I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. Our vehicle was left there for several…read moremonths while we worked on paying for the repairs. When we finally picked it up, it was returned in far worse condition than when it was dropped off. The windshield was shattered, there were large scratches on the hood and trunk, the license plate was missing, and the shift knob was gone. We have photos showing the condition of the vehicle before it was left at the shop. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, we were told that they could have charged us storage fees, as if that somehow excuses the damage and missing property. Customers trust repair shops to take reasonable care of their vehicles while they are in their possession. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would strongly recommend documenting your vehicle thoroughly before leaving it here and thinking carefully before doing business with this shop. There's more damage we haven't gotten photographed because this just happened and we now need to go to the dmv to get a new plate and report it stolen

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I could write up an essay for all of the ways these guys screwed me over…read moresince I bought my car from them. The last straw, however, is the dealership taking THREE MONTHS AND COUNTING to submit my warranty cancellation since I put in my written request to cancel, and they have completely stopped responding to me as well. If I didn't work around them with GWC in the first 30 days to put my intent to cancel in writing, they would have successfully scammed me out of hundreds of dollars to protect their commission. Your sale process may go fine here, but they stop caring about you the second you buy your car.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!…read more I drove 5 hours down here to look at a car that they basically said was perfect. The pictures were altered to represent the cars true appearance. When we got there the car look like it was beat in with a baseball bat. THEN test drove the car with the front wheel almost falling off. Literally scammed us out of our $500 deposit and a 5 hour drive. Unbelievable. They are liars and misrepresented cars. They also did not even bother to clean the car and left the car dirty to hide all imperfections.

BEWARE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!…read more I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter and first eyebrow raise was a $8,000 car being sold for a total of $18,000 with financing for 4 years. Crazy APR for an old beat up 100,000 mile Nissan. I lifted the hood to find the battery corroded from water damage, very dirty under the hood overall, and not to mention the breaks were very squeaky plus low-tire pressure light came on during the test drive. Another thing I noticed while getting information down in the office was there were two separate people coming in to complain about the vehicle they bought having mechanical issues. I brought this up to the sales associate and he stated they have a 30-day warranty on all vehicles. Only 30 days?!? When the usual warranty should be 6-months to even a couple years. Very fishy auto company, only recommend to buy if you want to do charity work and end up with a vehicle that'll last one trip to a corner store before blowing up on you.
