The example of the car listed inFACEBOOK marketplace at 10.9k. Not the 12.5 k he said. Unbelievable

Wow. I'm a pretty laid back person and never give bad Yelp reviews, you can check my history on this app. I drove from LOS ANGELES to PHX to buy a 2010 Acura RDX turbo awd, sticker price 10.5k. I talked to the sales person Ruben over the phone, and he said since I knew his friend from work, he would knock off 2 grand. so a new total of 8.5 + taxes (if I paid in cash). I DROVE FROM LA TO PHX (500 miles), with 9.5k cash in my pocket. I text Ruben the day of to ask when I should come by to buy the car. He then calls me back (while I'm in phx) and informs me that the price of 10.5k was already knocked down 2 grand cuz the real sticker price is 12.5 (keep in mind Kelly blue book is only 9.8k). Obviously I'm not going to buy the car for 4K over what we agree upon. But wow, truly amazing to be honest, they made me drive 7 hours through the desert to screw me over once I got here. Simply put, evil business tacts. Below is the Facebook marketplace ad that has the original amount. Unbelievable. I'm in shock. I've wanted this car for a long time.

This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. DO NOT BUY from this company. They sell lemons and they are cheats. Go anywhere else.

We purchased 3 high priced vehicles from them within weeks of each other and ALL the vehicles had MAJOR MAJOR mechanical issues in the first, 2nd and 3rd weeks and when we asked politely, not demanding, they refused to help with any assistance of the repairs. So this is why I'm writing a review. Car 1. First week, Check engine Light came on, A/C went out, started Overheating, O2 sensors bad, sunroof motor went out. Car 2. Most expensive ($24,000) we put 30% down. A/C went out, Motor Mounts bad, Transmission mounts bad, 4WD stopped working. Car 3. A/C blower motor went out (not too big of a deal) HOWEVER, on the 3 week of ownership it Needed a complete engine rebuild. Heads bad, valves, rocker arm, etc. Shop wanted $2,400 for full rebuild. (I have my receipt from certified shop where I paid 100's for diagnosis) They require 25%-30% down of the asking price. Our total in down payments, close to $15,000 for all 3 vehicles (Yes I have copy's of contracts and receipts to prove our almost $15,000 went down the drain) STAY AWAY FROM OROZCO AUTO SALES AND ARIZONA ELITE AUTO SALES They had no remorse and basically told us we were screwed. I'm sure the response to this review will be "we don't recognize your google name so we never sold you any vehicles". If any potential consumer wants proof of what I stated above I can provide. STAY AWAY FROM ARIZONA ELITE AUTO SALES AND OROZCO AUTO SALES!!!!!! You will throw away your HARD EARNED MONEY! And when the owner does decide to reply, DONT! You already told us to Screw off. Sincerely PISSED OFF CUSTOMERS! You owe us $15,000!

My husband has been searching for an older classic pickup for quite some time. He's very particular about what he wants, and when he came across one listed here, it seemed perfect. The price was reasonable and it checked all the boxes he had been looking for. Since we live out of state, we even started discussing flights and planning a trip to come see it in person. My husband originally called and spoke with Michael to ask a few questions about the truck. During that conversation, he felt some pressure to put a payment down right away. He decided not to do that at the time because he wanted to make sure his friend could travel with him to look at the vehicle in person. When he called again later, he started by mentioning that he had already spoken with Michael before. Michael asked if he was still planning to come down, and my husband said yes but asked if they could do a quick video call so he could hear the truck run and see it before putting down a deposit. At that point the response changed quickly. Michael said he had someone coming in within 30 minutes to put a payment on the truck. What stood out to us was that this wasn't mentioned earlier in the conversation until we asked about a video call. When my husband pointed out that they could lose another buyer if that sale fell through, the conversation became tense and Michael ended the call by saying he wasn't going to argue and hung up. After this interaction, we did some additional digging and noticed that several of the vehicle photos appear to come from Legendary Motors, LLC in Massachusetts. That raised some red flags for us. To be fair, the address being used does appear to belong to a legitimate business. However, the showroom and inventory photos being presented don't appear to match what is actually visible at that location. We're sharing this experience simply so others take the time to cross-reference listings and verify information before sending any money or making travel plans. The website looks legitimate at first glance, but it's always worth doing a little extra research when something seems unusually good.

I had low expectations for a used car dealership, but Valley Auto Center managed to fall far below my expectations. My husband and I looked over the carfax and service details for the Honda Pilot we were going to look at. We extensively researched and asked around about the specific make, model, year, and when things needed to be replaced. Service history said that the timing belt hadn't been changed since 2016, so going into it we knew it would've needed to be changed before purchasing since it was FAR past its due date (80,000+ mi past its due date to be exact). We weren't buying a used car only for it to become a project. We explicitly asked if it had been changed within the last year or two, and they told us it was a chain. We expected and were told that the car worked perfectly fine and if there were any problems in the first 500 miles / 15 days (lemon law), we could take the car back to be fixed FREE OF CHARGE. Satisfied with that, we purchased the car. The next day we brought the car into a trusted mechanic to take a look at the car. They said the timing belt wasn't a chain (like VAC had said), it hadn't and should've been changed, and needs to be changed ASAP. We called and brought the car back into VAC, explained the situation, and they said they'd "take a look at it". Not even an hour later we got a call saying it was fine and didn't need to be changed, but they could change it for $800. Excuse me? Does your warranty mean nothing to you? Not sure if they know this, but a broken timing belt can lead to serious engine damage, which is dangerous and falls under their warranty since it compromises our safety. These people are cons, thieves, and just want to drain your bank account. Don't waste your time with them.
