I own a growing business and I honestly don't have time to shop around for my fleet vehicles. I was a guest at a networking meeting and met Brian as he was the speaker of the day. I was impressed by his knowledge about cars buying and his passion to find the perfect match. I emailed him the next week and within a few days he had located several great vehicles at very reasonable prices. I got a Carfax on the vehicle that showed what a great deal it was and when Brian delivered the truck... it is spotless! It looks great and drives great and I'm very satisfied with not only the truck but Brian's ability to provide me with seamless services. He gave me everything I needed to walk into the DMV and register my vehicle with ease! Thank you! We will continue to purchase not only our fleet vehicles but also our personal owned vehicles as well!

    Brian treated me right!

Bought a 2021 ford ranger lariat fx4 from them back in Feb. The salesperson messed my name up on…read moreall the paperwork and had to be told multiple times what he did wrong to get it fixed. When he corrected it, he only corrected it on the DMV paperwork, not the auto loan, warranty, gap insurance, or any other paperwork. I pointed this out to them multiple times and they didn't correct it, resulting in me having to call all those institutions and get it corrected myself. He also did not flag the lifted truck option on the warranty he sold me despite the truck being lifted. They fixed this last part for free without any cost to me, so I guess they get half a point for effort there. Now that we get past the initial paperwork part of where this purchase went wrong, let's get into the mechanical issues with the vehicle. On my test drive, I noticed a burnt rubber smell coming from the left rear of the vehicle that I now know is symptomatic of a leaking rear axle seal. The power train warning light was also on the truck. I reported both of these things to the dealer and they said they would fix it with their partnered shop. They took the truck to the shop and told me they need to replace the wiring harness to correct the power train issue error. After that, they had to send the truck to a local transmission shop for a rebuild of the transmission, and that shop told me that there was an axle seal leaking. I passed that information on to the dealership to see if they would fix that or if I would have to, and they completely blew me off. Because of weeks back and forth where the dealership told me repeatedly that they'd communicated with other parties and then I call those parties and they all state they never heard from the dealership, I decided I no longer trusted that dealer or their mechanics at all and I took the car to a ford dealership. Immediately spotted the seal issue and diagnosed that the transfer case motor wasn't engaging. Swapped the motor and then had to diag that the wiring harness was messed up. I would not recommend buying a car from overstockvehicles or their partner organization valleycargroup. The only positive of this experience was getting them to foot the bill on a transmission rebuild for a vehicle that has known transmission issues.

Not to mention, his fee is an insane deal (and he really should be charging more for the incredible service he provides!). He found me the PERFECT car well within my budget and worked with me all along the way to make sure I felt comfortable and that I was informed of all the important information. He made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and I can't think Dave enough for finding me the perfect car that I absolutely LOVE, which we signed for today! VPS Rocks! (Out-of-State Purchase)…read more I've been searching Autotrader, craigslist and Facebook marketplace for a couple months now looking for another heavy duty vehicle for my newly started business. I've never used a auto broker before and was skeptical this would go smoothly as I usually try to have friends or family check vehicles out for me but we all know how that can be. I found VPS on Yelp and after doing some research by visiting his website along with the many reviews on Google/Yelp I decided to take the plunge. I contacted Dave via text late on a Saturday and was texted back that same night. He ask for a link to the vehicle I was interested then without asking pulled the Carfax of the truck and showed that it had been in a minor accident. We discussed more and I decided I was serious and ready to make the purchase. Dave swiftly took over and made an appointment with the seller, scheduled a basic vehicle inspection that included a diagnostic check as well as 10-20 photos of the body and undercarriage including a short video of the engine idling that I specifically requested. I then proceeded to negotiate a price with the seller that we eventually locked in. I was able to send the funds directly and securely witch gave me added piece of mind. Dave met with the seller got all the paperwork taken cared of (notary, title, bill of sale, etc) as well scheduled/coordinated a new windshield replacement that the seller agreed to take care of prior to selling me the vehicle. Lastly Dave was able to clean, prepare and store the vehicle safely till we could schedule shipping to me. Dave went above and beyond my expectations! He was willing to help with whatever was needed. Reliable, friendly, vehicle knowledgeable and great communication. This was the smoothest out of state purchase I have ever done. I will definitely use vehicle purchasing service in the future. SAFE, EFFICIENT and Reasonable! Thank you very much. VPS - "Enjoy your life, I got this" Best Regards! Daniel

Dishonest and Unprofessional from Start to Finish!…read more My experience with Auto House Tempe was extremely disappointing and frustrating from beginning to end. I encountered misleading advertising, pressure tactics, and a complete lack of professionalism from the salesman (Grant), the manager, and the finance department manager. The vehicle was advertised on Cars.com at a low price, but once I arrived, I was told that price only applied if you had a trade-in and financed through them. They claimed Cars.com is a third-party provider and that they "couldn't include the fine print." That alone felt deceptive. On top of that, they added $1,700 in mandatory upgrades that were not disclosed in the advertised price. These upgrades were not optional--you had to pay them, which significantly changed the real cost of the car. During my first visit, they pressured me to sign a deal based solely on a monthly payment. I was very clear that I wanted to negotiate based on the advertised price, not a payment. After a lot of back-and-forth, we finally reached numbers I was comfortable with. When I returned for the second visit, they demanded a deposit before providing full, detailed paperwork. I have never purchased a car where I was asked for a deposit before reviewing the complete deal--this was a huge red flag. They also required signing an "as-is" agreement. I asked reasonable questions: * What happens if I drive off the lot and the car turns out to be a lemon? * Is there an inspection report? * Is there any base warranty? The manager assured me yes and promised to email the inspection report and warranty details the next day. It has now been five days, and I've received nothing. I also texted the salesperson and got no response. I recently moved here from California, and I can confidently say this type of business practice would never fly there. I'm shocked this dealership is still operating the way it does. Buyers should be extremely cautious. Do yourself a favor and do not go to Auto House Tempe.

I expected this company to offer me something in between, but they offered me a low $25,000 for it. The vehicle was in in pristine condition...not a scratch on it. I took such good care of this car, only using premium top tier gasoline, ceramic coating the exterior, never running it through an automatic car wash, only using synthetic oil, applying heat blocking ceramic tint to protect the interior, etc. I told them all of this but they didn't care and were firm on their low $25,000 offer. I wound up selling the vehicle privately for $31,000 through a Facebook Marketplace ad...$6,000 more than what this company offered. They advertise as beating Carmax and Carvana...but that's blowing smoke up people's you know what. A December 9, 2025 post to their Facebook account states that they will beat Carmax's offer and if they can't they'll pay you $100. I went to Carmax and they offered me $26,400 for the car. When I contacted GetYourVin about the $100 for not beating Carmax, the lady i spoke with played dumb and said she wasn't aware of the ad and then said she checked with management and no one responded to her. After some back and forth, the business denied the existence of the ad even though I provided screen shots. I then went to the BBB to file a complaint and the business responded stating that there are terms and conditions to the ad on their website, which, to me weren't easy to find. Buried in their FAQ is the FAQ with all the hoops you have to jump through. You have to actually sell your car to Carmax to receive the $100. The Facebook post is super misleading and I won't ever do business with this company. You shouldn't either.

However, I didn't experience any of that here at a "A lot of cars". First, I never felt hassled. I found the car I liked through my banking app that uses truecar car buying app which automatically sent my contact info to the owner when I clicked to see the exact pricing. The owner called and I told him I'm just browsing. That was not a problem, he was quick to offer a text with the car info and that he would leave me be and to reach out to him if I wanted to look at the car or any others. I really appreciated that, especially after getting harassed by other dealerships that will continue to call and text you. Second, we showed up and were treated like VIPs, we were quickly able to checkout the vehicle we wanted and it was completely detailed and ready to go. We got to test drive it where ever in the area to ensure we got to see the handling of it. Third, the vehicle condition! I was a little concerned with the miles as I usually never purchase a vehicle With over a 100k but you could tell they took the time to ensure the car was looked over, lots of new parts, and it drove and still runs flawlessly. Fourth, the trade in and payment process was so easy and streamlined. Worked with the owner from start to finish and it took us about 45 mins tops! Part of it was my fault with recently getting married and half of my information I had changed my name but the other half didn't. It led to some confusion. Bonus! the website is kept up to date.
