I text her later in the day and I thought I would hear from her in the morning. She quickly text me back and asked me a series of questions and notified me that Anthony would be in contact with me in the morning. I told them I didn't want to discuss any other l cars I had a specific car I wanted, specific color, sun roof, and other requirements. I remember telling Anthony to not call me until he had the car I wanted and price I needed. Not one time did either one of them try to talk me out of the car when they had a couple hurdles finding it. Due to covid my car was stuck in California and it was going to take longer to get to the dealership. Anthony called me and said I would be happy to start a search over again and see what else we can find or we can wait. We ended up waiting and I got the car a couple weeks later. Each time I text or called him with a question or having a moment of hesitation he was patient, quick to reply, and always calmed me down. I have never had a dealership that I left and still wanted to keep in touch with them. I forgot to mention not only did they find my car but they were able to get 5 of the 6 requirements I gave them! Also I should mention he had this option for me in less than a week! This husband and wife team are fierce, extremely professional, and not your typical annoying sales team. Anthony and Patrick were super upfront and honest about everything, worked with us to get our trade-in paid off, and just took very good care of us in general. Patrick even made us a HUGE Batman decal to go on the back! When we got home, we realized that a 3rd party mechanic had not changed the oil. They didn't check, and we didn't check, as the mechanic *should* have done that automatically. Skyview sent us a check to reimburse us the money we spent on an oil change, no questions asked. Overall, a wonderful buying experience with two guys who actually care about their customers. We will for sure go back to Skyview when we are in the market for another vehicle! I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else…read more I put down a deposit on a vehicle back in September 2025 that I ultimately never received. When I gave ALBERT the deposit I asked if I dont get the car I can get my money back? He said yes, dont worry. WELLL.....Getting the refund back turned into a process. I had to make multiple visits, and communication was none existent until I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. In the response to my complaint they said if I provided proof of the charge they would refund my money promptly, which was a lie. I provided them my bank statement and they still wanted the ORIGINAL CARD that was charged. Because my original debit card had been replaced by my bank, they made excuses about how they couldnt process the refund. I requested a check, but they insisted it had to go back to the original card. Then they asked me to call my bank, yet another hoop to jump through to get MY money back which set me off. So I cussed them out and called them theives and liars and stormed out. However, I calmed down and decided to try one more time. After calling my bank and getting the old card number, they were able to process the refund and gave me a receipt. I'm now waiting for it to post. In the hour and half I was there, I also witnessed physical violence between two salesman that had got into an arguement.... Salesman 1 went to salemans 2 desk and popped him upside the head. Saleman 2 then stood up and the arguement escalated before he slapped him smooth across his face. A third salesman stepped between them and de escalated them. It was uncomfortable to watch as a customer. This place is questionable at best, they lied to me about the car, they lied about how I can recieve my refund, they are very unprofessional and aggressive. In the end, the refund was processed, but it required months of persistence on my part. I would never recommend buying a car from here if you want your money in trusted hands. BEWARE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!…read more I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter and first eyebrow raise was a $8,000 car being sold for a total of $18,000 with financing for 4 years. Crazy APR for an old beat up 100,000 mile Nissan. I lifted the hood to find the battery corroded from water damage, very dirty under the hood overall, and not to mention the breaks were very squeaky plus low-tire pressure light came on during the test drive. Another thing I noticed while getting information down in the office was there were two separate people coming in to complain about the vehicle they bought having mechanical issues. I brought this up to the sales associate and he stated they have a 30-day warranty on all vehicles. Only 30 days?!? When the usual warranty should be 6-months to even a couple years. Very fishy auto company, only recommend to buy if you want to do charity work and end up with a vehicle that'll last one trip to a corner store before blowing up on you.
