Let me start by saying that this was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience from a dealer…read moreI've ever had, but to put it lightly, there was a hiccup after the purchase of the car, which thankfully was resolved. I started by messaging them about the car and they got back to me instantly. Tito was very straightforward and gave me the out the door price I ask for without any gimmicks or sleazy dealer add-ons that they don't disclose until later. We agreed on a price and my family and I drove down from Flagstaff to look at the car in person on a Saturday. The car had some expected things it needed for a used car and I did get a pre-purchase inspection that looked good overall (recommend DR Car Services since they are open on a Saturday and 1-mile away). We then drove it up to Flagstaff without issues. The next Friday we went on a road trip to the White Mountains to camp for the weekend. Just before we went I had the local Subaru dealer do an oil change and I also asked them why the car seemed so loud when cold. They mentioned in this car it can be loud before it warms up. Anyways, we went on our trip and we noticed a more concerning sound. When we got back I had the dealership look into it more and to summarize they couldn't say for sure but it was seeming like the start of a serious issue (car only had 76k miles on it). They quoted me a price to fix it that almost made me pass out. The problem seemed to get worse but it was still tricky to replicate without certain road conditions. I then contacted Another Time with my concerns. John was quick to get back to us and wanted to personally check the car over. He decided to replace the part needed free of charge and made the whole situation right. He truly went above and beyond to help us and we are extremely grateful. Despite this being an extremely stressful and time consuming process, we are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Another Time to anyone. I do not believe this was an issue that Another Time knew about or that they were trying to sell us a car with a known serious problem. The car had a great service history and the inspection only showed very minor things; It was a mix of bad luck and questionable choices by the vehicle's manufacturer in my opinion.

I honestly wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. I have had problems with this Jeep…read morepractically from the moment I drove it off the lot. The check engine light came on the same day I brought it home, and the vehicle was shaking. I was able to bring it back, and I was told the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, as soon as my 30-day warranty was up, the check engine light came back on, and from there it was one problem after another. I have spent over $5,000 trying to repair this Jeep, and every time one issue was fixed, another problem seemed to appear. At this point, multiple mechanics have told me the same thing: get rid of this vehicle ASAP. I haven't even owned it for a year, and I've already had to purchase another vehicle because I could no longer rely on this one. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I purchased this Jeep while I was 8 months pregnant. I specifically told the dealership that I needed a reliable SUV, and they sold me a vehicle that turned out to be anything but reliable. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having major problems almost immediately after purchase, continuing to spend thousands of dollars on repairs, and still not having a dependable vehicle is completely unacceptable. I feel like I was sold a lemon, a vehicle that should never have been sold to someone looking for a reliable family SUV. I trusted the dealership to be honest about what I was purchasing, and unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Absolutely heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience and based on all of these terrible reviews.

I found myself between a rock…read moreand a hard place when my car was totaled after someone had stolen my catalytic converter and knocked about the electrical components in the engine compartment like they were scrambling eggs. This happened while I was in the middle of refinancing my home. As a result, I couldn't apply for any credit, and after closing, there was enough up-in-the-air about my credit history that I was having trouble finding a loan despite never having missed a payment and having a lower debt to income ratio. Michael was empathetic, and with a down payment and signed purchase order, was willing to hold the car I picked until the dust around the mortgage had settled. Thankfully, this didn't end up being necessary because he connected me with an incredible banker at SunWest Credit Union who got me a loan at 3.69%. On top of that, he took care of a minor alignment issue and some of the upcoming regular maintenance at no extra cost, and offered to have have the car detailed again, despite how incredibly clean it was. Michael didn't have to do any of this. He could have told me to kick dirt, and even if he held the car, he could have let me deal with the added cost of a high interest loan for a few months and the upcoming maintenance I was expecting to pay for anyway. The fact is, he went well beyond what should be reasonably expected of a car dealer to not simply sell a car, but to help someone in a tough spot by no fault of their own get back on the road. This experience provides a good understanding of the quality of the product Michael wants his customers to leave with, but is also a great testament to his character. Sheila at SunWest also couldn't stop talking about how great Michael is. Seriously, give this man your money. I have nothing but positive things to say about this car buying experience.

I was told the finance manager was at another dealership working a deal, so nothing could be finalized that day, but I could test drive and mentioned that I would be in touch with Marco the next morning (he was out, so Atlan helped me on Sunday for the test drive) The next day, I was actively working the deal over Messenger with Marco, and clearly communicated that I had a same-day appointment to finalize my insurance payout and secure my down payment. I was in process and moving forward. I would be able to return late afternoon. While I'm finishing up the insurance needs, and sending over the letter I needed to provide about my prior total loss needed for financing...I see a message from Marco that 'I have another customer looking at the Passport'. I send the letter and say I'm just awaiting the payment links from Progressive, and will come after that...I could have been there within an hour. At no point was I told the vehicle was at risk of being sold, nor was I offered any way to secure it. Instead, as I reached out to Marco again, he sent a message stating that they sold it. RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME. When I raised the issue, the explanation given was that "the owner makes those decisions." That doesn't change the fact that there was a breakdown in communication and basic customer service. Passing responsibility doesn't address what could have been handled differently. What stood out most is that there was no effort to advocate for a customer who was actively in the process of buying. I understand dealerships move inventory quickly. I do not understand bypassing a ready buyer without clear communication and then offering excuses afterward. Because of that, I chose not to move forward with this dealership. If you're considering buying here, make sure you explicitly secure the vehicle immediately. Do not assume communication or process will protect your position.

I was told yes. During the test drive, I asked again whether the vehicle had a clean title. I was again told yes. I subsequently discovered that the vehicle had actually been repurchased by Tesla and carried a permanent Lemon Law Buyback title history. During closing, I was handed a document described simply as "the buyback disclosure." There was no meaningful explanation of why Tesla had repurchased the vehicle or of the underlying defects. More importantly, the form stated that I had received a separate manufacturer disclosure detailing the buyback history and corrected defects. That manufacturer disclosure was not provided to me. The dealership also presented a Kelley Blue Book valuation showing the Cybertruck worth approximately $82,000. I later obtained the actual financing documents from Capital One, which contain the same KBB valuation for this VIN. Nothing on the face of that valuation indicates an adjustment for the vehicle's Lemon Law Buyback history. After discovering the title history, I returned to the dealership on August 27 and asked why Tesla had bought the truck back. I was told it was essentially because of a door panel vibration/rattle. I asked for the documentation. Only then--nine days after I purchased the vehicle--was I given Tesla's actual Warranty Buyback Notice for the first time. It showed considerably more than a rattling door. Tesla's notice identified: * Interior Panel concern * Driver Assistance concern * Safety Restraint System concern It also showed repairs including replacement of the vehicle's car computer and other components. I asked Arizona Best Cars to unwind the transaction. They refused and instead offered to take the vehicle back as a trade, requiring me to absorb the financial loss. At this point, I am preserving the documentation surrounding this transaction and preparing formal complaints for review by the Arizona Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General and the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. ADOT's Office of Inspector General specifically investigates complaints involving licensed automobile dealers and title-related issues, and the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division reviews complaints concerning deceptive or unfair practices. Those agencies can determine whether what occurred here complied with Arizona law. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, do not rely solely on verbal representations about title status, vehicle history, or value. Independently verify the title, obtain the manufacturer's complete buyback documentation before signing anything, and retain copies of every document presented to you. Anyone who has experienced similar issues with an Arizona automobile dealer should preserve their contracts, advertisements, title records, valuation documents, text messages, and other evidence and consider using Arizona's official consumer and dealer complaint processes.

Will that blue glare strip be at the top? The only way to find out is just to do your research, find a glass company that specializes in the older glass replacements and ask questions if you've got em (which I did). My insurance sent me to Safelite, but after reading their reviews there was no way I was going to trust them with my truck! I found Blue Chip and their amazing customer feedback online and gave them a call. Kelly answered my questions, and was humbled by my asking to switch from Safelite. The appointment was set, lobby was stocked with delicious snacks (even vegan) and drinks, and the bathroom was clean. Chris checked me in, and John checked me out when it was time to leave. Freddy did a stellar job on my truck, even grabbing me to show what the body of my truck looked like after removing the old glass (yeah, there was some rust there). He explained that while he can do his best to clean it up by grinding it, that there would be a chance in the future for leaks and would be unavoidable unless I got body work done to fix it, which I opted out of. I thanked him for his transparency. Mind you, I have a 1999 GMC Suburban, which is not perfect, but I don't mind it. Freddy showed me my glass when he was all finished and I couldn't have been happier! I met Kelly in person as I was leaving and find that he is a great business owner who really cares about his clients and their experience with his shop. This is the type of business I have no problem supporting every time, and if I need them in the future, "I'll be back".
