Out-of-State Buyers Beware! Seller/Owner (Brian) did not disclose significant cosmetic defects with the vehicle (Ferrari California). He initially asked for a cash deposit (cashapp, Zelle, etc) to hold the vehicle until I could arrive 4 days later. Thankfully I used a credit card (disputable vs. cash). Upon arriving I found major cosmetic defects with the vehicle that he brushed off as nothing (the perimeter of both headlights were scratched/crazed and the entire dash was delaminated and puffy). The vehicle was not even washed or detailed and the weather had been clear for several days prior to my arrival. After seeing the true condition of the car I was not happy so I decided to pass on it. He refused to refund my significant deposit even though I never agreed or signed a purchase agreement and he never disclosed the deposit was non-refundable (otherwise I would not have sent one). This is a very deceptive and unfair business practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! He is NOT honest! Any response to this review by his company would be lies! read more

Why should we stop at five stars? I think there should be more, Brian is the best person I have ever bought a vehicle from, and I'm 84 years old! With him there's no messing around, he will give you the facts and make the best offer possible, he makes everything so easy. We were in and out in less than three hours total, I'm talking about two visits to his place out the door with our car and on the road. Before we left his business, he told us he had ordered a rear seat watching device and would call us when it arrived. He called us the day before yesterday and asked us to bring the car to him and he would take it to the maintenance people to have it installed at his expense. The device has been installed and everything is working properly. Tell me a dealership that would do that. After we were home, we discovered we were missing two parts of the jack from the trunk. I sent Ryan an email telling him about it. Before I could call him, to suggest picking up the parts from a junkyard, he had already called, order the parts to be delivered to our home. He also found a slight mistaken the tax figures we were charged, sent a check for that amount right away. Again, tell me the name of a dealership that would get you taken care of that fast. That makes this man top notch on my list. If the time comes for a need of another vehicle, I'm making a call to Brian Newman, I'll bet he will make sure I'm taken care of. read more

I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze Diesel from this guy. When I asked about a warranty, he stated that if there's any problems with the car that should've been caught when his mechanic's did their "thorough" inspection, he'd make it right. 3 weeks after I bought it, it was leaking tranny fluid all over. So I took it to the dealership for a seperate issue. They said it was both front axle seals leaking. Brian said he'd have his guys look at it and if it was a leak, fix it. So I drop it off and he has it for a week. He tells me his guys don't see a leak, but rather just some seepage. He had nothing fixed,and pretended like nothing was wrong with the car. So, I actually took a pic of a puddle underneath the car and told him "This is what a leak looks like"...he didn't have much to say after that. Also, right before I took possession of the car, he said he had a company do some kind of air freshener/deodorizer to the car. He said nothing about the car having been smoked in. The car did smell fresh for about 3 weeks. Now, it smells like cigarettes. In conclusion, this guy Brian is a lying scheistey used car salesman. He should not be trusted. Buy from someone else. UPDATE: Today, the car spontaneously overheated. Coolant leaking out all over from the back of the motor. Major problem....glad this guy "gave me his word" he'd make right anything that shouldve been caught in his "thorough" inspection. Left me stranded...off to the shop, AGAIN.
