He refused to refund my significant deposit even though I never agreed or signed a purchase agreement and he never disclosed the deposit was non-refundable (otherwise I would not have sent one). Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. I was able to walk in (no appointment needed) and Christian M was able to help me right away. A quick ID scan and he came back just gave me the keys I'm like what?!? I'm not used to this level of customer service. He gave me quick directions for the test drive route and I was able to follow it step by step by myself. I say the only negative about this place is the lot, they have many vehicles and parking/spaces are limited. As for the vehicle, it was nice and I would jump on it if it wasn't a buyback (branded title) Now I already knew this vehicle is branded before stopping by. I wanted to see if I can find out more on the reason why it was a buyback other than charging issue. Sadly the paperwork didn't provide the additional info. Should you get a buyback? That really depends. The price is GREAT no doubt and if you plan on KEEPING the vehicle long term (as the resale value is a lot lower, do a quick check via CarMax or Carvana), don't mind dealing with potential electricial issues (but they should be cover under warranty) But knowing myself I usually don't keep vehicles longer than a few years. Also I would double check your insurance and make sure it doesn't cost extra. And at the time I haven't driven the Kia EV6 GT (the original vehicle I was looking at) so I ended up passing on this. Also wanted to point out they have the lowest Doc fee that I've ran into ($299) here vs other dealers wanted $699. No add-ons, title fee is $19. On 2/26/2026, I was told I was approved for financing, completed paperwork, and paid a $1,500 down payment plus a $45 fee ($1,545 total). I was allowed to leave with the vehicle. Later the same day, I was contacted and told they could not verify my income. Over several days, I provided multiple forms of verification and was asked to get a co-signer. After doing so, I was then told my brother should apply under his own name instead. Despite cooperating at every step, financing was never finalized. Shortly after, the dealership had the vehicle towed from my residence. The tow driver banged on my door demanding the keys and provided no paperwork. Despite taking the vehicle back and the deal never being completed, the dealership has refused to refund the $1,545 down payment, claiming it was "non-refundable," even though that was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. I also had to replace the battery immediately after taking the car home at my own expense. This experience involved being told I was approved when I was not, changing terms multiple times, and ultimately losing money after the dealership repossessed the vehicle. I have filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and disputed the charge. I recommend getting everything in writing and being extremely cautious before doing business here.

That was not a problem, he was quick to offer a text with the car info and that he would leave me be and to reach out to him if I wanted to look at the car or any others. I really appreciated that, especially after getting harassed by other dealerships that will continue to call and text you. Second, we showed up and were treated like VIPs, we were quickly able to checkout the vehicle we wanted and it was completely detailed and ready to go. We got to test drive it where ever in the area to ensure we got to see the handling of it. Third, the vehicle condition! I was a little concerned with the miles as I usually never purchase a vehicle With over a 100k but you could tell they took the time to ensure the car was looked over, lots of new parts, and it drove and still runs flawlessly. Fourth, the trade in and payment process was so easy and streamlined. Worked with the owner from start to finish and it took us about 45 mins tops! Part of it was my fault with recently getting married and half of my information I had changed my name but the other half didn't. It led to some confusion. Bonus! the website is kept up to date. I was given inconsistent ledgers, and my payments were applied in a way that made my account appear delinquent. After I filed complaints, I learned Dynamite Auto Sales is not even listed in the CFPB complaint system, which prevented a federal investigation from moving forward. Since then, I have seen multiple reviews describing nearly identical issues: Vehicles breaking down soon after purchase, Repossession shortly after major repairs or payments, Poor customer service, and Refusals to report to or respond through consumer protection agencies. I'd visited the lot twice to get work done if the car. Well, technically, the second time, I went to get the car checked, and the third time I had work done. I had already had Pep Boys and Autozone check the car, and they said the car was good, but you can never be too sure with the cars at places like this. You know, with places like this, they get cars in whatever condition. They may fix it up, or they may not. So, you just never know. I initially had them check the car because I noticed the car was hiccuping. The mechanic said it was the CVT or something like that and that the transmission/car was fine. So, I left. Then my stepdad did some research and told me to have them change the spark plugs, because ppl with the same car noticed that issue too. So, I went back and had them change the spark plugs and the brakes. They did those things, and the car has been running great. No more hiccups! I'm just super excessive with making sure I get everything checked out and fixed because there's only a 15 day warranty for the car, which is very worrisome lol but Pep Boys, Autozone, and the mechanic and Dynamite said the car is in good condition... I'm just extra cautious... So, I make my 1st payment in a few days. So, I'll keep y'all updated.
