehicles they still had, and not have anyone present that could find out. He cut me off and said, "Look, I went out and looked around and I don't think it's here." I started to ask another question, he cut me off, so I flat out told him that he should likely look for another job that is NOT in sales or customer-focused, and I hung up. I find it hard to believe that any business would leave a guy alone with no backup on day 1 of a new job (even though I heard him talk to someone else). Regardless, whether you are a new guy or not it's OK if you don't know an answer, but be professional, don't be lazy, and make an effort to appease an interested customer if it means possibly making a sale. read more
