NEVER mentioned to me(Their sales rep, loans person illegally put this on my credit,) no permission $17,500 loan put on my credit

beware please go to another dealership. dishonest, greedy, don't even bother to make an appointment here. the salesperson was dishonest if you never listen to another customer review, you will thank me later. this had nothing to do with credit, and everything to do with greed and dishonesty making the highest sale, getting a bonus, the frightened consumers, our president has already destroyed the cfpb. i gave them a chance to make things right before putting this review because i started with this dealership on monday and they are definitely false advertising a honda accord, priced low to real people in. the goal is to get your information, a so-called pre-approval and then to run your credit for a higher vehicle that you don't want, that you never seen, does not within your budget if they can get away with it. #do not give them any of your information for pre-qualifying, if they say good news, hang up anything that sounds too good to be true is unless you know financing. #they mistook my credit score for my iq level and thought that because i was a woman and needed a car that they would get over on me and if i'm wrong they can call me and make it right and i'll remove my honest review. in arizona, it is illegal for a car dealership to run a "hard" credit check without your written consent, especially for an amount and a vehicle that you did not discuss, have never test drove, plus say you were looking at a car that was $8,000 but they ran your credit and installed a loan putting in your down payment amount as an installment on your credit with a bank for $16,000 double the price of the vehicle you were looking at. the fair credit reporting act (fcra) requires a dealership to have a "permissible purpose," such as a signed credit application, to pull your credit. if they ran your credit for a vehicle you did not agree to, it may be a violation. you can dispute the inquiry with credit bureaus and may have the right to sue for damages. 1.you may select a vehicle within your budget, that would be within your financial budget as far as payment if your financing but their goal is to maximize profit not customer satisfaction while making a profit. 2. they will try and put you in a vehicle that has been unsold the longest. 3. me the car i asked for, their sales rep ran my credit under false pretenses, told me the bank "wouldn't approve it," and then tried to stick me with a $15,000 piece of junk at double the price and a higher payment than i ever agreed to. 4. it's not about the bank--it's about them trying to move overpriced cars nobody wants. this dealership treated me like i didn't matter, ignored what i asked for, and played games to trap me in unnecessary debt. i'm a real customer with real money who was ready to buy, and they blew it. it has zero to do with my credit and everything to do with maximizing profit over customer satisfaction, customer recommendation, they read me wrong. this vehicle wasn't for me, it was really for my child as a congratulations for finishing high school with honors and her first semester of college so that she can get around hence why i chose the car i chose but that didn't matter to them. ***"word of mouth is everything--since this experience, instead of referring the 6 people waiting on my recommendation. their salesman put a $17,000 loan on my credit without my permission on a vehicle i've never seen and would never agree to buy, that's dishonesty, greed and an overzealous sales department, it was too much like right to just sell me the car i want it instead of lying saying i wasn't approved or the bank wouldn't finance it, because they assumed i was desperate or that my credit score reflected my iq i guess they missed the part where i told him i just took the arizona bar exam. i'm already fighting identity theft on my credit. the economy is in great right now so if you find a person that has a good job and means to make a monthly payment and has a down payment why not assist them instead of trying to maximize profit and move a car that's very expensive to repair has a bad reputation, and just isn't for me i didn't call their dealership asking their salesman to pick a car for me that was convenient for them i asked them to help me out in a situation and i even picked a random vehicle to pretend like i wanted it that was cheaper and they still found a lie to say no and put me in a more expensive one with a payment that no bank would approve almost the amount of my mortgage so that shows their dishonesty and i don't know if this is okay with the sales department or the owner of this company because he may be a very good salesman for them but in life you should treat everyone the way you want to be treated.

Holy cow, where do I begin! When I first called, John answered and I told him exactly what I wanted, within my price range. Didn't try to upsell or get me into something I didn't want just to make a buck. The truck he picked was PERFECT. Then it gets better... Robert was the nicest and most direct finance manager I have ever worked with in my life, not kidding. He got the financing done in 5 minutes over the phone, got approved with an awesome APR and terms that any big dealership couldn't even come close to! And to top it off: he personally came in the truck to pick me up for the test drive and finalize everything. The drive time took longer than signing the paperwork. I will buy from Another Time for my next used truck or car, hands down. My family and friends will be customers too. You guys are the best and I couldn't be happier with my F-150

Its a shame that this place has a less than perfect score, as my experience with John himself was nothing short of perfect. I went in with my sights set on a car they had advertised online. He was kind enough to drive me around the block (I'm still learning to drive manual cars). He was very friendly the whole time. According to online sources, I paid a fair price (which I thought was fair before checking those sites). Since I couldn't drive two cars home, he was nice enough to drive the car across the street to a bigger parking lot for me because I was going to call a tow truck to tow it home. I would most definitely recommend this dealership, and would like to come to John's defense about other customers implying he is unprofessional, rude & a liar. If I know anyone looking for a car, I will absolutely send them his way.

Saw a sweet deal online that I couldnt pass up. This particular truck (newer model Toyota Tundra Crewmax) couldnt be found anywhere at this price in California. I decided to fly to Arizona because it was worth it and I knew it would sell fast. I met with the Finance Mgr Robert, very cool guy, friendly likeable and good sense of humor. I couldnt believe we were done in like 30 min. Normally takes me 4 or 5 hours at these big dealerships but here, Robert had the paperwork already packaged and all I needed to do was sign them. Very happy with the service, even happier with my new truck :) Enjoyed driving it on the 5 hour drive back to Cali.... Thank you Robert! Wishing you all the success.

I found myself between a rock…read moreand a hard place when my car was totaled after someone had stolen my catalytic converter and knocked about the electrical components in the engine compartment like they were scrambling eggs. This happened while I was in the middle of refinancing my home. As a result, I couldn't apply for any credit, and after closing, there was enough up-in-the-air about my credit history that I was having trouble finding a loan despite never having missed a payment and having a lower debt to income ratio. Michael was empathetic, and with a down payment and signed purchase order, was willing to hold the car I picked until the dust around the mortgage had settled. Thankfully, this didn't end up being necessary because he connected me with an incredible banker at SunWest Credit Union who got me a loan at 3.69%. On top of that, he took care of a minor alignment issue and some of the upcoming regular maintenance at no extra cost, and offered to have have the car detailed again, despite how incredibly clean it was. Michael didn't have to do any of this. He could have told me to kick dirt, and even if he held the car, he could have let me deal with the added cost of a high interest loan for a few months and the upcoming maintenance I was expecting to pay for anyway. The fact is, he went well beyond what should be reasonably expected of a car dealer to not simply sell a car, but to help someone in a tough spot by no fault of their own get back on the road. This experience provides a good understanding of the quality of the product Michael wants his customers to leave with, but is also a great testament to his character. Sheila at SunWest also couldn't stop talking about how great Michael is. Seriously, give this man your money. I have nothing but positive things to say about this car buying experience.

Last…read moreSunday I test drove a Passport that I had coordinated with Marco for 2 days, I was there from about 3:20-3:50pm, just before their 4pm close. I was told the finance manager was at another dealership working a deal, so nothing could be finalized that day, but I could test drive and mentioned that I would be in touch with Marco the next morning (he was out, so Atlan helped me on Sunday for the test drive) The next day, I was actively working the deal over Messenger with Marco, and clearly communicated that I had a same-day appointment to finalize my insurance payout and secure my down payment. I was in process and moving forward. I would be able to return late afternoon. While I'm finishing up the insurance needs, and sending over the letter I needed to provide about my prior total loss needed for financing...I see a message from Marco that 'I have another customer looking at the Passport'. I send the letter and say I'm just awaiting the payment links from Progressive, and will come after that...I could have been there within an hour. At no point was I told the vehicle was at risk of being sold, nor was I offered any way to secure it. Instead, as I reached out to Marco again, he sent a message stating that they sold it. RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME. When I raised the issue, the explanation given was that "the owner makes those decisions." That doesn't change the fact that there was a breakdown in communication and basic customer service. Passing responsibility doesn't address what could have been handled differently. What stood out most is that there was no effort to advocate for a customer who was actively in the process of buying. I understand dealerships move inventory quickly. I do not understand bypassing a ready buyer without clear communication and then offering excuses afterward. Because of that, I chose not to move forward with this dealership. If you're considering buying here, make sure you explicitly secure the vehicle immediately. Do not assume communication or process will protect your position.

I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else…read more I put down a deposit on a vehicle back in September 2025 that I ultimately never received. When I gave ALBERT the deposit I asked if I dont get the car I can get my money back? He said yes, dont worry. WELLL.....Getting the refund back turned into a process. I had to make multiple visits, and communication was none existent until I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. In the response to my complaint they said if I provided proof of the charge they would refund my money promptly, which was a lie. I provided them my bank statement and they still wanted the ORIGINAL CARD that was charged. Because my original debit card had been replaced by my bank, they made excuses about how they couldnt process the refund. I requested a check, but they insisted it had to go back to the original card. Then they asked me to call my bank, yet another hoop to jump through to get MY money back which set me off. So I cussed them out and called them theives and liars and stormed out. However, I calmed down and decided to try one more time. After calling my bank and getting the old card number, they were able to process the refund and gave me a receipt. I'm now waiting for it to post. In the hour and half I was there, I also witnessed physical violence between two salesman that had got into an arguement.... Salesman 1 went to salemans 2 desk and popped him upside the head. Saleman 2 then stood up and the arguement escalated before he slapped him smooth across his face. A third salesman stepped between them and de escalated them. It was uncomfortable to watch as a customer. This place is questionable at best, they lied to me about the car, they lied about how I can recieve my refund, they are very unprofessional and aggressive. In the end, the refund was processed, but it required months of persistence on my part. I would never recommend buying a car from here if you want your money in trusted hands. What stood out to me even more was their service recovery. There was a small item I had requested that was initially overlooked. While it was inconvenient to have to come back another day, John handled the situation the right way. He was genuinely apologetic, took full accountability, and made sure it was addressed without hesitation. That kind of ownership goes a long way. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters--and in this case, they showed professionalism and care. I left feeling respected and taken care of. I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!
